There are many photographic society clubs around the area. Best way to find them is to search Google for your locality and photographic society. Out here in Reston we have a <a href="http:\/\/leagueofrestonartists.org\/rps.htm" target="_blank">pretty active group</a> but I've yet to interact with them. I need to change that. Good point Jeff. Their main website lists days they are open but it looks like it is referring to the whole building. The page for the Exhibit and Rotunda <a href="http://www.archives.gov/nae/visit/" target="_blank">http://www.archives.gov/nae/visit/</a> does not list days. We are attempting to call and confirm but there is a good chance it is open. Almost every other government museum of this type is, if they are closed it would surprise me. Here is what I sent the members of our Facebook group this morning: Good morning. I'm sorry to say that I made a big mistake on today's photowalk. I misread the Archives website and it appears they are closed on Sundays. My deepest apologies for this mistake. I plan to still meet up at the steps of the Archives at noon and we can determine then what the group wants to do for the next couple of hours. If you would like to skip this portion we will meetup prior to the parade at 1:45 at the entrance to the Gallery Place-Chinatown metro stop. Again my sincere apologies. Marc...
