I joined Jenny Craid on monday the 18th of March 2013, on the 20th of March 2013 I did as they said which was wrote to the centre I joined at, took the food back to evoke the 5 day cooling off period. They refunded me $100 of the $250 i paid, saying that because the food had left the centre I wasnt entitled to be refunded for the food. Although in the 5 day cooling off period part it says that if the food is returned un-opened, it can be refunded, but they argue that it cant! where else can I take this?

I was part of LA Weight loss class action suite in 2007 in Ohio. Was this suite ever settled and what was the outcome. LA Weight Loss owed me about $200.00 and I have never heard from them or any one on this class action suite , although I moved from Ohio to Corpus Christi, Texas in 2007.

I have signed up 3 different times for the free trial with different emails and all three times have canceled it without charge or problem.

Congratulations to Weight Watchers, they make cancelling a cell phone contract look like a walk in the park. When you cancel something within the first 30 days of service, you should get your money back for what you did not use. I am disgusted with my weight and I got suckered into signing up for their men’s online program and paid $57 (3 months). After a few days, I realized this was just not going to work – for one thing, their Android application won’t even load on my phone. So I need to write everything down? I don’t think so. And really, you can find lots of free calorie counters online which is all their program is anyway I should have known better, act in haste … I’m sure Jennifer Hudson probably went to some fat farm for a month to lose her weight – I don’t see her counting points.

Has anyone started a class action against WW due to the deceptive opt-out membership practice, and their refusal to credit unknowing customers months of unauthorized charges?

WW online is a SORRY SERVICE! On May 17th, I signed for 3 month of the site for $65. After just 6 days, I was getting tired of trying to remember every bite of food I ate and entering that in the journal each day. Besides that, it is just too much food to eat if you want to lose 10 lbs. I sent a cancellation request on May 23rd and found out today they are planning to give me $16.95 refund….. This is really poor service. Our country is trying to recover from a recession and WW online are deceiving customers by taking their money! Believe me, this is not over yet….. My money is just as important as their money.

I did the free 7 day etool online which expired yesterday. I had copied and pasted how to cancel the trial and put it in my outlook calendar so I knew when to cancel it. When I went through the steps, it didn’t give you an option to cancel the trial, it just states to cancel a one month or three month subscription. I chose the least time (one month) and then to my surprise, it said they had issued a refund of $16.10 to my credit card. I knew that meant that they had charged me for a subscription so today I called the 1-800 number and the representative adv’d my card had been charged $64. and change. I told her I only was doing the 7 day free trial but couldn’t find an option to cancel the trial. She said no problem and issued a credit for $48.00 and change so that with the $16.10, cleared off the charge to my card. Now I will watch my statement, but I had no problem with this transaction after calling them and love the WW program. It’s the only plan that works for me. I am starting WW at work on Monday so I will be back online with e-tools in a few days.

i am very disapointed with this jenny craig!! i was sent a hamper most of the food is all the same for everyday plus still had to buy food to go with it eg..yogurts,crackers ,cheese,ect i did not loose weight the first week so went back to weight watchers and lost 5 and a half pounds plus eating the same food as the rest of the family . NOT HAPPY with this at all would not recomend also am glad i got it when was on offer as that was a lot of money to pay plus did`nt get sent a menue to pick what i would like to eat ..when i phoned up for some help with somethink i was just told to eat it .hence to say i have cancelled :/

I started there and then they put me in touch with a regional rep, who was great and helped secure my refund. I had trouble with the Orland Park, Il. office but my Colorado Springs, Co. office were excellent in trying to help me.
