Mothers are special and undervalued in our society. God thought it necessary for Jesus to have an earthly mother, so why can’t people see how important being a mother is to children of all ages. As long as our mothers are alive we are their children and as children, are given a special love only a mother can provide. Mary chose to be with Jesus throughout his ministry (wether physically present or not). She worried about his health and urged him to reach out to fulfil his destiny. She wanted what was best for him. This is what we learn from Mary. Not always understanding, not always welcomed, her actions always reflected her unending love for her child.

Hello let me say thank you for this wonderful idea. I told our childrens pastor I would come up with something for mothers day and you helped me out big time. What a blessing this series has been for all our children, it makes me so proud when the parents come up and ask how did my child know the books of bible? All I can say is “Its from Whats in the Bible” a wonderful series created from the same person who did Veggietales and we all loved them. Now our children are learning more in depth about Gods word and how to hear Gods voice. Thanks Phil cant wait to see what you have in store next. (that includes dads next month
