@Otto Have you tried Evolution? I have switched to Evolution 2.30.3 which is the stable release. It took a while to get used and to but it has more features.

Absolutely horrid experience…I can’t use or download any of my eMails since I tried to upgrade… I wish there was a decent eMail program that did everything I wanted to do…I would pay for it…this is purely hell

I use iplayer with Mint 9 (Isadora). In older iterations of Mint, like you I have had to download Air via Opera though, having done that I found iplayer worked fine with Firefox. Mint 9 appears not to suffer with this glitch.

Tracy – Just wanted to say thanks for releasing the worldoweb theme. It is outstanding and so easy to customize. It performs very nicely – fast and light even after adding some plugins. Well done.

@John I can only suggest that you manually look for any files or registry entries that contain comodo and delete them. It is very frustrating and you would think that it would have been addressed by now, especially as it is an ongoing problem.

Have run the CIS Clean-up Toolas per your instructions, but CIS still fails to install.
I have Windows XP Home SP 3.

Thank you!!! Had old Comodo Firewall and Avast antivirus and was trying to update. This fixed the install error!

The following lines in the batch script have typos:

REG DELETE “HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\
CurrentVersion\Explorer\Browser Help Objects\{F0D4B231-DA4B-4daf-81E4-DFEE4931A4AA}” /F

REG DELETE “HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\
CurrentVersion\Explorer\Browser Help Objects\{201f27d4-3704-41d6-89c1-aa35e39143ed}” /F

They should read “Browser Helper Objects” on Windows XP.
