Im a regrowth druid spamming rank 8 regrowth on raid without going oom. 90% of my healing is regrowth. Im stabling haste and my regrowths will be at 1.35 sek cast time be4 blooflust.

Therefor that mace would be bis for me.
I usually beat shamans on every boss and ocasionally the coh priest.

TOL druids are VASTLY inferior to me

150 mp5 is pretty common with world buffs and consumables, but 1700 healing power? Even with full Naxxramas gear that is a huge number. Didn’t you mean 700?

I do realise this post is from 2009 but with Classic everything becomes relevant again

In my mind, Option A is the way to go – provided that all 4 healers can reliably show up to most if not all raids. Rotating players throughout the night results in lost time with people hearthing/entering, not to mention it prevents building a very strong synergy between the 4 healers. It’s a tradeoff between time lost by the raid overall vs. time lost from one healer’s learning curve. In my previous guild, our main barriers to P3 progression were people hitting orbs and other individual player mistakes – shuffling healers around did nothing to change the situation.

One thing also I try to do is stream progression for the bench, so they’re not completely out of the loop if/when it’s their turn!

Unless it's changed very recently, or it's different on different difficulties .. I'm assuming you know about being able to avoid the glaive storm if you hug the outside edge of the room? Obviously not helpful all of the time .. but it was useful for us to know ;-) (we're not a mythic guild though, generally .. so some things that may work in heroic may well not work in mythic). Have you tried your hands on Farming Simulator 22 yet? If you are a gaming freak this is a game you can not afford to miss. In the latest version of FS22, FS22 Trucks have become a rage. They have become as realistic as they could get. With superior handling, enhanced graphics, and a broad choice of models, driving a truck could not get more real than in Farming Simulator 22. The targeted glaive sucks if someone with high stacks is chosen. Our hpal usually takes it upon himself to track the stacks and sac if needed. Sisters is otherwise still a pretty mechanically intensive fight, there's no saving people if they want to stand in glaive storm or bomb the raid with astral purge.
