I absolutely hated it. I had to change various trains just to cut down my travel time. The trains were stuffed full of people who were all just trying to do the same as me and race to work. I left London in the end. Moved to a small town and started up my own business. You cant beat being your own boss and driving around in your own van, free as a bird. I love it. I can see doing that short term only, while house hunting for example or while the house is on the market back home.
