I *can* imagine… suppose someone had a neuromuscular handicap that was acting up while they were parking, the safe thing might be to leave it badly parked rather than aggravate their condition trying to fix it.
But in that case, maybe they shouldn’t be driving?
Jackass is the more likely explanation.

In my experience as a driver, every one who drives one of those trucks, with the back double tires, is a fucking douche bag. Almost got killed in a mountain area called cloudcroft at 4am by TWO of these assholes.
