I purchased a custom made table from "Furniture Your Way" at the World Market Center in Las Vegas, Nevada. When the table arrived, it was cold to the touch and had a whitish film all over it, as if the wood had been wet. A few weeks later, the table warped badly, like a potato chip and when I contacted the manufacturer they promised to replace the table and this time with a reinforced top and a guarantee against warpage. The 2nd table warped as bad as the first and when I contacted the manufacturer again, after several attempts, they never responded. So now I am stuck with a table that I cannot use that cost me 1800.00! This manufacturer is located in Dallas, TX and they are a vendor twice a year at World Market Center located in Las Vegas, Nevada. They sell to the trade only. So if you are in the trade and you have purchased furniture from this manufacturer or about to, I recommend you think twice before doing so. They are not a reputable company as they do not stand behind their product.

The principle contact of this company completely disappeared prior to completing our website.

We had already made 3/4 of the payments, and never received the service (SEO) in which we hired him and his company for.

All contacts were switched off, skype accounts inactive. Thus we are now left with an uncompleted website, with no ranking, and a missing webmaster.

BEWARE.

I was talked into not putting all my money into my new checking account and using half for a savings/OVER DRAFT PROTECTION account. What she did not disclose is the fact that every transaction they was a 5.00 fee and they only took what was needed for each transaction out of the account.

I purchased a $10 Yankees World Series Coffee mug for my hsuband's birthday and the artwork peeled off after he used it for the first time. I tried to return or exchange it and they said I couldn't because I had purchased it in December and too much time had passed. His birthday wasn't until the end of January so I didn't give it to him until then. The sales clerk was rude and ignorant, loudly spoke over me in front of other customers and then became beligerent and condescending. I have spent a lot of money in that store and will never go back there again! I threw the mug on the floor and left. He actually called the police to have me banned from the store! I would never go back in that store again and I would advise others not to buy from them. They sell cheap products and then refused to back up what they sell. And they hire idiotic sales clerks who have no customer service skills whatsoever.

I got a free trial of acaiberrys and paid postage of 99p. They failed to inform me that if i did not cancel in two weeks they would automatically take 119.02 USD from my credit card !!!! This was for some capsules. It was not clearly stated that this charge would be taken and i feel its very high and not a fair charge at all. I feel they have misrepresented their product and not been clear about the charge I would certainly not pay 119.02 USD for a pot of berry pills

They buy you cell phones from poeple, in all reality they take you cell phone and never pay you, dodge your emails and messages. And 6 months they close out your account as paid but still to this day can't produce a copy of the cashed check, They don't respond to lawyers or even the Better Buisness bureau, they steal from people and even will send you a pre paid package to help screw you out of you phone more easily.

I had good service up until they changed cellular networks. Then if it could have went wrong... it did. Text messages didn't work. Phone service sucked. Customer service has been horrible. Can't get answers. They owe my a $400 refund and it's been over 90 days. STILL NOTHING!!!! As far as I know.. everyone else I know with this service is still having issues.

In October 2008 I wished to apply for a pardon and I found Canadianpardons.ca online. Their so called service cost me over $1000.00. They have a package deal that was supposed to include a U.S. travel waiver. I ended up spending more money getting printed and records checked. I then had to mail all of this to Ottawa for processing. You will quickly notice that you yourself are doing 95% of the work involved and spending even more of your own money. Over a year went by and in December 2008 I phoned their 1-800 number only to be givin a toll line if I wanted to speak with anyone. Now I was getting charged for long distance calls to them. I was then sent to Leone's voice mail. I left a message and asked what was taking so long for this to be finished. The only time I got a response from the countless emails that I sent was to tell me via email that my pardon had been granted back in November 2009 and that the paper work was sent out long ago. At that time Leone stated that another package of final paper work documents would be sent out that day and to expect it in a couple of weeks. Of course again they never sent it out. Finally after getting no response via long distance calls always sent to voice mail and via endless emails, I contacted the Parole board of Canada myself. I then found out my pardon application had actually been approved back in September not November like Canadian pardon service had claimed. They instructed me to write them a letter of request and they would forward my pardon documents. Once again I was on my own to solve this problem without the assistance of Canadian pardon service. On Candian pardon service's front web page the 1-800 number is very large print to make you believe that contacting them would be free. Their website email to customer care actually encourages you to write them saying they "appreciate your feedback". Getting my pardon final documents will be good finally but I am sure they never ever processed any application for a U.S. travel waiver. THIS COMPANY HAS THE POOREST SERVICE OUT THERE!!!!! Since being RIPPED OFF by Canadianpardons.ca I have seen other companies online that really do provide expert service and include all the incidentals that I had to pay after the fact. Now I know and now YOU know too so BEWARE!!!

This is what happened with A & W surplus Wayne Peckham thru Proxibid in Fresno CA.

They had an auction with photos. The description and photo give the illusion that everything was in working condition as well as complete in their boxes. One item in particular, they showed a photo of a Bose Ipod dock speaker unit. What I received was a broken unit that had it speakers removed, cables broken, connection for ipod broken, side cracked and open and the grill came off...no accessories or power cord or anything was included. In the photo, you can clearly see that the speakers were there, but that's not the unit they sent to me. The second item in the photo looked to be new in the box; it wasn't. It was missing accessories and instructions and power and was splattered with something. They only showed the photo of the box-not the contents. The third item was even worse. They showed a photo of only the box, but it's contents were hideous. There were dead insects, smelly, it came out of someone's yard, missing parts (major parts) , item doesn't work. None of the items work and they misrepresented all of them. I have photos of the auction photos as well as photos of the items once delivered. They totally lied, with the photos and by omission. I contacted the company that same evening when I received the items by calling and leaving a voicemail message and by email. Yes, I am and was very upset. The response I got was rude and indignant and refusing to do the right thing. I've filed complaints with several online companies and they have since sent me a threatening email stating that I am lying and that I will be hearing from their attorney. They are the ones lying and they are just mad that I called them on it. There are others that have complaints very similar to this one on the internet. There were 2 forms of payment..credit card and PayPal (they split it up so they would always get the PayPal payment) Most companies bill all in one payment.

I have all emails and photos to back this up.

All I want is my money back and an apology.

My son purchased a home with Prospect.They made him take extra money to have HUD things repaired that HUD does not require, paint, carpet? He started this in July and it is now Dec.. The mortgage has been sold and he was to get half of the extra money after 2 weeks of closing (Oct) to do "repairs". He still does not have any idea when he will receive HIS money for repairs as he cannot get anyone with half a brain to help. Now he still pays storage and starts paying his mortgage. Stay away from Prospect Mortgage

CAUTION! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They have no integrity, damage thier clients laundry and does not honor their warrenty. The will make any excuse not to do the right thing. I dropped off two bags for wash and fold at this cleaner and when I received the items back a whole bag of my whites were damaged beyond repair. They contained blue, brown and red marks all over my sheets and towels. When I brought them back the said they didn't know what happened and would call me. They never did. I went back in and they offered to give me store credit...well obviously if they damaged my items and tried to hide the problem I don't want to trust them again with my clothes. I said I would like to be reimbursed for damages, Amanda the women in charge said to write it up. I tallied the damages over $1000. She said she would call me. She never did. So a month later I contacted her again she told me they would not be reimbursing me since the items where wet when I brought them in. They were not and this was the third excuse she had tried to make to cover for the damage. She said the owner would call me that night, he did not. When called the next day she swore she called me twice of which I have not record of. So now I am taking her to court. So unless you want damaged goods and to go to court to get them resolved I highly suggest not using this dry cleaner.
