I have studied various blog, chat groups and websites with regards to this so called phenomenon of 34lbs in 28 days. Rather than argue back and forth about it, couldn't one of the fitness magazines perform their own study using several Joe Bloggs (John Does - if you're American) straight off the street using a relatively normal balanced diet that us "regular working people" have to contend with. Just a thought thrown out on to the table for you all!

There hasn't been an update for a while... but I was doing a similar challenge. Turns out, doing something for 4 weeks is harder than I thought

I do not want to burst anyones bubble but the statement that he gained 34 lbs of muscle in 28 days is simply a lie. There is not a chemical or natural way to put on 34 lbs of lean muscle in one year much less than 1 month. Start by simply telling the truth and not misleading other people who are truly working out hard and getting noticable gains that are only achieved through hard work. I would challenge anyone on this blog to prove me wrong but It cannot be done..

LOL - you're right about me and a regular sleep pattern. But at least I would know if it's beneficial or not. ;)

Actually, a new language would be really cool and is on my list of things to do over the next few years. Great idea.

What about learning a new language in 28 days?

I don't think you could do the regular sleep pattern for more than 28 hours. ;-)

Hit me with it Ben! You're now my new life coach! :-)

BTW - I finished the 4-hour workweek and thinking of outsourcing my entire life to India. ;-)

Ben, I think you've found your calling. I don't think I've ever read anything from you that seems as natural and flowing as this blog - and you've written some great stuff!
