There is a very fine difference between the two terms, one is driven by religion and other by right and wrong in human endeavors.

As mentioned in the article, an abortion is classified in differently categories from freedom of choice to a heinous crime based on morality of a society but with ethics the scenario will be completely different.

With ethics, judgmental might not be passed without knowing the reasons for the action. For example, if a woman is going for an abortion because it is the result of a sexual assault, or poverty or some other reason.

A comparative study between Ethics and morality will be an interesting read.
