this is a really great cocktail. i’m not usually a gin drinker, but this is a great gin. it doesn’t have the pine needle taste that most gins have. it has a lot of citrus and it finishes with a kick of pepper. i love it because when it’s mixed with citrus, it pulls out an amazing citrus flavor. but you can mix it to specifically pull out the pepper instead (bloody mary – yum!). it’s delicious! i’m officially obsessed!
plus, the bottle is just so hot!

WOW! This is a fantastic cocktail! Just a had a dragon breath inducing Korean Lunch feast and the Atlantic made for the perfect palate cleanser.

It appears in the 1937 Cafe Royal Cocktail Book, although as an equal parts recipe (well, still a dash of absinthe).
