I do have a proposal for lawmakers to consider. So instead of banning happy hour, "watering down" your liquor, or lower the state drunk driving level, this is my proposal. First offense: small misdemeaner, night in jail, 6 month license suspension. Second offense: high misdemeaner\low felon, 1 year license suspension and 2-5 years in jail. Third offense: 2nd degree felon, 25-life in prison, 15 year driving revocation, automatic habitual offender status, automatic lifetime ban on alcohol purchases, and upon release: automatic lifetime parole, automatic mandatory rehab, drug\alcohol test, mandatory driver's ed class (after 15 year revocation) at driver's expense, And must watch videos like "Red And Dead", and if drunk driver injures or kills someone they must carry a picture of their victim in their wallet or on their person at all times for at least 10 years during parole. There was the stick and now for the carrot. This law must include an education clause so that high school kids can be educated about the dangers of drunk driving by groups like Shattered Lives of Montgomery County Texas. &lt;br /&gt;
Q: For those reading this who may not know, what is Epilepsy?&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
A: Epilepsy is a condition causing the brain to misfire or short circuit. These are called seizures and there are many types of Epilepsy. The most common are Grand-Mal (which are characterized by convulsions like you see on tv). The other most common type is called Petit-Mal (which is characterized by the person staring off into space and being completely unresponsive). This is the type I was diagnosed with and outgrew.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Q: How old was I when I was diagnosed and what was my/family's reaction to it.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
A: I was diagnosed with Petit-Mal Epilepsy right after kindergarten at the age of 6. I do not remember my reaction because before I was put on meds, I was constantly having seizures. Most were small, micro-seizure where you couldn't notice them, but some were the big ones where I would black out and stare off into space, or I would walk in a circle, rub my fingers together and smack. Because of this, there are parts of my childhood, before I was put on medication, that I do not remember due to the amount of seizures I was having.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Q: What are the difficulties that I have faced and have I overcome them?&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
A: There were some difficulties with most being what I considered as minor, like having to have blood work every six months due to the effects the drug had on the kidneys (in my case kidney). The biggest difficulty that I overcame was that most Epileptics don't have friends and aren't outgoing. In Elementary school this was the case for me, I had no friends from the time I was in kindergarten until the 4th grade. This changed when I was in the 5th grade in Texas and really changed after I moved to St. George, Utah. Especially after the move to Utah I started being more outgoing and it took about 2-3 years for me to be the way I am now. In fact, after my diagnosis and the first 4 years afterwards my parents seriously doubted that I would ever have any friends. So starting in Middle school and into High school, my parents were shocked and pleasantly surpised to know that I had a lot of friends. Until my dad died, he was always telling me how surprised he and mom were at how popular I was and still am. Another thing I do to relieve the stress is to have a hobby. I have multiple hobbies such as model building, rocket launching, reading, etc. So I recommend for those with tremors to have multile hobbies in case the tremors affect your main hobby. That way you have something to do to relieve stress.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Q: Are there any issues I am still having related to Epilepsy?&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
A: There are a couple of issues I am dealing with that were caused by my epilepsy. The first is that I am terrified of heights. This is due to the fact that when I was little, up until my diagnosis, when someone would pick me up I would panic because I would not see the entire movement of being picked up due to the amount of seizures I was having. In otherwords, because of my seizure I would be on the ground then suddenly I would be in the air with no memory of going up. The second issue is the I have 2 types of tremors. One type is called Essential Tremors the other. This type of tremor can be caused by medication and being on seizure meds from age 6 to age 26 I can remember having tremor since I was a kid. The other tremor I have is called Intention Tremors. These are caused by trama to the brain. There are some differences between the 2 types of tremors but both are aggravated by stress. That way I deal with these, is to joke about them and to make fun of my situation. The reason is that I have found that stressing out because I am shaking just makes it worse. I also found that it becomes an endless circle of getting stressed and shaking. In otherwords, the more I shook, the more stressed I would get, and the more stressed I got, the more I shook, until it became a vicious cycle. So I learned to make fun of my situation and not get stressed about it.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
In fact, if my friends were to have met me when I was in Kindergarten to the 4th grade, I do not think they would recognize me as the same person then that they know now. And this is the biggest positive change when it comes to dealing with my Epilepsy. This concludes part 2 of this series. &amp;nbsp; In honor of National Children's Memorial Day, I will be doing a four part series on children with birth defects and disabilities. In each part I will chronical a different defect or disability from the perspective or point of view of the sufferer and family and the effects it has.&lt;br /&gt;
In this article, I will be getting the perspective of CDH from a survivor and their family.&lt;br /&gt;
The subjects I have chosen is the Clyde family whose son was born with CDH.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
1) Me. Q: For those who are reading the blog article, can you explain a little about CDH, what it stands for, and why you want to raise awareness?&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
1- Hope. A: Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia (CDH) is when babies are born with a hole in their diaphragm, causing the abdominal organs to enter the chest cavity. That prevents their lungs from developing correctly or working properly as well as their heart to be shifted to the side and having life threatening heart pressure issues. Surgery is done as soon as babies are stable enough. Currently, the average survival rate is 50%. CDH occurred 1/2,500 births. My son is a CDH survivor. Awareness is important to us to help families connect, help the public learn more and to get more funding for research.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
2) Me. Q: When did you first find out your child has CDH?&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
2- Hope. A: Tyler was diagnosed with CDH at his routine 22 week ultra sound.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
3) Me. Q: What was your reaction to finding out he had CDH? ( yours and family's)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
3- Hope. A: Thankfully, our high risk pregnancy specialist referred us to CHERUBS. That's where we got all of our info from day 1. We knew exactly what we were up against and we were terrified. I stopped sleeping regularly the day we were diagnosed. Our entire lives changed.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
4) Me. Q: Being born with CDH, are there any challenges you face?&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
4- Tyler. A: (keep in mind, he's a 13 year old boy) When it's cold, it gets harder to breathe.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
5) Me. Q: how hard do you have to work to accomplish any given task?&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
5- Tyler. A: not any harder than anyone else.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
6) Me. Q: When people find out you have CDH, do they treat him/you any different?&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
6- Tyler. A: he said "no". That makes me incredibly happy! People in the medical profession are always shocked he's doing so well when we tell them he had CDH.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

The greatest teacher I ever met showed faith in me when he had me design a glowing stone for Winterbloom. He has put on productions that have surpassed those done by professional actors and he has done it with flair. Each production he has done, he has made look easy. The greatest teacher I have ever met, taught me how to always expect the unexpected and to adapt to the situation. He has taught me things that I have used throughout my life. The greatest teached I have ever met is named Mr. Saxton and is retiring this year. And though I wish I could be there to watch your final production, I can't, so instead I wish happy journeys on your next adventures and give this tribute blog post as a present in your honor. Mr. Saxton, farewell, to a superb teacher, mentor, and friend and may your life bring you many more adventures. For the Democratic party, I predict the nominee will be Bernie Sanders. This is because the Democratic party has become the default Communist party. The Democrats who will choose hate freedom and strongly believe that communism is the way to go. The Republican nominee will be Donald Trump with Dr. Carson being the VP Nominee and here is why. The Republican voter is tired of being lied to by the John McCain liberal wing of the party. They want candidates who say what they mean and do what the voters want not what they want. The voters also want the corrupt John McCain polticians out of office and corruption stamped out in D.C.. The fact that most Americans are fed up with the tyranny and lies of Obama and his ilke in both parties I also believe that Trump will be the next President. As one who is trying to be a firefighter when I heard about this it made me realize how dangerous this job is and what they must have gone through. This is how I imagine the events from the start. The day starts with the pager goes off, The dispatcher comes on the radio for the Hotshots to respond to a "wildfire at Yarnell hill". They arrive at the station and put their wildland turnout gear on and get in their trucks. With lights and sirens going they respond code 3 to the fire call staging area. While there, they getting weather and fire behavior reports, their commander plans out the mode of attack, and assigns the units to fight the fire as well as who will be the look out. When suddenly, the weather changes, the wind increases, and causes the fire to reverse directions. Seeing they were in danger they ( the Yarnell 19) call for evacuation and start to get out, the fire cuts off all routes of escape, and seeing they were trapped they rip out their emergency shelters, clear the ground and get in. With the flames blowing over them, they start praying and realize that this was going to be the fire that they would not be coming home from. In the end, they went out with their boots on, they went out, as heroes.&lt;br /&gt;

I dedicate this post to my late paternal grandfather who had more knowledge of radios and electronics than most engineers. Here are a few of the thing he did radio and electronics: In the late 40's early 50's he built a mini ham radio antenna. the reason was the house he bought did not have room for the standard ham antenna of the day (which was a huge repeater). Then in the 50's he show up an engineer from Motorola. This happened when he was working in the New Boston area. He started working on some truck radios when an REA (Rural Electrical Authority) truck pulled up. The REA employee had an engineer from Motorola in with him. The Motorola engineer had a schematic with him and the REA guy told my grandfather:" We have a radio schematic that Motorola want you to put in.". My grandfather look at the schematic and said," You can't reach Texarkana from here with this.". The Motorola guy said, "you can't reach Texarkana from here anyway.". My grandfather, then without saying a word proceeded to work on the REA radio. When he was done he picked up the mike and called Texarkana. It went something like this:" REA calling Texarkana". the Guy at the other end said," Texarkana here, Bill is that you?". Another time was when an oil company was out looking for oil n Arkansas, one of their seismographs was broken. At that time the closest seismograph expert was in Houston,Texas. So calling around, they came across my grandfather. When asked if he could fix it, he asked," Does it run on electricity?" When the oil company said yes he said," then I can fix it." After quoting an outrageous price (because he was sick) he went and fixed their seismograph and got paid what he asked. Next, while attending a convention on the first ever color tv, the engineer demonstrating the new color tv couldn't get it to work. As the engineer started working on it my grandfather stood up and said that what the engineer was doing would work. So my grandfather went to the stage worked on the color tv and got it fixed. This in a time when color tv didn't exist and he had never seen one before the convention. A few times when he was working on a radio or tv and didn't have a vacuum tube, he would make one out of what he had, like an Elmer's glue bottle, and it would work. He was so good at what he did that one of his costumers told my dad that for as long as he would wait for my grandfather to fix his radio he (the costumer) could by a new radio, but after my grandfather fixed his( the costumer) radio it stayed fixed. This not to mention that he had only 2 years of tech college and built his own radio in the 6th grade. In conclusion, my grandfather, as they say, "forgot more about electronics and radio than most engineers." As a person with disabilities or birth defects, I don't use these as an excuse not to live to my full potential. Granted, it is harder for a person with birth defects /or disabiliites to succeed than a "normal person", but it is possible as long as you don't use your defect or disability as a crutch not to succeed. Here's why I say this. What I'm going to say will surprise those who've known me since school. I have disabilities and a few birth defect. My disabilities are Petit-Mal Epilepsy and a few learning disabilities. As far as my birth defects, I was born with only one kidney, missing a portion of my brain, Intention Tremors, and I have blind spots in my vision (mostly on my left side). The reason this will surprise my friends is because I've never mentioned this to those I went to school with. It's not that I'm "ashamed" of these Disabilities and birth defects, it's that as a part of my life they're normal to me and not worth mentioning. However, I don't use these as an excuse not to succeed. In fact, these are some of the things I've done, am doing, or will do in spite of my disabilities and birth defects.&amp;nbsp; I've been in the Boy Scouts and band, I've gone repelling down a cliff, run for office twice, and gone to college. I'm working on getting my license, I'm starting an amateur rocketry group in St. George,Utah, and I plan on joining the fire department once I get my license. The reason I'm doing all of this in spite of my disabilities and defects is that I let no one and nothing keep me back. When someone says I can't do something because of my disabilities or defects, I take that as a personal challenge and I say to myself," you say no, I say YES.". In other-words, no one or nothing tells me I can't do something I put my mind to because I'm disabled. Also, when it comes to my disabilities and defects, I know that no matter how bad I may have it someone else has worse disabilities or defects. As such, I know that if I ( a person with disabilities and defects) can succeed in life with the hand I was dealt then anyone can. The only obstacles are those you put in your way because you are who you make yourself to be. In closing, If I, a person with disabilities and defects, can succeed, then anyone can. Because like I just said, you are who you make yourself to be and no one can tell you different. In this second and final part I discuss how ideas from Tuskegee and George Washington Carver will in my opinion eliminate world hunger. One of the ideas George Washington Carver came up with at Tuskegee was the idea of rotating crops. The reason behind this was that by rotating crops you rejuvenate the nutrient in the soil. there by allowing more food to be grown. I see this as a resolution of ( what is in my opinion) one of the reasons for the famines in Africa and elsewhere in the developing world. The other idea Carver came up with is plowing and harvesting in circles and not straight lines. By doing this you reduce the loss of soil and nutrients. In closing the biggest problem to implementing these ideas is that there will be those farmers who will be resistant to these ideas. In the end, those who use these ideas will have better long term farming than those are farming the way their ancestors did. This will be a two part series where I discuss how to eliminate world hunger. Part one will be about E-85 ethanol and its negative consequence on the world's food supply. Part two will be about how we must educate the third world populace on the efficient farming methods of George Washington Carver and the Tuskegee Institute. In this part I discuss the reason I believe we should not use our food as fuel for our machines. The reasons not to do this are as follows: First, by turning our food into fuel we waste the&amp;nbsp; much needed food. Second, by using food to power our cars and heat our homes, we end causing shortages which end up in higher food prices when most families can't afford the increases.Third, not only is E-85 inefficient, it also is not as clean as hydrogen. The proof is this, for ever gallon of E-85 made it took 2 gallons of gas, which the fraud of E-85. In other-words, the only people who benefit from E-85 are corrupt politicians looking votes and farmers looking for tax money.&amp;nbsp; If we are to go to renewable fuels, then we should go to something like hydrogen or methane. By doing this, we don't waste food or cause a shortage. It is for these reasons that we cannot, we should not, &lt;b&gt;we must not&lt;/b&gt; allow the subsidization of E-85 fuel. Because by subsidizing E-85 we allow the corruption of the politicians and the fall of our government as we increase our debt. In this article I'm going to talk about America &amp;amp; why I love her. The reason I'm writing this is because their is some uncertainty about whether we're the greatest country in the world. The answer to that question is this: &lt;b&gt;Yes&lt;/b&gt;, we are the greatest country in the world and here's why I say this. First, it was America who was the first ever country to whose government is the &lt;b&gt;People&lt;/b&gt;. And as such, until our founding all nation were ruled by the Elite class of the Aristocracy and not the people. If you look at the mansions or castles that leader's around the world live in the White House is a one-room shack in comparison. America is also the only country that &lt;b&gt;We the People &lt;/b&gt;can rule. In other-words even the poorest of the poor can be President, or in Congress. No other country allows you to do this, not even countries we deem as democracies. Second no where else in the world do you see poor people with multiple cars, tvs ,computers or phones in their houses. In other-words America has , in my opinion, the richest poor and middle class in the world. The proof of this is: for those who are poor or middle class, answer these questions. 1) How many times a day do you eat?, 2) How many televisions, cars, or phones do you have?, 3) Do you get full when you eat? If you answer more then one on questions 1 and 2 and answered yes to question three, then you (being poor or middle class) are richer then the poor in the rest of the world. Third, is a story about a guy who immigrated to this country as a child. After arriving in New York and passing the Statue of Liberty he saw an ad for an antacid and he cried. When his mother asked him what was wrong he said they didn't deserve to be in this country because they had never eaten till they were full. Finally no where else in the world can you say what you want without going to jail. &amp;nbsp;Living with chronic illness which 1 in 2 American have is a constant fight if you have asthma, cystic fibrosis, or some other chronic illness. So if you have a chronic illness it becomes frustrating that you cannot do thing or enjoy life as those without chronic illness. An example of this is what I go through with my asthma, although its mild, every time I get allergies my coughing is bad enough that I end up nearly blacking out and get strain headaches. I tend to injure my ribs due to the constant cough and the strength of the cough. I also end up going through a 2 month or more coughing spell. Even I have mild asthma I still fight to continue to do what I like doing, like model building. That being said, while I do have mild asthma I will not allow asthma to define me. I will continue doing what I like despite having asthma. And that's what we (people with chronic illness) need to do. We cannot allow our chronic illnesses to define us, wed need to break out of our illnesses and define ourselves. By doing this we tell the world that our illnesses do not define us, we do. Having said that I'll conclude by saying that, while having chronic illness, it is not the end of the world. &amp;nbsp;I am sick of the pro-amnesty and illegal immigrant activists saying that the Arizona's law encourages racial profiling and is unconstitutional. So, here my counter argument to their claims. Their first argument is that it is (SB1070) unconstitutional. They're wrong &amp;amp; here's why, first there is nowhere in the Constitution that prohibit the state from enforcing federal law or pass laws that mirror federal law. In fact every state that enforce anti-drug laws, are in fact, enforcing federal federal laws. Second, the Arizona law does not preempt,but if fact, mirrors federal law. Now this is done in every state that enforces anti-drug laws. In fact here is the opening text, "The legislature finds that there is a compelling interest in the cooperative enforcement of federal immigration laws throughout all of Arizona." The second argument against the Arizona law is "racial profiling". This is a bold face &lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;Lie&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt; because the law clearly state "&lt;b&gt;lawful contact"&lt;/b&gt;. that means you have to be breaking another law to be contacted by police. Another problem I have with these groups opposing the Arizona law, is that in my opinion they are pro-slavery and anti-American. They say that illegal immigrants do work Americans won't do. This is the very same lie the pro-slavery politicians said in the 1800s. Next, they say that illegals pay social security and other taxes. This too, is a lie because their employers not only pay them under the table, but pay them a $1/hour if the employers pay them at all. In conclusion I say this: "if you are pro illegal immigration, you are pro-slavery". Oxis, which is a  penny stock deals with L-ergothioneine products. My research into this  company &amp;amp; their product is as follows: First L-ergothioneine is a  naturally occurring amino acid which is found mainly in foods rich in  it, such as: liver, kidney, red beans, and oat bran. As well as the  highest amounts being in oyster mushrooms &amp;amp; bolete. In the human  body is is present in skin, eye lens, erythrocysts(red blood cells),  &amp;amp; semen. This amino acid not only does it have antioxidant  properties, as well as glutathoine is also a good scavanger of free radicals. As far as I can determine in my research, it is my  opinion that this is a good product. However, the only down side with  L-ergothioneine is that higher blood levels of L-ergothioneine has been  associated with rhumatoid arthritis. the reason is the ETT gene that  transports the L-ergothioneine is mutated in Rhumatoid Arthritis and  Crohns &amp;amp; transports it more easily than normal proteins. Because the  effects of L-ergothioneine on metabolism is unknown at this time, it is  unclear whether any results prove a roll between L-ergothioneine &amp;amp;  human disease. That being said, while, like I said I think this is a  good product, I suggest consulting someone who knows L-ergothioneine to  see if its good for you. I have a few examples of these courageous people: one is my niece Shylah who was mentioned in part 1. She was born with cerebral palsey, tracheal esophageal fistula atresia, &amp;amp; undiagnosed seizures. She coded (stopped breathing) for 45 minutes to 1 hour, she also had to have a jejunum gastric tube inserted into her abdomen. Since then, she has fought valiantly to progress through her many challenges. Another example is that of a friend whose daughter was has cystic fibrosis. This girl has to have multiple breathing treatment daily. When she eats she has to have enzymes due to the inability to digest food. She also has a club foot &amp;amp; a low tolerance to illnesses. Even so, for a 3 year old, she braves all of the procedures &amp;amp; multiple hospital visits she must endure during winter. In short, she is one of the bravest girls I know.When it comes to parents of disabled kids one of the strongest people I know is Danielle (Shylah's mother). She has struggled with her daughter's seizures,as well as, being a single mother. Another strong parent is the friend whose daughter has CF. She &amp;amp; her husband have to constantly be on guard to prevent any illnesses from entering their home. This means that at times their daughter can't have friends or family over if any friend or family member has any illness of any kind. In short, when it comes to illnesses they have to isolate her. In closing, these families who have children&amp;nbsp;with disabilities and&amp;nbsp;birth defect&amp;nbsp;show the most courage, bravery, &amp;amp; strength of anyone I know. Because no parent can truly know exactly how strong, courageous, or brave they'll be until they are put in a situation where they have a child with disabilities or birth defects. Finally, Shylah's postictal &amp;amp; gelastic seizures are now under control. And the girl with CF is the sweetest girl considering what she goes through. Also, new research has extended the life of CF patients.&lt;/div&gt;

First, there are nations like North Korea and the Sudan where there is major famine and starvation. The UN continues to send food and the People continue to starve. Why? The answer is that these dishonor morons are stealing the food and hoarding it for themselves. This action alone proves that these people not only have no honor, but are the lowest of all criminals. Because they hate their people and care only of themselves, these so called "Leaders" have decided that only power is the currency and corruption is law. So, until we expose and condemn these &lt;span style="FONT-WEIGHT: bold"&gt;trailer trash&lt;/span&gt; leaders no one in famine stricken country will &lt;span style="FONT-WEIGHT: bold"&gt;ever &lt;/span&gt;get food. The second reason for exposing these &lt;span style="FONT-WEIGHT: bold"&gt;Trailer trash leaders&lt;/span&gt; is the example of illegal immigration. Examples where these laws can be enforced if &lt;span style="FONT-WEIGHT: bold"&gt;corrupt&lt;/span&gt; Senators, like John McCain, who support slavery, would enforce the laws on the books. Because illegal immigration &lt;span style="FONT-WEIGHT: bold"&gt;is&lt;/span&gt; slavery and those who oppose laws to stop it are saying the they are in favor of slavery and don't want to change. In other-words, by wanting "cheap labor" they actually want slavery. Because these illegal get paid 10 cents an hour, &lt;span style="FONT-STYLE: italic"&gt;if&lt;/span&gt; they get paid at all. Corrupt Politicians like McCain want the votes while Corrupt organizations like ACORN and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce want the business and want cheap labor. They excuse this by saying, "they do jobs no American wants to do." Hmm, where have I heard this before? Let's see. First, it is a mortal threat to life because in places like North Korea now or Somalia in the 90's you have people starving. And the reason they are is because their "leaders", and I use the word leaders &lt;span style="FONT-WEIGHT: bold"&gt;very lightly&lt;/span&gt;, make sure that any food deliveries in their countries only go to them. In other-words the food and aid shipped to starving countries is stolen by government officials for the benefit of the "leader". In my opinion they do this because a fed populace and an educated populace is harder to control. Next, the so called "leaders" have absolutely no care or concern for their people, they (corrupt leaders) only care about themselves. Third, it is a threat to democracy because it is the one perfect way to have a democracy fall. The reason is that through corruption you have voter &amp;amp; voter registration fraud and permissive attitudes by government officials that allow criminal activities to take place. Here are examples of each of the listed corrupt elements. First with voter &amp;amp; voter registration fraud you run the chance of getting a person who in his soul is the lowest animal you can imagine. In other-words he serve only himself, cares of no-one but himself, and is extremely brutal in civil rights (i.e. free speech etc.). Finally with the corrupt element of permissive attitudes, you have situations like illegal immigration that, to the corrupt is a chance to get more money, more votes, and more slaves, while to the rest needs to be regulated. It it because of these reasons I believe is the biggest threat to all nations and must be brought out into the light. Because they not only have no one to speak for them, they have no one to protect them from the baby killers of the abortion rights movement. Because the people who want abortion want to kill all babies, they feel the the unborn should have no rights, ever. I disagree because, first those who advocate abortion include those with disabilities. Second they want to blame the child for the mistakes of the mother or the crimes of the father. In other-words when I'm talking about (in the of crimes of the father) rape and ( in mistakes of the mother) sleep around. It is &lt;span style="FONT-WEIGHT: bold"&gt;not&lt;/span&gt; the fault of the child that he was the off-spring of a rapist. It is also not his/her fault that their( the unborn child) mother is an adulteress. Next murdering a fetus because of disabilities in my mind shows the hatred of the disabled. Because in my mind it violates their right to life. So in conclusion, if we're going to talk about human rights, then we must talk about all humans including the unborn. This is a subject that is near and dear to me for two reasons. First I was born with Petit-mal Epilepsy, a defect or disability of the brain that causes absence seizures. While my Epilepsy was not a " die at birth" defect, I've still had to fight it. As such I am proud to say that I've outgrown the seizures. The second reason is because two people I know have had kids born with defects. These children have had to fight just to stay alive. One was born severely under weight, due to having her sack connected only to her twin brother and not the mother. In other-words her twin brother got all of the nutrients and she got what little was left.  However, after she was born she had two brain bleeds at the hospital. Because of this she now has Cerebral Palsy so while she is disabled there is no telling what she'll do in the future. The other child was born with Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia (CDH) which is a hole in the diaphragm. The mortality rate according to wikipedia is between 40% and 62%. So when children are born with defects like these, whether fatal or not, they have to fight hard to either live or to make it through society. So when a child is born with a defect especially one that is fatal it helps tremendously to pray, because while the child is fighting hard to live, prayer gives the child help to survive. The following reasons why I say it's more important than education are: First, because without the ability to read you cannot get an education. Next by learning to read, not only do you open yourself to an education, but you also open up all horizons which eventually lead to the American dream. In other-words, those who cannot read are likely to be uneducated and more easily controlled by tyrants, and less likely to succeed. Meaning that those who read are more likely to vote for freedom and independence than those who can't and do get more good paying jobs than those who don't. Second, when it comes to literacy, according to www.Phrasebase.com &amp;amp; the Census Bureau the U.S. has a 99%  literacy rate which is one of best in the world. However, according to en.Wikipedia.org the United Nations Development Programme list Cuba as number one with 100% and Luxemburg tied with the U.S. in 17th place at 99%, while www.Phasebase.com has Luxemburg as no.1 with 100% and cuba as 23rd with 97% which I tend to believe. Last, as an avid reader and bookworm, I have "been" on pirate ships, Federation starships all over the galaxy, and saved lost monkeys from a train wreck during summer. The reason I've done ll this is because there is no other way to travel the universe or save damsels or animals in distress then to read a book. Politicians like Rahm Emanuel, Ted Stevens, and John McCain are all either morally corrupt, ethically corrupt, or politically corrupt. In the case of Ted Stevens, he is politically corrupt and I think legally corrupt, but because of the idiot prosecutors his conviction was over turned. John McCain is morally corrupt because he supports the pro-slavery cause and foundations of the Amnesty movement. Rahm Emanuel is in my opinion ethically corrupt because he uses Chicago political tactics to shove his un-American value down our throats. These men and others like them care nothing of &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;We the People&lt;/span&gt; and care only of their next votes. These people have nothing but disdain and dislike for the American people. They have been corrupted by the special interest and lobbying firm of Washington and have begun only serving these groups. Calling them everything from "unAmerican" to Nazi". These tactics will fail for the following reasons. First, by attacking the American voters, these politicians have dishonored and disgraced themselves and their names. Because the voters are the employers of politicians &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;not &lt;/span&gt;the employees. Second, these personal attacks on the voters are analogous to a fast food employee who slanders his/her manager. Such employees do not get to keep their jobs long. Prove of this, is that these politicians who are attacking the voters and who have campaigns coming up in 2010 are in &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;deep&lt;/span&gt; trouble with their voters. these politicians in my opinion do not stand a chance of being re-elected. The American people understand better than the politicians that this is &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;our&lt;/span&gt; country,&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt; our &lt;/span&gt;government, and that they (the politicians) are our&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt; servants&lt;/span&gt;. Because of the racketeering being committed by Congress as well as Bush and Obama, I am going to do something I've never done before. By doing this I hope the people will agree and will stand up and be vocal about this. What I'm doing is I am calling for a criminal investigation of both Bush and Obama as well as both of the treasury secretaries, all members of Congress who vote for all of the stimulus packages and TARP, and anyone appointee for any cabinet or czar position with ties to Wall Street. These people have committed treason, bribery, and racketeering as well as allowing Goldman Sacks to become an illegal monopoly. In other-words I believe that members of Congress like Congressmen Pelosi and Frank, and senators Reid and McCain need to go to prison for the corruption being committed. After that we need to vote them out and black ball them from politics forever.
