Her new position, effective February 1, reports to the network&amp;#8217;s CEO, Bryan Mills.
&lt;p&gt;&amp;#8220;Jane&amp;#8217;s new role recognizes the evolution of her most recent responsibilities, the results that she and her team have achieved, and the importance of physician-network integration,&amp;#8221; said Mills.&lt;span&gt;&amp;#160; &lt;/span&gt;&amp;#8220;She will continue to provide oversight leadership for physician recruitment and relationship building activities.&amp;#8221;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;In her new position, Callahan will continue to have senior leader responsibilities for medical staff services, including the credentialing function.&lt;span&gt;&amp;#160; &lt;/span&gt;She will work closely with senior leadership from Community&amp;#8217;s hospitals and various service lines to reach out to physician specialists seeking a partnership with Community.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;A registered nurse by training, Callahan has been employed with Community Health Network for nearly 30 years, working in a variety of clinical settings and in leadership roles for VEI (Visionary Enterprises, Inc.) and IMM (Indianapolis Medical Management), both Community entities. &lt;span&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/span&gt;When not at work, she volunteers as president emeritus of the board of directors for the &lt;st1:place st="on" xmlns:st1="http://unknownprefix/st1"&gt;&lt;st1:city st="on"&gt;Indianapolis&lt;/st1:city&gt;&lt;/st1:place&gt; affiliate of Susan G. St&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/st1:address&gt;&lt;/st1:street&gt;&lt;span&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;Fishers, IN&lt;span&gt;&amp;#160; &lt;/span&gt;46037&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommended the following groups to receive H1N1 vaccine:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul type="disc"&gt;&lt;li&gt;Pregnant women&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;People who live with or care for infants younger than 6 months of age&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Health care and emergency medical personnel&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Anyone from 6 months through 24 years of age&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Anyone from 25 through 64 years of age with certain chronic medical conditions or a weakened immune system&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Healthy adults 25 through 64 years of age&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Adults 65 years and older&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommends that people in high risk groups receive the seasonal flu shot, including:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul type="disc"&gt;&lt;li&gt;All children 6 months through 18 years of age&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;People 50 years of age and older&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;People at high risk for complications from the flu, including:&lt;/li&gt;&lt;ul type="circle"&gt;&lt;li&gt;Pregnant women&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;People of any age with long-term health issues like heart disease, lung disease, asthma, kidney disease, liver disease, metabolic disease or anemia&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;People with weakened immune systems due to HIV/AIDS, long-term treatment with steroids, cancer treatment with x-rays or drugs&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;People with muscle or nerve disorders that can lead to breathing or swallowing problems&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Children 6 months through 18 years of age on long-term aspirin treatment&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Residents of nursing homes and other long term care facilities&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;People who live with or care for those at high risk for complications from flu, including:&lt;/li&gt;&lt;ul type="circle"&gt;&lt;li&gt;Household contacts of persons at high risk for complications from the flu (see above)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Household contacts and caregivers of children from birth to 5 years of age&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Health care providers&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;The CDC recommends the following people be up-to-date on pneumonia vaccinations:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul type="disc"&gt;&lt;li&gt;those 65 or older&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;anyone 2 through 64 years of age who has a chronic health problem, such as heart disease, lung disease, sickle cell disease, diabetes, alcoholism, cirrhosis, and leaks of cerebrospinal fluid or cochlear implant &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;anyone 2 through 64 years of age who has a disease or condition that lowers the body&amp;#8217;s resistance to infection, such as Hodgkin&amp;#8217;s disease, lymphoma or leukemia, kidney failure, multiple myeloma, Nephritic syndrome, HIV infection or AIDS, damaged spleen or no spleen, and organ transplant&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;anyone 2 through 64 years of age who is taking a drug or treatment that lowers the body&amp;#8217;s resistance to infection, such as long-term steroids, certain cancer drugs, and radiation therapy&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;any adult 19 through 64 years of age who is a smoker or has asthma&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;The cost for the H1N1 vaccine is $18.&lt;span&gt;&amp;#160; &lt;/span&gt;The cost for the flu vaccine is $30.&lt;span&gt;&amp;#160; &lt;/span&gt;The cost for the pneumonia vaccine is $45. &lt;span&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/span&gt;Cash or check will be accepted.&lt;span&gt;&amp;#160; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Medicare Part B and Medicare Advantage recipients can present their card at a clinic and CHHS will bill Medicare. &lt;span&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/span&gt;These recipients will pay nothing out of pocket for the H1N1, seasonal flu, or the pneumonia shot.&lt;span&gt;&amp;#160;
