				Volunteers are required to undertake practical and nature conservation projects at one of Northern Ireland&apos;s most important nature conservation sites. &lt;p /&gt;Lagan Valley Regional Park is a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and comprises over 4000 acres of scenic woodland, wetland, grassland and riverside habitats. The backbone of the park is the River Lagan and towpath.&lt;p /&gt;Volunteers play an integral role in the conservation of this beautiful landscape.
