My Take on Religion , Spirituality, BJP , Rahul Gandhi and Mayawati

Someone asked me which religion you follow and do you support BJP or congress and why do you think rahul gandhi is not fit and why Mayawati should lead Uttar Pradesh. Like any other person I just pivoted the conversation to movies and music and left it diplomatically. But Diplomacy is not my religion and left me confused about what exactly is my religion. I can simply select the word” Sprituality “ and move out from hustle , because somehow spirituality makes you devoid of any religion and its considered on humanity level , may be mind and spirit level too. But I can say I am spiritual , I do have Hindu Gods posters at my home , I do celebrate holi and Diwali but reasoning for the celebration of Holi is for colors and Diwali is for lights and crackers and that’s the truth. Apparently my belief system doesn’t agree whether Lord Ram was Lord or Lord Ram actually came back from the exile , and trust me this fact of Ram returning from Exile actually making anyone feel better on Diwali or any other day atleast in current century …. I am sure it must be a big deal probably when it actually happened but on a personal singular individual level this fact/myth doesn’t impact me.

And Question which was asked is totally about my political allegiance and not about what kind of religion I subscribe to(this is my assumption based on current perceived impressions and knowledge) but I do want to decode the query into certain keywords 1) Religion 2) Spirituality 3) BJP 4) Rahul Gandhi and 5) Mayawati .

I am making an agreement in advance that it has nothing to do with others perspective, their religion, their political inclinations and their image in my mind , I will treat them the same way I used to back in my school time. What my understanding of religion is limited and I am not talking about any particular reason this is applicable to hindu , muslim or Christian etc . I strongly believe when these books were published it was made with best of intentions and these books were based on their level of knowledge. Then science happened, science or technology on every subject displayed growth at tremendous rates . My belief is that there is generation gap in religious books and current knowledge and since there was no version control mechanism existed back then when it was published people with limited knowledge followed the same ages after ages and it becomes formality.

Religion is a formality for sure , probably it was a belief when it was logical and accepted with resonance to that time period of knowledge however I cannot comment when it became “faith” . Religion now has more to do with faith . My perception of faith is when one agree upon something or follow something without any logic and reasoning then its faith . I have seen people doing stupid things because of faith hell If I consider movies seriously a suicide bomber is hell convinced to get some 18 virgin fairies in after life . Religion is driven by faith that’s my statement but I am a HINDU because I was raised with the same fact that I am hindu no other religion was offered to me hence I have zero knowledge about other religion .

Some might feel that now I have my chance to choose and follow a religion for them I have a counter question that why should I follow any particular religion, at my truest core I know all these religions are primitive and should need an upgrade , I might agree with few things here and there not because science can confirm it but It feels right to my common sense. My common sense also says most of the religious books require different interpretation and un biased one that should be printed and marketed to the people who wants to follow certain protocols , then probably I might read it because my current education and knowledge prepared to compare ,to check reviews and to check pros and cons , Shelf life of product or service or may be protocols as well. So whatever others can feel from this post they are free to judge and interpret because it will be from their own impressions and knowledge about life . They can agree to disagree and I perfectly okay with it .

Let me get into deep with it since I have very less knowledge about any religion but I know out of that knowledge I know few things here and there more about HINDU religion . Lets talk about Namaste or Touching the feets and for these two small examples as well I am not sure whether it belongs to hindu religion or indian culture separately or together. But whatever it Is my common sense accept the logic of showing respect to someone else , my common sense also accepts that one can use hello using gestures by Namaste or Touching the feets for greeting .

if I go dig that deeper too based on my common sense of religion and spirituality i can clearly comment why it was implemented at first place . According to hindu culture a life span was divided into brahmcharya, Grahsth ashram , Vana prastha and Sanyas and social networking has buttons for different concepts, to show the warmth or welcome or to greet someone you can say Namaste for a typical hello or poke or hey and for following someone or some guru you have to touch the feets to gather the blessing of that person, usually all the elders back those days were considered full of knowledge and treated as gurus . It was a common concept with better age comes bigger knowledge and hence the touching of feets thing

Since life span was bifurcated into 4 parts , first phase of brahmcharya was for struggles ,learning , getting knowledge from elders, performing work without the pleasures of emotional connects. Then people get married and starts their grahsth ashram , produces children , help them in works guide them train them and then once kids are ready for next level , these people from grahsth ashram move to vanaprastha or moving to a trip to some other place by doing so they can share their part of knowledge and experiences with others during their tours and returns to home after a certain span of life where they don’t need any earthly pleasures and move to “Sanyas” ashram . By Sanyas means not involving in any activity for earning for family , no social connects and spreading their lifelong experiences, knowledge and stories to kids and others. The whole point of this information in my mind gives me common sense for that time period when guru or elders are respected for their age and experiences and knowledge gained thereafter. there is no point of following that concept now since sources of knowledge have changed , evolution has passed through genetics and we have certain wisdom by default which was for previous past generation considered a luxury . Things which were logical back then are no longer acknowledge the current awareness in human beings hence it was eradicated gradually , however it is making fuss for certain benefits to some godmen like people or authoritative kind of people who knows that faith can be used as weapon and a tool to make fool out of people .

This is also a time when acquiring knowledge and interpretation of same knowledge has variance, people can follow anyone based on their experiences and interpretation , also gurus and teachers have also accepted the fact that financials and presentation also matters irrespective of the level of knowledge they have they just need to pretend that they have solution for the problems one can think of . But that’s not the point either,availability of knowledge has empowered us to recreate the meanings for any practice or religious activity according to our definition to suit the need. For someone like me joining hands and touching the feets had different meaning 10 years ago , it was formal, I would like to pretend that I am a nice guy and wanted to show everyone that I am respecting everyone because my agenda was to impress everyone by showing of to a degree where I was once touched a feet of a salesmen because I thought he is some relative of mine coming onto door . But now , even if I respect someone or not , I join my hand and touch feets of others for completely different reasons, for me irrespective of respect I know joining hands a scientific significance in terms of acupressure and touching of feets help to take control of my ego, I have no shame in touching feets of any one , be it any shape, gender, size and even age… I know the other person has nothing to do with it but I can keep a check on my ego , my attitude is allright .

Being a hindu doesn’t necessarily means you have to follow what was written centuries ago and who all subscribed to it , I have the will and wit to interpret my version of Hinduism for me and I don’t need to get into the practices where people are obliged to follow me or my style of Hinduism the same way I also agree to a fact that what I believe in Hinduism will be in my aura , and in my energies and at my genetics it will be passed on to other when the time is right so idea has been floated and evolution has already started atleast for me being in religion and me being me and hence a hindu.

Spirituality, I believe since science started to dominate and certain gurus got involved with western culture this term” spirituality “ took bigger shame and may be it is a cooler term for religion or faction of people who believe there is a higher power don’t know what shape or what religion but that’s the whole point . People needs someone as mentor, people need someone to guide them , people need some to show around the mall of life or demonstrate the settings of" life and for that in order to get into alignment of current life model they choose to accept the term” spirituality” . All holy books have the same info written that shows some kind of path more or less the path is also same , however interpretation again plays a bigger role . According to me if someone is scared to accept any religion and wants to play neutral on the question of religion can simply go with the statement “ I am someone who believes in spirituality” , whole arrangement of this concept is designed in such a way that the leaders around the world help you understand the meaning of holy books in such a diplomatically correct way that you tend to choose it logically because it has all the best parts of every religion minus all controversy .

For me anyone who is seeking , who knows that he/she don’t know about many things can be a spiritual , I am someone who also believes that there is some some superpower who designed the whole universe , some energy is responsible for rules that we see on this current planet … there are rules of whethers, seasons, days and nights. There is a process to everything that exist , everything is finite and quantifiable , everything has a start and an end except this super power or GOD . I truly believe god is something which has no start and no end , no shape and no boundaries and same is also true for spirits or energies. No one has ever got to know shapes of spirits and energies so being spiritual is to accept the current arrangement and design of power engine or energies or spirits . When you are able to understand spirit you will get closer to god . Music or sound also don’t have shape it is what we perceive , same is for air and same is spirits beyond logic and beyond reasoning . So faith has always been like that it is only a perceived belief , a belief without logic and reasoning. Faith is totally contradictory to knowledge , but knowledge is catching up , and it is catching up fast the whole point of spirituality is to gather the knowledge about something that we don’t know it yet , when we do not know ,we seek and when we seek we expand our boundaries and the goal is to reach beyond boundaries , it will be a long process might take some more centuries but gradually it is bound to happen and our spirt will merge with super spirit (read aatma ka param atma mein milan) , by reverse calculation it is also true if we are going to get merged with the super energy to become wholesome energy , we are actually part of that super energy right now its just that we are distributed heavily to smallest unit which we may call it an atom. Its ironic whatever we see around ourself be it any living or non living thing are just collection of atoms and atom itself consist of electron proton and neuton and no one knows how they move inside an atom but they are . Electon , proton and neurton carries positive charge , negative charge and null (devoid of charge) . Postive charge is creation and negative charge is destruction and inbetwen them a null charge to provide the organisation of balance , so going by this logic GOD is pretty much the same thing , G- giver, O for organiser and D for Destroyer , hence brahma , Vishnu and Mahesh ( according to HINDU religion) So brahma’s job is to create, Vishnu’s job is to organise or provide balance and Mahesh’s job is destroy or consume things by this logic science has already validated the logic of GOD through functioning of GOD. And Science has already provided another statement in “ the whole energy of whole universe is constant and it can only change from one form to another and equilibrium or sum of this energy will always remain constant or One. This scientific statement also validates the point of “Aatma ka Param-atma mein milan” , if we call aatma or spirit get merged into super spirit or param aatma then param aatma or super spirit or super energy is a constant or wholesome or one.

Our goal is to reach to a point where we get merged into super energy and be with the one , become devoid of boundaries and for the one need to follow the process of seeking and hence the spirituality.

Since I have answered above two points about religion and spirituality , it will be easy to elaborate rest of the three points i.e. BJP, Rahul Gandhi and Mayawati. I have already established the definition of Faith ,which is something devoid of logic and reasoning now let me give you definition of Foolishness, a fool is someone without logic and reasoning. Despite Faith and Stupidity or Foolishness has same definition people will not accept the fact that they are or they have what call “faith”. It happens with every political party because they cannot see them as humans , they bifurcate humans , they create boundaries , they use the name of god to take away from God.

Yes that’s the point , Political parties will use the names of God by taking you away from God, anything or anyone who is trying to limit you or trying to keep you in boundaries is taking you far from god . Using the term GOD if you are seeking humanity first otherwise everything is fine , it is also a way to live life , it is not necessary to know why are we here and what is our ultimate goal , stay in present live the moment and live life as it happens but then as well political allegiance will cause some turbulence and sometime without any reason . the term stupidity is justified when you have or have not carry any political luggage because people are ready to accept that there is third aspect as well , one cannot stay with the concept of dichotomy , there is not just black and white , there is not just heads and tails, there is not just male and female , there is not just yes and no . Confusion and clarity both exist inbetween that we have peace , we have neutron apart from electron and proton, there is yes , no and may be. Glass can half full and half empty only if you are looking from sides, there are perspectives, there are different data points that exist which is also a reality . Political parties uses perspectives to make people follow them , BJP also does that, pervious parties did that in past and some other parties are looking up to BJP to follow the lead. Just because I am hindu , I am not automatically going to vote BJP . Since I have lesser knowledge about BJP when compared to religion I clearly don’t know whether I am in favour of BJP or not . That’s the grey are for me , a maybe from my end. Maybe I like BJP because of ideologies presented or actions performed and may be I don’t like the BJP because I am a hindu . A True hindu would never force discrimination based on caste , if that’s the ideology I support BJP

However not the same for Rahul Gandhi , wherein I agree with the concept of Faith for his followers and congress but Data points available proves that congress can do better in terms of their leadership , I think Rahul Gandhi is a carrying the political baggage more than anyone else in whole india , but doing one thing too often will make something out of it leader isn’t the one that I am sure of . Congress has better bench strength as compared to what is offered to common people like religion and religious books some names and concepts are obsolete , the same can be said for “Gandhi’s” legacy . Gandhi is only valued because of the imprint on the currency no one actually bothers what he did and what he didn’t, it doesn’t matter to anyone anymore. So my stand Rahul Gandhi is clear , he is not my PM or leader as on date 15^th October 2018 , may be in future he gathers knowledge and demonstrate skills to prove the worthiness of it till then I have a clear cut no for his application .

For Mayawati, like every other political leader she is using the name of Late Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar for her own benefits , Dr. BR Ambedkar was her replacement of God and religion in her polical strategy , it worked once but with current available knowledge it is not going to work . When mayawati had chance as a CM to the state of UP she misused the power to her own benefits , she had a complete term to make things equal to everyone, and this is also a debatable topic when she had power she could’ve floated the idea of equality among the different which still believes that they are dalit because of caste. For my understanding in india , everyone is dalit because of finances and knowledge and not because caste, if someone is in denial no can help it , Dr. BR Ambedkar solved the problem with far more lesser power than mayawati when he got the chance.

Mayawati is making use of faith for wrong reasons, she never demonstrated the actuall upliftment of humanity nor her previous data points supports the claim that she actually intended to the something about it , The said “Lower Caste” is not lower because of the surname , it is the invisible leash that is causing the harm which is also true for so called “higher caste”. People need to understand knowledge is power what one chooses to do with knowledge and power is similar to the actions done by Dr. BR Ambedkar and Mayawati. It is again totally dependent on perception and interpretation , people need to fight their own battles inside their own mind .

Let’s talk about death

It’s been a historical mystery of all time that kept prevailing from forever, had a buzz till now .People are dying by natural deaths, accidental deaths, planned and unplanned death but the question is still unanswered what happens after death or why we die?

When I was a kid , I was among those science fascinated young scientists(obviously in hearts) with special theories and hypothesis of their own and discovery channel was launched , news papers started the completely new section for science news and sci-fi tv programs pushed my young mind for thinking and relating things with each and everything.

So one fine day I saw a program on discovery regarding Qui( pronunciation=chi) , its from Chinese civilization kind of yoga, consist of fluidic movement of body with control on stretches, which helps us regulating the flow of energy in human body. Than I studied a law from newtons i.e. energy can neither be created and nor be destroyed , it can only be changed from one from to another and than I studied Maganatism is physics, there I studied about attraction, repulsion , centre of gravity and neutralization.than I studied equilibrium everything in this world is considered to be stable or fine if it is in equilibrium,every body in this world has its own equilibrium and always tries to attain equilibrium infact this world also tries to attain the state of equilibrium.

Being an Indian, we are raised with loads of Gods and loads of fascinating mythological stories which had no logic when it was told but started to make sense with the growth of me and my science knowledge.

Back than I was able to relate mutations from genetics to all the mythological stories, was able to relate so many science experiments with stupid rituals and magic of societies at that period of time I came up with concept of death,astrology and premonitions.

“ Every human being in this world along with every object of this universe be it living or non living carries its own centre of gravity, and its centre should be maintained throughout for the well being of any object, and whenever this centre of gravity shifts its position any body would not find itself not at ease and hence disease , and to maintain the equilibrium ,immune system tries to heal the body to ensure the centre of gravity is at centre..

Now when we talk about gravity ,we are talking about a force of attraction or repulsion and hence magnetism.

Also we can also say gravity is an energy, and whenever this energy decentralize it causes some kind of dis-ease and as the energy only shifts from one form to another , it will always remain at equilibrium .

So whatever I wrote is just a hypothesis with whole loads of complexities and may be the experession vocabulary is also not upto my own standards but while writing this complex article I am totally different phase of my thinking. So let me get back to my hypothesis.

Why we die? Why we feel diseased?

Whenever any energy shifts takes place , it will try to attain equilibrium and maintain equilibrium some effort or force is required , now I am getting into too much physics to explain this .

We can assume this whole earth as permanent magnet or as a total energy or may be just as whole 1. Having said that we can say the total energy of this universe is constant i. e 1 and it can only be changed from one from to another say A+ B= 1 and A= B-1 but energy is always 1.

This whole energy can be termed as parmatma, almighty , the god ,total power ,whole energy and its portion of energy can be termed as atma, living being,temporary magnet,souls ,spirits and power and whenever someone die it simply means their energy is decentrailized and it can’t be centralized and to maintain equilibrium it would get back to the source or we can say that temporary magnetic field of human body is neutralized by the permanent magnet.

Similarily you can explain astrology with magnetism and newtons law for every action there is equal and opposite reaction. That’s why celestial bodies, stones,gems,colors, objects and directions , colors everything which can carry or posses energy or magnetic field can change the action and reaction .

Though this is not so unique but death still require some concrete explanations.

Jungle (gurgaon) se shehar(delhi) tak

So after 4 years and 5 months in NCR , I ultimately managed to depart Gurgaon and relocated to Delhi. Oh boy such a relief, I don’t know how I was living there in gurgaon and now I have a better question why I was living there. Well whatever, Delhi is a different place , it is like a city with dil wale log(people with heart), all they care about talking, walking ,stalking and various other suffix of king.

Life is transformed a lot post demise of my father, don’t know why he died so early but now I can proudly accept the fact that he was a great man and a wonderful father. I must say he should be very happy now to spot me living in a society of Delhi, with all most all luxuries of an Indian home.

I used to be someone else , what I am now but am I the one who is ‘the one’ once upon a time , don’t know where to conclude the question, though the way I am writing all this over again that I might be the one the who use to be ‘the one’.

Since I moved this new home, I am singing once again, playing guitar, learning website development, getting losses in business but overall I am experimenting with whole lot of things in whole lot of ways.

My next plan is to provide a different dimension to this blog of mine by keeping the complexities constant!!!

Jab tak hai jaan review

Jab Tak Hai Jaan makes life look easy. So easy that a self proclaimed 25-year-old, who looks 40, gets to kiss a girl who seems to have walked out of Vogue. You also believe that the latter, despite all her Mercedes and Gucci glory, can’t keep her hands off a waiter who has an annoying habit of speaking like he is perpetually in an art of living class.

Life’s so easy, that you can walk straight into an army camp in Ladakh in barely visible hot pants and prance around shooting, presumably stuff, while there are people detonating bombs all around you. Also, if you have legs like Anushka Sharma’s, you belong to a curiously privileged class who can dance around in beach volleyball attire while goats, men and children around shiver through layers of winter clothes.

You can also go from being freeloading floozies to Michelin-starred restaurant owners in no time, you can lose and get your memory back pretty much the same way you get back an iPod forgotten in the shorts pocket, and you can jump from age 25 to age 35 without half a cell on your face withering.

Logic is the biggest casualty ofJab Tak Hai Jaan, yes. Like, of course it is, in any Yash Chopra film. So what you get is a bit of a Veer Zaara, only re-packaged with taller women with hotter legs.

Shah Rukh Khan here is Samar Anand. The film opens to tell you he is the Michael Phelps of bomb disposal in the Indian Army. We, predictably, are in Ladakh where SRK whooshes in, in all his week-old stubble and aviator glory to defuse a really dangerous bomb. With the kind of intensity one shows while restarting a PC, he picks on this wire and that, and whoops the bomb’s arse – or so says the thundering background music.

Cut to Anushka Sharma – she with her washboard abs, endless legs and holding a perfect cover-girl pose in a bikini in Ladakh – who is an aspiring documentary filmmaker assisting a Discovery Channel crew. She is also called Akira Rai. (Cue to gush, ’How quirky!’.)

So sidekick heroine stumbles upon hero’s diary, where he has written down his 10-year-old love story, presumably with the lyrics of the songs he had sung with his girl and details of all the places they had made out in. Since this is India, you don’t cry kiss-and-tell, you call it a Yash Chopra film. Filmmaker Rai then bamboozles her way into the high-security Army camp to shoot a documentary on Mr Kick-ass bomb disposer, does cool military-ish stuff while managing to sport a perfect blow dry hairdo and also falls in love with hurt-in-love hero. Oh by the way, hero’s ex-girlfriend, Meera – Katrina Kaif with an absolutely drool-worthy wardrobe – had left him ten years back. When Anand had an accident, Meera made a promise to Sir Jesus (cute god-next-door names for Jesus Christ), that she would dump her boyfriend if God makes sure that he lives. Hero lives. She dumps him, because she has promised God she will. And yes, you’re reading this right.

You don’t question how a documentary titled ‘A Man Who Cannot Die’ have people gushing about it London. It’s important for the story to move on you realise. So, cynical Discovery people have to make sure that Akira was not shooting a Bollywood extra and demand bomb-stud Major turn up in London. He does, is knocked down again and lands up in a hospital again. This time, however, he doesn’t lose a girl. He loses ten-year’s worth his memory. And a lot of drama, sad song singing and cheesy dialogue throwing ensues. And goes on till the film ends. And by the time it does, entry rules in Army camps in India have been successfully established as being as stringent as those in coffee shops, so the climax doesn’t take you by surprise.

It’s probably rude to bad-mouth the dead. But even the highest amount of respect for Yash Chopra cliches can’t make Jab Tak Hai Jaan less of a burden on its viewer. If Shah Rukh Khan lip synching to a Rabbi song every now and then is not annoying enough, Chopra seemed to have completely lost the plot with the dialogues this time. The only times you’re reminded you’re watching a 2012 film and not some Rajesh Khanna-ish flick of the seventies is when Anushka Sharma talks like an average 21-year-old.

Unlike in a Dil To Pagal Hai from fourteen years back, you can no more sell Shah Rukh Khan as a traffic stopping dancer. Jumping around while juggling a fedora cannot be passed off as hot anymore. A Katrina Kaif in grunge glory and her new-found post-Sheila dancing oomph, for company, doesn’t help Shah Rukh Khan’s case either. And no amount of bronzer can make him look 25, which you are told he is for one whole half of the film.

You have seen everything Jab Tak Hai Jaan has many times before, just in other films. And probably with far better music than AR Rahman threw into this one.

I loved my father

I loved my father a lot , i never told him but i loved him a lot. when he is no more in this world, i started to miss him like anything. I was watching Dasvidania -the movie a little while back and now i co- relate how my father completed his last wishes before his death.This blog is dedicated to my father Late Mr. Akhilesh Dutt Sharma S/o Late Mr. Rajendra Dutt Sharma S/O Late Mr.Krishan Swaroop Sharma S/O Late Mr. Dwarka Prasad Sharma.

My father died because of cancer that's what we can conclude but i don't know there were other things involved in his death. Prior to his death i was not so superstitious or a believer of God, but post his death i certainly understood the fact that you can never see it coming . My father was a healthy , smiling and ever expressive human being in April 2012 and lost to death in July 2012 . He use to tell me always that i will remember his words after him, but i never took them seriously back then , but now i cant change the inevitable fact that i have no one above me to call father . I have lost that feeling of security in my life , now i have to think twice for every step i take in life, because you never know what unfolds in front you in life.

The day before his death. he wanted to meet me and i told my mother that i will reach within 3 days and now i will regret throughout my life that my father wanted to meet me and i was not able to reach there on time probably i had a minute chance to save my father but i cant to anything now.There is a void which is created in my family and now i really value relations and relationships more than ever.

I don't know what to write now for my father , all i can say that i was not there when he was in need and all i am left with memories . All i can do is to tell others that start valuing your family and life, because you never know which one can fall short ...

A Bitter Reality

... As the dream of most parents I had acquired a degree in
Software Engineering and joined a company based in USA, the
land of braves and opportunity. When I arrived in the USA, it
was as if a dream had come true.

Here at last I was in the place where I want to be. I decided I
would be staying in this country for about Five years in which
time I would have earned enough money to settle down in India.

My father was a government employee and after his retirement,
the only asset he could acquire was a decent one bedroom flat.

I wanted to do some thing more than him. I started feeling
homesick and lonely as the time passed. I used to call home and
speak to my parents every week using cheap international phone
cards. Two years passed, two years of Burgers at McDonald's and
pizzas and discos and 2 years watching the foreign exchange
rate getting happy whenever the Rupee value went down.

Finally I decided to get married. Told my parents that I have
only 10 days of holidays and everything must be done within
these 10 days. I got my ticket booked in the cheapest flight.
Was jubilant and was actually enjoying hopping for gifts for
all my friends back home. If I miss anyone then there will be
talks. After reaching home I spent home one week going through
all the photographs of girls and as the time was getting
shorter I was forced to select one candidate.

In-laws told me, to my surprise, that I would have to get
married in 2-3 days, as I will not get anymore holidays. After
the marriage, it was time to return to USA, after giving some
money to my parents and telling the neighbors to look after
them, we returned to USA.

My wife enjoyed this country for about two months and then she
started feeling lonely. The frequency of calling India
increased to twice in a week sometimes 3 times a week. Our
savings started diminishing.

After two more years we started to
have kids. Two lovely kids, a boy and a girl, were gifted to us
by the almighty. Every time I spoke to my parents, they asked
me to come to India so that they can see their grand-children.

Every year I decide to go to India… But part work part
monetary conditions prevented it. Years went by and visiting
India was a distant dream. Then suddenly one day I got a
message that my parents were seriously sick. I tried but I
couldn't get any holidays and thus could not go to India ... The
next message I got was my parents had passed away and as there
was no one to do the last rights the society members had done
whatever they could. I was depressed. My parents had passed
away without seeing their grand children.

After couple more years passed away, much to my children's
dislike and my wife's joy we returned to India to settle down.
I started to look for a suitable property, but to my dismay my
savings were short and the property prices had gone up during
all these years. I had to return to the USA...

My wife refused to come back with me and my children refused to
stay in India... My 2 children and I returned to USA after
promising my wife I would be back for good after two years.

Time passed by, my daughter decided to get married to an
American and my son was happy living in USA... I decided that
had enough and wound-up every thing and returned to India... I
had just enough money to buy a decent 02 bedroom flat in a
well-developed locality.

Now I am 60 years old and the only time I go out of the flat is
for the routine visit to the nearby temple. My faithful wife
has also left me and gone to the holy abode.

Sometimes

I wondered was it worth all this?

My father, even after staying in India,

Had a house to his name and I too have
the same nothing more.

I lost my parents and children for just ONE EXTRA BEDROOM.

Looking out from the window I see a lot of children dancing.
This damned cable TV has spoiled our new generation and these
children are losing their values and culture because of it. I
get occasional cards from my children asking I am alright. Well
at least they remember me.

Now perhaps after I die it will be the neighbors again who will
be performing my last rights, God Bless them.

But the question
still
remains 'was all this worth it?'

I am still searching for an answer.................!!!

Spirituality has a different meaning to each of us, it seems. A standard definition would be: "A sense of meaning and purpose; a sense of self and of a relationship with 'that which is greater than self".

Currently, Religion and Mysticism seem to have the monopoly on Spirituality. Theistic religion often regards a 'relationship with god' or divine creator, as a spiritual relationship, while Mystics will often find a relationship to a 'supernatural' force or power. The bottom line is that, almost universally, spirituality has to do with a 'relationship' on one level or another. In most perspectives, it is associated with a person's 'place' or 'meaning' in life... whatever that may be.

As subjective as these things can be, we begin to recognize changes in these notions, for social progress tends to carve a path for understandings that stand the test of time. In the modern age, we have the ability to look far in our past and examine what our ancestors used to consider 'real', and then compare those ideas to what we understand today. Many "spiritual practices" which have existed in the past, no longer exist due the understandings that have come about in regard to natural phenomenon. As a base example, early religions often 'sacrificed' animals for certain purposes... this rarely happens today, as the relevance of such an act has proven pointless in its desired effect. Likewise, rarely do people perform 'raindances' in order to influence the weather... today we understand how weather patterns are created, and ritual practices have no provable effect.

Similarly, the idea of 'praying' to a god for a particular request, has also statistically proven to have little effect on an outcome, not to mention the evidence to support a personified creator doesn't exist in any scientific way...rather it is often derived from ancient historical literary speculation and tradition.

Establishment Religion, in many ways, seems to be rooted in a perceptual misunderstanding about life's processes. For instance, it presents a worldview which often puts the human on a different level than other elements of nature. This 'spiritual ego' has led to dramatic conflicts for generations, not only between human beings, but inadvertently between us and the environment itself.

However, as time has moved forward, Science has shown how human beings are subject to the exact same forces of nature as everything else. We have learned that we all share the same atomic substructure as trees, birds and all other forms of life. We have learned that we cannot live without nature's elements... we need clean air to breathe, food to eat, energy from the sun, etc. When we understand this Symbiotic relationship of life, we begin to see that as far as 'relationships' are concerned, our relationship to the planet is the most profound and important. The medium by which this is expressed, is Science, for the Scientific Method has allowed us insight into these natural processes, so we can better understand how we 'fit' into this life system as a whole.

This could be called a 'spiritual' awakening.

This realization, which has been proven by science, is that humans are no different from any other form of nature, while our integrity is only as good as the integrity of our environment, to which we are a part. This understanding presents an entirely different 'spiritual' worldview, for it forces the idea of interdependence and connection, at its core.

The interconnection of the whole of life is undeniable in the most basic sense, and it is this perpetual 'relationship' of total interconnectivity that is not fully realized by society overall. Thus, our modes of conduct and perception are largely out of line with nature itself... and hence destructive.

Nature itself is our teacher, and our social institutions and philosophies should be derived from this foundational and, invariably, 'spiritual' understanding.

The faster this spiritual awakening spreads, the more sane, peaceful and productive society will become.

Most of the times, our living perceptions become the truth of our conscious, which we keep on protecting and justifying for the whole of life.The people, who affirm our thoughts , come closer to us , in-spite of their complex & confused personality . In the process , our conscious adjusts according to our upbringing, leaving aside any flexibility in approach.

I was watching this movie in persuit of happyness lately, though watched it earlier as well, but found it more close to my real life this instance only , this movie was based on true story of chris gardner who was the CEO of Gardener and Rich (a very big stock broking firm) . Chris gardener was a salesmen back in 1981 ,was selling bone density meter machines and had struggle selling them resulting in a broken marriage and otherwise circumstances . Chris gardner excelled through success after joining Dean witters . His struggle from a salesman to a stockbroker is excellently portrayed in the movie, there were some greatest of quotes are there in movie like

“You got a dream... You gotta protect it. People can't do something' themselves, they wanna tell you you can't do it. If you want something', go get it. Period. “

“ maybe happiness is something that we can only pursue and maybe we can actually never have it. No matter what.”

Well this is not the review of a movie .. this is about me , I am in dilemma again, the good guy inside me is getting me into trouble, because all the satisfaction that I get is by the courtesy of bad guy inside me

Success and failures are only the choices similarly the suffering and happiness...its middle of the night and I have some trouble in sleeping . The reasons can be plenty 1 , i've been thinking too much 2, I am not happy or 3 , may be I am happy but I am fooling my mind and body along with the world that I am not happy.

Maybe there were three four targets too many that I setted for myself and off-course I am not able to achieve them .When I was kid , I had too many aspirations in mind and my teachers were confident that Rishi is different and would surely do something big or something remarkable , may be I did but not up to that mark!!! so may be I am in pressure of a question have I made it large?

May be I am not happy with my job , I just dont want to go there , but I have achieved a lot in this domain, some people still believes in me, some people still respects me , some people still want me to work there but I don’t know, why I don’t feel overwhelmed with the fact that I should go to work to fulfill all the expectations of the people or may be my own invisible expectations from myself. Maybe I am scared of myself only, maybe I've setted the wrong expectation from myself. Somewhere deep inside I know that I dont have enough mettle left in me to go extra mile, may be all the cylinders are already fired enough but what if I am wrong , what If the best is yet to come . I dont know

When I joined this industry ,i was the only fresher in this company , I struggled a bit during my initial phases but once I settled in, I proved that only hard work , results and happiness are interrelated . I worked , I broke records, I Increased the standards and hence expectations from me as well, I was working without any limit thats when I lived the statement “SKY IS THE LIMIT”. May be my past performances or infact my past image is stopping me to grew further...All of us want to know the cause & purpose of our existence and key to happyness, but some are satisfied without answer, another few live in ignorance , ......strong desiring people find multiple justifications..... I dont consider myself as strong desring though still working out to find some answers... Still answer remain unanswered from universal truth

My Motive than was earning money, loads of loads of money, My motive now is to earn loads of and loads of and loads of money, money is the main variable and motivation is constant , still there is variation in happyness and satisfaction degrees.

What should I do ? I am speaking to myself , trying to find out answers and ending up finding excuses... may be those excuses are my answers, may be I am not asking the right question. I know my targets and those are very common like earning more money , working well with satisfaction and attain health and similar energy levels that I had in past and which in turn must yield happyness....

Let me pen down my life in four parts, my present, my past , my answers and my excuses

My Present

1) I have a job, a reputed profile though I don’t have the same energy and motivation

2) I have a girlfriend and I am going to marry her soon

3) I don’t have financial reserves, coz I have lost it because f my friends

4) I have bad health, eiosinphillia, techycardia, hypertension and pain in right shoulder

5) I want to study

6) I am not happy

My Past

1) I was happy in phases but resultant can be considered happy

2) I had reserves till the time I was in confidence when my friends would return them

3) I had many friends to hang out with but I never went out

4) I had extremely high energy levels and charm

My answers

1) should get back to work, and try to get in touch with the real world

2) Should start preparing for study and study instead of planning only

3) Should stop giving my hard earned money to the people

4) Should not take tensions anymore , coz tensions are not helping

5) Happiness is all over the world , it how you perceive things

My Excuses

1) I am not happy

2) I have so many responcibilities

3) I need loads of money

4) I am not well

5) I dont like my job

6) and I am happy

Happiness is always a by-product. It is probably a matter of temperament, and for anything I know it may be glandular. So, I was surfing interent, dont how and when reached here, though whatever you would see is an excellent piece of information for an excellent person, what ever he did was mind blowing and does make sense in every bit of it... Chanakya is also known by the name of Kautilya and Vishnugupta as is mentioned in his text. His famous work called Arthashastra is a classic example of statecraft and politics and is read in Europe even today. It basically consists of the principles of politics and how the state works. An able ruler has to be a ruthless leader to make sure that the state works smoothly and efficiently. The legends associated with Chanakya are very interesting and provide a testimony of his greatness.

Legends:

When Chanakya was born he had a full set of teeth, which is a sign that he would become a king or an emperor. But since he was born in a Brahmin family, it was considered inappropriate. Thus, his teeth were broken and it was predicted that he would make another person a king and rule through him.
Even as a child, Chanakya had the qualities of a born leader. His level of knowledge was beyond children of his age.
Chanakya was thrown out of the court of King Nanda as he was a blunt man and spoke his mind clearly. Chanakya swore he would take revenge.
Chanakya comes across Chandragupta as a young child. Even at that age, he was a born leader and showed the qualities of an able Emperor. He was the guiding force behind Chandragupta and the vital person who made him an able Emperor.
Chanakya adds poison in little amounts daily in Chandragupta's food in order to make him immune to poison, lest some enemy tries to poison him.
However Chandragupta was unaware about this and once gave a little food to his wife who was in the ninth month of pregnancy. She didn't survive but Chanakya cut open her belly and took out the baby.
This baby grew up to become an able emperor named Bindusara. He had a minister named Subandhu who did not like Chanakya. He told Bindusara that Chanakya had killed his mother.
Without assessing facts, Bindusara confronted Chanakya. On knowing the whole story, he felt ashamed at his hasty actions and begged for forgiveness. He asked Subandhu to go and apologize and make Chanakya come back.
Subandhu was very cunning and on the pretext of going to apologize to Chanakya, he killed him. Thus, ended the life of a great person like Chanakya just because of political rivalry.

People who think that the society in which we live will remain the same; are dissuading themselves of the truth. Society is a complex and dynamic system changing constantly leaving those people behind who say no to change. Broadly speaking, Chanakya dreamt of a country reaching the following levels of development in terms of ideologies and social and economic development:

• A self sufficient economy which is not dependent on foreign trade.

• An egalitarian society where there are equal opportunities for all.

• Establishment of new colonies for the augmentation of resources. He also advocated the development of the already annexed colonies. His imperialistic views can be interpreted as the development of natural and man made resources.

• According to Chanakya, the efficient management of land is essential for the development of resources. It is essential that the state keeps an eye on the occupation of excess land by the landlords and unauthorized use of land. Ideally the state should monitor the most important and vital resource – Land.

• The state should take care of agriculture at all times. Government machinery should be directed towards the implementation of projects aimed at supporting and nurturing the various processes; beginning from sowing of seeds to harvest.

• The nation should envisage to construct forts and cities. These complexes would protect the country from invasions and provide internal security. The cities would act as giant markets increasing the revenue of the state.

• Internal trade was more important to Chanakya than external trade. At each point of the entry of goods, a minimal amount of tax should be collected. The state should collect taxes at a bare minimum level, so that there is no chance of tax evasion.

• Laws of the state should be the same for all, irrespective of the person who is involved in the case. Destitute women should be protected by the society because they are the result of social exploitation and the uncouth behavior of men.

• Security of the citizens at peace time is very important because state is the only savior of the men and women who get affected only because of the negligence of the state. Antisocial elements should be kept under check along with the spies who may enter the country at any time.

• Chanakya envisioned a society where the people are not running behind material pleasures. Control over the sense organs is essential for success in any endeavor. Spiritual development is essential for the internal strength and character of the individual. Material pleasures and achievements are always secondary to the spiritual development of the society and country at large

"Taxation should not be a painful process for the people. There should be leniency and caution while deciding the tax structure. Ideally, governments should collect taxes like a honeybee, which sucks just the right amount of honey from the flower so that both can survive. Taxes should be collected in small and not in large proportions".

Most of his views were so farsighted that they appeared to be prophesies. Talking on diverse subjects such as corruption, he commented very rightly, "It’s just as difficult to detect an official’s dishonesty as it is to discover how much water is drunk by the swimming fish".

Second quarter was exclusively spent on bed plus rest though post accident injury effects persisted. Third quarter can be considered as a perfect recovery phase until his birthday happened. Subject's bad-luck persisted on his birthday as well, when his birthday celebration turned into a nightmare when a small part of cherry entered into right ear of the subject during Cake Facial event of Birthdays courtesy a devil friend. Last quarter for the subject is the unluckiest of the all as at an age of 26 , agent is diagnosed of with High BP, Eiosinphillia and hyper-uremia , according to doctor’s its because or unhealthy , unbalanced and untimely diet so these are lifestyle diseases and he should stop the intake of alcohol, caffeine, butter/ghee and salt also he should decrease the use of sugar effective immediately. According to the sources subject is nowadays working out , doing yoga and taking proper and regular medications.

Career 2011

Type 4 AC joint Injury aur Meri Bankey lal Zindagi !!!

Here I am , this is me , back in action with new life , thanking god for giving me another life, endured another excruciating injury though took more than 3 months to get back to a operative state with 50 % of fitness.

Sawaal- ki mujhey akhir kya hua tha??

Jawaab:- I had a bike accident though my bike didn't have a single wound but my right shoulder opened like a sunflower, according to my medical reports I have Type 4 AC joint dislocation of my collar bone from my right shoulder which is caused by excessive pressure on my joint, Ligaments permanently damaged, can't be mended , so ab mujhe dawa ki nahi dua ki zarrurat hai!!!

According to astrologers and my mom, my” ketu” grah ( yeh ek baar mil jaaye isko maine nahin chodna)is at wrong places, and Saturn is inferior to Jupiter that’s why had this injury , situation would remain the same for next 1.5 years . As a solution to it , I am wearing one Topaz gold ring .

Now why my life is analogous to bankey lal , so as we all know bankey lal is a comic character , whatever he does yields opposite events as intended earlier. The only difference is whatever I am doing results in injury, you all would laugh when I will tell you the “mauka-ae- vardaat”( location of accident). I was coming out of a mall parking and was about to return the parking ticket , when my bike and obviously me got dis-balanced and I fell over right side of my bike, resulting in excessive pressure on my right shoulder , so this was it, no body can imagine how a man can fall , and can have such major injury.

Life Post to injury:-

The most critical part was the pain and compromises after three days of my injury treatment, I was sleeping in landscape mode, I was not able to get up from my bed by my own, required help even for toilet and was on dry cleaning( the best part nahana nahin pada) mode for complete one month.

Friends were calling me , asking me about the injury , I was not able to talk, pain was everywhere especially sneezing!!! it was curse,agonizing life. I was not even able to sleep,any turn costed me a night sleep.

According to doctors , it would take 3 years to get normalized, no bike, no gym, no badminton, no cricket, no dancing and some other things as well that can't be done till sufficient strenght is not developed in shoulder.

I am now more cautious towards everything and everybody , thought i am slow but still effective and today I am using my right hand to type this post and I know lucky I am to use my right hand for th right cause!!!

Dilemma of an ambitious boy

As we all know that my blog title is complexity unlimited, which is justified one way or other on regular basis now and we all also aware the meaning of Dilemma , obviously it is a subset of Complexity indirectly when complexity is treated as a human trait.

Well when I am talking about an ambitious boy that directly or indirectly refers to me only and please don’t consider this blog as an attempt for a self praise, but I am seriously expecting some real good practical suggestion on my dilemma.

So my dear friends or readers (it feels good every time though only few people are reading ma blog) here is my problem.

“I want to perform skill up gradation, for that I should join any leading business school either is India or abroad”!!

So above stated one liner problem is the main cause or the origin of my dilemma. Let me quote down in points what are the issues here to support above stated my one line

1) I was born on 5^th of August 1985 and 1:55 PM and today is 25^th Jan 2011 and 6:55 PM , this means I am 25 years ,5 months and 20 days and 5 hours old and still using points to understand my dilemma. If I am planning my MBA I should start at max age of 27 and finish that off in 29 , get 1 year of experience at an age of 30 , get married at an age of 31,.Sound s practical and picture perfect planning at the same time.
2) According to my monthly salaries, I am getting 50 k to 60 k every month including all taxes paid status, and 3 years of work experience and 6 promotions in resume can back me up strongly for a stable future.
3) For last 30 salaries that I received yet , I never happened to save a penny and I don’t have the clue ,where exactly I spent it , which actually reflects how idiot I was and not sure about the current status as well. But now that I have realized that this is the time , whatever I want in my future requires planning today and right now.
4) As I am getting decent salary, it would not be a bad expectation if I’ll get atleast 30% hike after completion of an MBA, I guess it makes sense, because the way I am growing , I will get at least 30 % hike anyways if I’ll continue my job only.
5) The salary I am expecting can be provided by some reputed business schools only, these schools requires entrance examinations , in which fierce competition is a small word, and the way I am devoted to my job, it might sound an excuse that I don’t have time to prepare for such fierce examination , so I need to figure out some alternatives.
6) As an alternative, I have discovered one college In gurgaon, that also has competition but not of a traditional kind where your qualitative aptitude and quantative aptitude is the decider, now the problem is the couse fees, it’s some kind of tailored business program for 1 year and cost would be 9.5 lakhs and I will not end up on a MBA degree though some equivalent certification of diploma.
7) I am a resident of gurgaon now, the lifestyle which I posses require some decent amount of money, if I plan all kind of cost cutting measures still would end up on near about 17k PM , which is pretty disappointing but true.
8) After the investment of over 12 lakhs and a year, there is a risk involved in it, obviously its related to the returns and results afterwards and post impacts of having education on loan over my head.
9) 12 lakhs is not an easy task to manage already , I can get a student loan of around 7 lakhs if I am lucky, rest 5 lakhs still require “sehyog (support)from family and friends”
10) The suggestions what I am getting are really stupid but sound practical and cheap, but sounds achievable at the same time, some of them like

a) I should get married to some village girl or a girl from UP/Bihar, and I would not require loans if this happens, coz the amount of property I have , the salary I am getting and the reputation of my dad on evaluation can fetch me a Groom development fund of around 30-40 Lakhs atleast. Though it is unethical in my books and I am the one who initiated the programs in against of it , so plan cancelled.

b) I should perform some kind of “ghotala” like bunty bubli type frauds, and I don’t have any bubli to support my frauds , so this plan is also cancelled, also I am straight I can involve bunty in this plan.

c) I should plan for Kaun banega crorepati or should participate in such kind of program, may be I can get lucky.

Don’t know what to do friends kindly suggest , I want to study once again , all I need is a way to do it and to complete It successfully with effective results……..

New Year Resolution

Hey Folks

I am officially declaring my resolutions for the coming year

1) I will perform atleast two certifications.

2) I will prepare for management entrance examinations .

3) I will ensure my regularity to my gym.

4) I will ensure that i will write blog on motivation, complexities, critics and logically explainable topics but not based on my personal life.

5) I will ensure that i will buy a car by the end of coming year .

6) I will ensure that i will go for a good holiday outside my country atleast once this year.

7) I will ensure that i will become a bit of selfish and i'll keep my priority above than others

8) I will no longer be a Gyan Guru or a problem this coming year.

9 ) I will buy good clothes for me in every three months .

10 ) i will perform an investment of atleast two lakhs as pure saving the coming year, apart from all these specified resolutions.

< although this blog is published , but its extremely personal and I am sure nobody’s gonna like it , so if you expecting to meet my past established standards for writing , I feel sorry for you in advance>

Its been a while since I wrote on my favorite zoner , relationships and philosophy , probably the engineer inside me started pushing me to the extremes but only till the time I am controlled and composed . This was me , scripting emotions with expressions on paper , walking tall with no regrets over my personal life , have enough courage to accept that right now I am in Love and I am Sad , I am sad courtesy my love.

It s true that I am different version of Devdas , who is still far away from alcohol , yet addicted to this blue emotion , still feel alone in the presence of billion .I was watching Spiderman -3 , I was able to feel the plight of being peter parker and his repressed feeling for Mary Jane(M.J.) , well I had one lady M in my life and my feelings for are still in repressed form, when the pressure of emotions gets out of control, the extra one falls out with exaggerated form to the people around me.

I feel bad about me so what I am successful, I am courteous, I am dedicated, I am all one could ever imagine, but I am still a lesser the man she ever can be with, even I am all that everything she could imagine in man she wanted to be with, still she don’t want me, she want similar kind of personality but not me.

She had an amazing time with me, I had some best moments of my life with her , but all in vain though I am still not able to figure out the reasons for our separation, so what I am gyan guru, I know the logic behind break ups, I know the logic behind link ups, I know how to control other people and their life , but don’t have control on mine.

So what , if I am a very good speaker , so what if I can make other feel bad or good about themselves, so what if I am very good motivator , but all in vain If I feel depressed about myself, even after good one and a half year.

To be very honest with myself, I was in love with her that realization came in consideration post my break up, I tried all stupid activities one can imagine, I went a mile too far, I did everything a crazy in love can do or can ever imagine, I can console myself that I gave my best to get her back.

But I think this is not my problem , my problem is I am not able to accept a rejection, I think it’s my ego that’s pushing me hard to get her back or it’s my ego who wants her back , it simply reflects that I am selfish or probably I am not satisfied from what I have!!!

Now the question is what exactly I have ?

I have everything a normal or typical Indian contemporary male can imagine at an age of 25 , I have good education , a good salary package , more than basic luxuries and amenities in life, bunch of awesomestic friends in life , a girl friend and a nice supportive family, I mean I cannot ask for better, I mean I cannot think bigger than this and even after all this I am in state of dilemma or have question marks on my face that I have rethink , re- evaluate the things I have, I cannot be in such state for any anonymous reason , if this is not Lady M than who and what the hell it is??????????????????

So many question marks in an individual’s life to be answered , so lets get back to questions and lets just see what exactly I have , being gyan guru is a nice thing to be , you solve almost every problem of other, you get indulged ,suggest people , help them unconditionally , irrationally in an unselfish way sometime you feel good about your self , sometime you feel bad about it , sometime you become a hero and sometime you become a villain and sometime its really painful when you speak the truth and the other side start crying ,big time.

So being gyan guru is like spiderman , you feel good about your powers though you can show them publicly , you have to wear a mask (in case of spiderman its superficial i.e his mask) , but in real life you can’t wear a mask, you have to help others wearing a transparent mask , you may project a wrong reflection of yours , by doing so you are not cheating with yourself , probably to others , but till its beneficial for him/her its OK, but the problem arises when repressed feelings of gyan guru collectively creates an invisible pressure and exaggerated feelings comes out that’s when gyan guru becomes selfish , he wants everything , he wants everything right now, he demands from himself to be focused on himself , he start questioning himself , this actually creates battle of conscience , this is as big as king kong is fighting with Godzilla , the rishi fights with the gyan guru inside him .

Gyan Guru starts questioning ,Rishi starts replying , gyan guru counters, shoots offensive maneuvers and tries to convince Rishi that’s when rishi feel bad about the things he have and feels sad about thing he don’t have.

But this “antardwand” or “inner conflict” can happen to anybody that’s what makes gyan guru a human , but what if somebody wants a closure on these conflict . So let me go ahead and reiterate the question in response the inner conflict.

Question what exactly I have?

Rishi Said “ a good education” . I am an engineer , because I have a degree of Bachelor of Technology in Computer science and engineering and I can go anywhere with a tag of an “Engineer “ over my head.

Gyan guru replied “ yes you are a engineer , you have btech degree from a state level university in an interclty level college , you prepared for medical entrance exam and did engineering that too in Computer science because in class second you scored good marks in computer and you played some games on computer in past.

At the name of education , you read in exams , prepared for CTs 40 subjects , 40 exams , 42 in your case , 120 CTS that makes 200 odd days served for the name of completion of degree named B.Tech .

You attended a more than average college, secured average marks, and considering that as education.

Rishi said “a good salary “ , because I am working efficiently, getting regular appraisals and salary hikes

Gyan Guru replies :- you have good salary because you are performing among bunch of some real idiots, or some real failure , everybody working around you is a loser one way or other , you are getting appraisals , because you are working in a small but growing company , but even after all this you are not the best , you are more than average but not the best. And considering that you are fetching good salary, its good relatively to the people working around you but still not the best , also what you are doing, that can be done without having extraordinary skills or education. If you were that much satisified with good salary you must not be planning for your skill upgrade , you must not be thinking to leave the job.

Rishi Said “more than basic luxuries and amenities “, because I have things that I can use whenever I need them.

Gyan guru replied :- having washing machine , computer , Owen , vehicle , joining fitness club and not using it appropriately is a wastage or its good for nothing, every luxury doesn’t not make sense if somebody is not making correct use of it . Anyone can do that every day without spending a penny. You know it that you are not happy with what you have, you still want thing to be upgraded one way or other.

Rishi said “ a nice Girlfriend” , because she loves me unconditionally and loves me more than anything in this world , even after knowing my past and lady M and have no embarrassment in accepting the truth.

Gyan Guru:- A girlfriend , who loves you and you trying to convince yourself that you love her also just because you want some one in your life as a replacement to Lady M, by doing so not only you cheating her , you also cheating yourself , you are doing no good to anybody, you will pay for your sins one day .

You use to love somebody else , she don’t fits in the criteria’s you actually wants to be in your girlfriend , lover or may be in life partner, you are trying to groom her , you are to improvise her by changing her own personality , tailioring for your own requirements, conditioning her as a substitute by keeping in mind if you didn’t get appropriate opportunities in life in terms of lover or life partner , you will switch over to this tailored one without thinking about the consequences, and without giving respect to her emotional feelings, that’s really ridiculous and selfish of you.

Would you be doing this to an innocent girl , who loved you for no reason , who is still in hope or in dilemma of having you in his life in her future . what if , luckily you got the one you are searching for , would you be leaving her for just a selfish reason, what if you would never be successful in conditioning her to your own requirement and you won’t get the dream girl of your life.

Would you be leaving her , and creating another one like you , what if the chain continues ….

Choice is yours , you can be a loser by posing an image of winner by grabbing all the superficial materialistic things in your life or you can be a real winner by accepting the truth around you .

Rishi said:- Gyan guru is nothing but me , he knows everything that I know, I ain’t a hero , so he is not either , lies, faking , hiding and mimicry is my area of jurisdiction, I am best in it and I am doing , whats best suited for me , so what If I act crazy at time or may be most of the time , I still get something good from life , I can console my self by doing so.

By truth , by reality all I am getting is shit , repent, sadness around me , I am in control when I am not speaking truth , when I am not accepting a reality , doing so give me immense power and motivation to fight and survive the world around me, so what if I am cheating with the world , atleast the world feel good about it ,so what if only gyan guru know s the truth , who gives a damn to gyan guru , no body Is bothered about gyan guru , gyan guru is nothing but me , and I am not gyan guru !!!

This is the end of gyan guru, this is the rise of rishi , and from now on to hell with gyan guru!!!

Disclaimer:- By writing this document I am sharing my best practices ( ideal practice that one should do)to all the entrepreneurs or to be entrepreneurs , it’s not a guarantee that It would work , though it should work. People can add salt and spices as per requirement.

Community who plant everything on paper are seldom the ones who take any feat and the ones who desires to just go and get it done never give the impression to put anything on paper; this is so true for entrepreneurs, and I think … no I believe that I am different from the later community.

Pen down everything coz kya pata "kal ho na ho" either plan or pen:)

Not so many people know except my mom, that I write down each and everything, I create plans, execute them but prior to that I document it somewhere. Now why I am bringing this context as I am about to share my practice along with my imagination, probably I may exaggerate but I believe this ideally should be done in a specified manner.

But, everyone in their life ends up using Microsoft Word. Okay Okay, that was just a degraded artistic way of saying it. The point is even the action heads-on kind of entrepreneurs at some point would have to sit down to write everything on paper before it gets too messy. You have all the money, you don't need any investors investing in your business, but you still need your business model on the paper. You need your business plan in writing.

So today gyan guru celebrated his weekend by clearing the junk from his computer, during the process he found some interesting business plans that gyan guru’s intellectual mind once conceived when he was in college and the interesting part is ,some business plans has names only , that’s it period dot full stop and blank document afterwards like fill in the blanks.

Thats what Gyan Guru says, if it’s in your head, it can never be done , you have to write and you have to write till the end , not just Business name, and self organization is also important in a way or other .So, once you have folded your shirt sleeves and loosen that blue tie to sit and write down that dreaded piece of document called the business plan, here is how to do it.

You can't leave any information out of this document, everything has to be on it, the team, the product, the service, the target market, the projected or actual balance and income statements, the money invested, the money loaned, the money expected, the exit strategy for investors, the intent of doing the business, the duration which you are expecting to be in this business, everything and once you have written and verified it, verify it again, there's a big chance that you forgot to put in something.

Let's begin.

How thick my plan should be?

Oh, come on! It can be as small as a one page or as long as hundred pages but keep in mind that no one is going to take a one page plan seriously as much as no one is going to complete reading a hundred pages one too. On an average, 30-50 pages are enough for small businesses, but its better be a 50 pages one with diagrams and bullets rather than a 30 pages flat text.

It should not contain headings only coz as I said earlier nobody likes “fill in the blanks “anymore

Define What and Why.

What is it you want to do? What is the plan? You don't need to mention how you would be pulling in money here, just define what is it you want to give to the world. Be honest here, investors or anyone else reading your plan would want to know what and why you want to do something.

The Team.

Layman likes the concept of a single innovator but thats not how the world works, team is what makes a business, Start with people who have made it big in the outside world, moving down to people who haven't made it big but have worked for people or companies who are famous and then lastly moving down to those who have not been in the limelight. Write a lot about the last ones, tell them about their professional and personal traits which makes them the right member to be on the team.

Or just search options near by you, but never bring another entrepreneur into your team if you have selfish and egoistic nature or sometimes you get mad when things goes wrong unexpectedly.

The Market.

Start with the surveys you have performed which prove what market your product fits in. Explain how would be targeting the people in this specific market. Elaborate about the current situation and how crowded that market already is, how big are your competitors and how you plan to tackle them. You need to show some figures here to back what you are saying, if you have not performed any survey and you just know how these group of people are the right target for you, don't expect anyone to believe you.

The Green Paper.

I cannot express how much I would like to say that investors or anyone else reading your business plan would look in the value you are giving to the world, but this is not a fairy tale and I risk losing my job if I say that, I must tell you the truth. You are selling crap but you are making good money, you will get people hooked to you. Financial projections is the highlight of any business plan. If you are already in operation, you would have to show your actual otherwise projected income and balance statements for 3 to 5 years with the first year broken down monthly and rest shown quarterly. If an investor is looking at the plan, he would grill you over your break even diagram which signifies when would you be in a position to make some real money after you have paid all your expenses.

That’s what my own company is doing nowdays , building a bridge of money over loads US, UK and Australian citizens : (

Exit.

Any investor looking at your plan would need a few pages on the exit strategies, no investor wants to stick to you forever, and they want to invest, earn, go out and live happily ever after. Show them how and when they can leave. Some of the common plans are IPO, franchising, passing the business on to another in the family, etc. But again, this is not a fairy tale and no matter what you have read about internet companies in the autobiographies of their founder, going public is a very tough option for any startup. If you include that in your business plan, be ready to be grilled.

Once you are done with above mentioned points , your business plan is ready , make it on Microsoft word , save it in hidden folder , and forget it. Someday you will start cleaning junk from your computer and find this business plan then you will LMAO.

But on a serious note , if you have will to do something and of you are passionate , just implement this plan into this real world and share 5 % of the total profit to Gyan Guru for enlightening your thoughts.

A Pragmatic iNDIAN Entrepreneurship

I don’t know what would be the outcome of this blog of mine, I started topic first and then started hitting keys on my keyboard, so may Rajnikanth will help you with this, though the topic might suggest something related to me but I guess not as nowadays i am not the big picture however and yes I am eyeing bigger panorama still restricting or refining my focal point to india only.

As an entrepreneur (whatever mere projects I handled, as an Indian, I am proud to be an Indian, me being the smallest entity in this land crammed with entrepreneurs all around , right every corner of this country , we can see so many “jugaads” walking around here and there.( “Jugaad “ in my words is a temporary arrangement made as substitute and then used as permanent object later…) and its true that “need or necessity is the originator of inventions”.

From our childhood, every Indian is programmed for compromises, arrangements, substitutes and reuse with equally effective outputs and results as in india we believe in destinations no matter how we reach it coz sometimes we need to fly, swim or need to perform time travel to made it as roads are not available for everybody.

I still remember the plight of an Indian child who belongs to a Joint Family one way or other , his struggles starts from day 1 of his life , coz his clock is started and till the age of self independence he needs to wait for his share of cloth , toys , books of his elder cousin brother and sisters, myself being a victim of this situation , I still remember once i said to my elder cousin brother that next year I want your green jacket , don’t give to my other brother .I still remember there was a shirt and the reason of” was “ that I don’t know the location of that shirt right now, but I pray it must be in existence in this “kalyugi” world, so whatever, this was the shirt that was shared by 9 brothers and sisters of my family , I use to love that shirt when I was a kid. Same thing happened to my first computer , it was imported from Canada, it was Cyrix 333 MHZ processor , with two high speed 32 MB SDRAM’’s in each slot and it had 4.7 GB of hardrive t , it had huge color CRT monitor , its tower was Huge with a 32 X CD ROM drive , well this was normal but abnormal thing was till the time it reached to me , I was in college , I guess I got this machine in May 2005 , it had undergone so many surgeries courtesy my elder electrical engineer cousin brother and he constituted it to be a masterpiece or a legend of its own kind when I opened it first . ( God knows how I assembled it back ) , I saw so many jugaads in it, specially the Fan over the CPU socket, those were the days of technology for me, I was playing with the technology since then.

Today we play with Technology, apply “jugaads “on technology which is completely ethical in nature which require simple intellectual treasury as application “compromises, arrangements, substitutes and reuse” being riders to it , some of the perfect examples are Nehru Place (biggest IT market hub in ASIA where you can build you ALIENWARE for the cost an INSPIRON) and Gaffar Market ( where you can buy any cell phone even if you are expecting telescopic camera lens on your mobile phone) .

Well these were only few examples that are actually accepted globally, though some movies has good speeches for india , that are available on youtube lke “Purab and Paschim” or “Namastay London”.Well india is a developing country and now emerging as strong world leader , After all, what constitutes a world leader? If it’s population, we’re on course to top the charts. We will overtake China by 2034. Is it military strength? Well, we have the world’s fourth largest army. Is it nuclear capacity? We know we have that. The Americans have even recognized it, in a formal agreement. Is it the economy? Well, we have now the fifth-largest economy in the world in purchasing power parity terms. And we continue to grow. When the rest of the world took a beating last year, we grew at 6.7 percent. Infact my own growth last year for was 200% financially and 2 inches in waist and 20 kgs in weight physically…

The usage of application constitutes and provogues the entrepreneur in you, I hope most of us had read the book by shashi tharoor “ the elephant the tiger and the cellphone “ he once stated a story or rather a journey of fastest evolution of culture ever in any part of the world ,following is the transcript of his narration on “Soft power” in a TED show:-

“what I think India really can aim to contribute in the world, in this part of the 21st century. And so I wondered, could what the future beckons for India to be, be about a combination of all these things, allied to something else — the power of example, the attraction of India’s culture? What, in other words, people like to call “soft power.”

Soft power is a concept invented by a Harvard academic, Joseph Nye, a friend of mine. And, very simply, and I’m really cutting it short because of the time limits here, it’s essentially the ability of a country to attract others because of its culture, its political values, its foreign policies. And, you know, lots of countries do this. He was writing initially about the States, but we know the Alliance Francaise is all about French soft power. So is the British Council. The Beijing Olympics were an exercise in Chinese soft power. Americans have the Voice of America and the Fulbright scholarships. But, the fact is that probably Hollywood and MTV and McDonalds have done more for American soft power around the world than any specifically government activity.

So soft power is something that really emerges partly because of governments, but partly despite governments. And in the information era we all live in today, what we might call the TED age, I’d say that countries are increasingly being judged by a global public that’s been fed on an incessant diet of Internet news, of televised images, of cellphone videos, of email gossip, in other words, all sorts of communication devices are telling us the stories of countries, whether or not the countries concerned want people to hear those stories.

Now, in this age, again, countries with access to multiple channels of communication and information have a particular advantage. And of course they have more influence, sometimes, about how they’re seen. India has more all-news TV channels than any country in the world, in fact in most of the countries in this part of the world put together. But, the fact still is that it’s not just that. To have soft power you have to be connected. One might argue that India has become an astonishingly connected country. I think you’ve already heard the figures. We’ve been selling 15 million cellphones a month. Currently there are 509 million cellphones in Indian hands, in India. And that makes us larger than the U.S. as a telephone market. In fact, those 15 million cellphones are the most connections that any country, including the U.S. and China, has ever established in a single month in the history of telecommunications.

But, what perhaps some of you don’t realize is how far we’ve come to get there. You know, when I grew up in India, telephones were a rarity. In fact, they were so rare that elected members of Parliament had the right to allocate 15 telephone lines as a favor to those they deemed worthy. If you were lucky enough to be a wealthy businessman or an influential journalist, or a doctor, or something, you might have a telephone. But, sometimes it just sat there.

I went to high school in Calcutta. And we would look at this instrument sitting in the front foyer. But half the time we would pick it up with an expectant look on our faces, and there would be no dial tone. If there was a dial tone and you dialed a number, the odds were two in three you wouldn’t get the number you were intending to reach. In fact the words “wrong number” were more popular than the word “Hello.” (Laughter) If you then wanted to connect to another city, let’s say from Calcutta you wanted to call Delhi, you’d have to book something called a trunk call, and then sit by the phone all day, waiting for it to come through. Or you could pay eight times the going rate for something called a lightning call. But, lightning struck rather slowly in our country in those days, so, it was like about a half an hour for a lightning call to come through.

In fact, so woeful was our telephone service that a member of parliament stood up in 1984 and complained about this. And the then-Communications Minister replied in a lordly manner that in a developing country communications are a luxury, not a right, that the government had no obligation to provide better service, and if the honorable member wasn’t satisfied with his telephone, could he please return it, since there was an eight-year-long waiting list for telephones in India.

Now, fast-forward to today and this is what you see, the 15 million cellphones a month. But, what is most striking is who is carrying those cellphones. You know, if you visit friends in the suburbs of Delhi, on the side streets you will find a fellow with a cart that looks like it was designed in the 16th century, wielding a coal-fired steam iron that might have been invented in the 18th century. He’s called an istriwallah. But he’s carrying a 21st-century instrument. He’s carrying a cellphone because most incoming calls are free, and that´s how he gets orders from the neighborhood, to know where to collect clothes to get them ironed.

The other day I was in Kerala, my home state, at the country farm of a friend, about 20 kilometers away from any place you’d consider urban. And it was a hot day and he said, “Hey, would you like some fresh coconut water?” And it’s the best thing and the most nutritious and refreshing thing you can drink on a hot day in the tropics, so I said “sure”. And he whipped out his cellphone, dialed a number, and a voice said, “I’m up here.” And right on top of the nearest coconut tree, with a hatchet in one hand and a cellphone in the other, was the local toddy tapper, who proceeded to bring down the coconuts for us to drink.

Fishermen are going out to sea and carrying their cellphones. When they catch the fish they call all the market towns along the coast to find out where they get the best possible prices. Farmers now, who used to have to spend half a day of backbreaking labor to find out if the market in town was open, if the market was on, whether the produce they’d harvested could be sold, what price they’d fetch. They’d often send an eight year old boy all the way on this trudge to the market town to get that information and come back, then they’d load the cart. Today they’re saving half a day’s labor with a two minute phone call.

So this empowerment of the underclass is the real result of India being connected. And that transformation is part of where India is heading today. But, of course that’s not the only thing about India that’s spreading. You’ve got Bollywood. My attitude to Bollywood is best summarized in the tale of the two goats at a Bollywood garbage dump — forgive me — and they’re chewing away on cans of celluloid discarded by a Bollywood studio. And the first goat, chewing away, says, “You know, this film is not bad.” And the second goat says, “No, the book was better.” (Laughter)

I usually tend to think that the book is usually better, but, having said that, the fact is that Bollywood is now taking a certain aspect of Indian-ness and Indian culture around the globe, not just to the Indian diaspora in the U.S. and the U.K., but to the screens of Arabs and Africans, of Senegalese and Syrians. I’ve met a young man in New York whose illiterate mother in a village in Senegal takes a bus once a month to the capital city of Dakar, just to watch a Bollywood movie. She can’t understand the dialogue. She’s illiterate, so she can’t read the French subtitles. But, these movies are made to be understood despite such handicaps, and she has a great time enjoying the song and the dance and the action; she goes away with stars in her eyes about India, as a result.

And this is happening more and more. Afghanistan: we know what a serious security problem Afghanistan is for so many of us in the world. India doesn’t have a military mission there. You what was India’s biggest asset in Afghanistan in the last seven years? One simple fact: you couldn’t try to call an Afghan at 8:30 in the evening. Why? Because that was the moment when the Indian television soap opera, Kyonki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi[Hindi], dubbed into Dari, was telecast on Tolo T.V. And it was the most popular television show in Afghan history. Every Afghan family wanted to watch it. They had to suspend functions at 8:30. Weddings were reported to be interrupted so guests could cluster around the T.V. set at 8.30, and then turn their attention back to the bride and groom. Crime went up at 8:30. I have read a Reuters dispatch — so this is not Indian propaganda, but a British news agency — about how robbers in the town of Mazhar-i- Sharif stripped a vehicle of its windshield wipers, its hubcaps, its sideview mirrors, any moving part they could find, at 8:30, because the watchmen were busy watching the T.V. rather than minding the store. And they scrawled on the windshield in a reference to the show’s heroine, “Tulsi Zindabad”: “Long live Tulsi.” (Laughter)

That’s soft power. And that is what India is developing through the “E” part of TED: its own entertainment industry. The same is true of course — we don’t have time for too many more examples — but it’s true of our music, of our dance, of our art, yoga, ayurveda, even Indian cuisine. I mean, the proliferation of Indian restaurants since I first went abroad as a student, in the mid ’70s, and what I see today, you can’t go to a mid-size town in Europe or North America and not find an Indian restaurant. It may not be a very good one. But, today in Britain, for example, Indian restaurants in Britain employ more people than the coal mining, ship building and iron and steel industries combined. So the empire can strike back. (Applause)

But, with this increasing awareness of India, with tales like Afghanistan, comes something vital in the information era, the sense that in today’s world it’s not the side with the bigger army that wins, it’s the country that tells a better story that prevails. And India is, and must remain, in my view, the land of the better story. Stereotypes are changing. I mean, again, having gone to the U.S. as a student in the mid ’70s, I knew what the image of India was then, if there was an image at all. Today, people in Silicon Valley and elsewhere speak of the IITs, the Indian Institutes of Technology, with the same reverence they used to accord to MIT. This can sometimes have unintended consequences. I have a friend, a history major like me, who was accosted at Schiphol Airport in Amsterdam by an anxiously perspiring European, saying, “You’re Indian, you’re Indian! Can you help me fix my laptop?” (Laughter)

We’ve gone from the image of India as land of fakirs lying on beds of nails, and snake charmers doing the Indian rope trick, to the image of India as a land of mathematical geniuses, computer wizards, software gurus. But that too is transforming the Indian story around the world.

But, there is something more substantive to that. The story rests on a fundamental platform of political pluralism. It’s a civilizational story to begin with. Because India has been an open society for millennia.

India gave refuge to the Jews, fleeing the destruction of the first temple by the Babylonians, and said thereafter by the Romans. In fact, legend has is that when doubting Thomas, the Apostle, Saint Thomas landed on the shores of Kerala, my home state, somewhere around 52 A.D., he was welcomed on shore by a flute-playing Jewish girl. And to this day this remains the only Jewish diaspora in the history of the Jewish people, which has never encountered a single incident of anti-semitism. (Applause) That’s the Indian story. Islam came peacefully to the south, slightly more differently complicated history in the north. But, all of these religions have found a place and a welcome home in India.

You know, we just celebrated, this year, our general elections, the biggest exercise in democratic franchise in human history. And the next one will be even bigger, because our voting population keeps growing by 20 million a year. But, the fact is that the last elections, five years ago, gave the world the extraordinary phenomenon of an election being won by a woman political leader of Italian origin and Roman Catholic faith, Sonia Gandhi, who then made way for a Sikh, Manmohan Singh, to be sworn in as prime minister, by a Muslim, President Abdul Kalam, in a country 81 percent Hindu. (Applause)

This is India, and of course it’s all the more striking because it was four years later that we all applauded the U.S., the oldest democracy in the modern world, with more than 220 years of free and fair elections, which took till last year to elect a president or a vice president, who wasn’t white, male or Christian. So, maybe, — oh sorry, he is Christian, I beg your pardon — and he is male, but he isn’t white. All the others have been all those three. (Laughter) All his predecessors have been all those three, and that’s the point I was trying to make. (Laughter)

But, the issue is that when I talked about that example, it’s not just about talking about India, it’s not propaganda. Because ultimately, that electoral outcome had nothing to do with the rest of the world. It was essentially India being itself. And ultimately, it seems to me, that always works better than propaganda. Governments aren’t very good at telling stories. But, people see a society for what it is, and that, it seems to me, is what ultimately will make a difference in today’s information era, in today’s TED age.

So Indian nationhood is not the nationalism of ethnicity or language or religion, because we have every ethnicity known to mankind, practically; we’ve every religion known to mankind, with the possible exception of Shintoism, though that has some Hindu elements somewhere. We have 23 official languages that are recognized in our constitution. And those of you who cashed your money here might be surprised to see how many scripts there are on the rupee note, spelling out the denominations. We’ve got all of that. We don’t even have geography uniting us. Because the natural geography of the subcontinent — framed by the mountains and the sea — was hacked by the partition with Pakistan in 1947. In fact, you can’t even take the name of the country for granted. Because the name “India” comes from the river Indus, which flows in Pakistan.

But, the whole point is that India is the nationalism of an idea. It’s the idea of an ever-ever-land, emerging from an ancient civilization, united by a shared history, but sustained, above all, by pluralist democracy. That is a 21st-century story as well as an ancient one. And it’s the nationalism of an idea that essentially says you can endure differences of caste, creed, color, culture, cuisine, custom and costume — and consonant, for that matter — and still rally around a consensus. And the consensus is on a very simple principle, that in a diverse plural democracy like India you don’t really have to agree on everything all the time, so long as you agree on the ground rules of how you will disagree. The great success story of India, a country that so many learned scholars and journalists assumed would disintegrate in the ’50s and ’60s, is that it managed to maintain consensus on how to survive without consensus.

Now, that is the India that is emerging into the 21st century. And I do want to make the point that if there is anything worth celebrating about India, it isn’t military muscle, economic power. All of that is necessary, but we still have huge amounts of problems to overcome. Somebody said we are super poor, and we are also a super power. We can’t really be both of those. We have to overcome our poverty. We have to deal with the hardware of development, the ports, the roads, the airports, all the infrastructural things we need to do, and the software of development, the human capital, the need for the ordinary person in India to be able to have a couple of square meals a day, to be able to send his or her children to a decent school, and to aspire to work a job that will give them opportunities in their lives to transform themselves.

But, it’s all taking place, this great adventure of conquering those challenges, those real challenges which none of us can pretend don’t exist. But, it’s all taking place in an open society, in a rich and diverse and plural civilization, in one that is determined to liberate and fulfill the creative energies of its people. That’s why India belongs at TED, and that’s why TED belongs in India. Thank you very much.”

Now the reason I shared this with you all is that how India is an Entrepreneur country as a Whole , how we are different from others and still part of them , connected with them not only by the means of compromises, substitute, arrangements and reuse but by commitment , talent , education and self respect.

To think of it life's good...work is going pretty decent, being competent to play a team leader role on weekdays and weekends, celebrations exclusive of friends, life just crossed the transition phase and now in operations, People considers me the most lucky person on the planet , they TRUST my capabilities and i put my heart to justify those, i am happy dealing my professional life as it has came with real challenges and now i am actually liking it, i am totally busy these days took an off today after well over 26 days and i am getting bored at my home, still dont know what i am going to write , but me feeling responsible nowadays (funny but true)

I realize my other blogs the ones on relations , psychology , emotions and preaching are languishing...so I’ll begin doing some work on that...also my new books character(hope I would manage a publication for this) keeps coming alive in front of me wanting to be penned down and brought into existence.

quite a few preachy posts have come from me...even if they were nice quotes and education...which go against my pledge to be a dude and not to do that...bad bad mystique :P

and this is also an adieu of sorts...no not permanently (and yes i do realize I’m doing this one too many times bringing it dangerously close to be taken as a flippant statement)...well last instance it was coz i was wondering why is it that I’m writing...now it is because there has been a tiff with a dear someone and I’m just too hurting right now to write anything other than overly sentimental and highly boring stuff that u wouldn't want to read anyways...so i'll go mend my heart...and i can reassure u when i come back...the question is still gonna be on air and you still won’t know the right answer to reveal.

The only thing that had transformed over these few months is my trust; though trust is a very dicey thing...it’s like setting up yourself to trip. I've written about various aspects of trust earlier also in different aspect obviously. Today i cover another aspect...the basis for trusting...

while to a certain extent trust is a matter of risk appetite, trust is also a matter of logical deductions. The whole thing of why you would trust one person with your credit card details and not another.

First let me supply some credentials...i make and reject friends on the net, trains...anywhere. My credit card has been used by many diff people at diff points of time, so when i say i know about trust I’m not exactly speaking from the back of my pants, it’s just an example expressed in terms of money though it’s totally directed towards somebody and that somebody had logic to deal with trust on the contrary never had emotion attached to it…

Coming to the funda of logical deductions...what are these logical deductions, its the combined derivative analysis of words, demonstrated actions, situations and inherent play of emotions.

Lets take each of these in part and then in whole:

words: trust me, i love you, it'll be done, it won't happen again

Demonstrated actions: did the person do what she said, did the person do beyond what she promised, did the person undergo an inconvenience in favor of you, were the actions of no personal benefit to that person, when taken a step forward did the person reciprocate

situations: was there a possibility of reasonable doubt, could the situation be considered ambiguous, were there unbiasable evidences to point towards some conclusion

inherent play of emotions: greed, lust, fear. These three can color your own vision as well as that of the person being thought of. In down times or dicey times its usually not the strongest person who will last with you but someone who is not afraid to lose, does not suffer from greed or does not lust; which of course never happens...so you need to figure out what that person has greed for, what that person lusts for and what that person fears.

And when you think of all these...together you will be able to logically deduce...what needs to be logically deduced sorry for me being technical again, coz I am an engineer by heart and by blood (thank you grandpa !!!)

An important aspect which could easily slip from your thought, that in all this you are judging the person...not as to how that person is...but there trustability...but u still are judging and one must be conscious of this fact...

while i have given all this gyaan...i've basically seen two kinds of people...people who trust easily and people who find it very hard to trust and its mostly based on their own fears than about the people around them... and the past experiences(mostly from the closest buddies or the opposite gender)

It's becoming clearer and clearer for me that only a hurt man can hurt someone else.Only a man who was aggressed can be aggressive. Only the one who was once abandoned, can abandon someone else. And the one who was once rejected can reject.

As well as, once you know kindness, you can be also kind. Once you learn to openly receive, you can abundantly give. From the moment you feel understood, you can be understanding as well. And, once you let yourself touched by love, you can manifest love around you...

It is the wound in you that pushes you to hurt, as well as it is the love in you that inspires you to love.

Because, once you receive a life model, a way of being, another option for living, you can choose. And people indeed make the best choice every single moment. If only they have from where to choose. That's all.

It's up to me and you and all of us to give life models. Models of love, kindness, respect, joy, understanding, offering, communion. Because, be the change you want to see in the world are not just words once Gandhi said. They have become a way of living though he also said" whatever you do in life will be insignifigant. but it is very important that you do it anyway".

Well whatever , don’t wanna go further but still want to express more feelings, but I won’t . Since I’ve been to gurgaon , life is changed upside down however some things remain untouched and unchanged, like people around me are still around me are not able to comprehend my actions, so this life model is getting complex day by day , hour by hour, second by second …

People around me thinks that I am among the luckiest person on planet , the way I am growing ,coz most of the people around me think that life is all about splendid career and loads of money and by the grace of god I have both, its not that I don’t have any respect for what I got or achieved , its simply the emptiness which I felt even after getting most of the materialistic things by losing some precious realistic things and still not able to control later ones appropriately , that limits my success story to only a people’s person but not a personal person to anybody or nobody special. So I have seen this dissatisfactiion and was leaving every body else dissatisfied untill yesterday.

Yesterday I had dream , I was in heaven, god knows why , probably its gladiator effect , I’ve seen this movie multiple times , but never had any dream sequence of it untill last night.

So I was in some garden in heaven, I was walking down some kind of aisle of skimmish , sizzlers of light purple bay and crossing through with a such a pleasant perfume ,I was in different world ,I touched the trees and I let my hands to feel them and to tell them that I love and thank them. For they teach me to accept, to feel my roots and crown, to listen to the silence in my soul and to whisper it to other people too, travelers in my life, if they have time and willingness to stay for a while and to listen in the silence of their own soul...

I caressed with my eyes the birds on the lake and I told them too that I love and thank them. As they quietly float their way living life on the lake, teaching me every time to Be, to breathe, to smile within my heart :)

I breathed with the lake, letting myself dive into the depths of my heart, embraced by the love found here with the same velvety sensation with which water also is embracing me each time we dance together. And I thanked them, the lake, the heart and the love too, as I'm learning from them to flow and to embrace with my whole being, not only with my arms...

I rested my body on the grass, still green and soft, and I told her too that I love and thank her. I thank her that she receives me, she supports me, she teaches me to be humble and to pay attention, the same attention that made possible to notice that each blade of grass has a different shade of green...

I melted in the morning sun and I let his rays to touch my skin and to awake my each cell, then I opened my heart to breath him in there, so that I can give light and warmth around me as he also gives. And rays from my heart went towards the sun to let him know that I love and thank him, as he's teaching me to be present, to give and to love with no other purpose than living my nature, to let my inner light to shine, not because someone is seeing it, but because this is the only meaning of light...

And I opened my eyes and thanked that I am living all these even here, in a middle of a city...

Cause after all, where does heaven comes from if not from the openness to seek and find the beauty in every single thing that exists right here, right now, and to simply enjoy it?

So I just felt heaven and I can share my heaven with you , but you wont ever know that if we are together ,we’re in heaven…..

I am...the good guy but had my miseries as well( like disadvantages of being a good guy) , though I never had an opportunity to save my heroin from villian and fighting bad guys to save the world without super powers.

I am also...the naughty guy, coz I did what a confused, inquisitive , Imaginative and complex mind can think of.

I have just one moral....to not do something that will harm others however I’ve been in situations like “Mr. Bean “ and” Bankey lal” kind of comic situations with crystal clear intentions which always reflected other wise : (

I can...cook( and cant eat what I cook), play mind games, write and try my hand at a whole lot of stuff every now and than.

I am...intelligent...but my intelligence is not the pride of the extent of my knowledge but rather an indication of the extent of my curiosity, and trust me its not a self appraisal but a self evaluaiton.

I do not...believe in hiding to gain an advantage...i believe augmentation comes from collaborative growth which works to everybody's benefit and I really mean it and its working out for me so far.

I do not...believe in capitalism...i don't agree with socialism either...

I am.....extremely spiritual and believes the flow of energy concept and seeking sainthood after my retirement .

I have....a sense of humor which is extremely smart assy and sarcastic...i will not hesitate to make fun of you, your guru’s , your religion or anything about u...I will not feel shy of making fun of anything related to me either… sorry for it in advance, no hard feelings.

I have no vileness in me...I will not try and impair you (maybe cockroaches but that too only if they make an appearance when I'm having my food)

I have.....complimented girls on their assets and left them jovial and feeling good about it...ofcourse its never easy to get through with this kind of thing and thats why I try it so rarely( so a hard confession!!!)

I feel..... comfortable having chai or a chole kulche on a gurgaon roadside stall....as I am at home ordering for sizzling pizza flambed in Cheese at some of the finest pizza makers like domino’s ….

I am....not one who If you seize with his towel down will get embarassed. I'll probably say Hi and ask you to have a seat while I go get dressed (ofcourse wrapping my towel around in a jiffy, I'm no voyeur either)

I can....easily get nervous...and I know that but I wont reveal it until I want to..

I can...and will talk you down if you dare cross me...and I don't even need to raise my voice for that and most of you already aware about this… ha ha ha

I am not....comfortable receiving compliments...till date I get awkward If i recieve any and I am a lier :)

I can...barely dance....I believe every one has their own inner beat to which they must move...but I'll guide you well...gently but firmly...and I'll sync up with you...if you will, with me and sorry to say it’s the sad part…

I can… sing well… and I know it , when to impact , where to impact and how to impact, still can create a beautiful panorma and ambience through my singing alone, without increasing the sales of “Zandu Bam”…

I like....kids, chick flicks, I even tried my hand at knitting and had one of my neighbour feel shy about it....but I dream of setting up my own buisness like a small dhaba or a hotel chain , somethng like “chatori gali” with chaat pakori all around.....those are the things that really get me.

I am....not sure If I am honest or not..but I have never lied or cheated to get into anybody's job or role...I have however used quite a bit of charm at times.

I can be.... crude but never rude, have panache but never the stiff mouth

I am.... emotional and sensitve but I have this multiple personality syndrome , dunno exactly which one of me have these two traits so need to check with MOS( check one of my psot on my other side).

I like speaking to...strangers...men or women...pretty and not so pretty....anybody interesting...I have made conversation with people in buses, trains, flights, in the lift, at the bar, outside a restroom, inside the restroom, waiting in a queue and I just love speaking that’s why I call myself gyan guru , I have so much to share and I disperse my knowedge bit by bit…

I am....strongly opinionated....I take a dislike to people who I get wrong vibes off…

I don't understand...how people find it so easy to get angry, raise their voice or pick up a fight, or blame others for their own faults , why can’t people just be themselves?...which religion did they study??? So another Why? a big big Why?

I am...an open book...yet within the simple plain cover, hidden in the depths are meanings...most people can never reach... infact no one can reach in near future.

@ My Readers , I must appreciate all your efforts for investing your precious time to actually walk through my blog, so whosoever read “my Last Love story part 2” should get this small piece of information from my personal life,though nothing personal .

Recently , I had my conversation with my X once again , she thinks I am growing as a person and now mature (only god and she knows what was premature two years back :) :) :)) enough for good, she said sorry for her part , though she still didn’t answered so many questions and even I didn’t tried to quote some as well. But the conclusion is she is neutral towards me and find me mature person now relative to what I was year or two ago. Talking about Relativity either Einstein( an old genious having somewhat similar hairstyle and hair texture likeme, prove that he performed time travel couple of decade ago) or my girlfriend (oops ex -ex- ex- ex- girlfriend, why so many ex’s ???every idiot knows me) can talk better about “relativity”. As both of them are no longer found in near proximity so I can’t say anthing about it.

Though I know a person who actually defies all kind of physics principles like Relativity, Gravitaion,Newton Laws and Thermodynamic upto an extent. This person in highlight is none other then our own Rajni kanth,( correction :-its Rajni Devta), as we all know he is the best asset for our country , he is the one who inspired so many hollywood filmakers , some of them rewarded for there work just because they were inspired by Rajni kanth like MATRIX,WANTED etc etc.

Rajni kanth is such a revealation in himself , come on he is the one , who doesnt move at the speed of light. Light moves at the speed of Rajnikanth, he is the one who doesnt wear a watch. He decides what time it is. You didn’t even know that The Bermuda triangle was the Bermuda square till Rajnikanth kicked one of the corners off, When Rajnikanth hits you even Google won't be able to find you. Rajnikanth is the only person can judge a book by its cover. He is the one who can moonwalk on the sun. He is true unbeleiveble god he is better then superman, batman, HE –Man,James Bond & Neo

In some bollywood movies this is what forms the heart of the movie, thankfully nowadays we don’t see such endurance tests… unless ofcourse if you are watching an elderly Rajnikanth flick…

I started to wonder that the above graph applies for lesser mortals like us. However, this would not and should not apply to superstar like Rajnikanth. But ofcourse, Gyan Guru knows it all.

Consider the following scenario.

Rajnikanth is a police officer.The villain tries to ravish the heroin and tries to strip her naked.After few seconds,Rajnikant comes into picture with his khaki uniform.He waits and watches the villain and the heroin for a few seconds.He then removes a cigarette from his pocket.He then throws it up along with the lighter.I still wonder where the cigarette has gone and I was shocked to see it in Rajnikants mouth.I still wonder how is that possible.I myself haven't tried such weird stuffs.But ,I feel that Rajni makes things possible.

Scenario no.2

In another movie, Rajanikanth is confronted with 3 gangsters. Rajanikanth has a gun but unfortunately only one bullet and a knife. Guess, what he does? He throws the knife at the middle gangster? & shoots the bullet towards the knife. The knife cuts the bullet into 2 pieces, which kills both the gangsters on each side of the middle gangster & the knife kills the middle one.

Scenario no.3

Rajanikanth has a Brain Tumor which, according to the doctors can't be cured and his death is imminent. In one of the fights, our great Rajanikanth is shot in the head. To everybody's surprise, the bullet passes through his ears taking away the tumor along with it and he is cured!

Long Live Rajanikanth!..isn't that amazing .

Scenario no.4

Rajanikanth is chased by a gangster. Rajanikanth has a revolver but no bullets in it. Guess what he does. Nah? Not even in your remotest imaginations. He waits for the gangster to shoot. As soon as the gangster shoots, Rajanikanth opens the bullet compartment of his revolver and catches the bullet. Then, he closes the bullet compartment and fires his gun. Bang...the gangster dies...

Ok ,I was doing a research on this great actor and these were the results that I got.

Hey Friends this is me back again with yet another treatment on complexity ,sorry for my last post, it was created in haste, was an attempt to save somebody's life, trying to be heroic... this instance i will not even think about somebody, because i am thinking about everybody now.Today i will present you something very strange, which existed for more then centuries ago, scientist died to prove it .

This is the best example of Pseudo science(which can’t be proved by science like god, soul) .Before I proceed I would like you all to imagine this

“ what happened to that lady burnt to fire so badly that even her bones were converted into ashes , she was alone in her room, and to convert bones into ashes we need to achieve some thousands degree of temperature , but the shocking thing was that the bedsheet over which she was lying was absolutely no sign of fire on it “??????

These are the remains of Dr. John Bentley (on left)who died of spontaneous combustion in Pennsylvania in 1966. The spot where the body lay is burnt, but the rest of the room, including the toilet, was not even scorched. This shows a quick, hot flame that devoured the body in seconds. Only the bottom of one leg remained to identify this as a person

Mrs. M H Reeser of Florida who apparently died of spontaneous combustion in July of 1951. The only remains found was her skull, shrunken to the size of an orange

Look at the surroundings its completely spotless, with such temperature even the neighbors of yours can become roasted neighbors.

Well this phenomenon is called Spontaneous Human Combustion, Spontaneous human combustion (SHC) is the alleged process of a human body catching fire as a result of heat generated by internal chemical action. though no one has ever witnessed SHC, several deaths involving fire have been attributed to SHC by investigators and storytellers.

For the past decades it’s been a biggest,unsolved mystery of pseudoscience. As SHC is quite rare phenomenon there are only 98 instances for last century. So we don’t have much specimen to treat upon.

Well some bizzare facts for SHC are

Eighty percent of the victims are female

Most of the victims were overweight, elderly and/or alcoholics

The body is very badly burned, but the room the body was found in is pretty much intact except for a fine layer of soot

A yellow, foul smelling oil is usually surrounding the body

The burns are not distributed evenly over the body

However this is something which can happen to anyone of us as researchers are able to distinguish this SHC into two i.e FATAL SHC, the fatal SHC is one in which victim doesn’t even survives, usually these victims are identified by their leftovers or body parts .

Now the good news is we have Non FATAL SHC as well , this is recognized by mysterious burns and mysterious smokes from the body and the bad news is people with these symptoms are very much prone to convert into FATAL SHC , so researchers don’t have this proof for it.

We I am inspired by a documentary on discovery channel. This documentary left me amazed of the fact that something of this sort is related to we humans .

Thus i want to discuss on the topic to spread the theories about spontaneous human combustion because I believe that the mysteries can only be solved by contribution of masses and thus want to connect people to the topic so as to ensure support. So if you find anyone around you of such kind, ensure his presence and contribution to science before his Non FATAL SHC converts to FATAL one .

This was just another day, until one of my friends came to my system and opened her Gmail, to get one of her career changing document printed. Now this girl and me , we both have nice understanding and respect for each other in terms of maturity level(don’t know why , but this girl have some brains, especially when she is bombarding her quick witted sarcastic comments). Now why I am writing all this has nothing to do with my blogs or to my new hobby of writing something on anything.

According to the trend based on my past expeditions (off course my enlightened blogs), everything was somehow related to me or my to my experiences, but this time nothing is related to me except she is just a friend and we hardly know each other. But this episode is eligible for unlimited complexity.

So where is the problem?
Is there any problem with me????

A hell NO (except I am writing this blog thinking that I can create some history by provoking a revolution so probably YES!!!)
Is there any problem with this girl???

I don’t think so; she is a nice looking girl, a very sweet smile, very down to earth attitude, a typical average Indian girl.

So she opened her Gmail on my system , get her career changing document printed and left, till then there was no problem at all , suddenly I saw , somebody forgot to logout from her Gmail. Now I am publically accepting my mistake that I intentionally decided not to log her out and check her email(s).

This is really bad and one should not do this, and I am sorry for it as well (if you are reading this). But now when I saw her emails, I realized that this is the best thing I did in my life and to genuinely help somebody.

The idea is to make her realize that the path she opted for helping her is not the correct one and she should consult her friends or any anonymous buddy, who can actually help her to make her understand the actual meaning of life and self belief. Now why I opted my blog to convey my message to her instead of face to face conversation , is to secure her anonymity and to provide her some better replies to her problems .

If you are reading this , the only reason I am doing this because you wrote that you want to commit suicide, so sorry I won’t allow you, I want you to think about yourself , your family and friends , specially your mom and dad, they must have some dreams for you , once you’ll die , it would be all finished for you , but for your guardians, they will always curse themselves, they will always question themselves , about what went wrong until they die? You have brain, a complete body, a good education to support and make you survive in this competitive world. Suicide is never a good solution, we are human beings and we are programmed to blame others, I am sure you might be asking questions to god “why me?”but trust me even the richest and healthiest person asks the same question , this might hurt, but nobody knows you here, except you and me , trust me I won’t tell anybody about anything and I want you all to comment on my blog anonymously (only), so first what she wrote to some baba,guru ji, swami , maharaj or some false prophet ( and I am not challenging anybody “shraddha”)

Following is the letter , sent by her to some guru , and she got reply from some guru’s assistant , and trust me this “guru bhai “ replies not even worth posting here , coz it leads to one way only, I hope all my readers(so what if the count is only 20) are adult and understands everything. This is not a fairy tale of” Manohar kahaniya” or something this is a real example of psychological manipulation performed by some fake guru ,making use of a helpless mind.

Now she again gets a reply from this gurubhai, with all sweet diplomatic words, and his words clearly indicates that this guy is actually trying to gain her confidence. And asks her to call on his personal number and assures that he will meet her. then she again replies.

See, I am not good at most of the things, and I am not here to prove my greatness, I am genuinely trying to help you, trust me once somebody said “Advice is what we ask, when we already know the answer” and this is true every bit.

Instead of ruthless questionnaires, I want you to search your answer within yourself; you would be amazed to know yourself. Everybody here is alone, even me, you have to believe me, I was the most popular guy in my school and college, I am sure you are aware about my popularity in our company , every body knows me , and I know everybody, and I don’t have a single person to rely upon, I always felt leftout at the end but I also know that I am different , I am better and I have something to prove here that I am the best…

So my mantra for you is to “believe that you are the best and spend your life proving it to others”

REview INCEPTION

I've been a bad blogger. So much has been going on lately and I've wanted to forget about my emotional stresses so I didn't blog for a while. Well whatever!!! Woof …here I am this is me, again back from the dead .The reason and credit both goes to Mr. Christopher Nolan who recently created a so called master piece known as INCEPTION(the movie).

INCEPTION usually means an event that is beginning, it’s kind of analogous to the seeding phase of a plant, movie actually revolves around a plot that one can get into someone’s mind while dreaming , we can plant an idea in subconscious, which later grows even after one is awake as it is placed in subconscious ,which is a data storage center for one’s mind to keep highly confidential ideas /thoughts. This is the simplest available language to explain INCEPTION.

However movie is not this simple as it reflected in the paragraph above, trust me on this when I returned home after going through these bouncers I actually tried to spin a Latto(top) from Crax toy box just to check that if I am dreaming 

Now if you are planning to watch this movie then you must know the following terminology for the movie, ( it’s like doing homework for the movie coz it is a primer)

1) If you are dreaming inside a dream then it’s called switching levels.

2) Totem:- a device /apparatus/instrument or any memento that allows you to differentiate between a dream and reality

3) Kick:- the way one can use to get out of the dream.It is the shock experienced when unexpectedly falling or striking a surface in their dreams.

4) 10 hours of real world time gives 1 week in the first level dream, 6 months in the second level and 10 years in third level dream.

5) Limbo:- Now this is kind of fictious here , now in movie these dreamers use sedatives to make someone dream ,If one dies before the sedative wears off you just go into a limbo, a worse level or lowest level world of dreams which could signify “infinity” or mind trapped in their indefinitely. By the time you wake up your mind could be twisted and you lose all sense of reality(means you can became pagal).

If you are able to understand these simple thing then you are ready for the movie, movie is about the Leonardo and his team, so he got a job to plant an idea to a very rich person to dissolve his empire,which in turn provide him money and a way back home, as he was accused for his wife’s murder.

Now her wife is dead, just because of an experiment by Leonardo, they were stuck in a limbo for 50 odd years, created their own world meanwhile. Now her wife soon forgets that she is living a dream and start accepting this limbo as reality and doesn’t want to get out of it. At this point, Leonardo decides to plant an idea in her mind that this world is not a reality and we should use a kick to get out of it. Voila!!! She starts believing it and they finally decides to get out of a limbo for using a kick, by laying down on railway tracks.

Both of them wake up together in real world, but here comes a twist, the seed grows older the idea what he planted becomes reality in the real world , as the idea remains there in her subconscious , she thinks if she die she can wake up in reality hence commits a suicide from a hotel room ..Dhadaam!!!

Now getting back to the story, but why should I explain the story to you guys, I was able to understand it clearly at first attempt , I have already explained the plot and its quite easy to understand the movie now …

I am sure ,you all will like the movie, watch the movie as its worth watching, however you may end up bit disappointed as movie doesn’t have the charm like “ the Dark Night” and surely the action sequences are not magical like “ the Matrix”…

But it’s a must watch for an Idea, which will surely increase the sales of Tiger balms if not iodex for the headache you buy after watching this movie…..

My personal recommendation go for it and happy dreaming.!!!!
