Following is the simple process for filling the form of ugc net application.
1st Step : Download Challan for bank payment

Just go to ugc website and download bank challan. Fill it and go state bank of india and deposit Rs. 450.

2nd Step : Online Apply

Fill the online application of ugc and get its printed two copies. One copy of attendance slip and one copy of admission card.

3rd Step : Attest the copy with your college principal

4th Step : Submit it to your university registrar (UGC Test center)

Earlier, I made the tutorial for telling you the double role. In this tutorial, I told you that for we had to make two video clips and after making it was divided into two parts with split transition verticle. Now, you can direclty download this file from our server at here .

Instructions for Installation :

Run the downloaded exe file and extract the xml file inside it. It should ask you to specify the AddOnTFX folder with a default value of "C:\Program Files\Movie Maker\Shared\AddOnTFX"
Restart Movie Maker.

Usage:

To use this transition, place two clips on the Storyboard and apply one of these transitions in the middle. Change to Timeline view and drag the right hand clip towards left as far as possible without changing clip order.

Details of the Trick:

Split video effect is a name given to the the special effect achieved by showing two video clips simultaneously on the screen where a part of each clip is masked off in some manner to show the remaining part of the other clip. This is different from Picture in Picture effect in the sense that none of the clips change its size.

In this package this effect is achieved by using the normal set of transitions that come with Movie Maker otherwise called DxtJpeg/SMPTE wipes. The trick is to freeze these wipe transitions in the middle using the undocumented Progress parameter.link

For example, we can take the subject of business environment. Above is special gift of New Year 2010 for you. This is not plate but simple flower. This flower picture is converted into plate form by using picture effect of ms word 2007. Ms Word is advance than ms word 2003.

We all know that photoshop is the best software for making great design from picture but there are many cool picture effects in it for designing the picture .After learning these effects , you can make good design like design in photoshop .When you paste any picture in ms word 2007 and select it; you will see a new button of picture tool in above menu. Click it and you will find many options in it for making advance design of pictures.

Picture Effects

Preset & 3 D Rotation

Preset option in picture effect can change 3 D format of picture. You can change the design according to your need. You can also give your picture different direct with 3 D rotation. If you click last option of 3D rotation, you will find both option 3D format, 3 D rotation. With this you can change the design by choosing new bevel, depth, contour and surface and save it.

Shadow

If you want to make some shadow on the border of your picture design, then, you can change its transparency, size, blur, angle and distance also by going to last option of shadow.
Glow
Glow is also shadow but in different designs and you can change these designs according to your need. You can also take more glow color by going to “more glow color option.”

Google _hint is simply keywords in google adsense code for telling google about what information is given in article or contents. It is the way for showing targeted ads in any web page.
Google is providing this facility to very few and famous webmasters who has different varieties of contents. But google is not giving this code to every webmaster. Its parameter will show like below

google_hints = 'qualities husband, marriage, love’ ;

Reason is given on Ask Dave Taylor .

“To confirm, I emailed the Adsense team and asked them for an explanation, and here's what they explained:

"The feature you're referring to is one of several new features the Google
Adsense team is currently testing for a very limited number of publishers. At
this time, we are not able to offer these features to other publishers. Should
we offer these features to additional publishers in the future, we will be sure
to notify you at that time."

So do not add this code this is against TOS. For targeting the adsense, you have to write only google title and article which have lot of keywords whose ads you want to show in your article for better CTR.

Write Hindi in Ms Word with Free Google Tool

I have updated the previously released How to write in Hindi in Ms Word so that you can learn basic of writing in Hindi. Drawback of window xp’s Hindi script is that you have to learn Hindi language, but if you want to write English word like Hindi and want to change automatically in Hindi in ms word, then learn this tutorial. After this you can learn to write following

Google has made a very good and new tool named Google Transliteration IME . You have to download this tool by going to given line and before download the tool; you have to select Hindi language. After this when it is downloaded, click it for installing. After installing, activate this tool by going to following point
Start >> control penal >> regional and language >> Choose language option >> click details [if you did not install files for complex script then tick on it and install first from computer cd.]

After going to detail Select google Hindi input in installed services and then add it and choose Hindi language and click keyboard layout /ime us. And then click OK and then apply.

If you do not need you can also uninstall it by going to control panel and then click add / remove program .
Earlier, this tool was only used in blogging in Hindi language . But after installing , you can use it offline also .

For preparation of UGC NET Paper one , you must know about information and communication technology and it is the part of UGC NET Paper - I syllabus . In ICT , Information technology act 2000 is so important because it can show you what is the total area and boundary of Indian information and technolgy because , Science and technology in India is fully dependent on Cyber laws of India and IT 2000 is one of the important cyber law . So , young scholar should study deeply this law not only for ugc net preparation but as awar citizen of India .

Information technology is one of the important law relating to Indian cyber laws. It had passed in Indian parliament in 2000. This act is helpful to promote business with the help of internet. It also set of rules and regulations which apply on any electronic business transaction.

Due to increasing crime in cyber space, Govt. of India understood the problems of internet user and for safeguarding the interest of internet users, this act was made. The following are its main objectives and scope:-

1. It is objective of I.T. Act 2000 to give legal recognition to any transaction which is done by electronic way or use of internet.

2. To give legal recognition to digital signature for accepting any agreement via computer.

3. To provide facility of filling document online relating to school admission or registration in employment exchange.

4. According to I.T. Act 2000, any company can store their data in electronic storage.

5. To stop computer crime and protect privacy of internet users.

6. To give legal recognition for keeping books of accounts by bankers and other companies in electronic form.

7. To make more power to IPO, RBI and Indian Evidence act for restricting electronic crime.

Scope

Every electronic information is under the scope of I.T. Act 2000 but following electronic transaction is not under I.T. Act 2000

1. Information technology act 2000 is not applicable on the attestation for creating trust via electronic way. Physical attestation is must.
2. I.T. Act 2000 is not applicable on the attestation for making will of any body. Physical attestation by two witnesses is must.
3. A contract of sale of any immovable property.
4. Attestation for giving power of attorney of property is not possible via electronic record.

Highlights the main chapters of I.T. Act 2000 or its main provisions:-

There are 13 chapters in law and all provision is included in this chapters.

1. Chapter II

Any contract which is done by subscriber. If he signs the electronic agreement by digital signature. Then it will be valid.
In case bank, the verification of digital signature can be on the basis of key pair.

2. Chapter III

This chapter explains the detail that all electronic records of govt. are acceptable unless any other law has any rules regarding written or printed record.

3. Chapter IV

This chapter deals with receipts or acknowledgement of any electronic record. Every electronic record has any proof that is called receipt and it should be in the hand who records electronic way.

4. Chapter V

This chapter powers to organization for securing the electronic records and secure digital signature. They can secure by applying any new verification system.

5. Chapter VI

This chapter states that govt. of India will appoint controller of certifying authorities and he will control all activities of certifying authorities.

“Certifying authority is that authority who issues digital signature certificate.”

6. Chapter VII

In this chapter powers and duties of certifying authority is given. Certifying authority will issue digital signature certification after getting Rs. 25000. If it is against public interest, then C.A. can suspend the digital signature certificate.

7. Chapter VIII

This chapter tells about the duties of subscribers regarding digital signature certificate . It is the duty of subscriber to accept that all information in digital signature certificate that is within his knowledge is true .

8. Chapter IX

If any body or group of body damages the computers , computer systems and computer networks by electronic hacking , then they are responsible to pay penalty upto Rs. 1 crore . Fore judgment this , govt. can appoint adjucating officer .

9. Chapter X

Under this chapter, cyber regulation appellate tribunal can be established. It will solve the cases relating to orders of adjudicating officers.

10. Chapter XI

For controlling cyber Crime, Govt. can appoint cyber regulation advisory committee who will check all cyber crime relating to publishing others information. If any fault is done by anybody, he will be responsible for paying Rs. 2 lakhs or he can get punishment of 3 years living in jail or both prison and penalty can be given to cyber criminal.

11. Chapter XII

Police officers have also power to investigate dangerous cyber crime under IPC 1860 , Indian Evidence Act 1872 and RBI Act 1934 .

Advantages of I.T. Act 2000

1. Helpful to promote e-commerce

• Email is valid
• Digital signature is valid.
• Payment via credit card is valid.
• Online contract is valid

Above all things validity in eye of Indian law is very necessary. After making IT act 2000 , all above things are valid and these things are very helpful to promote e-commerce in India .

2. Enhance the corporate business

After issuing digital signature, certificate by Certifying authority, now Indian corporate business can enhance.

3. Filling online forms :-

After providing facility, filling online forms for different purposes has become so easy.

4. High penalty for cyber crime

Law has power to penalize for doing any cyber crime. After making of this law, nos. of cyber crime has reduced.

Shortcoming of I.T. Act 2000

1. Infringement of copyright has not been included in this law.
2. No protection for domain names.
3. The act is not applicable on the power of attorney, trusts and will.
4. Act is silent on taxation.
5. No, provision of payment of stamp duty on electronic documents.

Mohandas Karamchand Gandhiwas born in Porbandar, a coastal town in present-day Gujarat, India, on 2 October 1869. His father, Karamchand Gandhi (1822-1885), who belonged to the Hindu Modh community.

One week ago the video " Evian Roller Skating Babies " has uploaded and it has become super hit on YouTube . It has received More than 250,819 views with in just one week . And also it has obtained more than 201 comments . It is just advertisement of Evian drinking water which is fully commercial ads . In this video small babies are performing on skates and the person who has watched it kept finger in mouth .

Because it is impossible but it is done with excellent animation and video graphy and something change the background .

If we analyse how it has made . Then I will say only that They performed it with computers techniques in which the babies bodies are showed but in actual , it is done by real professional skaters, then put real babies in front of a green screen and filmed them moving their heads in just the right ways to match the skaters' movements. This is the logic beyond performing this video . But in real sense it is very funny . Watch below

How to solve inverse equation problems

Sometime in UGC NET paper 1 , you have to solve inverse equation problems . So, understand these type question and utilize your mathematical reasoning for solving question . I am here taking one example :-

First example

If 3 men or 4 women can reap a field in 43 days , how long will 7 men and 5 women take to reap it
a) 21.5 days , b) 12 days c) 15 days or d) 10.5 days

This is question of inverse equation because more no. of men and women will reap in less time .
So, understand its solution

suppose men = A

women = B

under the condition 1

3A = 4 B because 3men or 4 women can reap a field in 43 days .

so it means 4 B can reap in 43 days

now B or one women can reap in 43 X 4 = 172 days .

Second condition of question

If 7 A + 5 B becomes together how many day will happen ?

Replace the value of A = 4B/3 in place of A

7 x 4B/3 + 5 B = 14.3 B

If a women ( 1B ) can reap in 172 days
