Does it take a lot of time to show the Start Menu or the right click properties bar...Does it take a lot of time to show the All Programs Menu items ...So , here is the solution to these kind of problems..what you have to do is just edit the REGISTRY & log in with your account again...For doing this...GO to --> Start -->Run -->Now type "regedit" without quotes...A new window will open...
