Adobe Photoshop CS4 Veteran set of powerful imaging tools streamlined user interface more extensible and customizable; completely overhauled 3D engine in Extended version. If you work with 3D, Photoshop Extended is a must-have upgrade; ditto if you think you'd use more of Standard's tools if the interface were less opaque, if you need to upgrade other suite applications, or if you qualify for an academic discount. All things considered, while Adobe Photoshop CS4 makes some improvements over CS3, it might be worth skipping this generation and waiting for the next.
There's just enough that's better in the CS4 updates to Photoshop and Photoshop Extended most notably, usability improvements for core features that many people will find themselves sighing, biting the bullet, and upgrading. If you work with video or 3D, or want to update your Creative Suite to CS4 for other reasons, this is a no brainer; for the rest of us, there's little you can do with CS4 that you couldn't do with CS3, and the latter seems a bit faster and more memory efficient in some respects.
Adobe Photoshop CS4 Extended users will benefit more immediately from these underlying changes than Standard users. For the latter, OpenGL support primarily manifests itself as some whizzy screen zooming and rotation tools that demo well but likely won't get used much. However, Adobe has greatly improved Extended's 3D support. It now offers most of the essential render settings and view controls, plus the ability to create primitives (and extend the library of primitives), necessary to work with 3D models. You edit and paint on textures simply by double-clicking on them in the Layers palette, then see your changes applied when you toggle back to the model; not quite real-time, interactive painting, but close enough for now. And now there's basic keyframe animation for 3D scenes. Still there's room for improvement: it needs better lighting handling and the ability to tile and more easily position textures, and several aspects of the interface, like the Rendering options, are still far too dialog driven. And Photoshop gets very slow when you load (or generate via the Mesh from grayscale command) relatively complex models with tens of thousands of polygons.

That mixture of real-time and dialog-driven still permeates the interface of Photoshop in general, despite some advances. For example, if you use Photoshop for Web or print production work, the move to modeless Adjustment and Masks panels for real-time adjustments and previewing of changes in mask feathering and density is potentially a huge time-saver. But all the ancillary operations, such as the Radius, Contrast, Smooth, (another) Feather, and Contract/Expand parameters controlled by Refine Mask, remain in a modal dialog box.

So while there are a few tweaks, such as the new tabbed windows (you can still float them, though) and jarring all-caps text, long-time users won't encounter a lot to slow down their workflow. On the upside, tool shortcut keys now behave in what Adobe refers to as a "spring loaded" fashion. That means that if you hold down the shortcut key for one tool while another is selected in the toolbar, it temporarily overrides the toolbar until you release the key. Very nice. On the other hand, I don't particularly like the iconic representations of the adjustments in the new panel — you can't tell what they are without mousing over them and reading the text — but you can just ignore them and use the adjustment layer pop-up on the Layers palette as always.

YouTube will be Unblocked in Pakistan within 2 weeks

This is a fast news for all readers of pc-urdu-tip.blogspot.com. Pakistan's Telecommunication Authority (PTA) has finally announced that the video Sharing net site YouTube will be unblocked in Pakistan within 15 days. So to start with congratulation to all of those who desired to see YouTube live in Pakistan. As this ban affected millions of Pakistani users including students and online learners. But now after months of ban the net site will be finally obtainable in Pakistan, said the Charmin of Pakistan telecommunication authority, Farooq Awan. While speaking to Geo News they told that, they are continuously speaking with Google about this issue and we'll persuade them to remove the Anti-Islamic video from their net site in the event that they need to see Pakistani users back. They added, however, if Google doesn't remove the video, PTA will remove the links itself and will open YouTube for Pakistani users within 15 days.

Few days back on 3rd November, Rahman Malik the Interior minister told the media that, they has been pressurized by the youth to unblock YouTube in Pakistan and they hinted that the net site will be definitely unblocked sooner. They also conditioned that, the net site will be unblocked only when the objectionable videos will be restricted from being accessed.

How to Access YouTube in Pakistan?

YouTube is banned in Pakistan since 17th September, 2012. However, you could & can access it through different proxy application in Pakistan. They also shared some tips on unblocking YouTube in Pakistan; which you used & got advantages of them. But lots of users including me, complained that these application are working slow & the net speed gets very slow when they use these proxies. Also, they were unable to download the videos from YouTube.

If you go to Microsoft download center, then by default you will get live installer of approximately 2-3 MB’s while complete .NET framework requires 50-200 MB. Seems like Microsoft wants you to download live installer but there are problems with live installer…

    It may hang forever if you have slow internet connection like dial-up, GPRS, etc.

How to Remove Blogger Navbar

Blogger navbar [navigation bar] appears at the top of the page in most cases in default blogger templates. In case you need this to disappear then you can do it basically by adding a peice of code to your blog's HTML section. When you generate a new weblog with default blogger template; the navbar looks like this:

This is not so bad looking thing, but mostly bloggers don't need to see it. So they search for a prompt action for removing this navbar from their blogs. This post is the solution for it.

How to Remove Blogger navbar?

In this tutorial, we won't remove the navbar but we will just hide it. So you can make it appear again if you want then. follow given steps to do this task easily.

How to add a popular widget in Blogger?
To add the popular posts widget in blogger just go Layout >> Add a Widget and add the popular posts widget from the widget list and make any setting as you want. See below picture e.g:

If you require to show the first line of your popular posts then tick the Snippet check box and also the picture thumbnail will show the picture of the post, select number of posts you require to show in the widget and also you can select the timeframe for the popular posts as showing like: all time, last 30 days and last 7 days. The King of Fighters 2002 brings the series back to its roots by retiring the strikers and swapping the excessive features from the past three games for an enormous selection of characters. Now nothing stands between you and your opponent as you battle for dominance!
The King of Fighters 2002 is a 2002 competitive fighting game produced by Eolith and Playmore for the Neo Geo. It is the ninth game in The King of Fighters series and the second one produced by Eolith and developed by SNK Neo Geo (formerly Brezzasoft). The game was ported to the Dreamcast, PlayStation 2, and the Xbox. The PS2 and Xbox versions were released in North America in a two in one bundle with the following game in the series, The King of Fighters 2003.

SNK Play more has produced a remake titled TheKing of Fighters 2002 Unlimited Match for the PlayStation 2, which has been released on February 26, 2009 in Japan. The Xbox Live Arcade version was released on November 3, 2010.
KOF 2002 discards the 4 VS 4 "Striker Match" format used in the previous three games in the series and returns to the 3-on-3 Battle format originally used in the series up until KOF '98.
The game also revamps the Power Gauge system into a format similar to the one used in KOF '98. Like previous games in the series, the Power Gauge is filled as the player attacks the opponent or performs Special Moves during battle. The number of Power Gauges the player can stock up increases by one with each member of the team, with the first member of the team being able to stock up to three Power Gauges, while the third member can stock up to five. A single Power Gauge stock can be used to perform a Counterattack and Evasion technique while guarding an opponent's attack, use a Super Special Move, or initiate the MAX Activation state.
During MAX Activation, the player's offensive and defensive strength is increased for a short period and can cancel any attack into another. In this state, a Super Special Move can be used without consuming a Power Gauge stock. There are also MAX Super Special Moves, which are Super moves that can only be performed during MAX Activation with one Power Gauge stock, and MAX2 moves that require two stocks.
