Jesus of Nazareth is the Christ, the "Anointed One," or the "Messiah" in Hebrew. The name "Jesus" is derived from the Hebrew-Aramaic word "Yeshua," meaning "Yahweh [the Lord] is salvation." The name "Christ" is actually a title for Jesus.

Jesus is the central figure in Christianity. His life, message and ministry are chronicled in the four Gospels of the New Testament.

Most Bible scholars would not argue that Jesus was a carpenter and Jewish teacher from Galilee and he performed many miracles of healing and deliverance. He called 12 Jewish men to follow him, working closely with them to train and prepare them to carry on ministry.

According to the bible, he was crucified in Jerusalem by order of Pontius Pilate, the Roman governor, for claiming to be the King of the Jews. He resurrected three days after his death and appeared to his disciples and hundreds of people, and then ascended into heaven.

As man was separated from God through Adam's sin, he was reconciled back to God through Jesus Christ's sacrifice. His life and death provided the atoning sacrifice for the sins of the world. He will claim his Bride, the church, and later return at his Second Coming to judge the world and establish his eternal kingdom, thus fulfilling messianic prophecy.

Why do we set weight loss goals every beginning of the year only to end up breaking those goals eventually?

After speaking with many experienced personal trainers and weight loss mentors, I discover that most fat loss failures are really not a result of lacking in knowhow. Infact, most people thesedays already have all the know how and even if not, they would have had all the information they require at their fingertips thanks to google.

Stick to your goals, boys and gals!

So it is really not without knowledge that people fail in their weight loss endeavor. I believe it is not applying what they know and the lack of faith in carrying out their plans which cause them to fail. Other contributing factors may be too much conflicting information, failure to discern correctly what are the program suitable for themselves, lack of discipline, temptations, cravings, laziness, lack of positive mindset, impractical expectations and incorrect mindsets and quitting too soon etc.

For instance, once we lack of the discipline to resist our cravings for or temptations of sugary and oily foods and starting succumbing to laziness or even start giving ourselves excuses or kept delaying or even deviateing from our plans, we would have subconsciously already thrown in the towel, sometimes before we even began.

Also, sometimes due to improper weight loss or worse when one resort to starvation inorder to achieve weight loss, it not only creates adverse effects upon our healths but it can also cause our healths to deteriorate as a result of lack of proper care and nutrition.

Believe in Yourself..

Hence, what are the components of effective weight loss? How to preserve our health while keeping those extra pounds off so as in order to achieve a truly healthy lifestyle for the rest of our lives? How do we maintain self-disciple or self-motivation over a lengthy period of time in the face of so much of visually enticing, but yet also utterly sinful, foods we see and come into contact with everywhere?

Basically I feel that a couple of factors are imperative for success in this long unwinding fat-battle, namely-- need and desire. Knowledge, when coupled with these two, plus correct positive motivation and mutual support almost always leads to success. It can be as simple as "I want my physique to look as good as Collin Ferrel!"

Ya gotta encourage each other..

Support is extremely important in that it act as means of checks for one another if one is able to find a partner in similar shoes for mutual encouragement and mutual support. This also puts a system of accountability in place so that one can constantly remind the other on their way to a healthy and balanced way of life.

The reason why most diet plans which are not coupled with proper nutrition fail is because these plans ruin people’s metabolic rate. Inorder to boost our metabolism, it is important not only that we must eat less but the key is in eating the correct foods that are beneficial in increasing metabolism.

Don't punish yeself!

When our metabolism increases, our body can actually become a fat burning machine, liken to when we were in our childhood days when our metabolism is so high that nothing we eat can make us fat. Even when our body is at rest it still continues to burning up fat.

However, weight loss do not have to be punishing.

We do not need to deprive our body of the foods we love simply because its unhealthy and/or fattening. From time to time, it is still perfectly okay to eat "unhealthy foods" so long as we do not over indulge or revert back to that same old eating habit again.

I feel that while losing weight is important, to do so correctly, safely and effectively is the key to bring about long term weight management and prolonging success.

Understanding the function of our liver in weightloss is pertinent in weight loss ie. why is liver so crucial in helping us in our weight loss?

Understand ye body, babe!

We must understand that when fat is stored in our body, it can produce poisons and toxins inside our system and the liver must then work extra hard just to get rid of all these poisons and toxins which are then discharged from our bodies through our urines and wastes. (This is why many weight loss programs often comes with this initial phase of "detoxification")

On top of that, our liver is also responsible for bile production, excretion of cholesterol, hormones, and drugs , metabolic process of fat, proteins, and carbs which are all paramount in weight reduction. The liver is also responsible for synthesis of plasma proteins, enzyme activation, storage of glycogen, vitamins, and vitamins and minerals, bloodstream detoxification and purification etc.

As such, we must be careful not to overwork our livers because eating foods not beneficial for our livers can possibly result in overworked livers. While certain meals function to aid your liver organ, some does not. Wholesome foods with as little or without seasonings and fruits, for instance, are one of the foods that are beneficial to our liver functions. Foods that are specially not good for the liver include deep-fried and oily foods and also processed foods and foods that are sugary and salty and contains unhealthful synthetic seasonings as MSG etc.

Eat The Correct Food!

Inorder to lose weight effectively and keep the weight off for good, we must first be able to understand this simple principle.

We must always be discerning as to what kinds of food to eat in order to feed our livers correctly with what it requires so that in return it will be able to work for us by helping us burn fat. We must also know what are the foods which actually encourage fat buildup in the body and as far as possible, avoid them.

We should not always follow tips or even so-call "philosophies" so often preached by many so-call weight loss gurus and experts in the commercialized market of weight loss supplements, gym memberships, over-marketed weight loss and beauty institutions --basically those whereby you must pay hefty lot of money inorder just to see results because effective weight loss and secrets to better health really begins in our every day, basically our eating habits, proper nutrition and exercise all of which really should not cost more than what we really think or the price tag which those huge money-churning establishments are trying to churn out from us.

Go for wholesome foods!

Also note that supplements as meal replacement supplements are merely real foods that have become grinded into powder form and added with artificial nutrients and minerals. For the mere purpose of convenience, it is absolutely fine but for long term consumption, it is really no advisable at all. Nothing can totally substitute fresh wholesome foods as meats, chicken, eggs, vegetables etc which are still the best when weight loss and health benefits are concerned.

Hence, in order not to overload our liver so that it is able to do what it is programmed to do (ie weight loss) we must eat correctly. In doing so, we will be able to lose weight. As a matter of fact, when we eat properly and correctly, our bodies will be able to melt away plenty of fat. So, hence it is very much liken to the saying "help your liver to help yourself" because when you help your liver by providing it with the correct food that are beneficial for it, it will in return assist you in burning off the fat that you need to burn off quickly.

Another problem that can arise from improper dieting is when you eat less in contrast to what the body requires in the hope of losing weight, the body creates insulin spikes which will then hold on to the fat inside our body preventing the fat from metabolizing or discharged off as energy. This will also cause the food we eat to become stored as even more fat deposits inside our body. Instead of resulting in weight reduction and seeing our fats melting away, the moment we deprive our body of food, we actually end up putting on even more weight.

Easy Come Easy Go, Honey!

This way, we really do not even need to put our body through any kind of strenuous cardiovascular activity or spine breaking intensive weight training just to get into shape. With correct proper eating habits and a thoughtful and mindful diet and with minimal exercise of half an hour every day, not only will we become trim naturally, we will also feel mentally more alert, our bodies also become more energized and we no longer need to starve ourselves. In fact, a good healthful nutrition program is what we must strive to achieve for ourselves if we ever want to achieve stable long term results in the long haul. Forget about quick over night successes because liken to a person who strikes a million dollar lottery who will most possibly lose all his instant overnight wealth just as quickly as he gained it, like the saying "easy come easy go", hence similarly, instant weight loss that is not coupled with a proper nutrition program and exercise will also be fleeting even if initially we may achieve some astonishing results but the moment we start to revert back to your old unhealthful lifestyle and attitude towards food again, our results will not last for very long because soon it will be as good as going back to square one again.

Don't Stress!!!

Hence, educating our minds is the key to success. Infact losing weight is something which our body is already programmed to do for us by itself but however, in today's world, stress and improper ways of handling stress often lead to many problems and in many instances, we unwittingly abuse our own bodies with comfort foods just to soothe our overwrought nerves only to result in unexpected weight gain over time or even worse-- eating disorder and obesity-related problems --all of which are the most common and yet also most dangerous things to our health because they ultimately cause our body and health to break down. When under stress, our minds often times tend to go into an erratic state of "taking over" and in doing so, instead of listening to what truly our body says, the mind start making all the wrong decisions for it instead eg. going for instant immediate gratification only to mark the beginning of our nightmares ahead.

Ozuru's Perplexities..

"In retrospection, maybe I should just cease flirting with the danger of allowing such evil desecrated thoughts of following one's dreams and pursuing one's ideals to creep into my mind or subsist. What if such iniquity ultimately ravaged me or if I hopped the twig trying? That was a thought forever on my mind. Perhaps I simply just think too much and should just throw myself into it and do it. Or maybe, I should completely just abstain from such kind of malevolent and dissolute 'vice' that only aimed at besmirching one's judgment and blighting one's subconscious, like the opulence and sublunary of material comfort or even opiate, I thought, for such supercilious things, as dreams and ideals, though sublime, were only meant for the truly privileged and chosen. Suddenly overwhelmed with feelings of contrition and inadequacy, I felt as if so undeserving of what I desired, as if it was a crime to dream, as if dreaming was a debauched act of blasphemy, as if I was a sinner and ought to be crucified, although I always believed that every empire started out from one single little dream too.

Perhaps, it was only when one did what one reviled and learned how to overcome such negative feelings of odium, by accepting it as their bad karma or ill-fate, and accepting the fatality of never ever realizing one's true potential, then only would one truly be deserving of success. Maybe only then would one really become successful. And maybe perhaps only then would one find true lasting happiness.

Anyway, this was what the standard education system at school, work, home and life at large had taught us all along—which they all sometimes called it ‘discipline’ and ‘hard work’, which of course anyone would know, but they never seemed to stress enough of all other things else as dreams and aspirations. Their focus and stress point always only seemed to be on the secondary things, so much so, that the crucial things, the gist, the fundaments of us as living beings were completely left out, forgotten and never brought up again as the years go by, though that was just the process rather than any cause or effect. Why was it so impossible for them to see the big picture? as I thought, deplorably, while suddenly having mixed feelings of disappointment and frustration welling up inside me. Perhaps, maybe that was why all those people around me such as my dull and monotonous teachers in school, my blank and emotionless bosses and ex-bosses and colleagues at work and the rest of the seemingly dying but yet undead life at large never once spoken about dreams, about aspirations, not that I was even able to remember or recall.

Maybe their brittle exteriors were just a mask to hide their hidden anger and frustration, and that their insouciance and nonchalance were simply but a result of their own dreams unfulfilled or dreams that never even exist in the first place because their souls were simply too young to realize and actualize their true purpose in life, but instead, they’re like as good as mere re-embodiment of lonely souls and discontented spirits wandering at large. Unlike old matured souls who had undergone reincarnations for centuries, every century, one life time after another life time, young souls were probably stuck in some lifetime for a long time refusing to part and move on, hence, even when they eventually personified, their minds would remain shallow, unenlightened, unresolved, grudging, and ignoble—hence the existence of bigotry, prejudice, hatred, revenge, racism or discrimination of sorts –mainly human defects and imperfections perceived as societal problems. Maybe, I should just take the easier path of following into the exemplary footsteps of my pioneers before me, and not try to be different, not try to be a schmick schmuck. After all, they had been there and done that so their words were supposed to be tested and simply inveterate.

Going against tradition, convention or crossing onto unchartered boundaries may mean treading on deadly grounds and one might end up getting my foot blown to bits. But yet, it was in the thrill from the danger of such unknown that often seemed so fascinating and breath-taking. Perhaps, I should not try to institute something on my very own accord, without corroboration or approval from certain unexplainable universal calculation or cosmic configuration that was way beyond my worldly comprehension, anyway for as a form of cataclysmic consequences, I might suffer the infinity of chastisement and denunciation for being so arrogant, defiant and brash. As such, for my very own good, perhaps maybe the best was just doing nothing, and simply just wait for opportunity to come knocking on my doors, though as dopy and inane as it all may sound.

All these were the kind of annoying wraithlike intonation that my unguarded mind would unconsciously recite upon, repeatedly, especially in moments of self-doubt, or when things eventually derailed, and conniving skeptics, critics and cynics started stoning me with what seemed like irreverence and profanity rather than good advices, pitching me off my guard, and off my track. Intransigently, it would always tick me off whenever that happened, proving to all those skeptics, cynics and critics once again, they were right.

All these thwarted and twisted thoughts and beliefs had developed over years of accumulation from the influence of environment and intravenously already diffused into my belief-system so may take longer than just overnight to modify or reform if I ever wanted to follow my own heart's desire. As such, in postulation, I felt that for me to hold on to something for dear life and never let go, either a miracle must happen or it must be destined and then nobody and nothing would be able to swerve me off my course or oust me. Then again, perhaps they were right after all as I thought in sudden total resignation. What was the point in trying? Life was fated, everything was, exactly how much we ate, how much we drank, how much money we would have in this lifetime. It was all fated!" by ozuru with plenty of sighs

Ok now, i think i should try to clear a few frightening misconceptions about this huge monsterous lizard Iguana, u just saw, that looks like Godzilla..This ginormous quirky Iguana may look scary or even ugly to some people at first but its actually quite cute and comely and very docile and peaceful unlike those predatory lizards in the wild that can be quite shallow and inadequate inside, exhibiting all the streaks of a wild animal, but Iguanas are not like that as they do not snare or scare or attack or pull on a kamikaze stun when under pressure or provoked like those other lizards as tree lizards, komodo dragons etc which are canivores. This one is a herbivore and if properly domesticated, it is capable of responding affectionately upon human contact liken to a pet dog and the best thing is that it won't bite!

"Tout de suite at times I felt as if stained by some hoodoo's miasma and my heart bound to martyrdom and pangs for a perennial lifetime. Suddenly and aberrantly, I abhorred every waking human being walking on the face of the planet, as if the whole world was guilty of a felony it did not even had any idea it had inadvertently perpetrated. Suddenly, I felt as if fading to the very last moments of my secular existence, as if morphing into one of those dark lurid awe-inspiring luminaries, with a cryptic, morbid and unspeakable past, not because of any horrendous crime I committed, but because I was singular, puissant, different, as such, circled out, alienated and ostracized. Ignorance and bigotry of human kind had dogmatically driven my 'kind' to the precipice of devastation and despair, and as if threatening to dominate and obliterate us. Ultimately, at certain point, inevitably I had to face my own demons in the eye and strike back. This was the sort of consciousness forever existing in my mind, which, so ever constantly taunted me.

Like a mutant constantly having to battle his conflicting innerworld while struggling to manage his gift and simultaneously contending with the brutal atrocities from the world outside them, I too sometimes had to combat my own kind of demons and overcome my conflicting inner-self and paranoia, while at the same time fending off those undesirable persecutions of my antagonists, critics, cynics, mainly detractors. How i wished i could also be as gifted; possessing similar kinds of special abilities as mutants like having the power to invoke the fury of Mother Nature upon all these obnoxious opponents, banishing them to the farthest ends of the world with just a single puff or subjecting them to interminable depths of misery with just a single scowl, or effortlessly just will those nasty rabbles into a sorry state of rubble or nonexistence with just a slight turn of the palm or flick of a finger. Then, nobody would dare rub me the wrong way anymore ever again. Empowered with such self-satisfied thoughts, I suddenly found myself beam triumphantly from ear to ear, mocking at my adversaries while completely in awe with my own twisted genius, galvanizing upon the mere thrill of theevery moment watching my rivals floundering in gloom.

Even though nobody actually labeled me as some kind of freak of nature, but inside me, I was as if already inflicted with almost the same kind of horrendous psychological torment and emotional mutilation the latter undergone before metamorphosing into the powerful entity that it eventually come to be. At one point, it probably seemed like I had gone out of my mind; that I had perhaps lost it ... but I was far from losing it, for it was only a fine line between insanity and virtuosity for the self-aggrandizement inside me was growing at such incredible pace. Despite the fact that all these would definitely make me stronger if they did not end up killing me, the upshot may be far from what I'd wish for.

As the case may be, the only power I would most probably acquire was power over my own will and mind, so as not to succumb to those negative criticisms, caustic remarks, harmful advices and disparaging words, though that alone was barely even enough to quench my insatiable appetite for supremacy. Suddenly, I did not mind even if I had to die of an acute death a thousand times over inorder to transmogrify into that fiery legend feared by all, and had it been a moment of impulse, I may even had trade my soul for it, for the moment it unleashed its numinous powers, the planet we resided upon would immediately cease to orbit and gravity would lose its gripe over all things on earth and everything would suspend aimlessly in vacuity and all life form on earth would come to an immediate stand still, and the whole world would be in an unruly state of perplexity, ambiguity, anarchy and twilight. In complete awe of such outlandish ideas of having the whole world right under my feet, suddenly, I felt I would not mind a single bit being called a "freak" -- Who possibly would?

I continued rummaging through such unorthodox thoughts as my state of mind slowly and gradually become erratic and compulsive. Beleaguered by all those ill-fitting and perplexed thoughts, acerbic and antagonistic sentience, suddenly, I felt an impending contraction, as my breathing intensified and all I could hear was my heart pounding louder and louder while my ears gradually closing up, blocking out every sound, until eventually, all I could hear was only my own heart beat and my own breathing which gradually intensified, as I witnessed the whole entire world passing by me in super slow motion. Gradually feeling fade and wobbly, I was precariously as if trying to make my way towards a fuzzy nebulous glint ahead of me through this copious overwhelming mob, but with extremely great exertion and difficulty, and as my chest gradually tightened while my gasps gradually becoming more and more irregular and rapid, I quickly entered into a state of horror.

Suddenly it felt as though all about me was about to culminate to an end, while imageries of my past, one by one, flashed pass right before me. Trying to make out between reality and the virtual world, from which I was traversing back and forth, and in and out of, everything slowly just turned into a vague impression as my vision ultimately becoming smudged, and before I even knew it, I was render into a subliminal state of infinite vacuity ..O' Lord, please save me, I'm losing it...." -- Jona, during one particularly fiery and wicked summer day, OUT.

"At work, I also faced another kind of equal dread. Aghast at the incessant oppression, banishment and merciless vituperation, somewhere deep down in my heart, I longed for something I could rightfully claim as my own. I actually even imagined owning an intellectual property or a trademark solely to my very own name -- Something that nobody could question, lay claim to, or hold sway over. The thought felt rather promising at first. Suddenly, I secretly desired to be the sole captain, commander, chief and director of my own vessel, even if it were just a tiny puny vessel. The feeling of being in control of my own destiny tickled me as I savored the mere thought of it. However, being the nonconformist, maverick and free spirit I always been and would always be, my aspiration was never to be in trade, of which the mere term and
thought simply just made me feel apprehensive and tentative. While some people seemed to take it in their stride and conduct their trade like a breeze, others seemed to be floundering, struggling never-endingly, just trying to survive in the cutthroat, dog-eat-dog environment, maybe they unwittingly and unfavorably created for themselves or gotten into at a neck-breaking pace, which left them burned out, warped out, disillusioned and embittered. Maybe, perhaps that was what it was really

all about, so crushing and so brutal, the business world, maybe just that different people dealt with or greeted the same things differently, some able to manage with apparent ease while some others simply faltered. Otherwise, perhaps just that some are luckier than the others and it was probably destiny that bestowed upon them their dominion to rule and shine in what others might otherwise end up struggling and drowning in, just like the common saying: one man's meat is another man's poison, or more aptly put; one man's cradle is another man's crypt. Perhaps, I thought maybe I ought to surround myself with favorable conditions to make up for any shortfall while bringing out my strengths. Maybe, even create those favorable conditions myself if needs be, if I really had to. After all, I already come to accept that nothing would be presented to me anymore on a silver platter and if I really wanted something badly, I needed to conceive it, initiate it, create it, awaken the giant or whatever. Then when the opportunity for greatness ultimately present itself, seize it, chance upon it, exploit it or whatever, basically learning to be ambitious and be a go-getter. Like for instance, creating mobility if stability was unfeasible, uninteresting, too mundane and unbearable, developing a comprehensive and comprehensible system if dilemma anticipated, identifying requirement and working on it if the convention was already overly saturated and exhausted, try doing things creatively and extraordinarily if desire was never to be mind-numbing, minimal and ordinary, finding alternative methods of approach to achieve the same result if forte was never in direct approach, eliminating skepticism, uncertainty and doubt by being as true, open and transparent as possible, and eventually, creating safeguards or checks system if exploitation of unscrupulous, unoriginal and unethical copycats foreseen. Also maybe unless, I was able to look at it but not see it as what I always see it as, but instead construing it as an exquisite, beautiful, lovely little being that required constant care, nurturing, attention and love. After all, was that not what every life was all about? Besides, truelove could even move mountains, turning the biggest problems into the most insignificant, like what some used as illustration to highlight the importance of pursuing what one loved. Perhaps, might just work, I thought in evaluation, although there were still certain reservations in my mind. However, eventually resisting the far-out idea, I simply just ruled out the inept thought of it. At one point of time, I simply felt so woozy and whacked again with scorning and blaming fate and crossed with what life had to offer and being under its direct mercy and ruthless exploitation, I again began entertaining thoughts of turning the unachievable into actuality. However, faced with substantial cerebral and concrete obstacles, the entire plan simply appeared loop holed, flawed and unpromising, falling through yet again. That same rosy thought recur a couple more times after that. But eventually, i concluded it was just improbable as too many things were inhibiting and restraining me and the odds simply far outweighed everything else, and that I had no apparent idea or any clear direction of what I even wanted to do, where I was heading or how I wanted to execute it, and besides, I did not even have any resources. "A few years later, it felt as though eons had flashed by and it felt as if time had regenerated all wounds, so i assumed. By then, i had already flourished into a matured and strapping young lad. Gone was
those wild days, but nonetheless, mere re-collection of the sweet good old days never failed to leave an impish grin on my face, there were good times too, i recalled, albeit also, an inkling of penitence and
melancholy. At the end of the day, i knew deep down that life still had to go on some how or other. In conjecture, i thought i was so over it and felt relieved that i no longer felt that way anymore.

Nevertheless, in what initially appeared to be like a sardonic stroke of doom, there it was again, its smooth titillating porcelain-like mien and dazzling timelessness of what was once my object of covetousness and gratification. With a dark raunchy and nubile silhouette casting a stunning contrast against shimmering ivory background, hot as could be, still, its lush, unrestrained, enigmatic and stirring demeanor melted straight away into sweet oblivion in my warm soft insides and also seethed away what felt like a decade long of agony, anguish and yearning for the inamorato i was brutally force to relinquish, though the circumstances surrounding then was anything but impetuous or foolish, although it may seemed to have appeared to be so. Instantaneously, I was
immediately able to recognize that sweet, lovely and extraordinary hint of tender sensuality, with an exquisite whiff of ultrafine bouquet that combined in ultimate synchronization with its original exotic come-hither quality. Purposefully encased in a
diaphanous scintillating patina of silvery gold and technicolors, it could only be god's gift to the whole of mankind! MM YUM

Suddenly, fighting back profuse tears of heartrending joy, with dumbfounded acuity, and as if in perpetual shock, i suddenly began to realize what had just happened, and what had been going on all this while! Right that very moment, I finally fathomed what truelove was!!! --it was a feeling so powerful that could withstand an eternity of
chastisement and yet would never croak. One may try to put it away, conceal it, or worse, repudiate it, but it would never disappear. It was a sacred incorporeal connection bound in perpetuity by faith and destiny and something that was infallible, inescapable and premeditated to happen when and only one's heart was opened enough to all its
possibilities in the purest, most unadulterated and in the most heartfelt and most sincere of intentions and desires.

Even though i tried casting it out of my mind all these years, alas, i had only managed to isolate all my feelings and numb off all my senses by filling the empty void with whatever substitutes, i thought, could replace or obliterate my unspeakable past. All this while, actually, i was just trying to chuck away my feelings by burying them so deep down in the infinite abyss of my heart, that it was in my hope, they would
never ever be recovered, then completely denying this all ever happened, so that nothing could ever hurt me so deeply again anymore. That was how i dealt with pain, uncertainties and my own obscure insecurities and inadequacies; the exact same ways most people dealt with theirs too.

Filled with mixed emotions from the fears of such astounding actualization, of which the consequences were still unfounded, together with the indescribable joy of the reunion, i suddenly felt a little lost and bewildered, wandering how i should actually go about from here and what to do next..

Nevertheless, eyes gleaming with distinct conflagration of passion once again, my adamant love and regard grew even stronger this time, hence, triggering off a whole new chain of natural actions and reactions, which naturally guided me in making the most pertinent assessment and resolution.

Before one could even say Jack Robinson, i was already hot on my toes on another bout of sizzling quest and pursuit to champion back my truelove, and salvage my happiness, hopefully for good this time!

Suddenly, more than ever before, i had found renewed confidence, self-belief, valiancy and vigor to go against even a thousand armies and fight a thousand battles and nothing seemed impossible for no distance seemed too far and no peak seemed too high or insurmountable, virtually anything and everything was feasible and that the insuperable seemed almost effortless, like absolute zilch.

In the twinkling of an eye, i was no longer disillusioned and the blinding smoke screen that had previously cast endless shadows of doubts and uncertainties upon my perplexed, unsettled and troubled thoughts instantaneously vanished into thin air. All of a sudden, the road ahead of me seemed to become clear as crystal. Simultaneously, the leaden load that seemed to have been weighing against my demoralized and trodden spirits all this while also seemed to have suddenly disappeared.

After all these years of living at the brink of sheer vacuity that nearly drove me to the verge of aberration, my life was once again filled with optimism and prospect for the future and i no longer felt the horrible way that i used to feel anymore. In fact, i felt just like a brand new man!!!

However, faced with the most malicious of skeptics, cynics and critics and confronted by the most devious and vicious of detractors, i constantly felt as though prying painfully through this pitched dark, dampened, tumultuous lair comprising of only low-lying thorny shrubs and creeping scrubs, sordid slimy slugs, hair-raising spine-chilling creepy crawlies, blood sucking leeches, menacing ticks and parasites,making my hellhole even deeper, even darker, even scarier.

I bemoaned every single breathing moment of it, constantly hoping to break out, to break free! However, it was as if fallen into quicksand, the more violently and desperately i struggled, the more rapidly and belligerently it engulfed me.

In one of the murkiest and most dreadful moments of my life, i suddenly recalled the stirring words of Helen Keller, who through her own moments of darkness and adversity went on to inspire others. Suddenly, she seemed like a beacon of hope on the other murky end of a dark, chilling tunnel, like the reverberating prop of my custodian cherub beckoning at me to keep pushing forward, and reminding me to keep my focus on my dreams, rather than on my excruciating pain.

In the rousing and echoing words of Helen, she said, 'One could never consent to creep when one had an impulse to soar.' Those words landed upon me like a pile of bricks and such impact was something i never ever felt before my whole entire life when i first read it but now it suddenly strung a cord deep inside me. Thereafter, i simply just could not take my mind off those succinct but yet extremely powerful,compelling and profound words that seemed to have completely mercerized and possessed my every being, and infact in cogitation, i kept pondering nonstop over it.

Eventually, i went into what seemed to be like a state of rumination which seemed to last for perpetuity, ultimately leading to a sound and resolute decision of sorts, and suddenly, looking cool as cucumber, i knew i had it all finally figured out. Then i made a silent oath to myself that if i ever escaped out of all these well and alive i knew what was to be done and what had to be done, and this time, nothing would be able to stop me, change my mind, swerve or derail my course. Not even fate!"

Visions of my childhood days flashed by before me reminding me when I was a kid, whenever I felt unhappy, I would always wish I could just take off in just a single leap and fly far far away from all these trifling mortal qualms. Then, I was so happy and that kind of feeling was utterly liberating. Virtually insuperable, nobody would be able to catch me or stop me, for I would be too fast for anyone to judge, and I would not need to petition for anyone's validation or approval, literarily becoming a real free spirit. I always envisaged flying to some exotic heavenly paradise out of this world where beautiful Adonis archetypes would naturally be swooning all over me, I would get free limitless stay for as long as I pleased in the most enchanting and luxuriant suite. I imagined how wonderful it would be just basking in the splendors of the sun while taking simple joy in the tender caresses of zephyr while unwinding away from the constant harassments of all those dreaded, pestilential homosapiens, with an exotic nip of sorts in one hand and a tittle-tattle periodical of the vivacity of powerful and glamorous bigwigs in another. I imagined skimming over the chain of thoughts running through in my mind, while deriving earthly pleasures from my gasper and wallowing in my newly customized couturier suit, relishing every single moment of my debilitating and debauching narcissistic comportment. Superciliously, I would just dismiss those wretched humans for their imprudence and impertinence, and for being devoid of the slightest idea how imperative, all these trifling little gestures of mine were going to amount to the big picture ultimately.

That would go on endlessly for many hours. Then, at twilight, a glut of smorgasbord delectable as hors-d’oeuvre and other fine exquisite gastronomical delicacies, spreading out from one end of the isle to the other, would be anticipating my regal grace, alongside with the macabre bloodbath of those nasty pieces of work as just mere aperitifs. I imagined cocooning in pure luxuries while luxuriating in the amusement of watching the miserable fates of my pathetic enslaved rivals acquiescing to their own wretchedness in acrimony. In condescension, I would then scorn them with the most sadistic sinister sneer and then immediately turning my nose up in derision, I would then continue reveling and marveling on and on again upon my own hedonistic and self-righteous imaginings.

With such strong self-opinionated, brazen and vindictive cockamamie thoughts in mind, I was practically again beaming from ear to ear. Life would really only be

beautiful if it was this good, I thought in final deliberation. At some point, that surreal image I painted in my mind simply got me chortling over my own feet, like a silly goose. However, looking grim suddenly, I heaved a sigh of recognition for what was to come. Then, as if bracing myself for yet another of those mind-shattering brouhaha romps of my life again, which I had long already been accustomed to, I felt this sudden impending deja vu and dread of having to go through the hubbub again, but this time round, though nearly similar, it felt like altogether another sort of low.

Suddenly, I remembered when I was a kid I used to dream falling into an ocean of pure white cream. However, this was no cream, nor would there be any big white fluffy clouds to cushion my fall. Like before, this was the kind of fall so definitive; it would

certainly shatter one’s spirit and vitality, though I’d always inevitably manage to get back up on my feet again, every time, as if indestructible, as if eternal. Suddenly, I felt completely whitewashed and disoriented, as if the moment I came face to face with my demons I simply wavered and succumbed. Though I could have resisted my

antagonists and detractors who were practically out to decimate me, like rapacious predators, I was circumvented even before I was able to retaliate. All of a sudden, I felt as if all hell had broken lose and I could only stand there like a sitting duck waiting for fate to unleash its wrath upon me, which went on for as long as I could possibly remember, as if like time without end. There seemed to be no point in evasion for the reality always seemed to catch up with me wherever I ran to or no matter how I tried to hide or evade, so the only resolution was just face it.

Sometimes, I felt like there was some sort of unspoken standard operational procedure between realism and me, which seemed to like to strip me barren and then take the winds out of my sails or to put it in a nicer term, ‘humble me’, while at the same time mauling me out of shape, in fact, tormenting me till I was half-defunct. Incapable of immediately reconciling with all the things that were happening and ineffectual at intercepting the trail of events that quickly led to the demise of my jubilation, I simply refused, in utter trepidation and indignation, to accept the grave carnage of veracity as it unfolded right before my very eyes. Strewn with complete cynicism and trepidation for what the future had in stored for me, I felt as if abruptly hurled into the abyss of perpetual darkness and oblivion equivalent to that of the unending depths of a horrendous nightmare. It really felt as if it would be impossible ever for me to ever crawl back up again from such an endless bottomless pit of infinite censure, desolation and destitution. How possible was it that things could come to such a lachrymose and lugubrious state? Completely blown out of proportion?? As i asked myself in cross-examination and total utter disbelief. Suddenly, I wished I had remained as an adolescent forever so I never had to ever witness and go through all these; which were slowly but inevitably murdering me, gashing me up from inside. "Despite how lifeless, downcast and miserable I felt, deep inside, I continued holding on to my sublime ideals as if precious life depended on it, as if they would be my one and only salvation, regardless of how remote the likelihood of them ever becoming dinkum. Suddenly, I felt like the depleted crestfallen look on my face broke into a heartfelt, innocent and childlike chuckle, and instantaneously, I felt as though I was nine years old again and that my soul had returned from exile! Immediately, I felt the desperate need to rekindle with the child in me again because the experience was truly therapeutically and that seemed like the only road leading to self-recovery and new self-discovery.

Eventually taking refuge back in my own world, I again tried seeking succor and assuagement in the things that I used to love but had long given up. Such involvement and participation were imperative as it was not only downright sanative, but also, salubrious, as well. I did not wish to remain enmeshed in antiquity forever for the days of yore had actually constricted and stifled me to a great degree, yet I kept finding myself back in the days gone by, repeatedly, or perhaps maybe, in the first place, I never even moved on at all, but left behind, as always. The miserable yesteryear just could not stop possessing me or just leaving me alone, as if deliberately holding me captive. I wanted so badly to break away from my enslavement; from all those unconstructive sentiment that the former times had given me.

Like an incarcerated beast, I wanted so badly to strike back, to break free, to do a Skase, or whatever, just get the f**k out! Unequivocally, though as anxious and weary as I may be, I knew I still had to pick up the pieces and sort out my warped-up emotional baggage before I would be able and be ready to move on again. I wanted to conclude this episode as quickly as possible so as to go on to the next one, as such, that was all I wanted and needed -- a proper thorough closure."

Thoroughly bemused, I felt like totally being escorted into like this semi-state of daze as its smooth silk-like quality slowly but inevitably shepherded me into this wonderful tranquility of dream- like rapture , making me feel cosseted, pampered and loved while i continued on my beautiful mellifluous journey. Its in my knowledge that chocolates releases 'Serotonin', a pleasure inducing substance in the brain, which was what I believed transported me into an impulsive idyllic form of subliminal adoration, euphoria and contentment. Theme: ''My Christmas Tree''

We are given 10 hours to light up our Christmas Tree making use of Maya Lighting Setup, final gather, global illumination, physical sun and sky, image based lighting, mental ray, etcetcetc.

I took about 8 hours to complete, or rather, not exactly 'complete' but i had to stop as i was literarily shivering inside out due to hunger and cold.

I think it could have been much better as there are still many things i still do not yet know as hypershade, etcetc.

But i am quite happy with how i managed to ''buff up and sex up'' the tree and its Xmas decors and lightings and all of its over all colours, mood and atmosphere combined.

Now that my Christmas tree and lights are up, I hope to wish one and all, in advance, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!!! :D

A Prayer For Thanks Giving

Year 2010 is about new beginnings.

As the hour slowly draws to a close, I cannot help but ruminate and reminisce upon the trail of events and many many things that have happened over the past one year or so.

In cogitation, I just wanna leave behind a few heartfelt words of recognition, appreciation and grace to those who have stood by me, and still continually do so, during the most looming and murkiest days, specially with reference in particular to two really special god-sent angels and unsung heroes who rescued my life from the valley of the shadows of death well over about a year ago, one of whom in particular still continues doing so, time and time again. Thank you Sir! :P

Thank you for always being there for me and thank you for being the light and salt in my life, for with you, life is never going to be the same again :)

The really special and unique luxurious Hediard Giftset from France (on the right) and the plush Crabtree&Evelyn Hamper from United Kingdom (on the left); illustrates overflowing amounts of love, abundance and gratitude. It also embodies and encompasses God's divine mercy, eternal love and compassion.

I got them specially for these two really special and extraordinary individuals who have made a vast difference in my life, in more ways than one.

All the items inside these 2 special gift sets are specially selected and hand-chosen by myself with the greatest of care and most intimate of thought in mind.

For this, I have decided that I am only going to be eating clean white Guardenia bread for the next 3 weeks (L.O.L ..ok just kidding!;) But without any doubt, its certainly worth it! Definitely! yeah! :D

I specially buff up all the contents inside the really slick looking Heviard gift set and also the heavenly divine Crabtree&Evelyn hamper with plenty more things as to make them look really full, plumb and nice; as a wish for the recipient's lives to forever be filled and over flowing with lots and lotsa love, grace, compassion, happiness and bountiful of abundance in everything.

I tried to ''sex up'' the original decor using plush red and pink ribbons emotive of CrabTree&Evelyn, gold colored missle toes and christmas decors so as to make it look toally special, really unique and super festive as its meant to be! :P

YAY! this is one of the happiest days of my life! :D

Sebastian is reminiscent of the molly-coddled guise that receiving 100% attention is his absolute birthright as everyone is there to please him, love him and spoil him totally unconditionally at all times. Like all babies, Prince Sebastian is toally attention and affection seeking. He knows he is fully aware that he is in an environment whereby he is safe to throw his tanthrum and yet able to get away with his mischief; and continually remaining pampered and loved as reflected upon the deeply inspirited and comely glow in his eyes that will never ever fade nor grow wary nor weary with the passage of time. Sebastian's Givenchy-inspired baby pip bears the motif of a king's face.

As a child delinquent in school, Sebastian often get into trouble trying to steal piranhas from the pond in the center of the royal court yard. Sebastian loves blood and making fresh sashimi out of the fishes and other little games he personally hunts down. He puts up a fierce fight during his chase and often end up gnashing alot of blood out of his little victims when he uses his most deadly weapon ie. the death roll. Virtually nothing escapes from King Sebastian Jr.'s deadly brutal death roll. NOTHING.

Synopsis

Zeus and Poseidon gearing up for the ultimate judgment upon mankind before unleashing God's fiery wrath -- first in the form of several destructive krakens and then finally through the powerful forces of nature as super thunder storms, hurricanes, tornadoes, earth quakes, tsunamis and eventually world end. This is a graphic display of gods' fury upon mankind's contempt and indignation towards Him -- ultimately towards the Creator, the Alpha and Omega. Meanwhile, 33 years earlier, before the final count down, a child was born in Nazareth in the country of Galilee (modern day Israel) into a hick household of a carpenter name Joseph and his wife Mary. All angels in the heaven rejoiced in merriment and creatures in the sky and in the water and those scurrying on land frolicked in profound mirth and frivolity. There was great peace of mind, orderliness and joy and all were blessed.
