Pois é com ela mesma que você poderá tirar suas “fotos digitais...”&lt;br /&gt;Você deverá proceder como de praxe para tirar suas fotos: Pegue sua máquina, coloque um filme (Cor ou PB) e saia por aí esbanjando talento e criatividade. Quando terminar de bater as fotos, leve o filme ao laboratório e...&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;...Neste momento você deverá procurar um laboratório que ofereça SERVIÇOS DIGITAIS. &lt;br /&gt;Chegando lá informe ao atendente que você quer revelar suas fotos e depois digitalizá-las, ou seja, gravá-las em um CD. É simples assim! &lt;br /&gt;Este CD poderá ser visualizado em seu micro, no DVD, laptop, etc.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dicas:&lt;br /&gt;1) – Diga ao atendente do laboratório que você não quer que “amplie” as fotos. Peça para ele fazer apenas “uma prova” ou “índex”. Esta prova te dará condições de visualizar suas fotos sem ter que ficar “procurando-as” nos negativos. Aí, se você quiser, poderá pedir para ele ampliar apenas as que forem convenientes no momento, além de selecionar somente as fotos que você quiser o custo do serviço será bem menor do que se você ampliar (imprimir em papel) todas as fotos do filme.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2) – Este processo pode ser utilizado também para aquele “montão” de negativos que estão esquecidos dentro da última gaveta de sua estante ou escrivaninha, etc., onde poderá haver aquela foto de um primeiro encontro, ou daquela viagem super bacana, daquele (a) amigo (a) que foi para longe, ou de um acontecimento marcante que você queira “reviver” ou enviar para alguém via e-mail, ou ainda, postar num site, ou em “seu álbum” na web. Em fim motivos não faltarão para você digitalizar seu acervo fotográfico&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3) – Outra dica importante é que eventualmente você poderá ter que utilizar uma foto que tirou e que esteja lá no início de um filme de 36 poses, que você acabou de colocar na máquina. Digamos que seja a 3ª, 4ª, 5ª foto, etc. Não se desespere, não é necessário sair por aí tirando todas as fotos restantes para revelar o filme, ou simplesmente “perder” estas fotos no processo de revelação. Vá ao laboratório levando a sua máquina e explique ao atendente que você quer que ele revele somente as fotos que foram efetivamente tiradas. Ele então irá abrir sua máquina numa “câmera escura”,cortar o filme e lhe devolver a máquina com o restante do filme que ainda não foi utilizado. Você terá sua foto disponibilizada para o que necessitar e também o restante do seu filme para tirar as fotos que desejar, no momento que quiser. Neste caso você perderá aproximadamente umas duas ou três poses.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4) – Quer conhecer algumas fotos que foram digitalizadas! Visualize o slide aqui no meu blog ou algumas fotos que postei no olhares.com. Estas imagens foram capturadas com um equipamento analógico: Uma Nikon N80, e posteriormente digitalizadas seguindo o processo acima descrito.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;                                      OBA! QUERO ‘VIRAR’ UM FOTÓGRAFO!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;SE VOCÊ não possuir equipamento fotográfico e quiser adquirir um. Considere a possibilidade de comprar um Analógico, ou manual, que poderá atender as suas necessidade com um custo bem menor do que os digitais. Pois com o mesmo valor de uma “maquininha” digital de alguns poucos mega pixies, você poderá comprar um equipamento semiprofissional. &lt;br /&gt;Dê preferência às marcas que possibilitem a você aproveitar as lentes cambiáveis analógicas nas máquinas digitais, pois quando você quiser migrar para este modelo, poderá aproveitar todas as suas lentes e filtros, etc. que tiver adquirido.&lt;br /&gt;Há no mercado revistas especializadas que trazem muitas dicas interessantes para quem quer se aventurar no mundo das lentes. Há também seções de classificados onde podem ser encontradas muitas variedades além de anúncios com endereços de lojas que vendem equipamentos novos e semi novos. &lt;br /&gt;Em São Paulo a “boca” da fotografia está localizada no centro da cidade, nas esquinas das ruas “Sete de Abril” com “Conselheiro Crispiniano”. Se, por um lado, na semana, estamos tempo integral entregues aos estudos e à nossa profissão, os finais de semana e feriados, quando não são “gastos” em horas extras ou trabalhos escolares em grupos, logicamente, nos dão a oportunidade de sairmos para relaxar e curtir um pouco de diversão. Assim, para os jovens solteiros que querem viver “longe dos pais” ou para os casais em início de vida conjugal, optar por adquirir um apartamento é, na minha opinião, a melhor escolha. Vou enumerar alguns motivos que vêm corroborar para que esta afirmação seja verdadeira:&lt;br /&gt;- Para quem está iniciando sua vida independente, saindo da casa dos pais, uma escolha planejada e financeiramente econômica é fundamental para que este primeiro passo reverta em benefícios e economia. Apesar do mito de que a despesa com condomínio seja um passivo, se pensarmos no médio e longo prazo, uma casa demanda muito mais dinheiro em sua manutenção.&lt;br /&gt;- Nos casamentos modernos ambos os cônjuges trabalham e por vezes ainda estão cursando faculdade ou outros cursos noturnos, então, não há necessidade de se adquirir uma casa enorme que a princípio irá servir somente de dormitório;&lt;br /&gt;- Por serem mais compactos os apartamentos demandam um tempo menor na sua manutenção e organização rotineira;&lt;br /&gt;- Como o período de ausência é praticamente total nos dias úteis, pois os jovens saem cedo para o trabalho e geralmente de lá seguem direto para a faculdade retornando para casa somente próximo do meio da noite, um condomínio oferece mais segurança para este imóvel que fica desabitado por todo o dia.&lt;br /&gt;- O retorno para casa também se torna mais seguro, pois ao chegar ao condomínio adentra-se através de uma portaria monitorada por porteiros vigilantes, etc.&lt;br /&gt;- Nas madrugadas dos finais de semana, quando se volta das baladas, pelos mesmos motivos citados anteriormente, este retorno será mais tranqüilo ao adentrar-se na portaria.&lt;br /&gt;- Se o casal optar por ter filhos, será mais fácil para as crianças fazerem amizades, pois há uma maior concentração delas nos outros apartamentos.&lt;br /&gt;- Existem também as áreas de lazer, parquinhos, pracinhas, academias, salões de festas, churrasqueiras, piscinas. Não importa qual é o condomínio, sempre haverá uma ou mais destas opções de entretenimento.&lt;br /&gt;As vantagens não atendem somente os jovens e crianças, a chamada “melhor idade” também se beneficia por morar em condomínio. Vejam algumas razões:&lt;br /&gt;- Sempre há algum vizinho de apartamento que poderá auxiliar um idoso que morar sozinho, por exemplo;&lt;br /&gt;- Com um simples telefonema para a portaria ou zeladoria também se pode solicitar uma “mãozinha” para a solução de uma dificuldade qualquer;&lt;br /&gt;- As áreas comuns oferecem a segurança e tranqüilidade que o idoso precisa para sua caminhada matinal ou vespertina.&lt;br /&gt;- Geralmente há programas de exercícios, bailes, bazares e outras atividades que se organizam para melhorar a qualidade de vida;&lt;br /&gt;- Ao solicitar-se um serviço externo também se conta com o monitoramento do acesso das pessoas que vêm prestá-los.&lt;br /&gt;Por outra, é claro que existem razões que dão suporte também às pessoas que são arredias aos condomínios e apartamentos, porém eu estou aqui defendendo o meu ponto de vista, e que também é, com certeza, o de outras pessoas de nossa sociedade. Assim, espero estar ajudando àqueles que pensam em optar por este tipo de moradia mais ainda estão em dúvidas se esta será ou não uma boa escolha.&lt;br /&gt;Por tudo que expus aqui acredito que será. Há alguns poucos anos, com o risco de desabamento e o inevitável comprometimento da estrutura de alguns blocos de prédios que margeiam o córrego este trecho foi canalizado, e hoje se transformou em um “corredor verde”, onde árvores e flores dão abrigos e alimentos aos pássaros, além de proporcionar a nós moradores sombra e beleza. Outro trecho, porém, ainda encontra-se “a céu aberto”, isto causa a nós moradores muitos e desagradáveis problemas. O odor fétido nos dias quentes, a proliferação de pestes como ratos, por exemplo, o acúmulo de lixo e entulhos que vem pelo seu leito, além do perigo de doenças e acidentes envolvendo todos os condôminos inclusive nossas crianças e idosos.&lt;br /&gt;Travamos uma luta constante que vem desde a inauguração de nosso condomínio até hoje, e irá continuar até convencermos nossa Sub-Prefeitura de que merecemos um mínimo de respeito e o devido retorno pelo que pagamos de impostos. Só para lembrar, somos aproximadamente 1000 (MIL) apartamentos, com uma taxa de ocupação quase total, aproximadamente cem por cento dos apartamentos estão ocupados. Se, por um lado, na semana, estamos tempo integral entregues aos estudos e à nossa profissão, os finais de semana e feriados, quando não são “gastos” em horas extras ou trabalhos escolares em grupos, logicamente, nos dão a oportunidade de sairmos para relaxar e curtir um pouco de diversão. Apesar do mito de que a despesa com condomínio seja um passivo, se pensarmos no médio e longo prazo, uma casa demanda muito mais dinheiro em sua manutenção.&lt;br /&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Nos casamentos modernos&lt;/strong&gt; ambos os cônjuges trabalham e por vezes ainda estão cursando faculdade ou outros cursos noturnos, então, não há necessidade de se adquirir uma casa enorme que a princípio irá servir somente de dormitório;&lt;br /&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Por serem mais compactos&lt;/strong&gt; os apartamentos demandam um tempo menor na sua manutenção e organização rotineira;&lt;br /&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Como o período de ausência&lt;/strong&gt; é praticamente total nos dias úteis, pois os jovens saem cedo para o trabalho e geralmente de lá seguem direto para a faculdade retornando para casa somente próximo do meio da noite, um condomínio oferece mais segurança para este imóvel que fica desabitado por todo o dia.&lt;br /&gt;-&lt;strong&gt; O retorno para cas&lt;/strong&gt;a também se torna mais seguro, pois ao chegar ao condomínio adentra-se através de uma portaria monitorada por porteiros vigilantes, etc.&lt;br /&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Nas madrugadas&lt;/strong&gt; dos finais de semana, quando se volta das baladas, pelos mesmos motivos citados anteriormente, este retorno será mais tranqüilo ao adentrar-se na portaria.&lt;br /&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Se o casal optar&lt;/strong&gt; por ter filhos, será mais fácil para as crianças fazerem amizades, pois há uma maior concentração delas nos outros apartamentos.&lt;br /&gt;-&lt;strong&gt; Existem também&lt;/strong&gt; as áreas de lazer, parquinhos, pracinhas, academias, salões de festas, churrasqueiras, piscinas. Não importa qual é o condomínio, sempre haverá uma ou mais destas opções de entretenimento.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;As vantagens não atendem somente os jovens e crianças, a chamada “melhor idade” também se beneficia por morar em condomínio. Vejam algumas razões:&lt;br /&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Sempre há algum vizinho&lt;/strong&gt; de apartamento que poderá auxiliar um idoso que morar sozinho, por exemplo;&lt;br /&gt;-&lt;strong&gt; Com um simples telefonema&lt;/strong&gt; para a portaria ou zeladoria também se pode solicitar uma “mãozinha” para a solução de uma dificuldade qualquer;&lt;br /&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;As áreas comuns&lt;/strong&gt; oferecem a segurança e tranqüilidade que o idoso precisa para sua caminhada matinal ou vespertina.&lt;br /&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Geralmente há programas&lt;/strong&gt; de exercícios, bailes, bazares e outras atividades que se organizam para melhorar a qualidade de vida;&lt;br /&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Ao solicitar-se um serviço&lt;/strong&gt; externo também se conta com o monitoramento do acesso das pessoas que vêm prestá-los.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Por outra, é claro que existem razões que dão suporte também às pessoas que são arredias aos condomínios e apartamentos, porém eu estou aqui defendendo o meu ponto de vista, e que também é, com certeza, o de outras pessoas de nossa sociedade.
