Hey Everyone!

I am sorry I have been missing from my blog for sometime as had major issues at home and health front and was just trying to sort that plus few demos related to sewing and cake were scheduled. As many of you wanted some holiday projects and some product reviews we are trying to work out how it can be done. We will see if we can get sponsored and also collect some money and then we will be back with some great projects just before Christmas.

Thankful Card

I am thankful to many people in my life however the 1st and foremost are my God who made this beautiful place, nature, US and everything around US and my parents..I am today what I am just because of them....my sister , my wonderful husband S who had been supportive in all my decisions and my little fella my pet Rusky.. I wanted to make a card on the same theme and say thanks to these special people and my friends I made.

I have used a free/paid svg files from SVGCUTS to make the card..I am sorry I got the sentiment svg free on net however don't remember where( if you know pls let me know so I can give credit to the right person) .

Baby Bib Card

Hey All,

I just made a Baby Bib quick card that I needed to give my friend to wish her as she had just found out she is expecting. I did not have time to go and get embellishment so I came up with this quick card. I used a svg element which I welded together to make a bib card from Little Sweet Pea from svgcut and added a crochet border, bow and caption to it.

Have a Happy and Safe 4th f July. :)

Hey Everyone..Hope everyone is having great time with kids being on vacation. We had not been able to do classes or anything for sometime for many reason however as kids are on vacation and mom's are having relaxed time, soon we plan to do couple of fun demo things. Hey Everyone,

I hope everyone had a great St. Patrick's day and enjoying the Spring. I love springs especially when the garden starts to bloom. I have been missing for sometime from my blog as I had some classes to attend and had to go to Georgia. I had a great time. Currently, I am in the process of reviewing some products and hope to post the review by weekend or early next week in my other blog after which I will be playing with my paper...yaaayyy.

Valentine Project 3

Hey Everyone,

Just a quick post to share the valentine album I made using the SVG CUTS file Love Me Do. I had to make something to gift my husband for valentines and the moment I saw this album I knew I had to make it.

Cardstock/Paper: Chipboard, Martha Stewart/ ACH (dont know got the whole pad for $2)

SVG files: Love Me Do, Romantic Flourishes by SVGCuts.

Other Material Used: Memento Ink pad, Bling, EK Success valentine elements, Paper flower and quilling/paper rolling tool used from Imaginisce.

Heart Shape used were from all small hearts when you cut your svg files are left out I used them and glued them on inside of the card to cover the heart shapes.

I wanted to share the valentine's waterfall card I made. The waterfall idea was from SVGCUT's waterfall card kit. I also used their 24 valentine kit to create the shapes on the card.

Paper used is from some company ATD that I purchased on sale at Tuesday Morning for $2 the whole 24 paper pad. I love the palette used in this paper ... it is so cool.

Yesterday, I pushed myself to make this card for the GDT Call. I had this image sketched for long time and when I saw this call I had to make this card. I love Elisabeth's and Penny Black images/stamps as they are totally cute to sketch.

Hello Friends,

It's less then a month for Valentine and one of my friends wanted me to make something for her so she can gift her husband his valentine present. So I did this cool Valentine box from Svgcuts.. I totally love the file and my friend just loved it. Now I am making some cards to gift friends and family some with Copic coloring and some using svg files. I will post the pics soon... till then here is the pic of mailbox.

Hey Everybody,

Trust everyone had a great time with friends and family, I had a wonderful time with my family. Now I am back to more teaching, projects , tutorials and my own project for valentine i.e. some cards/scrap-booking . I have started on a card and played with my Copics that I have for sometime..will share the pics soon.

Also not relevant to paper-crafting but I used twinery twines on this doll's dress that I stitched. She is all ready to go for Christmas Party..all she needs is shoes...lol. You can see more images of her in my other blog Hooks, Needles and Brushes

Copic Marker Bag Tutorial

I created a tote for my Copic Markers after checking out several ideas online I came up of my own by picking and choosing from other's blog like Geeky and Sassy and Someoddgirl and bhelenj blog. It has pockets inside to keep other markers like wide/original/multiliner etc and ouside pocket for stamps etc and handles to carry around...what do you think..do you want to make one and need dimensions and directions do let me know or see the pic below it is pretty simple..holds around 250 markers..which at the moment for me is enough as I am not even close to it and will take me forever..hahaha.

Would love to hear your comments..let me know what you think.

Cards for Christmas

Hey Everyone,

Can't believe Christmas is almost here. I am making some cards for charity and for family. Here are some pics of cards I made using SVG Cuts file. The paper used are from my sponsor Graphic 45 and Basic Grey. The prints are so lovely on these papers. I used a golden shiny brads in one of them from We R Memory Keepers. I will be making some more and sharing the pictures here.

Today is the 1st day of fall and I can't wait to see and make all fall color/theme projects at my class. I recently saw this video made by Michelle from Design Cloud 9 of how to make plastic charm for your scrap-booking/card making with Shrink Dink plastic and will be trying with fall projects..this is such a cool thing I really liked it and I am sure my students will love it..Enjoy the video made and generously offered to us by Michelle from Cloud 9.
