Diane Yayoe Suzuki was last seen twenty-nine years ago before she disappeared on July 6, 1985.
The nineteen year old was an aspiring journalist and student at the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa. She also worked as a part-time instructor and performer at the Rosalie Woodson Dance Academy located in ʻAiea, a suburb of Honolulu.
On the first Saturday of July, she had planned to go with her friends to the North Shore of Oʻahu after completing a dance lesson. She was last seen when the class ended at around 15:00. Her friend had come to the academy for her at 15:15 but Diane was nowhere to be found. She had left behind her car, keys, and purse.
Her parents had become worried and parked outside of the dance studio in case she returned. While they waited, they saw three people leave the building carrying a heavy trunk which was then placed onto a vehicle.

An aside on crime in Hawaiʻi
Hawaiʻi was not spared of the crime bubble that gripped much of the United States from 1960 to 2000. Although crime rates sagged between the peaks of 1980 and 1991, the state's violent crime rate had increased ten-fold from 1960 (21.8) to 1985 (219.4)^[1]. The era saw several sensational crimes like that of the Honolulu Strangler, Ronnie Ching, and the Xerox murders. Diane Suzuki is one of at least nine girls whose deaths and disappearances remain unsolved^[2].

The three persons carrying the trunk were Dewey Hamasaki, his father, and his sister. Dewey was known to be odd and had a crush on Diane. He also worked at the academy as a photographer and was there when she finished her lesson.
The police brought Dewey in for questioning. He had some scratches that he claimed were inflicted when he was attacked by a rooster. The marsh around his house was searched but nothing was found. Having never been arrested, he was released for lack of evidence.
Five years later, the police applied for two search warrants to investigate the dance studio and a pig farm belonging to Dewey's father. Frustratingly, only the former was initially approved.
Using Luminol, a luminescent spray that reacts to blood, the investigators discovered traces of blood in the dance studio bathroom. However, Diane's blood type was not available for comparison.
Six months later, the second search warrant was finally approved. While searching the pig farm, the investigators found a section of stone wall that seemed to have been recently rebuilt. As they turned their attention towards it, Dewey's father became increasingly agitated. His lawyer, Keith Shigetomi, pulled the prosecutor aside and informally asked him how he would feel about charging the suspects with manslaughter if they plead guilty. The prosecutor rejected the plea bargain, hoping to find evidence of murder. They looked behind the wall but found nothing.
One investigator inexplicably removed the stump of a banana tree and began digging. He found some clothes that were similar to what Diane was last seen wearing. They were also her size.
The soil beneath the wall was tested and it indicated that the wall had been built only six months earlier. Investigators claimed that the delay between the two search warrants gave the Hamasakis an impetus to hide the body.
In 1993, city prosecutor Keith Kaneshiro, a close friend of the Suzukis, brought the results of the investigation, the suspects, and nearly one hundred witnesses before three investigative grand jury sessions. However, the court declined to press charges for lack of damning evidence. The investigation has since ceased.
Dewey Hamasaki continues to practice photography

and has published his work in a Christian photography book^{[3] [4]}.
The Rosalie Dance Academy continues to operate.
Diane Suzuki's funeral was held in 1997. Her mother passed away in 1998. Her aging father continues to see.

This needs to be said somewhere on the net.

I heard about the guy before I knew about the murder though I had seen her picture a lot I never thought much about it.
He was suspected by his neighbors and friends of his sister from the start. He is not in Jail because the Hawaii Police are epic FAIL's

This is a case folks from Hawaii will know about. That story is too hard to believe but it's true.

The Dewey story is really just a epic set of screw-ups by H.P.D nothing sinister unless stupid as a cup of dirt is evil? When it lets a awkward geek kill a girl and get away with it and his family helps him and everybody just shrugs their shoulder...it is kinda evil.

Shigetomi's offer should have been taken on the spot.

Had a trial I forgot about and as I went around asking 5 year old's their name then their mothers name ..I realized the kid on my far right was waving me off the question with tears welling up.
His mom died.
I had no idea. He's 2 years older (7) and I traumatized the kid for a few moments and ...man.

I walked away from this blog because I got nothing left to say. Loco is writing a book about teaching English....man if you knew him a few years ago you'd get the irony. Trying to make money doing something (writing) about when you made money and were doing nothing (admittedly mailing it in as a teacher) .

This was seated behind a student who was very uncomfortable. That's understandable. It uses a footpad to activate so after everybody was convinced it was not on because I clapped and stuff...everybody got to work.

To make it worse...he didn't listen along with his friend and 2 of the 6 got to watch me slowly tear up their homework while I called it "gomi" and flipped it into the air. I usually tell them to take it with them but since another class new to testing followed I wanted them to see what had caused the tears.

It wasn't the demon...that was just piling on...it was the brutal reality check a week after telling them that for 3rd grade Elementary students they were way ahead of their peers. But...they didn't listen when I said just translate and don't challenge. Just translate. Just use your dictionary. I was very very clear. If they have to translate the answers they sure can't understand the sentence. The parent helped. They pull that shit again (the parents) and their kids will be looking for another school.

So as the mood settled somewhere between pissed and tamed rage..I stepped on the switch and that freak in the first vid rose above the 2 who were seated near it...they were furthest to my right so...divine justice :) 2 boys had a very bad day.You had to be there. It was really fucking hellish for them. God smiles on me sometimes. That prop will never shine as bright as it did that horrible day...for those 2 anyway

The School BBQ got rained out so I wanted to do something except....I got no fucking friends. Everybody is scared of me or doesn't like me and are scared to say so so they really are one big spineless fucking group.

I jumped on Facebook and thought I need folks who dig West Coast Hip Hop cuz I never go anywhere without my radio..

I found a crew..a gang that loves Lowriders and BBQ's and West Coast Hip Hop. So outta fucking nowhere I fired off a mail in busted up Google translate on Facebook and it ...started rolling. I gathered that they were expecting more than just me so I contacted an American drifter group and told each group the other was coming. They were thrilled to hook up. I had made the team to consume the 7rib standing roast.

Heat phenomenon occurring above the town I live in (pic provided by JAXA ) ;)

It floated around 100 F for a week or 2 and stayed over 90 F for 6 weeks....still is hotter than fuck (still in the 90's) but it is absolutely not hovering around a heat index of 117 degrees F. It went up to 121. The day I had a BBQ it was 117 on the ground (Heat Index) ...it felt like that. A dry 114 in Las Vegas or a Wet 100 in Japan....I'll take Vegas 10 outta 10 times.

What happened to the site?

Well 1st I got a mail from Google saying my account was frozen and it required my cell# to receive a confirmation code. No alternate mail address (that option was grayed and un click able). It was bullshit and made no sense and now I am track able via sim card if anyone wanted to do that?? Who would give a fuck?

Anyway...all the pics hosted by Googles servers are toast. Gone. My gifs hosted elsewhere survive but my images on Bloggers servers are toasted and gone. Anyone else experiencing this? Seriously...anybody?

If you were there you saw it and if you were not you didn't. Like life and the shit that happens in it. I will not even attempt to recover my art works. Maybe it's a hint to move along....hint received.

Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance

When I started this blog I knew a post would be devoted to the one book that has had an impact on my life.

It's not a review. I don't care if you like it. It's my blog. I like this book.

Years on I have concluded that the folks who didn't understand the book or picked it apart with literary snobbery or whatever you call it when 121 folks reject it before it was understood by the 122nd? I don't even believe the 122nd person got it but they ......I'm really not sure how it got through?

The book describes, in first person, a 17-day journey on his motorcycle from Minnesota to California by the author (though he is not identified in the book) and his son Chris, joined for the first nine days by close friends John and Sylvia Sutherland. The trip is punctuated by numerous philosophical discussions, referred to as Chautauquas by the author, on topics including epistemology, ethical emotivism and the philosophy of science.

Many of these discussions are tied together by the story of the narrator's own past self, who is referred to in the third person as Phaedrus (after Plato's dialogue). Phaedrus, a teacher of creative and technical writing at a small college, became engrossed in the question of what defines good writing, and what in general defines good, or "Quality". His philosophical investigations eventually drove him insane, and he was subjected to electroconvulsive therapy which permanently changed his personality.

Towards the end of the book, Phaedrus's personality begins to re-emerge and the narrator is reconciled with his past.

I fought to get through this book and it was a University English course that was making me do it. I simply was struggling to tie together seemingly off the wall narratives and other shit the author was inventing to make mundane shit seem remotely interesting...beyond how elaborately fucked up it seemed to be...if watching a writer use smoke and mirrors to make you not see his writing makes any sense ..it seemed he was doing just that.

The boy and I share the same name and a connection between Father and Son via a common interest in machines...it clicked. It was familiar. I started to read. I started from the beginning again, a "cheat" that doesn't come with the game of Life.

[p87] To speak of certain government and establishment institutions as "the system" is to speak correctly, since these organizations are founded upon the same structural conceptual relationships as a motorcycle. They are sustained by structural relationships even when they have lost all other meaning and purpose.

[p88] If a revolution destroys a systematic government, but the systematic patterns of thought that produced that government are left intact, then those patterns will repeat themselves in the succeeding government. There's so much talk about the system. And so little understanding.

Are terms like "sheeple" and "drones" and the like really internet memes or have they been around all the time waiting for a syringe like the internet to spread them? I have seen nothing that surprises me from the system the surprise is in the fact that people are truly surprised at the acts or events or whatever it is that wakes them up for just a few moments or hours until they fall back into the eternal slumber of their mind.

Make yourself perfect and then just paint naturally. [...] The making of a painting or the fixing of a motorcycle isn't separate from your existence. I'm not really a teacher but I do what they call "teaching". I have so many students I have to reject good people with good money. My students learn faster than at schools with staff and resources and all that stuff that comes with ...whatever it is a School is in this country? I have been offered to be a teachers trainer and I never took a single course related to educating in my life. I do it with ease though. I wasn't a gangster but I did things many gangsters would say they did to improve their street image. I really did those things because it seemed the only logical option. I'm not really a blogger. I broke every rule on purpose. My site loads slow I auto-start videos which is a huge no no but I do and I throw in multiple GIF's if I need it and the fact that I have fiber optic cable and others may not dawns on me but I give not a shit...not a one...and here comes 500,000 and 10,000. I did it all wrong on purpose and I still ..

You are what you are. Authentic is not common. Why? I never got this? I always felt like the smartest guy in the room even with a bunch of Scientists having a BBQ and using one of the wolds most sought after Telescopes. Assuming they can engage in deep critical observation about a variety of topics because they have a high ability in a specific field would be a mistake. I see this pattern again and again. I asked a famous lecturing serology's specialist why AIDS wasn't passed in the same way malaria is? The answer now isn't as important as seeing he had never been asked or even thought of that question...ever. A room full of surprised students and a long pause was proof that a pack of sheeple had been disturbed.

"He was insane. And when you look directly at an insane man all you see is a reflection of your own knowledge that he's insane, which is not to see him at all. To see him you must see what he saw and when you are trying to see the vision of an insane man, an oblique route is the only way to come at it. Otherwise your own opinions block the way. There is only one access to him that I can see as passable and we still have a way to go."

I spend hours looking at my Christmas tree. I sit and stand in literally every possible comfortable viewing position trying to imagine how another person would see it. It takes days. Every display is viewed for hours and hours under differing light and conditions. Where is the weak spot? Where is everything diminished by an unnoticed fault? Where is it? I sit in my class from a students perspective and view their lesson as they would...where is the weakness? What am I missing?

I wrote a post about advice for a new teacher and the first point was to be able to switch an idea and turn on a dime before anyone noticed the original had failed. Their view of you is related to everything and anything that can diminish that view must be calculated and pre-paid for mentally.

O.C.D is another way of saying "not lazy" in the same way that rich is another way of saying "they are not poor".

She (the 40ish lady) sent a mail saying she will miss the next class because she's sick.....this coming Friday...in 5 days. She pays 1man for an hour private. I just got a FB message a week ago from a woman who did a working Holiday in Canada and wants to return to a private. I didn't think I'd have the time.....I think I actually will :)

That diploma is a fake....just a heads up.

I used to play Psycho Sensei.

It wasn't as fun as it sounds and it caused some kids to have the scariest moment of their lives in a Classroom. The "I'm gonna leap over this table and snap your fucking neck " look is one recognized around the world like some kind of visual American Express card. It works to a point and better among certain age groups...that just ain't gonna work.

There has got to be another way.......

Today a class began the trudge into the testing and evaluation stage of English and it continues until they leave. They are 7,7,8,8,8,8 years old. 2 boys 4 girls. They get segregated by gender when they start acting like "cool" is an important word for them. This group is a couple years from that stage so they are mixed.

I'm going to teach you something here so pay attention.

They must get comfortable with a paper dictionary. They gotta learn to be comfortable with it ASAP so I have "Dictionary games" for a month. After that we go into the first print. It's an Eik*n 5 vocabulary print. I handed it to them last week and told them to write their names on it.

Their Homework:
I told them I wanted them to write the Japanese translation directly under the 4 answer words. 8 questions means 32 words to be translated. They are told NOT to circle anything or answer/challenge ANYTHING!
Just translate and bring it back. Their Diary (2 days) and now this print.

Some teachers are thinking..."I know this....I do this..."

No maybe you don't do the next part which was today for them.

I collect the prints. Make sure nothing has been answered and that the translation writing is theirs and not their parents or someone else.

I then flip them over and shuffle them. I then hand them out making sure with a quick glance it is NOT the print they translated.

The kids were completely confused and I told them that if they didn't do what I had told them to do somebody else in the room was.... about... to... be... damaged.

Shintaro went from smiles to horror when he realized his dream girl Mari was about to take the test with his translations. I have seen this before, back when I was trying to build a better mouse trap.With Japanese kids shame trumps fear and the fear of shame....mmmmm that's some shit that works all by itself.

As expected the smartest girl got screwed by Shintaro's shitty writing and half assed translations. He was really going through hell watching her wince and squint at his mess. She missed 2 she woulda got and woulda got her 20 bucks in School money. She peaked at him for a moment and then protested to me. I had to tell her 3 times to sign her name on the bottom of the paper Shintaro used as Homework and had signed at the top.

"That is your paper now"

Mari was pissed. Livid. Shintaro was in a little boy hell that he made..I was just the Chaperon . Now in her immaculate clear file filled with perfect scores on everything she has ever done which is reading sheets and picture dictionary prints they translated using available words below (12 pics 12 images in the same order so it was an easy intro to translating before dictionaries were needed)...her perfection was destroyed by his fucking mess and now she owned it. To add to the misery the print she translated resulted in a 100% for the girl who is her rival. Her rival got the rewards of her effort and she got screwed by another classmates lack thereof.

I let this stew for 40 minutes and went through the remainder of the class as usual while Shintaro navigated the 8 rings of hell and Mari imagined beating me and him to death with a pencil case.

The class ends and they are told to wait and the others excused.

I said, this is the one time I let this go. I handed her the $20 and she reached and he grabbed for his shit print and I blocked THAT. No that is YOUR print now and I expect to see it next week right where it is...in YOUR clear file or that money is mine.

I told him that I ...I'm just the teacher bro. You were supposed to do something and you didn't. You damaged a classmate. You really didn't expect THAT when you were half assing your way through the print...huh?

Welcome to the Game. You play outside the rules and you will always be damaging another person. The next time it happens it happens permanently and somebody is gonna lose because of you. I doubt Mari wants to ever look at that paper again but she will and she'll see your name at the top.

These words are in your dictionaries. No excuses. Zero. You forget your print and somebody else gets no test and no money. You'll always be fine but somebody else will be damaged and I will not think twice. NOW you know WHY your mother took you HERE.

Now imagine your a parent. Your child says that his teacher took his homework and gave it to somebody else as a test paper. You might ask to see their test which is fine because it was written by somebody who did their homework correctly...what's the problem you're thinking? Then it hits you. You look at your child and you're putting it together...you think the teacher is genius......and you gotta ask..."You did your homework correctly...right? You didn't bother somebody else...did you? Did you?"

Maybe it's a Japanese thing but they really REALLY don't wanna lose face and they would be on a phone apologizing for their child's interference in another child's education post haste.

Fear of peer with a side of parental shame driven oversight. That's a lot considering all I did was flip their papers and shuffle em'.

If you ever wondered how to get a kid to be not O.K. with being a fuck-up stop thinking and start shuffling.

Like the "Boss seat" nobody fucks it up twice. It's a beautiful thing.

I had to use clear lacquer to get them to stick. It has Hawaiian Island creation sticker and TapOut on the back. The DAC's in the Mac stuff are decent but need help and the selection of EQ presets is very very lame. You need this app if you listen to a Mac produced item. The same EQ app works very well on the iPad as well actually better since you can easily manipulate the eq slopes on a larger surface.

To summarize:

Rakuten is a large open jungle where anybody can fuck you and will and you have little recourse if any. They could get tons of complaints and a vendor will change names because they were being damaged by claims and bad reviews not ...NOT because Rakuten took them down.

Here's a living breathing example of a Japanese person with almost zero conversational skills. His speaking is probably a reflection of his other measurable skills such as reading and writing. He wouldn't write in the proper tense but speak in the incorrect one. I have not seen that. It's one and the other not one without the other. That's my experience. Why he would even try at such a poor level? It's all about his character and not his skill. He's an asshole 1st and a poor English speaker 2nd. Way to make your Alma mater proud. Dick head.

I have been teaching since the early days of this school ..

..that the best way to have a conversation is to control it.

Initiate it.

Change it's direction.

Remove the stresses (unknowns) by avoiding, preventing or intelligently getting around them.

If you have a conversation with one of my J.H./H.S or advanced Elementary students you'd be... perhaps taken off guard by their initiation and kept there by a variety of questions and statements which you might realize immediately though likely later that it was fully guided by them. If they were feeling comfortable (the confidence grows with every successful engagement) they might let you play with the conversation ball. It is a 2 way engagement but it is not a 50/50 split...never is so somebody is in control...be THAT person.

Many students it seems are most concerned with being caught off guard by something they know nothing about so they shy away from getting into it.

I tell em' Hell..I know shit about flowers and if anyone is heading that way I cut em' off and change the direction because I don't care about flowers and I don't want to know about flowers. I don't care if they realize that I don't know shit about flowers but fuck...we are never gonna get that far. I explain that it's my native language but sometimes I imagine...just imagine that this person is gonna say something stupid/uninteresting or both so I better grab control.

Having a conversation with a person you do not know brings with it a good possibility of awkward silence, odd eye contacts at odd moments etc. This is with folks speaking the same language. It is stimulating for some and much less so for others.

I prepare and teach them to handle the worst and it never really happens....it is just a possibility but since most foreigners they meet are teachers it's like shooting butterflies with shotguns. Way over what is necessary.

Watching a student at a party engage an ALT, pepper them with questions politely and then excusing themselves to go back to swimming never ceases to make me proud.

A "Conversation Contest" V.S. A "Speech Contest"

I have tried to get this bird flying for years to no avail. Everybody thinks I just want to show off my students....they are fucking correct but how about showing off yours? It's a contest....right?

8 possible topics

(they know the 8 but draw from a hat so do not know which one they get until the day of the contest.)

36 possible questions. (12 used)

(They are known as well. The randomness of the 12 of the 32 chosen are weighted for difficulty for fairness.)

There are 4 "Wild Cards"

Which tests their ability to deal with unfamiliar questions/forms of inquiry. The 4 are extra credit. The content/context of the 4 are completely unknown except to the questioner.

The "Judge" is me. The class viewing gets a combined singular vote. The winner takes on the winner from another class. I teach on Sunday's to facilitate this or whatever day fits that pairs schedule. For 2 weeks the School schedule is slave to this. Members of classes which the competitors are from can attend but no one else. No parents.

The practical benefits of the skills achieved and the return on time investment is well beyond that of a speech contests investment/return scale.

I am an English Conversation teacher. I am not a English Speech teacher.

I like a lot of the shit you post, some heavy topics that I don't even know how to begin to think about a solution (CP and shit), Than there is your school, it sounds (at least from what you post) like a place that goes past what every one bitches about on the forums and everywhere else. That being not being able to make a difference. Not only do your students do better than the others in the area and probably most of japan, (You seem to get the kids to want to learn, which where I am from is almost a laughable concept when the courses are required) but you also do the other thing that no one else can really claim, you share your culture. It's really motivating. To be honest, I am the bottom of your list of foreigners that came to Japan. I came here for my girlfriend who I have been dating for just over 3 years now. My plan was to in fact teach english as a side gig to supplement/provide my income while I am here. The thing is I don't plan on leaving. After r eading a lot of your blog, I realized that if I am going to teach, I need to want to teach, and if I want to teach I have to do it right. (BTW your BBQ's, Halloween and Christmas shit are fucking awesome) As another reason why you wouldn't like me, I am what you have described as a momma's boy. I mean I am not competitive by any means, I hate sports and fighting I just can't do it. But hell I don't need to fight any one, I have no reason too. I got readers from the biggest Uni's in Japan and they don't comment but they read...a lot. The previous post was read a lot more than the one prior and they are waiting for the ingredients. That's fine. In a perfect world we could all talk shop but that requires everyone to be confident and open minded...not feel threatened by alternate views. So yeah...they ain't gonna happen. I tried to form a kick-ball league among rival Eikaiwa's and they all balked. 3 of those 6 schools went belly up so it was for the better but it was them not wanting me and my "whatever" attitude near their students. Something very appealing about not caring if a student jumps ship because you introduced them to another school. I never cared so...I never cared and THAT is very appealing apparently? The kick-ball was a no go for them but I got their students...the ones I chose anyway.

If you ever try and do it yourself remember that sometimes a loss is a gain. Saying "No" to a student for reasons you can make understood is in your rights (to keep your sanity) and in the end it will draw more folks to you. We all know you need to spend money to make money...less well known (apparently) is that sometimes you have to walk away from the money (students) to make even more money. Leave it on the table....walk away...there will be more right there when you return.

Everything that happened to me post 2003 (I'm free) was a direct result of having my rights violated...them getting caught doing so and all they knew and learned was rendered useless and they ....never seemed to give a fuck. The Adventures of a Foreign Salaryman in Tokyo is a blog that has been around before I knew any of you. He commented on my School blog when I was talking about parties and lesson planning and all that shit that nobody gave a fuck about. He left comments and it meant a lot to me. He still has that blog linked. It will be revived and his dead site will be the only one linked to it.

I honestly thought he was gay 5 years agoish and his avatar just reinforced that image. I thought his Gf /future wife was a gimmick to keep the not so confident "straight" guys from getting uncomfortable and running away.

He was like money in the bank. If you left a comment you were gonna get one. I compared him and Loco and deemed his tit for tat style as being one I wanted to follow. I have tried.

He knows more about me via the net than any other blogger because of the time and the being there before this site began. He was the first at the table and never really left. I just altered my blogroll from showing the 10 most recently updated to showing them all. I want his site to get hits from me because he is legendary. The blogosphere is changing for the worse because of platforms like Twitter which have dwindled acceptable/functional attention spans down to seconds.

I recently found this gem of a site but it's getting harder and harder to find such sites.

Corrine... who's lips were designed just for my rodney is hardly on the blogosphere anymore and I am losing my reasons for being on it to.

The return of the output (the feedback) is a major reason to even do this and diminished returns are reality.

Just saw a post at Kamo's and had a Pet Peeve tweaked!

So I,
Jumped onto FB and found 12 former local ALT's that I have met personally and 4 are back in School, 1 got married 1 works for Mr Mustard (I don't know what the fuck that is?) 1 works at Red Lobster 1 works at an unnamed restaurant 2 are "Christian Volunteers" and 2... I can't see what they are doing now...because they are probably unemployed?

Those are 12 people. American, British and Canadian. I took the first 12 I found that I had met personally and have since left. Not random but not exclusionary. I didn't omit anyone because they didn't support my point and I had only supposed what I now know is true.
They were never teachers. They may say (they do) "I was a teacher" but they were at best attentive and creative assistants, pseudo Ambassadors to a language and a culture mostly foreign to their students. Unfortunately the language and cultural understanding gap is often not narrowed much by under prepared frightened disillusioned foreigners who's only skill is that English happens to be their mother tongue.

There are some, though not nearly enough, really good teachers in Japan and they have all seen folks like I am talking about. How the fuck did they get through the interview process? They can barely look a fellow expat in the eye while talking unless drunk and they thought they could wing it in front of 30 kids? Really?
What kind of special dumb is that?

Kids don't smell fear...they see stupid. If you are scared to stand in front of 10,20,30,40 kids then you really REALLY have no fucking business being a teacher don't you think? Overestimating yourself is understandable but underestimating others ability to see you doing that isn't.

The youth of Japan is the future of Japan
and as surreal as the video is (forget that it's admitting what the Japanese government pretty much denies) it is not totally shocking. I teach kids who are studying a 2nd language and they can articulate themselves pretty well and they all...all...ALL have a very warped view of Korea and China. The media is more powerful than any politician or political party. They have massive influence on the consumers of their product.

I have never seen so much rage without any clear point or goal since coming to Japan. I challenge my students to explain the benefit to this country in all this? I have not received a coherent intelligent answer yet.

What's the endgame?

She threatens to massacre Koreans in the Korean district of Osaka? She invokes Nanking/Nanjing as an example and all I'm thinking is...the cops upon hearing this amazing spectacle and technically illegal act...are non reactive not a one seems at all surprised at the sight of a 14-16 year old girl threatening to massacre a whole group of folks living legally and under the protection of the same laws as everyone else in Japan because of their ethnicity.

You can insert this shit (ignorant racism) easy but you can never dig it out. "Japan is Doomed" is a cliche' a website....a sad statement of fact.
