Took it in for repairs after getting nothing but a black screen after turning it on. They told me they need to order a new power cord because mine was frayed.. But apparently that didn't help, they then told me it's the laptop plug in that's not working properly and only way to fix it was send it back to the manufacturer. Well sheeesh my service warranty
