Tele-Town Hall History Integrated in the Fireside CRM

One of our favorite “integrations” of our Fireside CRM is for TTH services. Our team can automatically push an audience from your Fireside account into our TTH software to create a list for an event.

After each TTH event, call detail records are imported into Fireside CRM and will display in a person’s summary record as shown below. The information pulled includes the date of the call, how long the constituent was on the call, and any notes taken by a staff member. Website Photo Gallery & Facebook Albums Together at Last!

Our team recently enhanced the photos section of our clients’ websites to integrate with their Facebook photo albums. Now, instead of publishing photos to both your Website & Facebook – you can rest easy, knowing that all of the photos added to your Facebook page will automatically show on your website’s photos section.

When a constituent clicks on an album from the page above, a new window will appear, such as the one below. The photo viewer includes the album title, the photo description, arrows to scroll from image to image, and social media icons for sharing purposes.

Facebook to Change Profile Picture Size April 26!

We wanted to let you all know of an update coming to Facebook pages so you can update your page before April 26th! All profile pictures will now be 160 x 160 pixels and will sit at 23 pixels from the left and 210 pixels from the top of the page. Archiving Fields in Constituents’ Profiles

We recently added field names to your web forms to cut down on the time you spend organizing responses. But what about once you are done with the survey? The fields are still showing up on your constituents’ profiles and making the pages endlessly long.

Not anymore! Now you can archive fields so they no longer show up on constituents’ profiles. In the fields tab, just click the grey “Archive” button (A) on the row of a specific field. Now that field will be hidden in constituents’ profiles.

Don’t worry- the field is not being deleted, it is still accessible on your fields tab. And if you ever want it to be in constituents’ profiles again, you can un-archive the field by pressing that same (now red) “A” button!

New Audience & Web Forms Features

Audiences

The time has finally come: you no longer have to scroll through pages and pages of audiences to find the one you are looking for. Fireside21 has come up with 3 new features that allow our clients to find audiences easier and faster!

There is now a “search audiences by name” option in the audiences tab.
We have always sorted audiences in alphabetical order, now you have the option of sorting by date criteria was last modified. When you go to the audience tab, it will be sorted by criteria modified and you will have the option of changing it to sort alphabetically.
There is a “Recently Viewed” box that shows the last 5 audiences you looked at since you’ve logged into your account.

We have also created a feature within the audience editor. When you are making edits to your audiences, you are able to see the effect of unsaved changes on the size of that audience. This means that after each new edit, you don’t have to save and go back to the Audience Administration to see how it affected your audience count.

Web Forms

After a survey is deployed and completed, it is common to build an audience to target outreach based on responses. For this to happen you have to know what fields were used in the survey so you can get the correct responses. But how could you remember the names of all those fields? For quick reference, the field names are now listed on the right side of each question in your web form editor.

Three New Updates with Double the Speed!

We love client feedback and are always striving to improve our services.
With that in mind, we’ve got three new updates to share with you!

Quick Access to Affiliations

When looking at a constituent’s summary page, you will now see an Affiliations box located in the sidebar. This update makes it easy for you to quickly see what affiliations are associated with a person. In the example to the right, we can see that this constituent is both a business owner and a veteran.

Process Your Email Inbox Faster

We have added a new setting to the “Write Your Representative” page. Now you can choose to log comments automatically when your constituent says they don’t want a response by selecting the “No, I just want you to know my thoughts.” option. This means that your office can now decide whether or not you want to sort through these, saving you time if you don’t want to re-tag them. These comments will still be reflected on your Top Issue report.

Customize Responses Faster Using Form Letters

Notice the ‘view’ link next to the form letter’s count – clicking this will now direct you to an advanced search where you can view all open correspondence with that form. This integration makes it easier for staffers to keep track of constituent correspondence that will receive a form response and customize each form letter based on the tone of incoming constituent mail.
