It is important now more than ever to listen to advice given by authorities in your country and follow it because your life and that of others could depend on it. For example, if you have been asked to stay at home, please do. Remember you can spread the virus even if you don’t have symptoms. And you can catch the virus from others even if they show no symptoms.
