As the site would be located at the place where the Goochland Food Pantry is housed, the Site Coordinator would also have the opportunity to learn more about how a food bank operates. This experience would be invaluable for someone who is possibly considering working at a farmers market or for other organization that provides local food to consumers.

This would fulfill the internship requirements for the Horticulture Technology degree at J. Sargeant Reynolds Community College.

Minister to Senior Adults

Visitation with homebound church members and those in hospitals and nursing homes.
