Operation Fast and Furious Another Government Cover-up

Operation Fast and Furious was an operation implemented and run by the ATF to monitor the flow of arms from US arms dealers to drug dealers in Mexico. The program had good intentions, to curtail the flow of automatic weapons from the US to Mexican drug cartels. The program was a failure and not only did it not curtail weapons, but it ended up supplying firearms to the drug cartels.

Operation Fast and Furious was an offshoot of another program started by the Bush administration entitled "Project Gunrunner." Project Gunrunner like Fast and Furious was designed to stop the flow of guns into Mexico. Gunrunner appears to have been successful in that it stopped up tom 10,000 guns from entering Mexico, but it seems that once this operation ended and Operation Fast and Furious began the program did an about face and began supplying weapons to Mexican drug cartels. Many claim that the majority of the weapons ended up in the hands of the Sinaloa Drug Cartel with the support of the CIA.

It's obvious that the government covered-up its participation in Operation Fast and Furious not only because it failed miserably, but because two of the weapons used to kill Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry in December of 2010 were weapons the ATF allowed to cross the border under protest from its own agents.

Other possible reasons for the governments cover-up of the program was the evidence that supports the theory that key members of the Obama administration or even the President himself allowed the guns to enter Mexico with the full knowledge that the ensuing violence would lead to public support of stricter gun control laws.

Did he use the violence created by the guns to create a problem and then plan to offer a solution: stricter gun control laws? With Washington's ability to duck and hide we'll probably never know for sure. However, if one understands the way Washington operates it isn't hard to come to that conclusion.

Now as with all government programs, on the surface Operation Fast and Furious, an offshoot of Project Gunrunner seems to be in the best interests of the American and Mexican people, but in reality it is just another program that either intentionally or unintentionally erodes the liberties and rights guaranteed to us by the United States constitution.

As far as the cover-up goes: the question is who knew and when? With congressional hearings still ongoing it's beginning to look like the cover-up goes to the highest level of the federal government, up to possibly even the President. In regards to the the claim that in effect our government created a problem, then tried to offer a solution, gun control, I for one believe this conclusion to be true. This is a classic Helegian Dialectic tactic something our leaders are all to efficient at utilizing against the American population. Seldom do they get caught, and even less frequently does the mainstream media report the underlining purposes of these operations.

Like too many secret government programs Operation Fast and Furious would have remained secret had it not been for the media attention that surrounded the shooting of Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry. Agent Terry was killed on December 10, 2010 while trying to track down a band of thieves, in a remote part of the Arizona desert, that were preying on illegal immigrants entering this country.

After Terry was murdered with weapons that were allowed to enter Mexico under Operation Fast and Furious facts began to emerge. It was revealed that around 2,000 weapons passed into Mexico as furious ATF agents watched and complained to indifferent superiors. Agents continued to voice opposition as the weapons flowed into Mexico and one agent was reported to have said "are you prepared to go to the funeral of a federal officer killed with one of these guns?"

It would seem that he predicted the future. The question that remained for me is why would the ATF allow automatic weapons to enter Mexico? Not only was this against long standing policy and procedure, but surely they must have known that these weapons would be used explicitly for running illegal drug smuggling operations. Or would they be used for other reasons? Like to tip the balance of power between two powerful cartels in favor of one more that was actively cooperating with several government agencies?

The evidence confirms that ATF senior leaders tied the hands of its agents wanting to sieze the weapons before they entered Mexico and there is no doubt that senior leaders, in the ATF and justice departments were informed of the dangers and the flat out stupidity of the program.

So why was it allowed to continue?

I wondered why the mainstream media had jumped on this one so fast and furious. It just wasn't like them to indict their beloved President Obama and take the side of the second amendment advocates. What gives I wondered.

The answer lied in an article with the Washington post: FARAGO: Was CIA behind Operation Fast and Furious? Once I read this article it all made sense, our good old friends at the CIA were circumventing the constitution and the law. Operation Fast and Furious was simply another government program that was sold to the American people as a way to stop the flow of guns to the Mexican drug cartels. Instead it ended up increasing the weapons flow arming our preferred drug cartel and allowing them unfettered delivery of a plane load of cocaine into America as payment for cooperation in our fake war on drugs. In my opinion the ATF paid the price for a program probably developed and implemented by: The Secret Team: The CIA and Its Allies in Control of the United States and the World (Second Edition)

Who Runs The World? Corporate Psychopaths?

Have you ever asked yourself: Who runs the world and who and why do these leaders make the decisions that they make? Does it seem that the decisions that our leaders-corporate, business and governmental leaders-don't really help anyone but themselves. How can this be? Don't they have any feelings? Don't they understand the pain and misery that they are creating?

How can insurance companies, bankers, corporations do the things that they do? How can the leaders of our country, congressmen, representatives and our elected leaders turn a blind eye to the pain and misery that these businesses are creating. How could our leaders allow the corporate theft and corruption to continue? Even worse how could these same leaders not only allow it, but how can they then bail these people out and give them our money that they obviously stole from the American people and the people of the world?

It's actually quite simple.

One theory is that these business and governmental leaders that are making these decisions are psychopaths. They have no feelings of guilt, or remorse for their actions. They do what benefits them. They are totally self-centered. They seek out positions that can benefit them in their quest for their own selfish goals, manipulate those below and above them and create webs of influence that help them achieve their selfish goals. This is the simple answer to the question.
The article published in The Star, by Mitchell Anderson stated as such:

"This shark-like fixation on self-interest means that psychopaths often feel a clear detachment from other people, viewing them more as sheep to be preyed upon than fellow humans to relate to."

Here's an interview conducted by Alex Jones. The man interviewed Clive Boddy. Boddy has studied corporate psychopathy for many years and has written an excellent article on the subject: The Corporate Psychopaths Theory of the Global Financial Crisis.

This simple statement explains much. If psychopaths, the 1% of the population, work their way into positions that allow them to control, manipulate and use the trust and teamwork that the 99%, or those of us that feel, have empathy and true concern for our friends and neighbors have created and then use those positions to exploit us, wouldn't this explain many of the problems we face in our society today.
The Star article, by Mitchell Anderson states:

"Scientists believe about 1 per cent of the general population is psychopathic, meaning there are more than three million moral monsters among normal United States citizens. There is emerging evidence that this frequency increases within the upper management of modern corporations. This is not surprising since personal ruthlessness and fixation on personal power have become seen as strong assets to large publicly traded corporations (which some authors believe have also become psychopathic)."

I am<fishhead It is a startling film and has been nominated as the 10th most Globally Influential Film of the year. The film is a must see for anyone interested in uncovering the truth behind corporate psychopaths.

Most people have a hard time visualizing a psychopath as a corporate executive. They tend to imagine a psychopath as more of a Charles Manson type serial killer, while this is often the case many psychopaths with access to higher education and beneficial family backgrounds are pursuing easier paths to manipulate their prey and corporations are becoming increasingly attractive to these individuals:

In looking at the problems that were created by financial institutions over the past several years it isn't hard to make an educated guess as to who runs the world. The world just might be run by psychopaths.

Big Brother Watch: Vehicle Plate Surveillance System

Is Big Brother using technology that catalogs license plates numbers, information about our cars and utilizing facial recognition software to track and monitor our every move? Is this technology infringing upon our privacy? Or is it just the latest in crime fighting technology? Even if in the present is being used to fight crime, could conceivably in the future be used to invade or even eliminate privacy of the common man? Could this be one more step toward a new world order in which we live in some sort of Orwellian type military police state?

One company that is selling this system to police forces across the country is called Vigilant Video, headquartered in Livermore, California.

The system according to it's own website is designed to:

" detects and records licence plate numbers on moving cars, and compares them in real-time to "Hot-List" data to offer alarms where and when needed - specifically for proactive security."

The system is basically a data miner for license plates and other pertinent information about peoples movement in their vehicles; including the color, make and model of car. Other software programs the company offers allows installed cameras to recognize facial features monitor areas for missing items, items left behind and even can recognize if an object is moving in a direction in opposition to the parameters set by the programmer.

The cameras are installed on police cars and other strategic locations, such as malls, in high crime neighborhoods, parking lots, on traffic lights and anywhere else law enforcement or any private security firm deems appropriate. The cameras are programmed to photograph and gather license plate data on every car that passes, then runs this information through a "hot list" looking for any possible violations. Effectively allowing the police and this private company to know who was in a particular place at a particular time and maintain records that can be called up as law enforcement sees fit. The potential for solving crimes is indisputable.

The result as far as this technology goes in helping law enforcement solve crimes has already been established. Communities such as Sacramento and the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department have garnered amazing results in solving car thefts. A private security firm, Vigilant Video, in Sacramento deployed them at Arden mall and reduced car theft dramatically. The system was able to photograph car thief's and link them to the cars they had stolen. It seems as if each year that passes the government adds new technology or bypasses laws and regulations that infringe upon our right to privacy.

What concerns me, is the potential for misuse. The government by law can't store this information, but the company, Vigilant Video is exempt. They can store the information and as long as they want. Touted as a tool to help fight crime as the primary reason for installation, the possible abuses are easy to imagine. Picture a world with cameras at every corner, every time you leave your home, every place you visit, every person you speak to could be monitored, cataloged and used against you. Could this information be sold to advertisers?

If it can be monitored it can be controlled. Big brother is indeed watching and as each year passes our freedoms and privacy is being eroded, slowly and methodically.

Conspiracy Theory News: The Federal Reserve Conspiracy

Pick up the newspaper, turn on the news, or surf through the Internet and you can't miss the fact the United States of America is in debt. Deep, troublesome debt. Debt that many claim will cause the collapse of the dollar and this great nation. Most people will either blame the Republicans or the Democrats, depending on their ideological background.

Statements such as: Those damn liberals spending money like it grows on trees. Hey, but George Bush was a supposed conservative and he ran up one of the biggest tabs of all time. No its the liberal minded Democrats doing it, no it's the Republicans giving tax breaks to the rich.

Hold on a second. Take a breath, breathe deeply and look at the simple chart. Then think about just the few simple statements and facts in the chart. If you've ever wondered why a nation as large and wealthy in resources as The United States needs to borrow money from other countries? Then your answer is right there, in the chart.

It's the liberals...No it's the Republicans cutting taxes for the rich, passing out favors to their rich friends...Hold on, didn't I tell you to take a breathe.

It's not our political parties, although anymore they are just puppets of the international bankers that rob us blind, or the way they spend our money it's the system by which we get "our" money. When I say "our money" I mean, the American people. As it stands now, when the U.S. government needs some greenbacks, despite what is commonly believed that it just cranks up the presses and prints some money.

It has to go to the Federal Reserve, ask them to print money, money they own. Then after we, that is the American government receives the money, we get charged interest.

So, in effect we're starting off in debt every-time we spend one dime. This is why cutting the budget, or even having a balanced budget is irrelevant. Because every dollar we print or spend on national defense, education or social programs, every dollar we pay interest on. The system is set up to rob the wealth of the nation and transfer it to the ultra-rich.

We don't even own the money we spend! It's actually owned by the federal reserve. Look at a dollar bill, it says federal reserve note. In return for the greenbacks, the federal reserve gets a treasury note that they can then sell, to foreign governments, or keep in reserve. We pay the interest.

Who gets the interest? The owners of the Federal Reserve. Who owns the Federal Reserve? Why the rich international banking interests that have been trying since this countries beginnings to set up. They finally accomplished this in a permanent fashion in 1913, after two failed central banks.

President Andrew Jackson refused to renew the charter on the second central bank. He stated after refusing their charter:

"Gentlemen, I have had men watching you for a long time and I am convinced that you have used the funds of the bank to speculate in the breadstuffs of the country. When you won, you divided the profits amongst you, and when you lost, you charged it to the bank. You tell me that if I take the deposits from the bank and annul its charter, I shall ruin ten thousand families. That may be true, gentlemen, but that is your sin! Should I let you go on, you will ruin fifty thousand families, and that would be my sin! You are a den of vipers and thieves."

President Jackson didn't renew the charter of the 2nd central bank of the U.S. It wasn't until 1913 that a new central bank owned and controlled by a few rich, powerful international bankers started. This time it would be called the Federal reserve and made to look like a part of the government when in actuality it isn't. It is a private bank owned and operated by the 1% to suck the wealth out of the United States.

Perhaps if you've read this far you're a little skeptical, your worldview may be shattered, or if you understand how the Federal Reserve works then nothing else is new. But if your thinking this is all crazy and perhaps you're even thinking I'm a little off my rocker, here are some more quotes my some of our nations leaders:

Secret Societies: Skull and Bones

The Tomb, Meeting Place of The Skull and Bones

The membership list of this secret society, based at Yale university, called The Skull and Bones includes: ex-presidents, presidential candidates, Governors, business leaders, diplomats, college professors, and judges. Pretty impressive. Really impressive if you consider that only 15 Yale juniors are "tapped" for membership each year leaving only 500 living members, at any given time, that are able to consistently hold positions of power in business, government and within the scientific community.

How is this possible? And why should we even be concerned?

The concern is that the Skull and Bones place its own members in positions of power so that its members or some other more powerful group or secret society can manipulate behind the scenes events of the world, in particular events that benefit their own particular agenda.

What that agenda is, if there is one is shrouded in mystery. Since the Skull and Bones is after all a secret society. Amongst the speculation is that the Skull and Bones is somehow part of a larger secret organization bent on establishing a "New World Order", or a single world government. One can't help but wonder if this is true, since two of this centuries most recent Presidents, both skull and bones members, both related, have referred to this "New World Order" in many Presidential addresses. Of course I'm speaking of George Bush and son.

What is this secret group that either controls or advises the Skull and Bones? Some believe it is that ultra-secret organization referred to as the Illuminati. Although the Illuminati is a historical fact, a group started in the 18th century it was broken up in the 18th century by the Bavarian Government and is probably defunct. Most believe though that the members assimilated into other groups and organizations, one being the group that Russell had association with in Germany.

The top of the pyramid, the one pulling all the strings is probably an ultra-secret organization that really wishes to be unnamed and that utilizes groups such as the 18th century Illuminati, the Skull and Bones, Council on Foreign Relations and others to manipulate world affairs for their benefit. These secret societies, such as Skull and Bones and others, place men and women in positions of power that then enact legislation and policies to fulfill an agenda, New World Order and/or to line their own pocketbooks.

Start from the beginning of how the skull and bones got its start and it isn't difficult to draw some startling assumptions about their intentions for the world, their probable philosophies and their reasons for secrecy.

It all begins, in the early 1830's. A Yale student by the name of William H. Russel, son of a wealthy family with established ties to the opium trade, traveled to Europe to study abroad. Russell studied in Germany and befriended the leader of a secret society that had it's roots in the Bavarian Illuminati of the 18th century. After returning from Germany, Russell founded the secret order of the Skull and Bones with Alphonso Taft. Alphonso would eventually have a son, William Howard Taft. William H. Taft would eventually become the President of the United States, a judge, Yale law professor and the Chief Justice under Warren G. Harding.

This is how the order would work its tentacles into positions of power. Members are encouraged to acquire positions of power, then these members promote other bonesmen. Over the years the number of skull and bones members in positions of power grew, enough so that they could steer the course of events toward their ultimate goal a one world order.

What is even more bothersome is that the rituals and ceremonies that the Skull and Bones inductees participate in. They are extreme, with symbolism that reflects their occult philosophies. Many believe that the ceremonies are satanic based, making even more worrisome that so many are in positions of power, in a so called christian nation.

William H. Russel was in Germany when some pretty radical ideas were popular. Although their philosophy is complex, much of it is derived from the philosophy of Immanuel Kant. Kant's believed that the state would determine what people would think and what they would learn. One man that also supported this agenda, George Wilhelm Friedrich Hegel, the Chair of The University of Berlin eventually developed the education system of this country. This system was adopted in the 1840's - 50's.

Charlotte the daughter and granddaughter of bonesmen, and was the second in command of the Education department under President Reagan and is well versed in the Skull and Bones and how they seek to control the population.

Back to the roots of the Skull and Bones, Hegel proclaimed that the individuals "supreme duty" was that to the state. The ideas that were being touted would eventually become the basis for both fascism and communism.

Scary. If the Skull and Bones infiltrated our government by placing its members in positions of power. Positions that could influence events would they be in line with the overall philosophy of the Skull and Bones? Why not?

During a break of The Skull and Bones, on September of 1876, by the rival secret society "The Order of the File and Claw" was found pictures of members of the society in Germany.

From The Fall Of Skull And Bones:

“On the west wall, hung among other pictures, an old engraving representing an open burial vault, in which, on a stone slab, rest four human skulls, grouped about a fools cap and bells, an open book, several mathematical instruments, a beggar's scrip, and a royal crown. On the arched wall above the vault are the explanatory words, in Roman letters, 'We War Der Thor, Wer Weiser, Wer Bettler Oder, Kaiser?' and below the vault is engraved, in German characters, the sentence; 'Ob Arm, Ob Beich, im Tode gleich.'

The picture is accompanied by a card on which is written, 'From the German Chapter. Presented by D. C. Gilman of D. 50'.”

Interesting.

The pamphlet describing the break-in by the rival secret society The File and Claw goes on to say:

“Bones is a chapter of corps of a German university. It should properly be called the Skull and Bones chapter. General Russell, its founder, was in Germany before his senior year and formed a warm friendship with a leading member of a German society. The meaning of the permanent number 322 in all Bones literature is that it was founded in ‘32 as the second chapter of the German society. But the Bonesmen has a pleasing fiction that his fraternity is a descendant of an old Greek patriot society founded by Demosthenes, who died in 322 BC.”

Other quotes found on walls:

“Wer war der Thor, wer Weiser, Bettler oder Kaiser? Ob Arm, ob Reich, im Tode gleich,” the slogan reads, or, “Who was the fool, who the wise man, beggar or king? Whether poor or rich, all’s the same in death.”

This quote and other rituals practiced by the Skull and Bones are virtual copies of quotes and rituals clearly linked to old Illuminatus rituals and other secret organizations linked to the philosophies and goals of the elite. This all could be a coincidence, or possibly these secret societies simply find interesting the symbols, rituals and ceremonies of the Illuminati. But what fits even better is that there is a group, hidden within these groups that wishes to instill controls, to manipulate the minds and thought of ordinary people and to ultimately control the world through a one world government.

These members swear allegiance to each others, swear allegiance to their brothers of the Skull and Bones. Members clearly state that the personal relationships of the order and other members are the most important factor of membership. Although all members aren't active participants many are silent members, twenty to thirty families are active and by intermarriage, and by utilizing this practice of promoting each other personal goals and goals of their families.

Who is in this secret society? Families such as Harriman's, Bush's, Whitney's, Rockefeller's, Taft, Bundy's and others. The traditions that they practice go back thousands of years, from the Knights Templar's, The Illuminati and the Puritans that began settling this country.

Peak Oil Debunked?

A couple of years ago, I read a book on peak oil. The book offered a fairly bleak picture about our planets future. Consumption is too high, production too low, oil wells were running dry and finding new sources of oil are getting harder and more expensive. Worse yet it didn't offer much in the way of a fix.

Are we simply doomed to one day run out of oil? I wondered as probably most of the world does, if we were running out of oil, and the end of civilization was so close, why isn't anyone looking for an alternative source of fuel? If big oil new they were running out of oil wouldn't they begin to shift their investments into other fuel sources? What about governments? Surely even they could see the writing on the wall?

Think of it, we could be out of fuel within 40-50 years as some predictions state. What happens then? Are they hiding something, short sighted or just plain incompetent?

Does the answer lie within our failing Social Security system? Social Security doesn't have much longer either. Not much life left here, and yet no one seems to be able either willing or able to fix that either. Perhaps incompetence is the answer? Or is there something hidden there too?

In regards to peak oil, perhaps they know something we don't say information that gives them peace of mind. Initially, everyone thought or believed that oil came from fossil fuels, but research done by the Soviets in the 1940's and 50's quite possibly proved this to be untrue. The research showed that oil was abiotic, or produced not from once live organisms, but from natural processes deep within the Earth's core. Could this be? I ran across a theory that although seems far fetched, just might explain why oil companies aren't concerned about running out of oil. The theory has been around for awhile, but isn't given much attention in the mainstream media, is that oil is abiotic.

What this essentially means is that the fossil fuel theory is wrong. That oil wasn't made from the fossils of dead dinosaurs that sat under great pressure for millions of years, but is created continuously from deep within the earth's core by magma. This view states that hydrocarbons are produced naturally not only deep with the Earth, but also throughout the solar system.

After all, the Nazi's were making synthetic fuels during WWII, so if in order to make fuel, or oil dead animals is necessary, how did the Nazi's make their fuel?

One study conducted by Giora Proskurowski of the School of Oceanography at The University of Washington shows how this theory could be true. His study took him deep below the surface of the Atlantic Ocean to the Lost City a Hypothermic field which showed evidence of Carbon-13 isotopes which came from the earth's mantle rather than biological material.

Other evidence is cited that supports this theory:

Oil is current being located well below the 18,000 feet where organic matter would have been. Oil has been located as far below as 30,000 feet.
Wells that have been pumped dry have been replenished - One such oil well is the named, Eugene Island 330. Located off the Gulf of Mexico it was to have supposed to have declined years ago, as matter of fact it did. It started pumping oil in 1979 at the rate of 15,000 barrels a day. Then in 1989, production dropped to 400 barrels a day. Then by some mystery(abiotic oil) the field is now producing 13,000 barrels a day.
Volume of oil pumped thus far not accountable from organic material alone according to present models.

This theory of abiotic oil originated with Russian scientists in the 1950's. Russian citizens were locked behind the"Iron Curtain", had little fuel to drive its economy, so their scientists went to work. Even earlier than that Russian scientists studied the problem of where does oil come from and their conclusion if adopted by the western world would require a complete re-write of the textbooks.

The conclusions were announced in 1956:

‘Crude oil and natural petroleum gas have no intrinsic connection with biological matter originating near the surface of the earth. They are primordial materials which have been erupted from great depths.’ The Soviet geologists had turned Western orthodox geology on its head. They called their theory of oil origin the ‘a-biotic’ theory—non-biological—to distinguish from the Western biological theory of origins.

Using this theory the Russians were able to take their oil industry from nothing to one of biggest suppliers in the world. Finding oil in places that the western model couldn't account for. One such field was the Dnieper-Donets Basin.

If this evidence is correct then this is just another instance of our government, national corporations and the media deliberately deceiving, misleading and misinforming us of the truth.

Defense Bill Would Make America A Battlefield

The Defense Authorization Act, s. 1867 that passed on Thursday night would normally be just another routine spending bill that Congress votes on every-year. this year however a provision in the bill has many in Congress, within the executive branch and civil libertarians troubled. The controversy surrounds the provision that allows the military to detain American Citizens.

However what was the purpose of putting the text in the bill in the first place, and it did raise some eyebrows in Congress,within the civil liberties union and across the web. Rep. Ron Paul (R-Tex) brought up this provision during the Presidential debate early this week and raised his concerns. The battle lines were drawn, as is generally the case across party lines and already hardened ideological beliefs. As I am a skeptic I looked for the actual bill and what was so troubling within it.

Is the opposition overreacting? Looking to instill fear and distrust of our government? Are the proponents looking to destroy our rights as citizens and herd us closer to a new world order? Or are they merely trying to assure that we are protected from a tenacious enemy: terrorism?

Proponents of the bill, such as Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) explained that the bill will “basically say in law for the first time that the homeland is part of the battlefield." This is troubling. Although I understand that terrorism is a threat, I wonder how much so it is. Do we really need the military arresting citizens within our own country, detaining them and holding them without trial for indefinite periods of time.

This provisions that are causing the controversy are Sec. 1031 and 1032. Sec 1031 states:

SEC. 1031. AFFIRMATION OF AUTHORITY OF THE ARMED FORCES OF THE UNITED STATES TO DETAIN COVERED PERSONS PURSUANT TO THE AUTHORIZATION FOR USE OF MILITARY FORCE.

Debate about the bill includes testimony such as:

The sponsors of the bill believe that current law authorizes the detention of U.S. citizens arrested within the United States, without trial, until ``the end of the hostilities'' which, in my view, is indefinitely. Others of us believe that current law, including the Non-Detention Act that was enacted in 1971, does not authorize such indefinite detention of U.S. citizens arrested domestically.

The sponsors believe that the Supreme Court's Hamdi case supports their position, while others of us believe that Hamdi, by the plurality opinion's express terms, was limited to the circumstance of U.S. citizens arrested on the battlefield in Afghanistan, and does not extend to U.S. citizens arrested domestically. And our concern was that section 1031 of the bill as originally drafted could be interpreted as endorsing the broader interpretation of Hamdi and other authorities.

So our purpose in the second amendment, number 1456, is essentially to declare a truce, to provide that section 1031 of this bill does not change existing law, whichever side's view is the correct one. So the sponsors can read Hamdi and other authorities broadly, and opponents can read it more narrowly, and this bill does not endorse either side's interpretation, but leaves it to the courts to decide.

It seems that the proponents of the bill only wish to assure that should an American citizen join the enemy, Al-Qaeda in this case they can be interrogated.

Sen. Graham explains in a debate:

I do want to make sure American citizens go into article III courts, but the law has been since World War II, if a person joins the enemy, even as an American citizen, they are subject to being detained for interrogation purposes. That is my goal and that has always been my goal. We can detain an American who has sided with al-Qaida, if they are involved with hostile acts, to gather intelligence, and that is a proper thing to have been doing. It was done in World War II when American citizens helped the Nazis. If an American citizen wants to help al-Qaida involved in a hostile act, then they become an enemy of this Nation. They can be humanely detained, and that is my concern about the Senator's amendment; that it would take that away.

I for one just find it disturbing that we are making laws about enemy combatants when Congress hasn't declared war. We are in that quasi-state of war that it seems we have been in indefinitely. Rather than look at ways of detaining our own citizens, we should look at why we are spending trillions on these wars?

Did a UFO Really Crash in 1947 at Roswell,NM?

Confusion and doubts still exist as to what actually happened at Roswell in 1947 despite the fact that the incident is the most documented UFO crash in history. UFO researchers believe the government or parts of it created this doubt by implementing an aggressive disinformation campaign that included half-truths, cover-ups and out and out lies. Witnesses that included military officers and NCOs’, pilots, ranchers, sheriff's and police officers, Dr's and nurses, all came forward with similar stories about bodies, strange metals and threats. Yet still the government maintains that the crash wasn't an alien craft but some Top Secret mission that involved test balloons and possibly crash dummies.

What everyone agrees on is that on July 3 - 4th 1947 something crashed near Roswell Air force base. If the crash wasn't a UFO then there is little doubt that the military wasn't forthcoming in its assessment that the crash was a weather balloon.

The UFO that crashed in 1947 at Roswell started in a similar fashion as many UFO sightings do today. What many don't know about the Roswell incident is that days before the crash strange lights in the sky began appearing,radar installations were picking up and tracking objects displaying speeds and trajectory changes that defied the laws of physics as we know them. These sightings lasted from June 29 to July 1st.

Then as quickly as it began, the UFOs disappeared from the Roswell, NM skies. Just in time too, several officials from Washington were dispatched on that very day to study the object. Now why send someone all the way from Washington to study weather balloons?

On the night of July 3 - 4th two nuns were among numerous witnesses that reported seeing a bright light plummet to earth around 11 - 11:30. It's important to remember more than one witness saw this, several were prominent citizens with no reason to lie and all told very similar accounts. If this were a court of law, well I think the jury would rule that something crashed and it didn't fall like a balloon would. The witnesses describe the object as a shooting-star hitting earth. Doesn't sound much like how a weather balloon would plummet to earth. Sounds more like a UFO crashed in the Roswell, NM plains.

The next day the foreman of the ranch where the UFO crashed found the debris and called the Roswell Volunteer Fire Department. The fire department responded and more witnesses came forward to describe range metallic debris and alien bodies. The following day the foreman reported the incident to the sheriff, who recommended the military be notified.

During the next couple of days an investigation took place. Several people from various backgrounds reported seeing three alien bodies at the site, or at the base,as well as seeing otherworldly metallic debris. All the witnesses were credible, well-respected members of the community.

Why would they lie? Was this some sort of mass delusion? I would expect that if a weather balloon crashed the residents of the town could possibly mistake the debris as a UFO, but what about the military investigators? Were they totally inept? No as a matter of fact, all the witnesses at this point are describing the same thing, bodies, and strange metals.

They all are reporting that something extraordinary happened.

By July 7, the military had cordoned off the area and started collecting debris. Surely, someone in this clean-up team should have had some experience in identifying a weather balloon. Surely, someone on the base that had the only active nuclear weapons in the United States, had some knowledge that could identify a weather balloon?

Wouldn't you think? Nevertheless, nothing about a balloon was reported.

Even the base commander at Roswell Col. Richard Blanchard surveyed the site and didn't make mention of a crashed weather balloon. Col. Blanchard reported to his superiors that something highly unusual crashed, quite possibly a secret Soviet weapon.

Surely at this point, someone should have been able to identify this object as a weather balloon. Instead, a press release was issued that a flying disc was recovered.

Next, a couple Generals get involved, General Ramey and General Vandenberg and not surprisingly we have a crashed weather balloon. Pictures were taken of the debris described as the crashed weather balloon, a press release is made and the story dies for a couple of decades.

Through the years, the witnesses remained largely silent until Major Jesse Marcel told UFO investigators that the object recovered wasn't a weather balloon, but was a UFO.

After Marcel's revelations, investigations revealed the witness testimony from the days preceding and surrounding the crash. All the witnesses recounted similar stories years later. Even General Ramey recanted his story about the weather balloon, stating,”it was the biggest lie I ever told." He stated emphatically that the crash was a "spaceship." So, what happened at Roswell in 1947? Did an UFO crash? And does the government and the military know more than they're revealing?

Do ghosts exist? No one knows for sure.

Everyone has his or her own belief system, with surveys revealing that about a third of the population believing in ghosts.

If they do exist, what are they? Ghosts are the spiritual remnants of the deceased. Ghosts are the essence of our personality, thoughts and desires that survive our death in the form of pure energy. No one knows for sure what or why, but many believe and volumes of evidence exists that when the physical body ceases to exist, this essence or energy survives the physical death.

This energy passes on to another plane of existence or remains here in our physical world. This energy or essence is referred to as a ghost. Ghost hunters, paranormal experts and psychics have categorized ghosts into categories. Orbs, ectoplasm, vortexes, apparitions, crowd demons, and shadow ghosts. Other categories and descriptions exist but in this post, these are the only ones that Conspiracy Theory News will look at.

Orbs – Orbs, spheres, globules, and balls of light or globes are photographed most. Orbs appear in almost anywhere, at anytime. They frequently appear in groups and are associated with haunted places. Paranormal investigators theorize that ghosts take this form to move between physical locations. These paranormal investigators believe that this particular form requires less energy making it a preferred form for travel. This might explain why more people see ghosts in this form than any other. Orbs, spheres and balls of light have been photographed more than any other form of ghosts; however, the vast majority of these have been debunked as abnormalities produced by digital cameras. Skeptics point out that prior to the 1990’s, when digital cameras became popular and affordable almost no photographic evidence of orbs existed. Independent studies debunk the theory that orbs are anything other than dust picked up by digital cameras. In any case, like the UFO phenomena, The Illuminati and other conspiracy theories ghosts, apparitions and spirits remain unexplained. Believers such as paranormal researchers, ghost hunters and psychics still swear by their theories on orbs.

Ectoplasm – Ectoplasm is associated with mediums and seances. It is a cloudy, off-white substance that mediums exude when attempting to contact spirits. Theories to explain these phenomena – either the ghost or the spirit emit this energy in order to either enhance communication, or assist the ghost in completely materializing. However, independent researchers have shown that this phenomenon is almost entirely based upon fraud perpetuated by mediums. Tricks and slights of hand are used to fool seance participants.

Vortex, Funnel Ghosts – A paranormal tornado is the best description of this type of ghosts. Shaped like a funnel, it spins a white cloud creating a vacuum that pulls objects into its center. These ghosts are normally found in old homes and buildings, but can appear anywhere. Most sightings of these particular ghosts appear indoors. Outdoor sightings are extremely rare.

Shadow Ghosts – These ghosts are best described as shadows. They appear anywhere, and this type of ghost often is seen as shadows out of the corner of our eyes, photographs of them are often confused with natural shadows, they appear in mirrors or darting through walls.

Apparitions - mediums and psychics mostly see Apparitions, they are rarely seen or photographed. These ghosts when seen are the more traditional view of a ghost. They where the clothing that they wore in life, they look as they did in life and a photograph of these ghosts

Either ghosts are a fantasy of our minds or they are something that we cannot now currently explain or prove. No one knows for sure what a ghost is. Skeptics say ghosts are overactive imaginations, hallucinations or hoaxes. Surely some sightings are hoaxes, or hallucinations. Personally I believe there is something after death, what that is is difficult to explain. But some form of life exists after death. A ghost is the energy that leaves our physical body when we die. It is the essence of our thoughts, personalities and memories. It is us. But why does this energy remain after our death? And why would a ghosts want to haunt a house?

The theory of conservation states that energy can neither be created nor destroyed only transformed into another state. This is how ghosts, or spirits are formed. First, what is a ghost?

Ghosts – Are similar to spirits in that both are the energy our physical bodies leave after death. From there they differ. Ghosts are not aware of their own death; they are solitary entities and they take a variety of forms. Ghosts tended to have lived angry lives; they cling to something or someone in the physical realm. This desire to hold on prevented them from moving on to the after-life. An example would be a child that died young might have been afraid to leaving their mother. Instead of going to the light the energy takes the form of a ghost and remains in our realm unaware of their own death. Ghosts are filled with negative emotions, they are angry, fearful, they often want revenge or harbor resentment. They are lost and confused and before they pass on to the after-life they must resolve there mission or reason that made remain in our realm. Ghosts normally are harmless, although they do disrupt the lives of those around them, with behavior that is prankish more than harmful.

Spirits are similar to ghosts in that they are the essence of our lives, however they differ in some important ways.

Spirits – Spirits leave this plane of existence willingly. They follow the light and arrive at the next realm or after-life with their full mental and physical facilities. Spirits are who they were in death as they were in life. Spirits are aware of their death and accept it. When they enter the afterlife, they go through a period of training. Once they have completed training they are able to return to the physical world, and when they do, they are aware of that they are dead, who they are and often are assigned to watch over loved ones. Spirits have been known to warn of impending doom, or console loved ones that they are safe and OK in the afterlife.

A ghost is simply the residue energy, which once made us human. Ghosts are not to be confused with spirits. Spirits make there way to the after-life, while the ghost is energy left here in our own plane of existence. Ghosts take many forms, are normally harmless and cannot pass on to the after-life until they resolve the issues that prevented them from going into the after-life.

Haarp, a Research Program for the Study of the Ionosphere or a Mind and Weather Control Weapon

HAARP or High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program run jointly by The Air Force Research Laboratory, The Office of Naval Research and The University of Alaska is a vast array of 180 antennae, located in Gakoba, Alaska. The antennae and its associated equipment transmits 3 million watts of radio frequency power and a gigawatt of radioactive pulse power into the ionosphere. The University of Alaska website for HAARP states:

“HAARP is a scientific endeavor aimed at studying the properties and behavior of the ionosphere, with particular emphasis on being able to understand and use it to enhance communications and surveillance systems for both civilian and defense purposes.
The HAARP program is committed to developing a world class ionospheric research facility consisting of:
The Ionospheric Research Instrument (IRI), a high power transmitter facility operating in the High Frequency (HF) range. The IRI will be used to temporarily excite a limited area of the ionosphere for scientific study.
A sophisticated suite of scientific (or diagnostic) instruments that will be used to observe the physical processes that occur in the excited region.
Observation of the processes resulting from the use of the IRI in a controlled manner will allow scientists to better understand processes that occur continuously under the natural stimulation of the sun.”

The question remains is HAARP primarily an academic endeavor? Is HAARP utilized to study the its effects on the ionosphere or is it actively utilized for military and intelligence operations. Many believe that HAARP is already actively involved in operations less benign than the official position stipulates. Many believe HAARP is and surprisingly already has been used as a weapon of mass-destruction, to control the weather, earthquake induction, and mind-control. Little concrete evidence exists though, but mounds of circumstantial evidence is available.

For instance, official internal military documents show that they intend on using HAARP technology not only for communications, and intelligence gathering, but also to obstruct enemy communications while permitting our own communication network to operate unhindered. Other uses include: enhance communications, disrupt enemy communications, replace the over-the-horizon radar and replace the ELF system now used to communicate with US submarines. All these are military applications, however none are in the order of the mega-weapon that many proclaim. Critics site internal documents within the military and the government which state unequivocally that mind control, weather disruption and control are future possibilities.

Internal Air Force documents reveal that indeed a system for controlling and manipulating minds utilizing Ultra low frequency technology is not only possible, but available. Is this a possible HAARP use? For years intelligence agencies have attempted to develop a mind control program, Is HAARP the answer? Where MK-Ultra failed, did HAARP succeed?

HAARP is capable of transmitting ELF (extra low frequency) waves. The human brain operates within the range that HAARP technology can transmit and it is speculated that utilizing these transmission frequencies, specifically 450-500 MHz human minds can be controlled. All this doesn't mean that HAARP can control minds? Nor does it mean that defense or intelligence agencies seek to utilize HAARP for mind control? However, one need look now further than the atrocities, and blatant disregard for basic human rights intelligence and defense agencies perpetrated under MK-Ultra to understand the overwhelming desire intelligence agencies both foreign and domestic have for achieving mind control capabilities.

MK-Ultra attempted to control the mind through the use of drugs and failed. Can HAARP place memories, create the illusion of sound perhaps and sight, place large masses of people into trances and control minds?

The GWEN System or Ground WaveEmergency Network is a system of antennae, although officially used to sustain communications with our strategic bombers and tankers could be used to transmit these low level brain-washing frequencies across large distances within our own borders. Determining the truth is difficult with government secrecy and disinformation programs.

Medical science already utilizes light and sound using ELF frequencies to help stroke victims, and children with Attention deficit Disorder recover. Can we really believe that intelligence agencies will utilize ELF in a humanitarian way? We can hope, however, history does not support this. As far back as 1901,

Nikola Tesla suggested that controlling minds could be possible using ELF. How far has this technology already gone?

Is HAARP capable of altering or controlling weather? Has HAARP directly or indirectly caused major earthquakes such as the ones in Japan, Haiti? Was HAARP involved with Hurricane Katrina? Even if there were involvement, again, we would actually fully never know the truth; instead, we must just look at the evidence. Then decide for ourselves. HAARP, mind control, weather control and improved abilities to communicate are theoretical possibilites of HAARP. UFO’s A Comparison: Flying Saucers and Triangular-Shaped Craft

Are we alone in the universe and are these extraterrestrials visiting us? History, through ancient texts, drawings, sculptures and reports of strange objects, lights and beings that we are not alone. Many are so

credible that trying to deny the existence of alien spacecraft difficult if not impossible.

My own personal belief is that, we have been and are still being visited by beings with a higher intelligence. The question, how do they get here? As far as the physics of travelling through space the technology is beyond my knowledge. I wouldn't know where or even how to explain this technology. However, the shapes of the spacecraft they use have two distinct characteristics. They are either flying saucers or triangular shaped craft.

Witnesses describe the flying saucer as a spinning disc-shaped object, silver or metallic in color with multi colored running lights across the bottom or as being entirely engulfed in a glowing light. They fly alone or in formations with other discs. These discs are able to maneuver quickly; changing speed and direction defying the laws of physics. Although personally I could not explain or even, speculate as to the technology that they use. I can extrapolate that if these beings can travel thousands of light years then the technology they use would be beyond even our best scientific and engineering minds. So, although we can't explain the technology I think just by the fact they can arrive here is enough to suggest the technology exists. It is just beyond our technological understanding. Although accounts of alien craft and encounters are part of history in texts, flying discs did not receive worldwide media attention until 1947. Two well-publicized incidents Kenneth Arnold's sighting over Washington and The Roswell Crash put UFO's into the public's consciousness.

A pilot named Kenneth Arnold in Washington sighted a formation while flying and the U.S. Armies reporting of the crash of a disc at Roswell, NM. Neither was adequately explained and many believe the government covered-up much of the evidence at Roswell. Flying discs are the most popular, or most reported UFO sighting. However, sightings of triangular shaped discs are on the rise.

Since the 1980’s sightings of triangular shaped UFO’s, have increasing substantially. Reported sightings claim the UFO’s range in size from very large, 100 to 200 yards in length to airplane size or smaller. These particular shapes seem to come in waves, crawl at low speeds then disappear from view instantly appearing miles away or to disappear entirely. Eyewitness descriptions tell of multi-colored running lights on the bottom and rear of the craft.

Well-publicized sightings of triangular formations are The Phoenix Lights, Belgium UFO Wave Sightings and The Rendlesham Forest Incident.

With so many sightings, reports and descriptions by credible witnesses it is difficult to deny that these craft exist. Whether these craft are part of some secret government project that is funded by secret government budgets and controlled by the shadow government or are truly alien beings visiting our planet is disputed.

I for one believe that we are being visited. I will acknowledge that some of the sightings are craft could ours. Craft reversed engineered possibly from crashed and recovered alien craft. But this explanation cannot explain all the recorded sightings through history. For example, photographs exists of flying saucers as far back as 1927.

Differing in shape, Flying Saucers and Triangular shaped UFO’s are similar in that they defy our known characteristics of flight, defy our known understanding of physics and remain unexplained.
