طريقه تنفيذ عقده بلاطه بسماكه 92سم بالطابق الرابع بمدينه روابي

الهدف: توضيح الطريقه التي سيتم بها تدعيم عقده الطابق L3/podium و الطوابق السفليه L2+L1+L0/podiums .

التطبيقات: تستخدم هذه الطريقه لتدعيم عقده الطابق L3/podium التي سماكتها 92سم و الطوابق السفليه و التي هي عباره عن قاعده للاسكان الذي سيتم بناؤه فوقها بعد توزيع جديد للاعمده و محاور جديده تختلف عن الاعمده الاصليه للطوابق السفليه.

خطوات التنفيذ:

يتم تركيب نظام تدعيم من نوع Acrow لتدعيم عقده ال92سم حيث يتكون هذا النظام من شبكتين بابعاد 158سم×120سم متدخله ببعضها لتشكل في النهايه شبكه بابعاد 60سم×158سم.
يتم تركيب الشبكه الاولى حسب المخططات المرفقه بحيث يتم تقسيم المسافات بينها كل 120سم ثم يتم ادخال الشبكه الاخرى و يتم تشبيح النظام بواسطه مقصات حديد.
يتم اسقاط بلابل على الفتحات الموجوده بعقده L2 على عقده L1 بحيث تكون احداثيات هذه النقاط مكمل للشبكه سوءا في الابعاد الافقيه .
يتم تركيب جسر حديدي I-beam داخل الطربوش ليعمل كحمال حسب المقطع المرفق في المخططات بمسافه 60سم مركز لمركز بين الجسر و الاخر ثم يتم تعريق مراين خشب بمقطع 5×10سم كل 15سم مركز لمركز ثم طبقه الدكت بسماكه 2سم كتصفيح.

فيما يلي تحليل انشائي للأحمال على عناصر النظام مقارنه بقدره التحمل لعناصر النظام:

· الوزن الموجود على العناصر العموديه=معامل امان×كثافه الباطون المسلح×سماكه العقده×المسافه بين الحمالات

=1.5×2.6×0.92×0.60=2.15 طن/م.طول

←الوزن على عنصر عمودي واحد كما في المقطع 2-2=2.15×1.58=3.40 طن (it is safe)

· قدره تحمل مراين الخشب لقوى القص كما في المقطع 1-1=مساحه المقطع×4كغم/سم²=5×10×4=200كغم =0.2 طن

←عدد المراين المطلوب لكل متر طول=((2.15/2)×1م)/0.2=5.37 مرينه/م.طول اي 100سم/5.37=18.6سم

مركز لمركز و لذا سيتم استخدام 15سم.

· قدره تحمل دكت التصفيح كما في المقطع 2-2=65×2×4=520 كغم=0.52 طن .

←قوى القص الواقعه على الدكت=(0.15-0.05)×2.33/2=116كغم (it is safe)

· بناءا على تحليل برنامج ساب لتحميل الجسر الحديدي I-beam حيث كان اسم المقطع(IPE120) فقد تم الحصول على نتائج تحليل حسب الاوراق المرفقه من page1-page5 حيث كانت حسب التالي:

- مقاومه قوى القص-safe

- Max. deflection =0.0002م (Neglected value)

· الوزن الكلي لطوبار عقده L3-part2=38 طن.

· الوزن الكلي لطوبار عقده L3-part1=37 طن.

حسابات التحميل و التدعيم للطوابق السفليه أي عقدات L2/L1/L0/podiums :

v طريقه صب عقده الطابقL3 سيتم تقديمها لاحقا.

طريقه التنفيذ- method statement

اعمال باطون النظاف

الهدف: توضيح الطريقه التي سيتم بها تنفيذ اعمال باطون النظاف المستخدم تحت القواعد للمرحلتين(2+3) بالطريقه الامنه و حسب المخططات و المواصفات المطلوبه في العقد.

التطبيقات: تستخدم طريقه التنفيذ هذه لكافه اعمال النظاف المستخدم تحت القواعد بكافه اشكالها.

خطوات التنفيذ:

1. بعد استلام الموقع و اعمال الحفريات من روابي, يقوم مساح المقاول بتعيين الحدود الخارجيه للنظاف.

2. نقوم بتنظيف بقايا الحفر باستخدام مجارف يدويه اولا, ثم نقوم بتنظيف الطبقه الصخريه جيدا باستخدام مكانس شارع خشنه للحصول على طبقه صخريه نظيفه من اي بقايا حفر.

3. باستخدام المقدح الكهربائي يتم عمل ثقوب بالصخر على حدود النظاف .

4. نقوم بتثبيت اوتاد حديديه بهذه الثقوب لكي تقوم بدور دعامات لطوبار النظاف و ايضا الحصول على طوبار افقي و مستقيم لحدود النظاف.

5. نستخدم الواح خشبيه 2.5*10سم و نقوم بتثبيتها على الاوتاد الحديديه المذكوره سابقا و نستخدم سلك مجدول لتحقيق عمليه الربط و الثبات بين الواح الطوبار هذه و الاوتاد الحديديه السانده لها.

6. نقوم برش كميه كافيه من الماء لازاله الغبار و ترطيب وجه التربه الصخريه حتى لا تاخذ كميه الماء من باطون النظاف وايضا لزياده الارتباط بين باطون النظاف والتربه.

7. صب باطون النظاف و يكون هذا بمساعده مضخه محموله على شاحنه متنقله و نستمر في صب الباطون حتى الوصول الى المستوى المطلوب و المحدد على الواح الطوبار للنظاف, هذه الطريقه اذا كان الوضع مثالي و سماكه الباطون المراد صبها لا تتجاوز 10سم حسب المخططات.

8. اما اذا تجاوزت سماكه الباطون 10سم نقوم بصب اولا ما يسمى بباطون الدبش و هو بنسبه 30% و دبش 70% باطون, و عند الوصول الى منسوب بدايه اسفل النظاف نصب 10سم كامله من الباطون الغير مسلح بدون دبش.

9. بعد وصول الباطون الى قساوته المطلوبه بعد 24ساعه و ايناع الباطون بالماء نقوم بفك طوبار النظاف.

الاجراءات المطلوبه للقيام باعمال النظاف:

عمل مخطط حسب التنفيذ لاعمال الحفر للتاكد من منسوب الحفر اذا كان كافيا, و اعتماده من الاشراف.
عمل مخطط تنفيذي لباطون النظاف و اعتماده من قسم ال (DCG) .
استلام حدود النظاف من مساح المقاول عن طريق مساح روابي.
تقديم كيله هندسيه بكميه الباطون المراد صبها و توقيعها من المهندس المقيم التابع لروابي.
توقيع اذن الصب من مهندس السلامه بعد كشفه على موقع الصب و التاكد من اخذ كافه تدابير السلامه المطلوبه لعمليه الصب.
بعد م مرور اذن الصب كافه الاعتمادات المطلوبه و توفير العده المطلوبه للصب من مجارف و احذيه خاصه و نظارات واقيه للعيون و لبس طاقيه السلامه و فيست, نقوم بارسال اذن الصب مرفقا بمكيه الباطون المطلوبه الى قسم المواد لطلبها من المشتريات لتوريد كميه الباطون المطلوبه للموقع.

اعمال طوبار القواعد

الهدف: توضيح الطريقه التي سيتم بها تنفيذ اعمال طوبار جوانب القواعد المنفصله و قواعد الجدران للمرحلتين(2+3) بالطريقه الامنه و حسب المخططات و المواصفات المطلوبه في العقد.

التطبيقات: تستخدم طريقه التنفيذ هذه لكافه اعمال طوبارالقواعد و الاساسات للمرحلتين(2+3) بكافه اشكالها.

خطوات التنفيذ:

يتم وضع علامات الحدود الخارجيه للقواعد بواسطه مساح المقاول.
نبدأ بوضع اطار خشب محيط بالقاعده من الاسفل و من الاعلى ثم نبدأ باضافه اصابع خشبيه بشكل عمودي بمقع 5*10سم باطوال تتناسب مع ارتفاع القاعده و تبعد عن بعضها 60سم مركز لمركز.
ثم نقوم بتصفيح هذه الاصابع بالواح ديكت املس بابعاد 2*60*250سم لاعطاء سطح فير فيس لوجه القاعده من اجل العزل.
يكون الاطار الخشبي الافقي بمثابه جسر ساند للاصابع العموديه وتكون الاصابع العوديه كجسور سانده للدكت.
تستخدم في عمليه الربط بين هذه العناصر السلك المجدول و المسامير 6سم و 10سم و ايضا حديد 6ملم كاسياخ للشد.
يتم عمل دعامات(شبحات) مائله على جوانب القاعده, تثبت بواسطه مسامير بالاصابع العموديه ثم تثبت بالتراب بواسطه خوازيق داخل التراب او اثقال توضع على كراسي خشبيه.
القواعد التي لها كابات يتم معامله الكاب كطوبار القاعده و لكن يتم تدعيمها بالواح خشبيه تصل الى منسوب النظاف و بعد صب القاعده بالباطون يتم فكها, لتوضيح الخطوات السابقه انظر الشكل(1).

الاجراءات المطلوبه للقيام باعمال طوبار القواعد:

1. عمل مخطط تنفيذي للقواعد و اعتماده من قسم ال (DCG) .

2. استلام حدود القواعد من مساح المقاول عن طريق مساح روابي.

3. عمل مخطط حسب التنفيذ لمناسيب اسفل القواعد.

4. اتباع احتياطات السلامه و هي:

a) لبس نظارات واقيه للعيون عند استخدام الدسك او الصب.

b) لبس طاقيه السلامه و فيست.

c) عمل ممرات امنه.

d) لبس الكفوف في حالات خاصه.

e) تنظيف الموقع باستمرار من العوائق و الاخشاب.

f) عمل حمايات على المناطق المرتفعه لمنع السقوط.

حديد التسليح للقواعد و رقاب الاعمده

الهدف: توضيح الطريقه التي سيتم بها تنفيذ اعمال تسليح القواعد و قواعد الجدران و رقاب الاعمده للمرحلتين(2+3) بالطريقه الامنه و حسب المخططات و المواصفات المطلوبه في العقد.

التطبيقات: تستخدم طريقه التنفيذ هذه لكافه اعمال تسليح القواعد و رقاب الاعمده للمرحلتين(2+3) بكافه اشكالها.

خطوات التنفيذ:

1. بعد تحديد العدد و القطر و الطول المطلوب لحديد قاعده معينه يتم احضار الحديد المطلوب لهذه القاعده بجانبها للتاكد من كميه الحديد الموجوده اولا.

2. يتم وضع الحديد ذات القطر الاعلى من الاسفل وذلك بوضعه على سبيسرات من الباطون 7.5سم و تقسيمه حسب المسافات المطلوبه.

3. يتم و ضع الطبقه المعاكسه فوقه و تقسيم المسافات بينها حسب العدد المطلوب.

4. استخدام اسلاك تربيط ناعمه لربط الطبقتين ببعض حتى لا يتحرك حديد التسليح من مكانه.

5. اذا كانت القاعده لها طبقه علويه من الحديد يتم و ضعها على كراسي حديد و اتباع نفس الخطوات لتسليح الطبقه السفليه.

6. يتم تحديد مراكز الاعمده على جوانب القواعد بواسطه مساح المقاول و تسليمها الى مساح روابي.

7. يتم تثبيت شروش الاعمده او الجدران على حديد القاعده السفلي بشكل عمودي.

8. يتم تثبيت الشروش على وجه القاعده حسب المحاور و ذلك بوضع مراين تحيطها من الاربع جهات تكون مواريه للمحاور حسب ابعاد العمود كما بالشكل(2).

9. يتم تربيت الكانات مع حديد العمود بسلك تربيط ناعم حسب التقسيم المطلوب و هو 7.5سم للكانات العاديه و 4سم للسبايرل.

الاجراءات المطلوبه للقيام باعمال حديد التسليح للقواعد و شروش الاعمده:

1. عمل مخطط تنفيذي لتسليح القواعد و اعتماده من قسم ال (DCG) .

2. تقديم طلبيه حديد و اعتمادها من قسم المواد.

3. استلام محاور الاعمده من مساح المقاول عن طريق مساح روابي.

4. تسليم اعمال طوبار القواعد قبل البدء باعمال التسليح.

5. اتباع احتياطات السلامه و هي:

a. لبس نظارات واقيه للعيون عند استخدام الدسك او الصب.

b. لبس طاقيه السلامه و فيست.

c. عمل ممرات امنه.

d. لبس الكفوف في حالات خاصه.

e. تنظيف الموقع باستمرار من العوائق و الاخشاب.

f. عمل حمايات على المناطق المرتفعه لمنع السقوط.

اعمال باطون القواعد

الهدف: توضيح الطريقه التي سيتم بها تنفيذ اعمال صب باطون القواعد للمرحلتين(2+3) بالطريقه الامنه و حسب المخططات و المواصفات المطلوبه في العقد.

التطبيقات: تستخدم طريقه التنفيذ هذه لكافه اعمال باطون القواعد و قواعد الجدران للمرحلتين(2+3) بكافه اشكالها.

خطوات التنفيذ:

1. عمل سقالات امنه فوق القواعد ليتمكن العمال من الوقوف فوق القواعد اثناء الصب و الرج و التمليس لوجه القاعده.

2. استخدام مضخه باطون مثبته على شحن متنقله تابعه لروابي لصب الباطون في القواعد.

3. يتم صب نصف ارتفاع القاعده و رجها برجاج بنزين كمرحله اولى, ثم يتم صب النصف الاخر للوصول الى منسوب اعلى بقليل من البيش البلاستيكيه (و هي منسوب الصب المطلوب) ثم رجها مره اخرى لتعود الى المنسوب المطلوب و تمليسها بطواريش و موالج لاعطاء سطح ملس للباطون من اجل العزل.

4. في حال وجود كاب كما في بعض القواعد, يتم صب نصف الكاب و رجه والانتقال لصب قواعد مجاوره , و بعد مرور 15دقيقه نصب النصف الاخر من الكاب و رجها و تمليسها بواسطه طواريش و موالج.

5. بعد مرور المده المتفق غليها في العقد على صب الباطون يتم فك طوبار القواعد و يتم ايناعها بعد مرور 12ساعه لمده 3 ايام.

الاجراءات اللازمه للقيام باعمال صب القواعد:

تقديم ورقه حساب بكميه الباطون المراد صبها الى قسم المواد و مهندس الاشراف المقيم للتدقيق.
تقديم اذن صب الى مهندس الاشراف المقيم و مهندس السلامه.
تقديم طلب كشف الى مهندس الكهرباء للكشف على اعمال الايرث.
اتباع احتياطات السلامه و هي:

a. لبس نظارات واقيه للعيون عند استخدام الدسك او الصب.

b. لبس طاقيه السلامه و فيست.

c. عمل ممرات امنه.

d. لبس الكفوف في حالات خاصه.

e. تنظيف الموقع باستمرار من العوائق و الاخشاب.

f. عمل حمايات على المناطق المرتفعه لمنع السقوط.

اعمال طوبار رقاب الاعمده و صبها

الهدف: توضيح الطريقه التي سيتم بها تنفيذ اعمال طوبار رقاب الاعمده و صبها للمرحلتين(2+3) بالطريقه الامنه و حسب المخططات و المواصفات المطلوبه في العقد.

التطبيقات: تستخدم طريقه التنفيذ هذه لكافه اعمال طوبار رقاب الاعمده و صبها للمرحلتين(2+3) بكافه اشكالها.

خطوات التنفيذ:

1. يتم تعليم محاور الاعمده على باطون القواعد بواسطه مساح المقاول و تسليمها الى مساح روابي.

2. يتم طوبار هيكل من المراين بمقطع 5*10سم حول العمود و تصفيحها من الداخل بدكت املس, كما بالشكل(3).

3. يتم عمل شبحات مائله لضمان شاقوليه و ثبات رقاب الاعمده.

4. يتم استخدام اسياخ شد 6ملم لتقاوم ضغط الباطون على المسافات البعيده, و تبعد عن بعضها 60سم افقي و عمودي.

5. يتم وضع منسوب صب على الطوبار من الداخل كوضع مسمار مثلا .

6. نفس الخطوات المتبعه لصب القواعد تستخدم لصب الاعمده.

7. يتم فك طوبار الاعمده بعد مرور المده المتفق عليها في العقد, و يتم ايناع الباطون بعد 12ساعه من الصب.

الاجراءات اللازمه للقيام باعمال صب القواعد:

تقديم ورقه حساب بكميه الباطون B450 المراد صبها الى قسم المواد و مهندس الاشراف المقيم للتدقيق.
تقديم مخطط تنفيذ لحديد رقاب الاعمده لاعتماده من ال(DCG) .
تقديم اذن صب الى مهندس الاشراف المقيم و مهندس السلامه.
اتباع احتياطات السلامه و هي:

a. لبس نظارات واقيه للعيون عند استخدام الدسك او الصب.

b. لبس طاقيه السلامه و فيست.

c. عمل ممرات امنه.

d. لبس الكفوف في حالات خاصه.

e. تنظيف الموقع باستمرار من العوائق و الاخشاب.

f. عمل حمايات على المناطق المرتفعه لمنع السقوط.

اعمال عزل القواعد و رقاب الاعمده

الهدف: توضيح الطريقه التي سيتم بها تنفيذ اعمال عزل القواعد و رقاب الاعمده و الجدران للمرحلتين(2+3) بالطريقه الامنه و حسب المخططات و المواصفات المطلوبه في العقد.

التطبيقات: تستخدم طريقه التنفيذ هذه لكافه اعمال عزل القواعد و رقاب الاعمده و الجدران للمرحلتين(2+3) بكافه اشكالها.

خطوات التنفيذ:

1. بعد مرور ثلاثة ايام على صب باطون القواعد ورقاب الاعمده يتم البدء باعمال العزل وذلك بعد تحضير الاسطح بشكل جيد وازالة اي بروزات للباطون .

2. يتم دهان وجه برايمر والانتظار لمدة ساعه .

3. يتم دهان طبقه اولى من البيتيومين ثم الانتظار لمدة ستة ساعات .

4. دهان الطبقه الثانيه من البيتيومين بالاتجاه المعاكس لاتجاه الطبقه الاولى بواسطة فرشاه خاصه .

5. ثم يتم مباشرة تغطية العزل بطبقه بلاستيكيه خاصه لحماية العزل والقواعد .

6. في بعض المناطق نحتاج استخدام قطع خشبيه صغيره مع مسامير بولاد لتثبيت الطبقه البلاستيكيه .

الاجراءات اللازمه للقيام باعمال عزل القواعد ورقاب الاعمده والجدران:

تقديم ورقه حساب بكميه الماده العازله من برايمر وبيتيومين والطبقه البلاستيكيه المطلوبه الى قسم المواد و مهندس الاشراف المقيم للتدقيق .
بعد توريد مواد العزل يتم تخزينها في مكان مظلل حتى لا تتلف .
تسليم المهندس المقيم من روابي لاسطح الباطون المراد عزلها.
اتباع احتياطات السلامه و هي:

a. لبس نظارات واقيه للعيون عند استخدام الدسك للتنظيف.

b. لبس طاقيه السلامه و فيست.

c. عمل ممرات امنه.

d. لبس الكفوف في حالات خاصه .

e. تنظيف الموقع باستمرار من العوائق و الاخشاب .

f. عمل حمايات على المناطق المرتفعه لمنع السقوط .

اعمال الطمم والردم

الهدف: توضيح الطريقه التي سيتم بها تنفيذ اعمال الطمم للمرحلتين(2+3) بالطريقه الامنه و حسب المخططات و المواصفات المطلوبه في العقد.

التطبيقات: تستخدم طريقه التنفيذ هذه لكافة اعمال الطمم للمرحلتين(2+3) بكافه اشكالها.

خطوات التنفيذ:

يتم فرد الطمم بواسطة باجر على طبقات لا تزيد عن 30 سم ورش الماء عليها ودمكها .
تتكرر عملية فرد الطمم على طبقات ورش الماء عليه ودحله حتى يتم الوصول الى منسوب اسفل طبقة البيسكورس اي باقل من 30 سم من منسوب المده الارضيه .
يتم فرد طبقة البيسكورس بسماكة 15 سم (يتم تخليطها بالماء قبل فردها حسب النسبه المطلوبه للرطوبه) ودمكها جيدا بواسطة مدحله , ويكون منسوب البيسكورس -15 سم عن وجه المده الارضيه .

الاجراءات اللازمه للقيام باعمال الطمم :

1. تقديم ورقه حساب بكميه الطمم المطلوبه الى قسم المواد و مهندس الاشراف المقيم للتدقيق .

2. تسليم المهندس المقيم مراحل الطبقات لاستلام عملية الدمك للقيام باعمال الطبقه التي تليها.

3. عمل الفحوصات الازمه لطبقة البيسكورس .

4. اتباع احتياطات السلامه و هي :

a. لبس طاقيه السلامه و فيست.

b. عمل ممرات امنه.

c. لبس الكفوف في حالات خاصه .

d. تنظيف الموقع باستمرار من العوائق و الاخشاب .

e. عمل حمايات على المناطق المرتفعه لمنع السقوط .

f. وجود زامور تحذير الرجوع الى الخلف للاليات المستعمله للطمم .

اعمال طوبار وتسليح وصب المده الارضيه (الطبقه الاولى 9سم)

الهدف: توضيح الطريقه التي سيتم بها تنفيذ اعمال طوبار وتسليح وصب المده الارضيه للمرحلتين(2+3) بالطريقه الامنه و حسب المخططات و المواصفات المطلوبه في العقد.

التطبيقات: تستخدم طريقه التنفيذ هذه لكافة اعمال طوبار وتسليح وصب المدات الارضيه للمرحلتين(2+3) بكافه اشكالها.

خطوات التنفيذ:

1. يتم طوبار الحدود الخارجيه للمده الارضيه بعد ان يتم تعليمها بواسطة مساح المقاول وتسليمها الى مساح روابي .

2. يتم استخدام الواح طوبار عاديه بمقطع 2سم×10سم ويتم تدعيمها بواسطة خوازيق تدق بالتراب .

3. يتم فرد طبقة من النايلون فوق البيسكورس .

4. يتم تسليح المده الارضيه بتوزيع حديد 8ملم كل 20 سم في كلا الاتجاهين في الطبقه السفليه فقط , ثم يتم اضافة تشاريك اضافيه حديد 8ملم كل 20 سم على حدود الاتصال مع المدات المجاوره مع المراحل الاخرى .

5. يتم رفع الحديد على سبيسرات 3 سم من الباطون .

6. يتم تسليم الطوبار والحديد والمنسوب للمهندس المشرف حتى يتم التجهيز لعملية صب الباطون .

7. يتم تقديم اذن كشف لمهندس الكهرباء ومهندس الميكانيك والسلامه .

8. يتم صب الباطون بواسطة مضخة روابي ورجه مباشره وتمليسه بدرجه مقبوله باستخدام قدد طواريش وطواري حتى يبقى به خشونه لاستقبال الطبقه النهائيه والالتصاق بها.

9. يتم ايناع الباطون لمدة ثلاثة ايام متواصله.

الاجراءات اللازمه للقيام باعمال المده الارضيه :

تقديم مخطط تنفيذي للمده الارضيه انشائي وكهرباء وميكانيك لقسم (DCG) لاعتماده .
تقديم ورقة حسابات لكمية الباطون المطلوب صبها لقسم المواد ومهندس الاشراف مرفقه باذن صب .
اتباع احتياطات السلامه و هي :

a. لبس طاقيه السلامه و فيست.

b. عمل ممرات امنه.

c. لبس النظارات الواقيه للعيون .

d. لبس احذيه خاصه للباطون (جزمات).

e. لبس الكفوف في حالات خاصه .

f. تنظيف الموقع باستمرار من العوائق و الاخشاب .

g. عمل حمايات على المناطق المرتفعه لمنع السقوط .

اعمال طوبار الاعمده والجدران وتسليحها

الهدف: توضيح الطريقه التي سيتم بها تنفيذ اعمال الطوبار للاعمده والجدران وتسليحها للمرحلتين(2+3) بالطريقه الامنه و حسب المخططات و المواصفات المطلوبه في العقد.

التطبيقات: تستخدم طريقه التنفيذ هذه لكافة للاعمده والجدران المطلوب بها سطح فيرفاس للمرحلتين(2+3) بكافه اشكالها.

خطوات التنفيذ:

a) طوبار الجدران والاعمده ذات الشكل المربع :

1. نقوم بتعليم محاور الجدران بواسطة مساح المقاول وتسليمها الى مساح روابي .

2. نقوم بطوبار جانب واحد من الجدران ثم نقوم بتسليحه وتسليمه قبل اغلاقه.

3. يتم طوبار الواجهات باستخدام مراين بمقطع 5سم×10سم ودكت فيرفيس 2×60×250سم للتصفيح والاشكال (4,5,6) توضح طريقة طوبار الواجهات والربط بين كل العناصر المكونه لطوبار الواجهات .

4. يتم استخدام سياخ شد خاصه من حديد 6ملم ويتم شدها بالاعتماد على عصافير من كلا الجهتين .

5. يتم اعطاء عنايه خاصه لتصفيح الدكت وعدم ترك مسافات او فواصل بينها لاعطاء سطح فيرفيس .

6. يتم عمل شبحات مائله تثبت بمسامير 10سم مع المراين في الواجهات ومع الارض بخوازيق تدق اما في الباطون او التراب ، وايضا يمكن التثبيت عن الارض بوضع كراسي خشبيه ووضع ثقالات عليها.

7. نستخدم سبيسارات بلاستيكيه بابعاد حسب الغطاء المطلوب مثلا 4سم للاعمده تثبت على الاساور لاعطاء غطاء الباطون المطلوب .

8. الفرق بين طوبار الفيرفيس للواجهات والاعمده والطوبار العادي هو فقط في التصفيح من دكت الى الواح طوبار عاديه واستخدام اسياخ شد 6ملم بدل اسياخ شد خاصه .

(b طوبار الاعمده الدائريه والبيضاويه :

1. تعليم محاور الاعمده وتسليمها من مساح المقاول الى مساح روابي .

2. بعد تسليح الاعمده وتربيط الاساور حسب المطلوب وبالمسافات المطلوبه والاعداد المطلوبه باستخدام سلك ناعم للتربيط ويستخدم في هذه العمليه سقالات خشبيه امنه ذات حمايات للوصول للمناطق المرتفعه من الاعمده اثناء التسليح .

3. نستخدم سبيسارات بلاستيكيه بابعاد حسب الغطاء المطلوب مثلا 4سم للاعمده تثبت على الاساور لاعطاء غطاء الباطون المطلوب .

4. نقوم بتسليم الحديد الى الاشراف لاغلاق الاعمده .

5. نستخدم قوالب حديديه جاهزة التصنيع لاغلاق الاعمده الدائريه او البيضاويه .

6. يتم تثبيت هذه الاعمده حسب المحاور وتشبيحها وتقويتها بمراين خشبيه اضافيه مع استخدام براغي خاصه لها لجمعها ببعضها حيث تكون اما نصفي دائره للاعمده الدائريه او نصفي دائره بالاضافه الى قطعتين مستقيمتين تجمع بينهما لاعطاء الشكل البيضاوي كما بالشكل (7) .

الاجراءات اللازمه للقيام باعمال طوبار وتسليح الاعمده والجدران :

1. تقديم مخطط تنفيذي لاعمال الواجهات والاعمده انشائي وكهرباء وميكانيك لقسم (DCG) لاعتماده .

2. اذن تسليم حديد لاغلاق الجدران لمهندس الاشراف المقيم ومهندسي الكهرباء والميكانيك كلا بشكل منفصل .

3. طلبية حديد معتمده من قسم المواد .

4. اتباع احتياطات السلامه و هي :

a) لبس طاقيه السلامه و فيست وحذاء خاص للعمل.

b) عمل ممرات امنه.

c) لبس النظارات الواقيه للعيون .

d) لبس الكفوف في حالات خاصه .

e) تنظيف الموقع باستمرار من العوائق و الاخشاب .

f) عمل حمايات على المناطق المرتفعه لمنع السقوط .

اعمال صب الاعمده والجدران

الهدف: توضيح الطريقه التي سيتم بها تنفيذ اعمال صب للاعمده والجدران للمرحلتين (2+3) بالطريقه الامنه و حسب المخططات و المواصفات المطلوبه في العقد.

التطبيقات: تستخدم طريقه التنفيذ هذه لكافة اعمال صب الاعمده والجدران سواءا كانت فيرفيس او عاديه للمرحلتين(2+3) بكافه اشكالها.

خطوات التنفيذ:

1. يتم تحضير سقالات خشبيه تصل لمنسوب اعلى العمود او الجدار لقيام بعملية الصب والرج بطريقه امنه وسهله .

2. يتم صب ثلث العمود او الجدار كمرحله اولى ورجه باستخدام رجاج بنزين ثم صب الثلث الثاني ورجه واخيرا يتم صب الجزء الثلث الاخير لمنسوب اكثر بقليل من منسوب الصب المطلوب ورجه ليعود الباطون الى المنسوب المطلوب بعد الرج .

3. يتم فك طوبار الواجهات والاعمده بعد مرور 24 ساعه على صبها .

4. يتم لف الاعمده بالخيش وسقايتها بالماء لضمان عملية ايناع جيده للباطون .

الاجراءات اللازمه للقيام باعمال صب الاعمده والجدران :

1. اذن صب موافق عليه من المهندس المقيم ومهندس السلامه .

2. ورقة كيله لكمية الباطون المطلوبه لقسم المواد والمهندس المقيم مع مخطط موضح عليه العناصر التي سيتم صبها .

3. اتباع احتياطات السلامه و هي :

g) لبس طاقيه السلامه و فيست وحذاء خاص للعمل.

h) عمل ممرات امنه وسقالات .

i) لبس النظارات الواقيه للعيون .

j) لبس الكفوف في حالات خاصه .

k) تنظيف الموقع باستمرار من العوائق و الاخشاب .

l) عمل حمايات على المناطق المرتفعه لمنع السقوط .

اعمال طوبار الاسقف والادراج

a) اسقف فيرفيس .

b) اسقف عاديه .

الهدف: توضيح الطريقه التي سيتم بها تنفيذ اعمال طوبار الاسقف والادراج للمرحلتين (2+3) بالطريقه الامنه و حسب المخططات و المواصفات المطلوبه في العقد.

التطبيقات:

a) نستخدم هذه الطريقه لطوبار اسقف الفيرفيس لكافة اسقف وادراج المرحلتين (2+3) .

b) نستخدم هذه الطريقه لطوبار الاسقف العاديه لكافة اسقف وادراج المرحلتين (2+3) .

خطوات التنفيذ للنوع (a) من اسقف الفيرفيس :

يتم عمل شقله لمنسوب العقده المطلوب واعتماده من الاشراف .
العدد التي ستدخل في طوبار الاسقف هي :

a) جكات عاديه (دعامات حديديه على شكل مواسير يتم التحكم بارتفاعها ).

b) دعامات على شكل سقالات عندما تكون العقده ذات ارتفاع عالي او ثقيله .

c) مراين خشبيه بمقطع 5×10سم .

d) الواح 2.5×10سم كشبحات للجكات .

e) دكت 2×60×250سم فيرفيس .

f) مسامير 4سم،6سم،10سم،سلك مجدول، مثلثات بلاستيك لزوايا الجسور .

الشكل (8،9) يوضح كيف سيتم طوبار الجسور في العقده حيث يتم البدء اولا بطوبار الجسور الساقطه بين الاعمده بجمع مراين بمقطع 5×10سم بشكل متواصل بين الاعمده تحمل على الجكات وتسمى (حمالات) ، ويتم وضع جك كل 90سم .
يتم تركيب مراين حسب عرض الجسر باتجاه معاكس للحمالات كل 40سم تسمى (رمايات) ويتم تثبيتها مع الحمالات بمسامير واسلاك مجدوله .
يتم تركيب ارضية الجسور من الدكت الاملس بمسامير 6سم، ثم يتم رفع جوانب الجسر من الدكت مع اضافة مراين من الجوانب بمعدل مرينه عموديه مقابل كل رمايه من كلا الجانبين .
وبنفس الطريقه والعلاقات التي تمت بين الجكات والحمالات والرمايات والدكت يتم تصفيح ارضية الدكت للعقده بين الجسور.
يتم وضع مثلثات بلاستيكيه في الزوايا القائمه لاعطاء الجسور التثامين المطلوبه للفيرفيس .
يتم الاعتناء بزوايا الالتقاء بين الدكت للحصول على تفنيشات جيده للباطون بعد فك الطوبار .

خطوات التنفيذ للنوع (b) من الاسقف العاديه :

نفس الخطوات المذكروه في الطريقه (a) ولكن نستخدم بدل الدكت الواح خشبيه عاديه 2.5×10سم اذا كان مطلوب قصارة الاسقف لتحقيق اسطح خشنه لتلتصق عليها القصاره.
اذا وجد اسقف مستعاره فيمكن استخدام دكت املس حتى وان كان المطلوب ليس فيرفيس بموافقة الاشراف حيث لن يتم قصارة الاسقف .

v ملاحظة: عندما يكون ارتفاع الاسقف يتجاوز 4 م وهناك وزن كبير من الباطون على الجكات فنلجا لنوع اخر من الدعم وهو نظام طوبار السقايل والابراج بدل الجكات العاديه فقط وبنفس طريقة طوبار الاسقف عند استخدام الجكات العاديه ولكن يتم تكثيف المسافات بين الرمايات والحمالات لتصبح الاولى كل 20سم والثانيه كل 40سم على الاقل في العقدات ذات السماكه العاليه كما في الشكل(10) .

الاجراءات اللازمه للقيام باعمال طوبار العقدات :

1. تقديم مخطط تنفيذي للعقدات والادراج لاعتماده من قسم (DCG) .

2. تسليم الطوبار الى مهندس الاشراف بالمناسيب والتفنيشات المطلوبه .

3. اتباع احتياطات السلامه و هي :

a) لبس طاقيه السلامه و فيست وحذاء خاص للعمل.

b) عمل ممرات امنه وسقالات .

c) لبس النظارات الواقيه للعيون .

d) لبس الكفوف في حالات خاصه .

e) تنظيف الموقع باستمرار من العوائق و الاخشاب .

f) عمل حمايات واحزمه على محيط العقدات ولبس الحزام الشخصي لمنع السقوط .

اعمال تسليح العقدات والادراج

الهدف: توضيح الطريقه التي سيتم بها تنفيذ اعمال تسليح العقدات والادراج للمرحلتين (2+3) بالطريقه الامنه و حسب المخططات و المواصفات المطلوبه في العقد.

التطبيقات:

نستخدم هذه الطريقه لكافة اعمال التسليح للعقدات والادراج في المرحلتين (2+3) .

خطوات التنفيذ:

تنفيذ الطوبار من كافة اعمال النجاره والغبار .
تنظيف حديد التسليح التابع للاعمده من الباطون العالق .
البدء بتوزيع حديد الجسور والفرشه كلا حسب مكانه ليكون قريبا من مكان العمل .
وضع سبيسرات تحت حديد التسليح في ارضيات الجسور والعقدات .
نبدأ بتفريد الحديد في الجسور اولا حسب العدد والطول والقطر والشكل المطلوب للحديد السفلي والعلوي وتوزيع الكانات حسب المسافات المطلوبه بينهما وحسب التكثيف المطلوب على جوانب الاعمده في الجسور او تقسيم متساوي على كافة الجسر حسب المخططات .
يتم تربيط الحديد بسلك ناعم كل مسافه معينه حسب المواصفات وحسب ما يتطلب الوضع في الواقع لضمان عدم تحرك الحديد من مكانه اثناء الصب .
بعد الانتهاء من تسليح الجسور نبدا بتسليح الطبقه السفليه من حديد الفرشه في الاسقف ذات البلاطه المصمته ثم نستدعي فني الكهرباء والميكانيك للقيام باعمال الكهرومياكنيك .
يتم وضع كراسي حديد بين الطبقه السفليه والعلويه في الفرشه ثم تركيب الحديد العلوي معلقا على هذه الكراسي .
واذا كانت العقده اعصاب يتم وضع الطبقه العلويه في الاعصاب وفرد الريشت على الطوب او الايتونج بعد الانتهاء من اعمال الكهروميكانيك.

الاجراءات اللازمه للقيام باعمال تسليح العقدات والادراج :

1. تسليم التسليح الى مهندس الاشراف المقيم .

2. تقديم اذن استلام للكشف عن اعمال الكهرباء والميكانيك لمهندسي الكهرباء والميكانيك كلا على حدا.

3. اتباع احتياطات السلامه و هي :

m) لبس طاقيه السلامه و فيست وحذاء خاص للعمل.

n) عمل ممرات امنه وسقالات .

o) لبس النظارات الواقيه للعيون .

p) لبس الكفوف في حالات خاصه .

q) تنظيف الموقع باستمرار من العوائق و الاخشاب .

r) عمل حمايات واحزمه على محيط العقدات ولبس الحزام الشخصي لمنع السقوط .

اعمال صب العقدات والادراج

الهدف: توضيح الطريقه التي سيتم بها تنفيذ اعمال صب العقدات والادراج للمرحلتين (2+3) بالطريقه الامنه و حسب المخططات و المواصفات المطلوبه في العقد.

التطبيقات:

نستخدم هذه الطريقه لكافة اعمال صب العقدات والادراج في المرحلتين (2+3) .

خطوات التنفيذ:

1. يتم صب الجسور اولا لمنسوب الحديد العلوي اذا كانت الجسور غير عميقه ولكن يجب اختيار مساحات معينه لتسكيرها بالباطون اول باول حتى لا يكون فرق كبير بين الباطون المصبوب اولا وباطون البلاطه.

2. يتم رج الجسور والبدأ بصب البلاطه على المنسوب المطلوب اما بوضع بيش حديد فوق الحديد العلوي على المنسوب المطلوب او بالتشيك المستمر على السماكه المطلوبه بواسطة قضيب حديد .

3. يتم تسهيل وتمليس وجه الباطون بالطواريش والقدد المناسبه.

4. بعد مرور 12 ساعه من الصب يتم ايناع العقده لثلاثة ايام .

الاجراءات اللازمه للقيام باعمال صب العقدات والادراج :

اذن صب موافق عليه من مهندس الاشراف المقيم ومهندس السلامه.
ورقة كيله لكميات الباطون المطلوبه لباطون العقده والادراج لقسم المواد.
اتباع احتياطات السلامه و هي :

a) لبس طاقيه السلامه و فيست وحذاء خاص للعمل.

b) عمل ممرات امنه وسقالات .

c) لبس النظارات الواقيه للعيون .

d) لبس الكفوف في حالات خاصه .

e) تنظيف الموقع باستمرار من العوائق و الاخشاب .

f) عمل حمايات واحزمه على محيط العقدات ولبس الحزام الشخصي لمنع السقوط .

اعمال بناء الحجر

الهدف: توضيح الطريقه التي سيتم بها تنفيذ اعمال بناء الحجر للمرحلتين (2+3) بالطريقه الامنه و حسب المخططات و المواصفات المطلوبه في العقد.

التطبيقات:

نستخدم هذه الطريقه لكافة اعمال بناء الحجر في المرحلتين (2+3) .

مقدمه:

هناك ثلاثة انواع من طرق بناء الحجر وهي :

a) بناء الحجر ثم الصب خلفه باطون غير مسلح .

b) تلبيس حجر للواجهات الخرسانيه المسلحه من الخارج بعد صبها اولا .

c) بناء الحجر في بعض المناطق الخاصه مثل الجسور الساقطه واسقف الفتحات العريضه وتثبيته بدسر والصب عليه مع صب الباطون المسلح.

خطوات التنفيذ للطريقه (a) :

1) يتم عمل منسوب لبداية اول مدماك للحجر اي شقله وايضا تعين الحد الخارجي للمدماك الاول واعتماده من الاشراف .

2) يتم بناء اول قطعتين حجريتين على كلا بدايتي كل مدماك وتثبيت خيط بناء خاص بينهما ثم بناء كامل القطع الحجريه الواقعه بينهما على الخيط لضمان استقامتها وافقيتها على كامل المدماك .

3) يستخدم في عملية البناء الطينه وخليط من الناعم والاسمنت والماء بنسب معينه متفق عليها وهذا الخليط يوضع فوق ضهر كل مدماك لالصاقه بالذي تحته .

4) بعد الوصول الى اربع مداميك على الاقل يتم الطوبار خلف الحجر والصب بعنايه حتى لا يتحرك الحجر من مكانه.

5) يتم استخدام اسافين خشبيه للتحكم ببناء الحجر جيدا.

6) في بعض المناطق نحتاج الى استخدام الستوك لالصاق الحجر بسرعه وقوه خلال فتره زمنيه قصيره .

7) عند الوصول الى مناسيب بداية الفتحات نبدا بتركيب شقف الجوانب للفتحات .

8) عند الوصول الى منسوب القمط للشبابيك يتم عمل ما يلي :

a) اما طوبار عادي لتركيب القمط عليه اذا كان القمط عادي (مستقيم) .

b) واما باستخدام اقواس خشبيه جاهزة التصنيع اذا كان قمط الشباك على شكل قوس .

9) تستمر عملية البناء والصب خلف الحجر حتى الوصول الى مستوى الطابق التالي وفي هذه الحاله نتبع ما يلي :

a) اما ان يتم صب العقده بعمل لقوه عقد من الحجر لباطون العقده .

b) اما ان تكون العقده سبقت في التنفيذ اعمال الحجر للطابق وعندها يتم وضع ريشت خاص كما في بند التلبيس وتثبيت القطعه الحجريه باسلاك معدنيه خاصه مجلفنه بالريشت المعدني ثم الصب خلف الحجر .

خطوات تنفيذ الطريقه (b) وهي التلبيس :

1. يتم العمل بكافة خطوات بناء الحجر كما في الطريقه (a) ولكن يتم تثبيت شبك معدني على واجهة الباطون المسلح باستخدام دسر معدنيه ودون الحاجه الى طوبار خلف الحجر .

2. يتم عمل ثقوب بالحجر من اعلى المدماك بمعدل ثقبين في كل حجر ثم تثبيت الحجر عن طريق هذه الثقوب باسلاك معدنيه مجلفنه يتم تثبيتها على الشبك المعدني المذكور .

3. بعد بناء كل ثلاثة مداميك على الاكثر يتم الصب خلف الحجر بباطون ذات حجم حصمى صغيره(حمصيه) .

خطوات تنفيذ الطريقه (c) :

في هذه الطريقه يتم الصب خلف الحجر مع العناصر المسلحه حيث يتم عمل ثقوب بين القطع الحجريه بقطر 6ملم ويتم ربطها بحديد التسليح بواسطة اسياخ 6ملم عادي لضمان ثباتها وقوتها وتماسكها مع حديد التسليح .

الاجراءات اللازمه للقيام باعمال بناء الحجر :

تقديم مخطط تنفيذي لاعمال الحجر لاعتماده من (DCG) .
طلبية حجر معتمده من قسم المواد .
اتباع احتياطات السلامه و هي :

1. لبس طاقيه السلامه و فيست وحذاء خاص للعمل.

2. عند استخدام الديسك لعمليات القص يجب استخدام حماية على الطاره .

3. استخدام سقالات امنه ذات درابزينات حمايه .

4. عمل ممرات امنه وسقالات .

5. لبس النظارات الواقيه للعيون .

6. لبس الكفوف في حالات خاصه .

7. تنظيف الموقع باستمرار من العوائق و الاخشاب .

8. عمل حمايات واحزمه على محيط العقدات ولبس الحزام الشخصي لمنع السقوط .

طريقه التنفيذ- method statement

اعمال باطون النظاف

التطبيقات: تستخدم طريقه التنفيذ هذه لكافه اعمال النظاف المستخدم تحت القواعد بكافه اشكالها.

خطوات التنفيذ:

1. بعد استلام الموقع و اعمال الحفريات من روابي, يقوم مساح المقاول بتعيين الحدود الخارجيه للنظاف.

3. باستخدام المقدح الكهربائي يتم عمل ثقوب بالصخر على حدود النظاف .

9. بعد وصول الباطون الى قساوته المطلوبه بعد 24ساعه و ايناع الباطون بالماء نقوم بفك طوبار النظاف.

الاجراءات المطلوبه للقيام باعمال النظاف:

عمل مخطط حسب التنفيذ لاعمال الحفر للتاكد من منسوب الحفر اذا كان كافيا, و اعتماده من الاشراف.
عمل مخطط تنفيذي لباطون النظاف و اعتماده من قسم ال (DCG) .
استلام حدود النظاف من مساح المقاول عن طريق مساح روابي.
تقديم كيله هندسيه بكميه الباطون المراد صبها و توقيعها من المهندس المقيم التابع لروابي.
توقيع اذن الصب من مهندس السلامه بعد كشفه على موقع الصب و التاكد من اخذ كافه تدابير السلامه المطلوبه لعمليه الصب.
بعد م مرور اذن الصب كافه الاعتمادات المطلوبه و توفير العده المطلوبه للصب من مجارف و احذيه خاصه و نظارات واقيه للعيون و لبس طاقيه السلامه و فيست, نقوم بارسال اذن الصب مرفقا بمكيه الباطون المطلوبه الى قسم المواد لطلبها من المشتريات لتوريد كميه الباطون المطلوبه للموقع.

اعمال طوبار القواعد

التطبيقات: تستخدم طريقه التنفيذ هذه لكافه اعمال طوبارالقواعد و الاساسات للمرحلتين(2+3) بكافه اشكالها.

خطوات التنفيذ:

يتم وضع علامات الحدود الخارجيه للقواعد بواسطه مساح المقاول.
نبدأ بوضع اطار خشب محيط بالقاعده من الاسفل و من الاعلى ثم نبدأ باضافه اصابع خشبيه بشكل عمودي بمقع 5*10سم باطوال تتناسب مع ارتفاع القاعده و تبعد عن بعضها 60سم مركز لمركز.
ثم نقوم بتصفيح هذه الاصابع بالواح ديكت املس بابعاد 2*60*250سم لاعطاء سطح فير فيس لوجه القاعده من اجل العزل.
يكون الاطار الخشبي الافقي بمثابه جسر ساند للاصابع العموديه وتكون الاصابع العوديه كجسور سانده للدكت.
تستخدم في عمليه الربط بين هذه العناصر السلك المجدول و المسامير 6سم و 10سم و ايضا حديد 6ملم كاسياخ للشد.
يتم عمل دعامات(شبحات) مائله على جوانب القاعده, تثبت بواسطه مسامير بالاصابع العموديه ثم تثبت بالتراب بواسطه خوازيق داخل التراب او اثقال توضع على كراسي خشبيه.
القواعد التي لها كابات يتم معامله الكاب كطوبار القاعده و لكن يتم تدعيمها بالواح خشبيه تصل الى منسوب النظاف و بعد صب القاعده بالباطون يتم فكها, لتوضيح الخطوات السابقه انظر الشكل(1).

الاجراءات المطلوبه للقيام باعمال طوبار القواعد:

1. عمل مخطط تنفيذي للقواعد و اعتماده من قسم ال (DCG) .

2. استلام حدود القواعد من مساح المقاول عن طريق مساح روابي.

3. عمل مخطط حسب التنفيذ لمناسيب اسفل القواعد.

4. اتباع احتياطات السلامه و هي:

a) لبس نظارات واقيه للعيون عند استخدام الدسك او الصب.

خطوات التنفيذ:

3. يتم و ضع الطبقه المعاكسه فوقه و تقسيم المسافات بينها حسب العدد المطلوب.

4. استخدام اسلاك تربيط ناعمه لربط الطبقتين ببعض حتى لا يتحرك حديد التسليح من مكانه.

6. يتم تحديد مراكز الاعمده على جوانب القواعد بواسطه مساح المقاول و تسليمها الى مساح روابي.

7. يتم تثبيت شروش الاعمده او الجدران على حديد القاعده السفلي بشكل عمودي.

الاجراءات المطلوبه للقيام باعمال حديد التسليح للقواعد و شروش الاعمده:

1. عمل مخطط تنفيذي لتسليح القواعد و اعتماده من قسم ال (DCG) .

2. تقديم طلبيه حديد و اعتمادها من قسم المواد.

3. استلام محاور الاعمده من مساح المقاول عن طريق مساح روابي.

4. تسليم اعمال طوبار القواعد قبل البدء باعمال التسليح.

5. اتباع احتياطات السلامه و هي:

a. لبس نظارات واقيه للعيون عند استخدام الدسك او الصب.

b. لبس طاقيه السلامه و فيست.

c. عمل ممرات امنه.

d. لبس الكفوف في حالات خاصه.

اعمال باطون القواعد

التطبيقات: تستخدم طريقه التنفيذ هذه لكافه اعمال باطون القواعد و قواعد الجدران للمرحلتين(2+3) بكافه اشكالها.

خطوات التنفيذ:

1. عمل سقالات امنه فوق القواعد ليتمكن العمال من الوقوف فوق القواعد اثناء الصب و الرج و التمليس لوجه القاعده.

2. استخدام مضخه باطون مثبته على شحن متنقله تابعه لروابي لصب الباطون في القواعد.

الاجراءات اللازمه للقيام باعمال صب القواعد:

تقديم ورقه حساب بكميه الباطون المراد صبها الى قسم المواد و مهندس الاشراف المقيم للتدقيق.
تقديم اذن صب الى مهندس الاشراف المقيم و مهندس السلامه.
تقديم طلب كشف الى مهندس الكهرباء للكشف على اعمال الايرث.

اعمال طوبار رقاب الاعمده و صبها

التطبيقات: تستخدم طريقه التنفيذ هذه لكافه اعمال طوبار رقاب الاعمده و صبها للمرحلتين(2+3) بكافه اشكالها.

خطوات التنفيذ:

1. يتم تعليم محاور الاعمده على باطون القواعد بواسطه مساح المقاول و تسليمها الى مساح روابي.

2. يتم طوبار هيكل من المراين بمقطع 5*10سم حول العمود و تصفيحها من الداخل بدكت املس, كما بالشكل(3).

3. يتم عمل شبحات مائله لضمان شاقوليه و ثبات رقاب الاعمده.

4. يتم استخدام اسياخ شد 6ملم لتقاوم ضغط الباطون على المسافات البعيده, و تبعد عن بعضها 60سم افقي و عمودي.

5. يتم وضع منسوب صب على الطوبار من الداخل كوضع مسمار مثلا .

6. نفس الخطوات المتبعه لصب القواعد تستخدم لصب الاعمده.

7. يتم فك طوبار الاعمده بعد مرور المده المتفق عليها في العقد, و يتم ايناع الباطون بعد 12ساعه من الصب.

الاجراءات اللازمه للقيام باعمال صب القواعد:

تقديم ورقه حساب بكميه الباطون B450 المراد صبها الى قسم المواد و مهندس الاشراف المقيم للتدقيق.
تقديم مخطط تنفيذ لحديد رقاب الاعمده لاعتماده من ال(DCG) .
تقديم اذن صب الى مهندس الاشراف المقيم و مهندس السلامه.
اتباع احتياطات السلامه و هي:

a. لبس نظارات واقيه للعيون عند استخدام الدسك او الصب.

b. لبس طاقيه السلامه و فيست.

c. عمل ممرات امنه.

d. لبس الكفوف في حالات خاصه.

e. تنظيف الموقع باستمرار من العوائق و الاخشاب.

f. عمل حمايات على المناطق المرتفعه لمنع السقوط.

اعمال عزل القواعد و رقاب الاعمده

خطوات التنفيذ:

2. يتم دهان وجه برايمر والانتظار لمدة ساعه .

3. يتم دهان طبقه اولى من البيتيومين ثم الانتظار لمدة ستة ساعات .

4. دهان الطبقه الثانيه من البيتيومين بالاتجاه المعاكس لاتجاه الطبقه الاولى بواسطة فرشاه خاصه .

5. ثم يتم مباشرة تغطية العزل بطبقه بلاستيكيه خاصه لحماية العزل والقواعد .

6. في بعض المناطق نحتاج استخدام قطع خشبيه صغيره مع مسامير بولاد لتثبيت الطبقه البلاستيكيه .

الاجراءات اللازمه للقيام باعمال عزل القواعد ورقاب الاعمده والجدران:

تقديم ورقه حساب بكميه الماده العازله من برايمر وبيتيومين والطبقه البلاستيكيه المطلوبه الى قسم المواد و مهندس الاشراف المقيم للتدقيق .
بعد توريد مواد العزل يتم تخزينها في مكان مظلل حتى لا تتلف .
تسليم المهندس المقيم من روابي لاسطح الباطون المراد عزلها.
اتباع احتياطات السلامه و هي:

a. لبس نظارات واقيه للعيون عند استخدام الدسك للتنظيف.

b. لبس طاقيه السلامه و فيست.

c. عمل ممرات امنه.

d. لبس الكفوف في حالات خاصه .

e. تنظيف الموقع باستمرار من العوائق و الاخشاب .

f. عمل حمايات على المناطق المرتفعه لمنع السقوط .

اعمال الطمم والردم

التطبيقات: تستخدم طريقه التنفيذ هذه لكافة اعمال الطمم للمرحلتين(2+3) بكافه اشكالها.

خطوات التنفيذ:

يتم فرد الطمم بواسطة باجر على طبقات لا تزيد عن 30 سم ورش الماء عليها ودمكها .
تتكرر عملية فرد الطمم على طبقات ورش الماء عليه ودحله حتى يتم الوصول الى منسوب اسفل طبقة البيسكورس اي باقل من 30 سم من منسوب المده الارضيه .
يتم فرد طبقة البيسكورس بسماكة 15 سم (يتم تخليطها بالماء قبل فردها حسب النسبه المطلوبه للرطوبه) ودمكها جيدا بواسطة مدحله , ويكون منسوب البيسكورس -15 سم عن وجه المده الارضيه .

الاجراءات اللازمه للقيام باعمال الطمم :

1. تقديم ورقه حساب بكميه الطمم المطلوبه الى قسم المواد و مهندس الاشراف المقيم للتدقيق .

2. تسليم المهندس المقيم مراحل الطبقات لاستلام عملية الدمك للقيام باعمال الطبقه التي تليها.

3. عمل الفحوصات الازمه لطبقة البيسكورس .

4. اتباع احتياطات السلامه و هي :

a. لبس طاقيه السلامه و فيست.

b. عمل ممرات امنه.

c. لبس الكفوف في حالات خاصه .

d. تنظيف الموقع باستمرار من العوائق و الاخشاب .

2. يتم استخدام الواح طوبار عاديه بمقطع 2سم×10سم ويتم تدعيمها بواسطة خوازيق تدق بالتراب .

3. يتم فرد طبقة من النايلون فوق البيسكورس .

5. يتم رفع الحديد على سبيسرات 3 سم من الباطون .

6. يتم تسليم الطوبار والحديد والمنسوب للمهندس المشرف حتى يتم التجهيز لعملية صب الباطون .

7. يتم تقديم اذن كشف لمهندس الكهرباء ومهندس الميكانيك والسلامه .

9. يتم ايناع الباطون لمدة ثلاثة ايام متواصله.

a) طوبار الجدران والاعمده ذات الشكل المربع :

1. نقوم بتعليم محاور الجدران بواسطة مساح المقاول وتسليمها الى مساح روابي .

2. نقوم بطوبار جانب واحد من الجدران ثم نقوم بتسليحه وتسليمه قبل اغلاقه.

4. يتم استخدام سياخ شد خاصه من حديد 6ملم ويتم شدها بالاعتماد على عصافير من كلا الجهتين .

5. يتم اعطاء عنايه خاصه لتصفيح الدكت وعدم ترك مسافات او فواصل بينها لاعطاء سطح فيرفيس .

(b طوبار الاعمده الدائريه والبيضاويه :

1. تعليم محاور الاعمده وتسليمها من مساح المقاول الى مساح روابي .

4. نقوم بتسليم الحديد الى الاشراف لاغلاق الاعمده .

5. نستخدم قوالب حديديه جاهزة التصنيع لاغلاق الاعمده الدائريه او البيضاويه .

الاجراءات اللازمه للقيام باعمال طوبار وتسليح الاعمده والجدران :

1. تقديم مخطط تنفيذي لاعمال الواجهات والاعمده انشائي وكهرباء وميكانيك لقسم (DCG) لاعتماده .

2. اذن تسليم حديد لاغلاق الجدران لمهندس الاشراف المقيم ومهندسي الكهرباء والميكانيك كلا بشكل منفصل .

3. طلبية حديد معتمده من قسم المواد .

اعمال صب الاعمده والجدران

خطوات التنفيذ:

1. يتم تحضير سقالات خشبيه تصل لمنسوب اعلى العمود او الجدار لقيام بعملية الصب والرج بطريقه امنه وسهله .

3. يتم فك طوبار الواجهات والاعمده بعد مرور 24 ساعه على صبها .

4. يتم لف الاعمده بالخيش وسقايتها بالماء لضمان عملية ايناع جيده للباطون .

الاجراءات اللازمه للقيام باعمال صب الاعمده والجدران :

1. اذن صب موافق عليه من المهندس المقيم ومهندس السلامه .

2. ورقة كيله لكمية الباطون المطلوبه لقسم المواد والمهندس المقيم مع مخطط موضح عليه العناصر التي سيتم صبها .

3. اتباع احتياطات السلامه و هي :

g) لبس طاقيه السلامه و فيست وحذاء خاص للعمل.

h) عمل ممرات امنه وسقالات .

i) لبس النظارات الواقيه للعيون .

j) لبس الكفوف في حالات خاصه .

k) تنظيف الموقع باستمرار من العوائق و الاخشاب .

l) عمل حمايات على المناطق المرتفعه لمنع السقوط .

اعمال طوبار الاسقف والادراج

a) اسقف فيرفيس .

b) اسقف عاديه .

التطبيقات:

a) نستخدم هذه الطريقه لطوبار اسقف الفيرفيس لكافة اسقف وادراج المرحلتين (2+3) .

b) نستخدم هذه الطريقه لطوبار الاسقف العاديه لكافة اسقف وادراج المرحلتين (2+3) .

خطوات التنفيذ للنوع (a) من اسقف الفيرفيس :

يتم عمل شقله لمنسوب العقده المطلوب واعتماده من الاشراف .
العدد التي ستدخل في طوبار الاسقف هي :

a) جكات عاديه (دعامات حديديه على شكل مواسير يتم التحكم بارتفاعها ).

b) دعامات على شكل سقالات عندما تكون العقده ذات ارتفاع عالي او ثقيله .

c) مراين خشبيه بمقطع 5×10سم .

d) الواح 2.5×10سم كشبحات للجكات .

e) دكت 2×60×250سم فيرفيس .

f) مسامير 4سم،6سم،10سم،سلك مجدول، مثلثات بلاستيك لزوايا الجسور .

الشكل (8،9) يوضح كيف سيتم طوبار الجسور في العقده حيث يتم البدء اولا بطوبار الجسور الساقطه بين الاعمده بجمع مراين بمقطع 5×10سم بشكل متواصل بين الاعمده تحمل على الجكات وتسمى (حمالات) ، ويتم وضع جك كل 90سم .
يتم تركيب مراين حسب عرض الجسر باتجاه معاكس للحمالات كل 40سم تسمى (رمايات) ويتم تثبيتها مع الحمالات بمسامير واسلاك مجدوله .
يتم تركيب ارضية الجسور من الدكت الاملس بمسامير 6سم، ثم يتم رفع جوانب الجسر من الدكت مع اضافة مراين من الجوانب بمعدل مرينه عموديه مقابل كل رمايه من كلا الجانبين .
وبنفس الطريقه والعلاقات التي تمت بين الجكات والحمالات والرمايات والدكت يتم تصفيح ارضية الدكت للعقده بين الجسور.
يتم وضع مثلثات بلاستيكيه في الزوايا القائمه لاعطاء الجسور التثامين المطلوبه للفيرفيس .
يتم الاعتناء بزوايا الالتقاء بين الدكت للحصول على تفنيشات جيده للباطون بعد فك الطوبار .

خطوات التنفيذ للنوع (b) من الاسقف العاديه :

نفس الخطوات المذكروه في الطريقه (a) ولكن نستخدم بدل الدكت الواح خشبيه عاديه 2.5×10سم اذا كان مطلوب قصارة الاسقف لتحقيق اسطح خشنه لتلتصق عليها القصاره.
اذا وجد اسقف مستعاره فيمكن استخدام دكت املس حتى وان كان المطلوب ليس فيرفيس بموافقة الاشراف حيث لن يتم قصارة الاسقف .

الاجراءات اللازمه للقيام باعمال طوبار العقدات :

1. تقديم مخطط تنفيذي للعقدات والادراج لاعتماده من قسم (DCG) .

2. تسليم الطوبار الى مهندس الاشراف بالمناسيب والتفنيشات المطلوبه .

3. اتباع احتياطات السلامه و هي :

a) لبس طاقيه السلامه و فيست وحذاء خاص للعمل.

b) عمل ممرات امنه وسقالات .

c) لبس النظارات الواقيه للعيون .

d) لبس الكفوف في حالات خاصه .

e) تنظيف الموقع باستمرار من العوائق و الاخشاب .

f) عمل حمايات واحزمه على محيط العقدات ولبس الحزام الشخصي لمنع السقوط .

اعمال تسليح العقدات والادراج

التطبيقات:

نستخدم هذه الطريقه لكافة اعمال التسليح للعقدات والادراج في المرحلتين (2+3) .

خطوات التنفيذ:

تنفيذ الطوبار من كافة اعمال النجاره والغبار .
تنظيف حديد التسليح التابع للاعمده من الباطون العالق .
البدء بتوزيع حديد الجسور والفرشه كلا حسب مكانه ليكون قريبا من مكان العمل .
وضع سبيسرات تحت حديد التسليح في ارضيات الجسور والعقدات .
نبدأ بتفريد الحديد في الجسور اولا حسب العدد والطول والقطر والشكل المطلوب للحديد السفلي والعلوي وتوزيع الكانات حسب المسافات المطلوبه بينهما وحسب التكثيف المطلوب على جوانب الاعمده في الجسور او تقسيم متساوي على كافة الجسر حسب المخططات .
يتم تربيط الحديد بسلك ناعم كل مسافه معينه حسب المواصفات وحسب ما يتطلب الوضع في الواقع لضمان عدم تحرك الحديد من مكانه اثناء الصب .
بعد الانتهاء من تسليح الجسور نبدا بتسليح الطبقه السفليه من حديد الفرشه في الاسقف ذات البلاطه المصمته ثم نستدعي فني الكهرباء والميكانيك للقيام باعمال الكهرومياكنيك .
يتم وضع كراسي حديد بين الطبقه السفليه والعلويه في الفرشه ثم تركيب الحديد العلوي معلقا على هذه الكراسي .
واذا كانت العقده اعصاب يتم وضع الطبقه العلويه في الاعصاب وفرد الريشت على الطوب او الايتونج بعد الانتهاء من اعمال الكهروميكانيك.

الاجراءات اللازمه للقيام باعمال تسليح العقدات والادراج :

1. تسليم التسليح الى مهندس الاشراف المقيم .

2. تقديم اذن استلام للكشف عن اعمال الكهرباء والميكانيك لمهندسي الكهرباء والميكانيك كلا على حدا.

3. اتباع احتياطات السلامه و هي :

m) لبس طاقيه السلامه و فيست وحذاء خاص للعمل.

n) عمل ممرات امنه وسقالات .

o) لبس النظارات الواقيه للعيون .

p) لبس الكفوف في حالات خاصه .

q) تنظيف الموقع باستمرار من العوائق و الاخشاب .

r) عمل حمايات واحزمه على محيط العقدات ولبس الحزام الشخصي لمنع السقوط .

اعمال صب العقدات والادراج

التطبيقات:

نستخدم هذه الطريقه لكافة اعمال صب العقدات والادراج في المرحلتين (2+3) .

خطوات التنفيذ:

3. يتم تسهيل وتمليس وجه الباطون بالطواريش والقدد المناسبه.

4. بعد مرور 12 ساعه من الصب يتم ايناع العقده لثلاثة ايام .

الاجراءات اللازمه للقيام باعمال صب العقدات والادراج :

اذن صب موافق عليه من مهندس الاشراف المقيم ومهندس السلامه.
ورقة كيله لكميات الباطون المطلوبه لباطون العقده والادراج لقسم المواد.
اتباع احتياطات السلامه و هي :

a) لبس طاقيه السلامه و فيست وحذاء خاص للعمل.

b) عمل ممرات امنه وسقالات .

c) لبس النظارات الواقيه للعيون .

d) لبس الكفوف في حالات خاصه .

e) تنظيف الموقع باستمرار من العوائق و الاخشاب .

f) عمل حمايات واحزمه على محيط العقدات ولبس الحزام الشخصي لمنع السقوط .

اعمال بناء الحجر

التطبيقات:

نستخدم هذه الطريقه لكافة اعمال بناء الحجر في المرحلتين (2+3) .

مقدمه:

هناك ثلاثة انواع من طرق بناء الحجر وهي :

a) بناء الحجر ثم الصب خلفه باطون غير مسلح .

b) تلبيس حجر للواجهات الخرسانيه المسلحه من الخارج بعد صبها اولا .

خطوات التنفيذ للطريقه (a) :

1) يتم عمل منسوب لبداية اول مدماك للحجر اي شقله وايضا تعين الحد الخارجي للمدماك الاول واعتماده من الاشراف .

4) بعد الوصول الى اربع مداميك على الاقل يتم الطوبار خلف الحجر والصب بعنايه حتى لا يتحرك الحجر من مكانه.

5) يتم استخدام اسافين خشبيه للتحكم ببناء الحجر جيدا.

6) في بعض المناطق نحتاج الى استخدام الستوك لالصاق الحجر بسرعه وقوه خلال فتره زمنيه قصيره .

7) عند الوصول الى مناسيب بداية الفتحات نبدا بتركيب شقف الجوانب للفتحات .

8) عند الوصول الى منسوب القمط للشبابيك يتم عمل ما يلي :

a) اما طوبار عادي لتركيب القمط عليه اذا كان القمط عادي (مستقيم) .

b) واما باستخدام اقواس خشبيه جاهزة التصنيع اذا كان قمط الشباك على شكل قوس .

9) تستمر عملية البناء والصب خلف الحجر حتى الوصول الى مستوى الطابق التالي وفي هذه الحاله نتبع ما يلي :

a) اما ان يتم صب العقده بعمل لقوه عقد من الحجر لباطون العقده .

خطوات تنفيذ الطريقه (b) وهي التلبيس :

3. بعد بناء كل ثلاثة مداميك على الاكثر يتم الصب خلف الحجر بباطون ذات حجم حصمى صغيره(حمصيه) .

خطوات تنفيذ الطريقه (c) :

في هذه الطريقه يتم الصب خلف الحجر مع العناصر المسلحه حيث يتم عمل ثقوب بين القطع الحجريه بقطر 6ملم ويتم ربطها بحديد التسليح بواسطة اسياخ 6ملم عادي لضمان ثباتها وقوتها وتماسكها مع حديد التسليح .

But with the modern technology in the world of building and the increase need for improved properties of concrete to match with these modern buildings such as when casting concrete for some members in the building that have a very dense steel bars, we have to improve the workability of concrete by some additive materials called concrete admixtures. Admixtures added to concrete can modify its properties on both the fresh and hardened stages, but it is used mostly to modify the properties of fresh or plastic concrete.

Concrete admixtures have been around for many years, but in the recent years there has been an extensive development for a new admixture. It is possible that almost all concrete used these days contains some type of admixture. Admixtures can be employed to entrain air for free-thaw resistance, to accelerate or retard setting time, to control strength development, to achieve shrinkage compensation and to improve workability. Most of unwanted effects of early admixtures have been overcome. The most dramatic development has been in the area of superplasticizers or high range water reducers. These products now allow high level of water reduction without a loss in workability. Whilst early superplasticizers had a limited time over which they were effective, modern superplasticisers allow sufficient control for the setting in, for example, a large pour, until all the concrete has been placed.

When making a concrete mix design care should be taken to use the same admixture for both the mix design and the concrete to be used for the building due to the different in there ingredients for each material. So chemical admixtures are material in the form of powder or fluids that are added to concrete to give it certain properties that will not be achieved with plain concrete. In normal use, admixture dosages are less than 5% by mass of cement and are added to the concrete at the time of batching/mixing.

What types of chemical admixtures are available today?

1. Accelerators: speed up the hydration (hardening) of the concrete.

2. Retarders: slow the hydration (hardening) of the concrete, and are used in large or difficult pours where partial setting before the pour is complete is undesirable.

3. Air-entertainers: add and distribute tiny air bubbles in the concrete, which will reduce damage during freeze-thaw cycles thereby increase the concrete’s durability.

4. Plasticizers: (water-reducing admixtures) increase the workability of plastic of fresh concrete, allowing it is placed more easily with less consolidating effort.

5. Superplasticizers: (high-range water-reducing admixtures) are a class of plasticizers which have fewer deleterious effects when use to significantly increase workability. Alternatively; plasticizers can be used to reduce the water content of a concrete (and have been called water reducer due to this application) while maintaining workability. This improves its strength and durability characteristics.

6. Pigments: can be used to change the color of concrete, for aesthetics. Mainly they are ferrous oxides.

7. Corrosion inhibitors: are used to minimize the corrosion of steel and steel bars in concrete.

8. Bonding agent: is used to create a bond between old and new concrete.

9. Pumping aids: improve pumpability, thicken the paste and reduce dewatering of the paste.

When we talk about building sector we should give the stone building a special importance because it is the most popular and oldest cladding material used for external walls and for some other decorative purposes such as fireplaces frames.

What are the advantages of stone building than other cladding materials?

Stone is a natural material which resists weather conditions than other cladding materials like plastering etc, so it minimize maintenance costs.
It has different natural colors that do not change from weather conditions and sun light depends on its chemical elements such as white, black, yellow, gray, pink etc.
It has many surface textures depending on the type of its local name like Mulatash texture for rough surface, Matabeh for smoother surface, Sumsum for the smoothest and Tubzah for the roughest suface .

It gives the designer engineer a wide variety of design details and shapes to choose from for his building elevations and frames of openings such as arches, stone columns and curneshes etc, because it is available in different colors and textures.

It increase the insulation of the walls due to the increased thickness of the wall and the use of the insulation material between the concrete and brick.

There is a three wall cases in which we build stone:

1. Stone walls,firstly we build the stone pieces not less than 5cm, then backing with concrete behind with a thickness of not less than 15cm, then adding 2cm of insulation layer, then building a brick concrete block from 7-10cm thickness.
2. Stone cladding for reinforced shear walls, firstly we fix a steel mesh on the reinforced wall with bolts or other like bending the tying rods remains from the formwork works, then we start building the first piece of stone and the last then tying with a thread between them, and building the rest of stone pieces in between and by that we have the same level and straightness for the whole row, then backing with 5cm concrete the stone pieces them self’s are fixed to the steel mesh with galvanized steel wires of about 3mm thickness, the whole thickness of the wall will be the sum of 5cm stone, 15cm concrete, 2cm insulation layer, 7-10cm bricks.

3. In the third case we cast the reinforced concrete elements with the stone together like casting beams over openings or bottom of cantilevers etc, in this case we drill a steel studs in the stone pieces to strengthen the connection between stone and concrete, the method of building mentioned in the stone cladding case are the same for the three types of wall cases relative to the stone pieces rows.

The disadvantage of using stone building:

· It slows the construction process because building the stone needs special care and accuracy to build it and while building you need always to choose the best stone for your project because it is always a matter of negotiation between the contractor and the supervisor engineer and the stone supplier about the quality of stone imported to the project so this will increase the time period of the project. also we can't cast the concrete backing behind it more than three row level in less than an our.

· It is an expensive cladding material relative to other cladding materials so it increases the cost of the project.

· It is a heavy material so we should take this into consideration while calculating the loads on the building to increase the reinforcement steel, and this will also increase the cost of the project.

After all the mentioned above about stone building and the advantages and disadvantages of stone building, we can say stone building is one of the oldest building material used in the history of architecture and it's advantages are more than it's disadvantages.

How to repair serious segregation in reinforced concrete?

When we work in building projects we absolutely deal with concrete, concrete is a famous construction material which consist mainly from cement, gravel aggregate, water and other chemical additives to a achieve or increase some required properties like workability, but when we cast a densely reinforced concrete elements with reinforcements bars, we might have concrete segregation .

So with all these concrete additives used and long experience with concrete mix design, sometimes we surprised with some segregations here or there in the concrete elements maybe due to too much compacting or not enough compacting or the workability of concrete is not enough . Some of these segregation can be repaired easily when it is on the surface with cemented materials like Rendrock FC, but others needs to be casted again with special materials conbextra HF which has a very low shrinkage Coefficient and high compression strength, in this article we will negotiate serious segregation which needs to be cast again with conbextra HF.

Steps to follow to repair serious segregation with materials for construction solutions:

1. Firstly we should remove all the loose or none dense concrete parts till we have a dense layer of concrete and clean steel reinforcement, we also Wash the surface to clean it from dust and then wait to dry.

2. We paint the old surface of concrete to be in contact with a glue material to increase the sticking relation between the old concrete and the new material, then we have about 4 hours to finish the rest of job till the set of this material as shown in picture below.

3. Then we surround the segregated area with sealant material like silicon materials to prevent the seepage of liquid mixture to flow between the shuttering formwork and concrete surface (we should give this matter special care because the material can flow the smallest spaces of shuttering).

4. We start the shuttering process from one or both sides it depends on the depth of segregation, then we leave a small hole to cast the cemented material from it.

5. We prepare an 18 litter bucket, drill, mixer arm fixed to the drill, clean water with temperature degree not less than 22C◦.

6. Pouring 4.5 litter of water in 18 litter bucket then start adding the conbextra HFslowly on it while mixing with the drill , we continue mixing till we have a homogeneous workable solution, then casting it from the hole, we repeat this process till we fill the segregated volume(while casting the mixture we don't have to compact).

7. After 24 hours we remove the shuttering and we have the result as we see in the following picture.

Site excavation is the first step in which we start the building projects, this step should be managed successfully in order to minimize the cost of it and to reach the required level with the shortest time as possible, so we need to know what are the steps to follow to achieve our purpose in all the circumstances and site conditions of the natural ground.

What are the right steps to achieve a successful site excavation?

Firstly we survey the site of the building project to have written information about the levels of the natural ground which called a contour grid lines plan and make an alignment for these levels to the site plan of the project to make sure we take into consideration all the parts of the project that needs excavations depends on the design levels.
Then we surround the site of building with fence and warning signs required for the safety of the people getting close to the excavation area. Then we clean the site from trees, old buildings and make sure from the authorities that there are no service lines in the site such as electricity, water, telephone lines crossing the excavation area.
Now it depends on the type of soil if it needs a sheet pile around the excavation area to prevent the collapse of soil when excavating or not when we deal with hard rock soil.
With the help of a surveyor we mark the outlines of the excavation area and taking into consideration a work space of not less than 1.5m more than the required outline of the excavation area for the workers to execute their jobs easily.
To choose the type of excavators to be used it depends on the type of soil wither it is rock soil or soft for excavating operations .
We start the excavation process after making the required calculation to what depth we need to excavate,and travelling the excess soil out side the site, and we should notice to store some of the excavated materials if it is suitable for back filling behind the walls of the building.
Every time we should chick the level and outline of excavation with the help of a surveyor to make sure that our excavator is excavating in the right location of excavation which mean he didn't excavating more or less than the required area of excavation and not more than the required level of excavation and we shouldn't depend on our approximation because the human eye always makes mistakes in this kind of approximation, by all these mentioned steps we will never make mistakes in our site excavation ,so we manage a successful site excavation.

How to install the reinforcement parts of steel for the beam practically?

To install the reinforcement steel of a beam needs some particular experience how to do that, and the people who needs this kind of experience should be the contractor and the site engineer, so it is not enough to know how to design or draw a reinforcement steel of a beam but also to have the experience how this reinforcement steel (bottom bars, middle bars, top bars, stirrups) will be installed in the beam as shown in the picture bellow.

Here are the steps of how to reinforce a beam

1. From the structure drawings of the beam we take the location and name of the beam such as B-1 for example.

2. Then we go to the detailed drawings such as sections, longitudinal sections to make in a list of its diameter, number, shapes (bent or straight steel), and length of bars for the bottom, middle and top steel, and we do so for the stirrups like number, dimensions and spaces of the stirrups.

3. After we have the list for bars and stirrups of the specified beam we prepare them by multiple processes like bending of hooks, cutting the required lengths, and we do the same for the stirrups then we bring all these parts close to the beam location.

4. We put the bottom, middle, top steel in their locations in the beam and that will be easy then we lift the bottom steel as closer as possible to the top steel from middle of the span of the beam by making it in a curvature shape with the help of a piece of wood left on two bricks or something equal as shown in the picture bellow, then we start to add the whole required number of stirrups for that beam from the smallest distance between the bottom and top steel bars in the middle of the span which we have made in purpose for this reason.

5. Finally we start arranging the required spacing between stirrups then tying these stirrups with the top bars of the beam, then we release the piece of wood that left the bottom steel to let it back to its original location in the beam, then we left the bottom steel on spacers to achieve the required cover of the concrete and start tying the bottom steel.

Finally, with the previous steps we are now qualified to reinforce a beam in the site and the beam now is ready to be casted with concrete.

By the way these steps are applicable for hidden beam and tie beams.

Firstly if you want your project to succeed and you want to achieve the goals you are planning to from your project you should always remember three things:

· The budget of the project (the expected amount of money to execute all the activities of the project).

1. The Project Charter:

Having complete clarity as to the purpose of the project is the first hurdle to overcome in being able to successfully complete the project and this is defined in the project charter. 16)Reinforcement of the slabs then casting with concrete pump.

17)Building stone walls between columns for the external walls of the building.

18)Stone cladding for the shear walls 5cm stone and 10cm concrete with reinforcement steel mesh of 8mm diameter.

19)Internal partitions which might be concrete block or gypsum boards.
