At your age it is somewhat difficult to say how you will eventually turn out to be. The body is growing at a very rapid pace but it is fair to conclude that you will have sizable breasts. 1. Eat lower calorie foods. That means more veggies and less meats. No to high sugar foods.
2. Have good breakfast and then eat small meals during the day.
3. Run for at least an hour daily. Add other exercises in form of getting up more often to do things and going up and down the steps.
4. Keep a positive outlook and recognize that nothing will change overnight. It will take years but in the end it will be worth it.

And as anyone can make sense now, the silicone became hard and scar tissue formed. That led to a series of corrective measures.
