Ekk Deewana Tha, is a Gautham Menon’s Hindi remake of his Tamil Film "Vinnauthaandi Varuvaaya", which was a Big HIT! Sachin (Prateik Babbar) a middle class guy runs after his dream of becoming a film maker. He is quiet dramatic, believes in miracles and a hopeless guy for his parents and falls in love with Jessie at first sight. Where as Jessie (Amy Jackson) is a very simple, carrier conscious girl, who is living up a family oriented life. Promotional movie trailers were quite interesting to get huge rush for First show.
Some good jokes are tried in movie, but weak in execution may be. Both Amy Jackson and Prateek Babbar look smart and stylish( efforts done on looks). There is an average chemistry between the couple. Hardly feels romantic even after kissing scenes. But Amy Jackson looks beautiful in well wrapped sarees ( definitely have huge fan following).
The movie may brings nothing fresh other than new attractive face of Amy Jackson. The film is a routine work of 90’s, where a villain and a hero fight exists. Although there are more released endings, can say its only for Audience(Great work). Film's music is composed by AR Rehman, has some nice romantic numbers, to make good match with story.

Nicolas Cage (Johnny Blaze) plays the role of a stunt motorcyclist from hell. Eva Mendes plays the role of TV journalist Roxanne Simpson. The role of devil is played by Peter Fonda. It is a sequel to Mark Steven Johnson’s big screen take on the Marvel Comics character from 2007. Ghost Rider is one of the best designed characters in Marvel's canon, - a young man struggling to contain the murderous impulses of a demon trapped inside him

The movie quickly covers the part how Johnny Blaze became a ghost rider - He made a deal with the devil to save his own father’s life who was suffering from cancer. As part of the deal, Johnny was cursed to be a ghost rider.

The movie is still about Johnny Blaze struggling with the curse of being the Ghost Rider. He hides in a remote part of Eastern Europe, where a secret sect of the church asks him to save a boy Danny (Fergus Riordan) from the devil. In return, the monks will help Blaze rid himself of the Ghost Rider demon once his task has been completed. Obviously, things don’t turn out as neatly as decided.

While the Ghost Rider emerged out of one such deal, Danny was born out of another one made with his mother, Nadya (Violante Placido). Will Johnny Blaze be able to save Danny? Will Johnny Blaze get rid of his curse?

The movie fails to live to its expectations .The screenplay is stale and is devoid of any emotional moments. Neveldine and Taylor’s direction concentrates of making the most of the action sequences, ignoring the script almost altogether. The 3D effects are effective in a few scenes. The entertainment value is negligent.

It is romantic comedy with the usual story line. However the presentation of the movie is fresh and entertaining. The boy is a rigid male character and the girl is Bindass – just like in Jab We Met . Rahul Kapoor (Imran Khan) lives to please his parentsand is set to inherit his father’s business. Riana Braganza (Kareena Kapoor) is a hairstylist and lives life on her own terms.. They meet in Vegas on Christmas Night, and wake up to find they are married. They try to get the marriage annulled and are given ten days to proceed for the same. During this time they laugh and fight,spend time with each other. Rahul develops feelings for Riana . However, Riana is being just a good friend.will they be friends or will they fall in love? The film’s climax is unusual and would surprise atleast half the audience.

Overall it is an average movie – a onetime watch.
