Trade Subcontractors who do not submit the pre-qualification information will not be allowed to bid the project. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;If Webcor, at its own discretion, chooses to recommend any of the Surveying contract work to the SFPUC for its approval, the Trade Subcontractor will be asked to comply with all City contract requirements, including those of the City’s Human Rights Commission (HRC).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Contract documents, including plans and specifications, for the project are anticipated to be available for bidding shortly following prequalification. The estimated date for issuing the Notice to Proceed (NTP) for construction is late May 2010.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Trade Subcontractors shall submit and will be evaluated on information with respect to their experience on projects of similar size, scope and complexity.  The information shall include general and specific experience, claim and surety history, financials, ability to meet schedule and budget requirements and skills in general management and coordination. Site inspections of the project areas will follow the conference.  There will also be an opportunity to inspect the geologic boring core samples at the end of the site inspection.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Space on the busses is limited, and private vehicles will not be allowed on the site inspections.  In order to accommodate everyone, the SFPUC requests that all contractors RSVP for the site inspection by Friday, January 29, 2010.
