Just make a regular chocolate chip cookie batch, your very favorite kind. Then look at the weed you're gonna cook with and decide how many cookies you'd like it to make. So if you've got say a couple joint's worth, make maybe 3 or 4 cookies with it. Experiment with amounts. Maybe you've got just enough for one cookie.
Then to make sure all the THC is properly isomerized by heat (something I'm not sure would otherwise happen given the short cooking time and relatively low mid-cookie temperature), saute the weed in a bit of vegetable oil in a little pan or pot at a low-med temperature 'til it's nice and aromatic and getting just a bit crispy and darker, but *not* to the point of toasted, brown, or god forbid, burnt in any way. Cool the oil/weed mixture down, then add however may cookies' worth of dough to the pan, mix it all up to get all the weed and now-psychoactive green oil blended in, and then dollop out your special green cookies onto the baking sheet along with their paler non-psychedelic brethren and bake away!

Hint: don't use too much oil to precook the weed, or the cookies will be too, well, oily.

Variation: don't use any oil at all to precook the weed, just stir it around in a dry pan, being again very careful not to burn any. I'm not sure which works best in terms of THC utilization - with oil or without, but I feel a bit safer using some oil because the heat is more evenly distributed and there's less chance of burning.

This last technique, cooking the weed in a dry pan, is from the famous early 70's primer "A Child's Garden of Grass" and does work very well if you're careful not to burn, allowing you to add the isomerized toasted grass to almost anything.

I particularly like sprinkling it on toast with butter and honey. Yummy!

1 loaf whole-wheat bread
1 cup sliced avocado
1 lb farmer's cheese (a white, mild cheese)
2 tsp. ground hemp seed
1 tsp. basil
1/4 oz FINE SINSI
1 stick margarine or butter

To prepare Chef RA's Puna Butter, melt the butter or margarine in a double boiler and add the ganja, cooking over a moderate flame for 20 minutes. (Don't burn the butter!) Strain out the plant matter and set aside. For the toastie, place slices of cheese, then avocado, on a piece of bread. Sprinkle with hemp seeds and basil. For extra variety, add tomato slices and sprouts or sun-dried tomatoes, and garlic.
Top with another slice of bread. Then drop a tablespoon of Puna Butter into a frying pan and grill the toastie on both sides, using low heat. Grill with as much butter as you can without burning the bread, covering the pan to melt the cheese. Get TOASTED,
Spaghetti alla ganja red neck :-)

1 lb. hot red pepper linguine
1 1/2 lb. white mushrooms
2 green peppers, cut up
1/8 lb. fine bud or leaf of ganja
1 1/2 stick butter
1/2 pint of half-and-half cream
4 cloves chopped garlic
1 cup chopped fresh basil (or 2 tsp. dry basil)

Take the ganja and heat it in butter over moderate flame. Cook the butter in a double-boiler pot, making sure you heat it for at least 20 minutes, making sure not to burn the butter. Strain out the leaf and set the butter aside. Cook your linguine, but not too long. Pour your
butter into another pan and add pepper, garlic and mushrooms, and sauté them a couple of minutes. Then drain the linguine and add to
the sauté mixture. Pour in the cream and let it slowly reduce. The cream slowly thickens over a low flame. When it boils off the bottom of the pan, you are ready to eat.
necessary ingredients:

1 / approx 1g of hashiku per person (depending on the forces - I gave at an average quality Hashiku of 1 gram and I would say that it was perhaps too much ...;))
2 /hemp oil, preferably vegetable to prevent it from burning
3 / ketchup
4 / grinded pepper
5 / slices of soya meat (maybe already seasoned)

procedure:

1 / First you must prepare slices of soya meat - on the instructions given a few hours before the actual lye in the boiling water, but this thing is completely useless, so we straight boil water, add salt and when it comes to a boil, add sliced meat and soya burner for so long, and the slices become soft (several minutes), then slices will dry up (spill the water, squeeze the water out from a slice- honestly recommend to the frying pan. When fried, it wouldn't sputter and sowed as much oil!).

2 / boil oil and mostly add crushed hashik - I recommend a pan with a double bottom (or get water in a larger pan and the smaller one with oil lay into it, as I did). But do not bring it completely to the boil, keep hot file only, for about 3/4hod.

3 / the pan and pour hot oil into the most dame soya meat slices, mix well and after a bit, add ketchup, paprika number or other spices

4 / soya meat slices fry until they're golden!

Those lazier eat it with baguette, roll or a bread and the others then with boiled potatoes or rice ...
FOLIAGE from Acapulco:

Mix 3 tablespoons of wine vinegar, 2 teaspoons chilli seasoning and 1 / 2 cup comminuted marijuana.

Let stand for about 1 hour to make the leaves a little swollen.
Add 3 riped avocado fruit and 1 / 2 cup finely chopped onion.

Mix everything well with a fork, until you create kind of greenish paste. Serve as a thick sauce.

This sauce can vary; though, roast marijuana leaves for few minutes in the pan with 1 / 2 cup of olive oil. A mixture of hemp oil then mix with avocado, onion and chilli spices. You add a little lemon juice and you get spicy flavor.

Throw butter into boiling water. When the butter is dissolved in water, add carefully sliced cannabis. It can be dried or fresh. It can be male plants or the entire plant. The idea is as follows: THC is dissolved in the butter and water dissolves undesirable flavor compounds. Boil a mixture of water, butter and grass, for at least an hour. The longer the better. Warn, after an hour, the entire kitchen will be infected with the smell of marihuana. Finally, filter the combination through a piece of cloth or perhaps through the coffee filter. Discard the extracted leaves. Put teh mixture of water and butter in the fridge. Butter freezes and will be separated from the water. Pour the water out and them you can enjoy the butter.
Ingredients: 800 g pork (pork is used), salt, pepper, oregano, hemp leaves, mustard, 100g smoked streaky bacon (I used smoked gypsy ham), hempseed oil, 2 eggs, grill seasoning, hemp butter, hemp milk, rolls, sausage, cucumber, red pepper ....

The method of preparation: Cut open the plate meat, tenderize, season with salt and pepper, brush with mustard and set aside to ripen (other than milk and butter will do, time enough). So we just drop the production of hemp milk and butter (I will not repeat it here too ...) Slice the roll to cubes, add garlic, pepper, salt, chopped bacon (sausage), sweet marjoram in a bowl next to the mix eggs with milk, salt and gently mix zalíváme rolls and other spices! Watch it and do not rinse over! To create a stuffing. Spread the stuffing on meat, add a slice of bacon, cucumber, red pepper, sausage and everything that comes to taste (each according to their taste). Roll the rolls, outweigh the thread and fry in oil on all sides. Then add hot stock, cover and bake for about 50 minutes in the oven. Grill seasoning Mix in a bit of oil, brush with it and roll bake without the covering. Rolls let cool, slice into slices and serve with potatoes is a combination of excellent roll-beer.

If you want a hot roll then cut it and then warm slices in the oven or microwave oven. Cold roll is to be sliced much better.

Point which should not be ignored in any discussion of cooking with cannabis is its property to support the appetite. This phenomenon was waylaid in both clinical trials and in private. When smoking the beneficial grass chasing quite often different tastes. However eating marihuana often can also make the man a gourmet nympho. If hemp is going to be eaten, mever leave your larder half-empty. Also, we should not forget to point out that the food you can get a little grounded. If you're too stoned and wish to return to earth, good cold, tasty snack and a tablespoon of honey dissolved in warm water usually enough to keep your foot closer to the floor. As we noted a little earlier, too much food in the hemp food can destroy your taste without given a chance to attend. In addition, some people especially those who own less digestive tract may be after the system tries a little unwell. Stomach is usually what you can spend, rejects, and surplus food might this situation even worse. Yet too much food in the abdomen can be bloody annoying for people belonging to the vast majority of whom marijuana kitchen makes no problem, especially trying to achieve an euforic state.
