&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;PROCEDURE:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add 2 cups of oil in it and heat it for 2 sec.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Take a bowl and add boiled aloo and smash it.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add soya paste, green peas paste and gram flour in it.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add garam masala powder, jeera powder and coriander powder in it.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add bread powder and salt also in it as per your taste.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Mix well to make it as a paste by addimg sufficient water in it.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;After making it as a smooth dough, make into small balls and keep aside.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Now make these balls into small rounds and stick these cashew nuts in the middle of it.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Now dip all the rounds one by one in the heated oil.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;After fry all these tikkis till the colour of it changes to light golden colour.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Now remove these from the heated oil and take into a plate.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Make the stove off and serve it in a plate.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Now you are ready with soya mutter tikki infront of you.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Eat and enjoy the very tasty, delicious, crispy and yummy snack item &lt;strong&gt;soya mutter tikki&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/li&gt;

Coriander leaves &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; ----- 1/2 cup&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;PROCEDURE:&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;Take a bowl and add sabudana and water in it.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Soak it for 1 hour.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;After 1 hour, wash with water and take a pan.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add soaked sabudana and water in it.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Cook it by keeping a plate on it for 10 to 15 min.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;After 15 min, take a bowl and add cooked sabudana in it.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add curd in it and mix well.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add ghee in it and heat it for 2 sec.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add cashew nuts in it and fry till nuts comes to light brown colour.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;After colour has changed, add fried nuts to the sabudana.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add oil in it and heat it for 2 sec.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add mustard seeds, jeera,curry leaves and red chillies in it.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;After add asafoetida, turmeric powder, ginger pieces and pepper seeds also.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt; Fry all for 2 sec and add this to the sabudana.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Now add onion pieces and green chillie pieces to the bowl.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt; Add salt in it as per your taste and coriander leaves also in it.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Mix well once and serve in a plate.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Now you are ready with dhahi sabudana infront of you.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Eat and enjoy the very tasty, delicious and yummy item &lt;strong&gt;dahi sabudana&lt;/strong&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;i&gt;&lt;b&gt;PROCEDURE:&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;&amp;nbsp;Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add 2 spoons of oil in it.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;After add capsicum pieces and green chillies in it.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Fry both for 5 min by mixing well.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;After 5 min, take the chillies and capsicum from the pan.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt; Take in a plate and keep aside for 10 min.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Now in this pan add ground nuts and sesame seeds in it.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Fry both by mixing well with out using any oil.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;After frying, take into a plate and keep aside.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt; Now take a jar and make the stove off.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;In this jar, add tamarind chutney, salt and sugar.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add garlic pieces and 1 spoon jeera also.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Make into a paste and add fried ground nuts and sesame seeds also.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Blend it once and make into a paste.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add capsicum pieces and green chillies also.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Make into paste and take into a cup and keep aside.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Now put the pan and heat it for 2 sec.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt; Add 2 spoons of oil in it and heat it for 2 sec.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add mustard seeds, jeera, black gram and curry leaves in it.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Fry all for 2 sec and make the stove off.&lt;/li&gt;

Elachi powder &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;----- 1/2 spoon&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;PROCEDURE:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add bengal gram in it and fry for 5 to 10 min by mixing well.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt; While frying dal, donot add oil or ghee.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;After frying, take into a plate and keep aside for 10 min.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Then make the fried dal into fine rava using mixy jar.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Now add milk in the pan and boil milk.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;After boiling milk, add sugar in it.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Mix well till sugar is fully melted.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add elachi powder also in it.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;After add rava to the boiled milk by mixing well.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add rava in the milk care fully because, you should not get any lumps from it.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Cook it for 10 to 15 min.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;You can add milk also.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;After cooking it, make the stove off.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Take the sweet into a bowl and keep aside.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add ghee in it and heat it for 2 sec.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add cashew nuts and raisins in it and fry it.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Fry the nuts and raisins till nuts comes to golden brown colour.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;After frying nuts, add this fried nuts to the sweet and mix well and serve in a cup.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Now you are ready with bengal gram kesari infront of you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;PROCEDURE:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;Take a bowl and add water and rice in it.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Wash with water like this 2 times and drain the water.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Take a pan and add oil in it.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Heat it for 2 sec.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add onion pieces, ginger garlic paste and green shillie pieces in it.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add cashew nuts and jeera powder in it.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Fry all for 10 min.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;After 10 min, add tomato pieces and paneer also.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add salt and red chillie powder in it as per your taste.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Mix well for 5 min.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;After 5 min, add washed rice in it.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Mix well for 2 min.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;After 2 min, add water in it.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Cook it for 15 to 20 min by keeping a plate on it.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;After 20 min, make the stove off.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Take the rice in a bowl and garnish with coriander leaves on it.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Now you are ready with paneer rice kurma infront of you.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Keep this for 1 full night.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Next day morning, take a jar and add this in it.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Make this into fine paste and keep aside.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Take a pan and add sugar and 1/2 cup of water in it.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Mix well for 10 min till it comes to thick syrup.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;After it comes to thick consistency, add peanut paste in it.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Mix well for 5 min.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;After 5 min, add milk powder and choco powder also in it.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Mix well for 10 min and add ghee in it.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Mix well for 5 min and make the stove off.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Take this into a plate and keep aside for 1/2 hour.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;After 1/2 hour, keep this in deep freezer.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Wait for 4 hours.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;After 4 hours it is ready to serve.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;Take a bowl and take the eggs.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Break the eggs and take the bread yoak in the bowl.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Beat it very well.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Now add sugar powder, vanilla acense and nut meg powder in it.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt; Beat well and add bread powder also in it.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Beat it once and keep it aside.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Now take a bowl and add fruit jam in it.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Now mix it with milk by adding it.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;After it is mixed very well, take a pan.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt; Put in low flame.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Wait for 2 sec.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;After 2 sec, apply butter on the pan.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;After applying it, add egg batter on it.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Roast it on low flame for 2 min.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;After 2 min, spread the mixed fruit jam mixture on it.&lt;/li&gt;

Kaju &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;----- 1/2 cup &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;PROCEDURE:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;Take a cup and add badam and water in it.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Soak it for 2 hours.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;After 2 hours, make it as a fine paste using mixy jar.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Now keep a pan and heat it for 2 sec.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Pour milk in it and boil for 5 min.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;After milk has boiled, add sugar in it.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Mix well till sugar is fully melted.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Now take a cup and add corn flour and water in it.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Mix well by avoiding any lumps from it.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt; After sugar has melted, add fresh cream in it.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Cook it for 5 min by mixing well occasionally.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Now add badam paste in it.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Cook it for 10 min.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;After add corn flour paste in it by mixing well.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Mix well untill it comes to very closer.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;After it comes to very thick form, make the stove off.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Take a plate and apply ghee on it.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Spread the sweet on it and garnish with badam pieces, kaju and cherrys also.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Now wait for 1 hour.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;After 1 hour keep this sweet in fridge for 4 hours.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;After 4 hours, you can serve it.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Now you are ready with badam pudding infront of you.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Eat and enjoy the very tasty, delicious, cool and yummy item &lt;strong&gt;badam pudding&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;PROCEDURE: &amp;nbsp;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add 2 cups of oil in it and heat it for 2 sec.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Take a bowl and add corn flour and plain flour in it.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add coriander powder and jeera powder also in it.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add salt and red chillie powder in it as per your taste.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add sufficient water in it to make it as a thick consistency.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Now dip the aloo pieces one by one in the mixed mixture.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;After dip in the heated oil.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Dip all the aloo pieces in this way only.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;After fry the aloo pieces till the colour of it changes to golden brown colour.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;After colour has changed, make the stove off.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Remove the fried aloo pieces from the oil and take into a plate.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Now you are ready with aloo drum sticks infront of you.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Eat and enjoy the very tasty, delicious, crispy and yummy snack item &lt;b&gt;aloo drum sticks&lt;/b&gt;.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Mix well without getting any lumps.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Now add sugar and baking soda in it.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Mix well and keep aside.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add 2 spoons of oil on it.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;After add 2 spoons of the mixed mixture on it.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Fry it by keeping a plate on it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Fry it on both sides by turning it.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt; After frying on both sides, make the stove off.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;PROCEDURE:&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add oil in it and heat it for 2 sec.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add onion pieces in it and fry for 3 min.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;After 3 min, add salt and red chilie powder in it as per your taste.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Now add 3 cups of water in it and boil it by keeping a plate on it.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Take a cup and add panner butter masala powder and water in it.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Mix well with out getting any lumps.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add this solution by mixing well.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;After cook it by mixing well for 5 min.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add paneer pieces and pudina paste in it.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Cook it for 10 min and add tomato paste in it.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Cook it for 5 min by mixing well.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;After add garam masala powder in it and mix well.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Cook for 2 min and make the stove off.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Take a bowl and serve in it.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Now you are ready with pudina paneer curry infront of you.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Add gram flour and wheat flour also in it.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Mix well and add salt in it as per your taste.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add jeera also.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Now add sufficient water in it to make it as a dosa batter.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;After making batter, take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt; Add 2spoons of oil in it and heat it for 2 sec.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add 2 spoons of batter in it and spread it as a dosa.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Roast it for 2 sec by adding oil on the sides and also on it.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;After roasting it for 2 sec, make the stove off.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Take a plate and remove dosa from the pan and serve on a plate.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Now you are ready with mixed flour dosa infront of you.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Add salt and red chillie powder in it as per your taste.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add ginger garlic paste in it.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Mix once and add gram flour and rice flour also in it.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Mix once and add sufficient water in it to make it as a pakoda batter.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Now put a pan and heat it for 2 sec.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add 2 cups of oil in it and heat it for 2 sec.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add mixed batter in the heated oil as pakoda.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Fry for 2 to 5 min till the colour of it changes to golden brown colour.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;After colour has changed, make the stove off.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Take the fried pakoda in a plate and serve it.&lt;/li&gt;

Kaju paste &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; ----- 1/2 cup&lt;br /&gt;
Coriander leaves &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;----- 1/2 cup&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;PROCEDURE:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add oil and ghee in it.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt; After 2 sec, add jeera, cloves, cinnamon and elachi in it.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Fry for 2 sec.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add onion pieces, green chillie pieces and also garlic pieces.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Fry all for 3 min.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;After 3 min, add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder in it.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add salt and red chillie powder in it as per your taste.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add garam masala powder, pepper powder and coriander powder in it.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add tomato paste in it and mix well for 5 min.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;After 2 min, add corn seeds and green peas in it.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Mix well for 2 sec, and add 2 cups of water in it.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Cook it for 15 min by keeping a plate on it.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;After 15 min, add kaju paste in it.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Mix well for 5 min and add coriander leaves in it.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Cook it for 10 min by keeping a plate on it.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;After 10 min, make the stove off.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Take a bowl and serve this curry in it.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Now you are ready with corn and green peas curry infront of you.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;&lt;b&gt;PROCEDURE:&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &lt;/b&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add rava in it and fry for 2 min by mixing well.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;After 2 min, take a plate and take this fried rava into it and keep aside.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add ghee in it and heat it for 2 sec.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add cashew nuts and raisins in it.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Fry both by mixing well.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Fry nuts and raisins till nuts comes to light brown colour.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;After frying nuts, take into a cup and keep aside.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Now take the pan and heat it for 2 sec.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add water in it and boil for 2 min.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;After water has boiled, add the fried rava by mixing well.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add rava very care fully with out getting any lumps.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;After adding rava, cook it for 5 min by keeping a plate on it.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add sugar in it and mix well.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Mix well for 10 min untill sugar is fully melted.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Now add food colour and fried nuts and raisins also in it.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Make the stove off.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Take the sweet into a bowl and keep aside.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Now you are ready with rava kesari infront of you.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Eat and enjoy the very tasty, delicious and yummy sweet item &lt;strong&gt;rava kesari&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;PROCEDURE:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;Take a bowl and add sabudana and water in it.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Soak it for 2 hours.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;After 2 hours, drain the water from it.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Now in that bowl add plain flour, rice flour in it.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add onion pieces and green chillie pieces also.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add jeera, baking soda also.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Mix once and add salt and red chillie powder in it as per your taste.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Mix well by adding sufficient water in it.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add 2 cups of oil in it and heat it for 2 to 3 min.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;After heating it, make the mixed mixture into small balls.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Now dip the balls one by one in the heated oil.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Fry the balls till the colour of it changes to golden brown colour.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;After frying balls, remove the balls from the oil and take into a plate.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Make the stove off.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Now you are ready with sabudana punugulu infront of you.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Eat and enjoy the very tasty, delicious, crispy and yummy snack item &lt;strong&gt;sabudana punugulu&lt;/strong&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;

Bengal gram &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; ----- &amp;nbsp;2 spoons&lt;br /&gt;
Black gram &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; ----- 2 spoons&lt;br /&gt;
Jeera &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;----- 1 spoon&lt;br /&gt;
Mustard seeds &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;----- 1 spoon&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;PROCEDURE:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add red chillies, bengal gram and black gram in it.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add fenugreek seeds, mustard seeds and jeera in it.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Fry it by roasting very well with out adding oil in it.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Roast it for 5 to 10 min.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;After roasing for 10 min, take fried material into a plate and keep aside.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add amla pieces in it and fry for 10 min.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;After frying it for 10 min, you can see the raw smell goes out from it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Now add oil in it and fry for atleast 10 to 15 min.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt; Fry it by mixing very well.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;After 15 min, make the stove off.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Take this fried amla pieces in another plate and keep aside.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Cool it for 15 min.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;After 15 min, take a jar and add fried spices material.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt; Make it as a fine powder and add salt in it as per your taste.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Next add coconut pieces and amla pieces also.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Make this into a paste.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt; After making it as paste add turmeric powder also in it.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Blend it once and take this chutney into a bowl and keep aside.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Now you are ready with amla coconut chutney infront of you.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Eat and enjoy the very tasty, delicious and yummy &lt;strong&gt;amla coconut chutney&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/li&gt;

Ragi flour &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;----- 1 1/4 cup&lt;br /&gt;
Salt &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; ----- as required&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;PROCEDURE:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt; &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;Take a bowl and add black gram in it.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add 4 cups of water in it and soak it for 6 hours.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;After soaking it for 6 hours, drain the water from it.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Wash black gram with water 2 times.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;After washing it, make into a thick batter.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt; After making it a smooth batter, wait for 1 hour.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt; After 1 hour, add ragi flour to the batter.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Mix well and ferment it for 1 full night.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt; Next day you are ready with batter.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Now add salt and sufficient water in it as per your taste.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add 2 spoons of oil in it.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt; Take the batter and spread it as a dosa.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Roast it for 2 to 3 sec by adding oil on the sides and also on it.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;After turn it to the other side.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;After roasting it on other side, take dosa into a plate and keep aside.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Make the stove off.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Now you are ready with ragi flour dosa infront of you.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Eat and enjoy the very tasty, delicious, crispy and yummy tiffin item &lt;strong&gt;ragi flour dosa&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;This is a good combination with coconut chutney, ground nut chutney and ginger chutney also.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;PROCEDURE:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;Take a bowl and add plain flour, salt, ghee in it.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Mix well and add sufficient water in it to make it as a smooth dough.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;After making dough, divide it into two equal parts.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Put one dough aside for 1/2 hour.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Take another dough in another bowl and add food colour in it.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Mix well and keep this dough also aside for 1/2 hour.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;After waiting for 1/2 hour, make two doughs into small balls.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;After making all into small doughs, take a roti maker and press it as chapatis.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;You can make chapatis with hands also as you wish.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt; Now after making all into chapatis, take white chapati.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Now apply ghee on it and sprinkle plain flour on it.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;After put colour chapati.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Now apply ghee and sprinkle flour on it.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;After put white chapati on it.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Apply ghee and sprinkle flour on it.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;In this way only, keep 7 chapatis like this.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt; After keeping 7 chapatis, roll it very carefully.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;After rolling it, take a knife and cut it as slides in all equal parts.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt; Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add 2 cups of oil in it and heat it for 2 min.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;After making rolls, make it as small chapatis and keep aside.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;After oil has heated, dip one by one all the chapatis in the heated oil.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Fry the chapatis till the colour of it changes to light golden colour.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;After colour has changed, make the stove off.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Remove the fried biscuits from the oil and take into a plate.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Now sprinkle sugar powder on the biscuits and garnish with raisins on it.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Now you are ready with pan biscuits infront of you.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Eat and enjoy the very tasty, crispy, delicious and yummy snack item &lt;b&gt;pan biscuits&lt;/b&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;PROCEDURE:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt; &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add ghee in it and heat it for 2 sec.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add cashew nuts and raisins in it and fry them.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Fry nuts and raisins till the colour of it changes to light brown colour.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;After frying them, add coconut powder also in it.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Fry it for 5 to 10 min by mixing it well.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;After 10 min, add jaggery in it.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Mix well for 10 min untill jaggery is fully melted.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;After jaggery has melted, mix well occasionally.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Now mix it well for upto 15 to 20 min.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;After 20 min, you can see that it is like jaggery syrup that is very sticky.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Now after you are getting sticky ness, make the stove off.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Take the sweet into a plate and keep aside for 10 min.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;After 10 min, take small quantity of sweet and make into small balls.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Now you are ready with coconut laddu infront of you.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Eat and enjoy the very tasty, delicious and yummy sweet item &lt;strong&gt;coconut laddu&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;You can store this item for upto 7 to 10 days also.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;PROCEDURE:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add ghee in the pan and heat it for 2 sec.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add cashew nuts and raisins in it.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt; Fry nuts and raisins till the colour of it changes to golden brown colour.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Now add grated amla in it.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Fry for 10 min by mixing well untill the raw smell goes out.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;After 10 min, add sugar and milk in it.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Mix well for 10 to 15 min.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;After 15 min, add elachi powder in it.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add food colour in it if you want.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Cook it for 5 min.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;After 5 min, make the stove off.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Now take the sweet into a bowl and it is ready to serve.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Eat and enjoy the very tasty, delicious and yummy sweet item &lt;strong&gt;amla halwa&lt;/strong&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add ghee in it and heat it for 2 sec.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add cashew nuts and raisins in it and fry till the colour changes to light brown.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;After add grated mango in it.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Fry for 5 min by mixing it well.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;After 5 min, add sugar in it.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Mix well for 5 min till the sugar is fully melted.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Now add milk also in it.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;After adding milk, cook it for 10 min.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;After 10 min, mix well once and add elachi powder in it.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Now make the stove off and mix well once.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Take a bowl and put the sweet in it.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Now you are ready with mango halwa infront of you.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;Take a bowl and add plain flour, rava in it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&amp;nbsp;Add sugar powder, salt, ghee and baking soda in it.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Mix well and add sufficient water in it to make it as a smooth dough.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Keep the dough aside for 1/2 hour.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;After 1/2 hour, the dough is ready to prepare biscuits.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add 2 cups of oil in it.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Heat oil for 5 min.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Now make the dough into small balls and keep aside.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Make the balls into chapatis.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;After making chapatis, take any mould shape as you like.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;After making it, make it as any shape using moulds.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;After making them, dip one by one all the biscuits in the heated oil.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt; Fry biscuits till the colour of it comes to light gold colour.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;After colour has changed, then make the stove off.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Remove fried biscuits from the oil.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Now you are ready with plain flour biscuits infront of you.&lt;/li&gt;
