Bread Tag Charm Bracelet by EcoHeidi Borchers

Materials

Aleene’s Original Tacky Glue
Tulip 3-D Fashion Paint (I used white)
Bread tags
Acrylic paint (I used black)
Cosmetic sponge
Bracelet supplies: chain, jump rings, closure

	If needed, twist bread tags back to original shape to remove as much gap where pieces meet at top. Apply a small dab of Aleene’s Original Tacky Glue to top on both sides to close the gap. Set aside to dry completely.

	Use cosmetic sponge to apply acrylic paint to bread tag(s). Set aside to dry. Repeat to paint both sides of each piece.

	Apply small dots of 3D paint in random pattern on each tag. Set aside to dry. Repeat with back side.

	Use jump rings to attach tag charms to bracelet chain. (I also found this cool eyeglass chain at the local dollar store which will also make a great bracelet chain.

Materials:

3 Paper coffee cups
Craft knife
Aleene’s Original Tacky Glue
Eyelash yarn
Ribbon
Assorted beads
Scissors
Wire cutters

	Use a craft knife to cut the rims of 3 paper coffee cups, keeping the rim intact.

	Use a colorful eyelash yarn to wrap one rim. Dot the rim with Aleene’s Original Tacky Glue as you wrap. Bead a 12″ piece of 26 gauge wire and wrap it around the yarn covered rim. Secure the ends of the wire by wrapping together.

	Wrap 2 rims with a colorful ribbon, dotting with Tacky Glue as you wrap to hold in place.

	Sandwich the yarn-wrapped and beaded-rim between the ribbon wrapped rims.

	Bead a 30″ wire with fabulous small beads.

	Weave the beaded wire loosely over and under the 3 rims, tying them together.Twist the wire ends together to secure.

Triple Chunky Bracelet by Savannah Starr

Materials:
Aleene’s Original Tacky Glue
Resin shapes with pre-drilled holes
Paper (I used red and animal print tissue paper and red hand-made paper)
3-D Crystal Lacquer
Stretchy jewelry cord (for stringing bracelet)
Instant glue (for securing knot in cord)
Scissors
Toothpick

	I was inspired by the big chunky red bracelet that Drew Barrymore wears in a Cover Girl print ad and knew that I could create a big chunky bracelet in my own style! For this bracelet, I used resin shapes for the base. I love these resin pieces because they are pre-drilled which makes it easier to string. The first step to cut a piece of tissue paper larger than the shape so that it will wrap around both sides and ends.

	Next, apply Aleene’s Tacky Glue to the top of the shape.

	I like to use my finger to spread out the Tacky Glue. You want to be sure you have a smooth thin coat of glue on top, bottom, ends and sides.

	Lay the shape glued side down onto the wrong side of tissue paper. Use your scissors to cut straight in on both sides at each end. Wrap the sides around and press into the glue. Add more glue where tissue overlaps.

	Use scissors to cut away tissues from the sides leaving enough to cover the edge. Apply more glue if needed and glue the tissue to the sides.

	If you are left with an area on the back of the shape that does not have tissue, just cut a small piece and glue in place. You should now have a shape that is completely covered in tissue. Repeat with various colors of tissue and set all aside to dry.

	To get the glossy look, I apply the 3D glaze to the top of the shape by squeezing directly from the bottle. Repeat for each piece and set aside to dry undisturbed overnight.

	For an added dimension on my pieces, I also cut cardboard to various shapes, covered them in tissue and 3D glaze and glued them in place over the resin pieces. You will also need to use a toothpick to poke holes in the tissue paper to open up the stringing holes that are covered by the tissue.Arrange your pieces on your work surface to determine pattern for your bracelet.Next, measure wrist to determine desired length of bracelet. Be sure to add about 6″ extra to each piece to allow for tying and knotting the ends and to be sure that the bracelet fits over your wrist and fits comfortable on your arm. Also, you may want to add beads in between the pieces, so add extra for that too!

	I created several large triangle pieces for my bracelet which glue over the three rows of the bracelet. Here I am checking out placement. After I have tied my bracelets together in the next step, then I glue these in place with Aleene’s Tacky Glue. This gives me the opportunity to give more spacing between each bracelet if I want that. I found that I really wanted to try the bracelet on first, see how it fit and then I glued these on the finished bracelet.

	If you have ever used stretch cord before, you know that when you knot it, you need to add a dab of instant glue to the knot so that the knot will hold. Let that glue dry completely and then cut off the excess ends.

	Here I am wearing my new triple chunky bracelet :) I LOVE it!

Twisted Wire Medallion by Julianna Hudgins

Materials

22 gauge wire – approximately 36″ each color (I used amethyst, rose, lemon)
Artistic Wire Deluxe Coiling Gizmo by Beadalon (I used the bracket which comes in this kit)
Nylon jaw pliers
Wire Twister Tool by Beadalon
Beadalon Wire Jig
Jewelry wire cutter

	Cut approximately 36″ lengths of each color and anchor one end of your wires to the Deluxe Coiling Bracket. In a pinch, you can also anchor your wires to the leg of a table. Just be sure it’s very stable because you’re going to be coiling your wires and you need this to hold!

	I like to run my nylon jaw pliers along all the wires to remove any kinks.

	This is the Wire Twister Tool. You will also find some great close-up photos of this tool in action at this link.

	Attach the end of each wire into a hole in the end of the Wire Twister Tool. (You can attach up to 5 wires for this step.)

	Hold the tool steady in your hand with the wires taut and then begin turning the handle with the other hand. Keep turning and turning and turning until the wires break away from the tool. PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL with this step because the wire can snap up when it breaks away so use proper eye and table protection.

	Now that you have coiled your custom 3-strand wire, following the package instructions with the Wire Jig, place your jig over the pattern and place the pegs in the jig.

	Follow the pattern guide to wrap your wire around the pegs.

	When you have completed the first pattern, remove the wire from the jig and place the last loop over the first peg. Repeat the wire pattern on the jig.

	Continue to remove the wire from the jig and place the last loop on the first peg until you have achieved your desired pattern – or run out of wire!

	Here’s an example of the pattern repeated several times.

	Loop the ends together to create a medallion shape.
