“It’s not the pictures of pre-gun violence when she was alive and thriving. This is the reality of gun violence. So how can you talk about gun violence and not show the images of what it looks like? There’s nothing glamorous or pretty about gun violence.”

“AK-47s, high-powered rifles, they have no business in anyone’s home to protect their 2nd Amendment right. I don’t know what type of intruder you expect to come into your home. It’s a killing machine. It’s the same type of weapon my father used to protect this great land, and it’s the same type of weapon that killed his only grandchild.”
