The higher the RPM’s bounce off the Limiter, the more badass your car is…PLAIN AND SIMPLE!This black on black murdered out Evo 9 is tuned to put out more than 850 HP.

At 8k RPM more stock cars are done, and few turbocharged cars can even dream of reaching this level.

At 9k RPM the highest plateau the best from the immaculate Honda VTECH is reached

At 10k RPM only highly tuned cars can reach this level, just check YouTube

At 11k RPM only the turbocharged Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution from Extreme Tuners plays at this level!

Nothing about the exterior of this car tells you how monstrous this EVO is, a true sleeper (if we say sleeper an EVO!). How much horsepower? Over 850 HP! Incredibly fast and surprisingly direct, but don’t ask about the cost! The 4G63T is a stout engine racers the world over have proved the toughness of this gem from Mitsubishi. But it is heavy (the block is iron) and over the years has been redesigned yet the RPM Redline is relatively low from the factory.

Outside is a simple black Mitsubishi Evolution IX MR US-spec. Nothing special until you see the race slick tires mounted on a set of wide 18x9.5 inch sinister looking black rims. Behind the rims hides huge brake rotors 380mm front discs and 333mm discs rotors with six-piston D2 Racing calipers.

This brutal EVO is a daily driver! It rocks a full interior, stereo, all seats and A / C. The engine is strong and it feels like the power will never end. In fact; power just keeps building all the way to the 11k+ redline. But the trouble with such high a horsepower turbocharged motor is that everything begins and ends too quickly! The Achilles heel of all high horsepower Evo’s is the transmission. This evil Evo has a 5-speed dogbox, a Quaife differential and custom drive shafts from the monstrous Driveshaft Shop.

All the above mods are capable of handling up 1k horsepower. You can see the Hayabusa and Yamaha R1 turbo bikes lining up to take on this car. However this 9 second Evolution has passed through many stages to get to this level.

Evil Evolution IX SPECS

The engine has been completely fortified with better forged pistons and a complete head job to rock the 11k RPM’s! Custom forged aluminum connecting rods 164mm design-build Extreme Tuners for resistance to 14 horsepower. A custom crankshaft, forged billet 4340 Route 88mm Weight 10.8kg, and aftermarket studs pull the engine together. The valves are titanium from Extreme Tuners that are custom made. The cam gears are from HKS as well the timing belt. The Intake manifold is from Magnus Motorsports.

Fuel is handled by the Extreme Tuners with 2 pumps need to handle the huge horsepower requirements. The Aeromotive fuel pressure regulator and Boomba racing 75mm throttle body are responsible for other duties. The Ignition is handled by HKS which also provides the 4 bar Map Sensor. There front mount intercooler kit is of course custom. Boost is regulated by a Tial 60mm wastegate. The Tial sports blow-off valve handle venting the pressure between shifts.

The turbo is a Custom Extreme Tuners T3 Frame with Winged import 72mm, A/R 0.76 on the intake side and 0.86 on the hot side of the turbo. The Custom manifold design was built by Extreme Tuners. Exhaust goes out a custom down pipe, through custom pipes, and exiting through a Greddy muffler. ECU Custom Management system with traction control functions and Flat Gear SHIFT along with ECU Remap from Extreme Tuners

The transmission is a Custom Extreme Tuners 3 disk kit to handle all the torque. There is also a Custom Extreme Tuners billet flywheel to transfer power to the gear box. The suspension is a set of fully adjustable Coilovers from KW Variant.

See Some Acceleration Times Below - over 850 HP

Team Mitsubishi Ralliart in Australia has released a special edition Evo X Bathurst Edition to commemorate the victory of a Lancer Evolution in the 12h race at Mount Panorama. It has a premium of $ 8,250 over the base model Evolution X. TMR added a high flow exhaust, good injectors, intake, and ECU reflash to bump the power up to 330HP and 321 lb-ft of torque. The Bathurst Edition has been lowered thanks to 30mm shorter springs that improve handling. The 18-inch rims are black powder coated and there are cool TMR Bathurst Edition emblems on the front and rear of the car.

This is a package that can be installed on any Mitsubishi Evolution X 5-speed manual or SST. Only100 models of the Evo will be built by Alan Heaphy and his TMR Performance team making it a sure collector’s item. With the car you get a certificate of authenticity from the TMR and the Mitsubishi warranty remains in tact.

In 2009 McLaren launched an all new supercar dubbed the MP4 -12C. Like the McLaren F1 from 15 years ago; the McLaren MP4-12C also benefits from the experience of Formula 1 racing that McLaren has had over the years. The MP4-12C is made almost entirely from light-weight carbon fiber. The monocoque chassis weighs only 75-pounds! This carbon fiber safety cell is the perfect the backbone for a high performance two-seater super sports car. The use of carbon fiber combines great stability, low weight, and high strength.

Powered by a Twin-Turbo V-8 Engine

McLaren developed a twin-turbo V-8 engine for the MP4-12C. Power output is 600 horsepower. It is clear that for the first time the engine is the heart of the McLaren MP4-12C. McLaren developed a 3.8-liter V-8 engine with a cylinder angle of 90 degrees; bring it through the twin turbochargers and variable valve timing to exactly 600 HP at 7,000 rpm and 442 lb-ft of torque. A dry-sump lubrication system ensures oil supply even under extreme load. In spite of the 8,500 rpm redline, just over 80 percent of peak torque available from 2,000 rpm thanks to the quick-spooling turbochargers.

The standard sprint from 0-60 MPH fly’s by in just 3.3 seconds. Top speed of the McLaren MP4-12C is 205 MPH! Power is transferred to from the V-8 mid-engine via an automated seven-speed dual-clutch transmission with different running programs on the rear axle. An adaptive suspension replaces the conventional stabilizers. The gear changes made via steering wheel paddles.

The low weight of the McLaren MP4-12C, compact design, lightweight composite brake system, and ceramic brake system has been developed straight from the Formula 1 circuit. Light forged wheels that measure 19 inches at the front axle and 20 inch rear really set the McLaren’s exterior looks off! Everything from the exterior body parts to the air brake and huge brakes promises the new McLaren MP4-12C will have downright stunning braking performance.

McLaren MP4-12C Design

Much Formula 1 know-how has been put into the design of the MP4-12C. By moving parts around like the cooler into the back of the nose for example the McLaren MP4-12C has sufficient trunk space. The overall shape of the MP4, along with the completely flat underbody generates loads of down force and thus focuses on driving dynamics. The MP4-12C features bi-xenon headlamps with LED daytime running lights and a large air intake. On the flanks stand the large air intakes and the forward pivoting doors above the eye. The tail is again dominated by a large diffuser and the exhaust tailpipes and set up the hidden elements in cross-LED taillights.
Looking at the Gemballa MIG-U1 for the first time you may either say “wow” or “what the heck?” What is the kind of car? Clearly a super sports car in its uncompromising design, but what brand is that? Believe it or not this is a Modified Ferrari Enzo. The Ferrari Enzo cost over $600,000 brand new and was the pinnacle of Ferrari motoring for many years. So what to the super rich do with the most exotic supercar? They add a ton more expensive parts! The thundering sound of the mighty 700-hp 12-cylinder engine is directed through a specially tuned exhaust system that ends in a four-pipe system with pneumatic control valves. 0-60 times are 3.2 seconds and the Gemballa MIG-U1 has a top speed of 218 MPH.

There are only 25 limited edition Gemballa MIG-U1 cars making them super valuable and exotic. I was totally impressed by a completely revised aerodynamics concept. All components are manufactured from carbon fiber to ensure high stability at a lower weight. Thanks to the active aerodynamic concept the front spoiler lip generates an additional amount of 77 lbs of downforce depending on the angle. Similarly, the newly-mounted rear spoiler can generate 187 lbs more of downforce on the rear wheels. The GEMBALLA aerodynamics concept and parts are designed to guarantee perfect road holding and track handling manners although I sure the owners rarely drive the cars. The aerodynamic package consists of many new parts including a new front bumper with spoiler lip, side skirts, a rear diffuser and a rear spoiler.

New air intake ducts behind the doors and the roof help to increase the power output from 660 hp to 800. Leaning to the design of Formula 1 racing car, presented to the Gemballa MIG-U1 with the far-forward-facing front and the angular rear spoiler. By a whopping 80 millimeters at the front and 100 millimeters at the rear the MIG-U1 has grown in contrast to his basic model, the Enzo in the width.

The chassis combines art and street racing at the highest level. The specially equipped sport suspension can be tailored to the needs of the driver; especially if you want to a thrilling ride on the track or even a nice smooth ride to the Spa! The Gemballa MIG-U1 Enzo is equipped HSL-called electro-hydraulic height adjustment system that ensures contact-free driving allowing you to take a nice easy entrance into the garage. The nose can lift up to 45 millimeters without loss of the perfect handling.

The advanced alloy wheels were made from a solid aluminum block. Through a special forging process, the unsprung mass of a wheel has been reduced. Theses wheels carry the name Gemballa GTR Racing and have been proven to ensure maximum stability with minimum weight. At the front we find 10x19 inches rims with high performance tires in size 265/35. Out back the tires are sized 335/30 and fit on a 13x20 inch rim.

In the interior too, the MIG-U1 pilot clearly feels comfortable. Here Gemballa has managed the perfect blend between luxury and racing clear. On specially designed seats the MIG-U1 driver sits and the redesigned center console and other interior parts have been wrapped in the finest leather and Alcantara. Of course all the technical amenities such as a high-end multimedia system with seven-inch touch screen, navigation, DVD and iPod docking stations are standard.

Gemballa is impressive proof that they can tune any supercar, even the most rare and exotic in the world. The MIG-U1 represents their expertise and shows Gemballa is more than just a Porsche tuner. Prices for the Gemballa tuned Enzo go for around $1 million.

ANDERSON Germany is well known the world over for tuning super exotic sports cars as well as luxury cars. Their idea of tuning starts not with a regular old boring base Ferrari F430 Spider (if there is such a thing); but instead Anderson took the best car Ferrari had to offer in 2009 the Scuderia. The Scuderia cost over $100k more than a regular F430. For that cash you get a hardcore racing car that will appeal only to the enthusiast driver. The Scuderia is lighter, faster, and more nimble than anything every created by Ferrari. The Ferrari Scuderia Spider Conversion Edition includes a front air dam, side skirts, rear apron and an adjustment to exhaust system.

The bodywork was fitted with a black paint finish called Hyper Black. The Scuderia Strip that runs down the middle of the car is finshed in carbon steel and edged in yellow. On the front and rear lights remains a dark tint to give the car the extra murdered out look. Carbon Fiber makes up many parts including the engine grille, rear diffuser, mirrors and the valve covers on the engine.

Horsepower has gotten a nice bump from 490 to 569 hp. This was accomplished via the new exhaust systemmentioned earlier which includes new high flow racing catalytic converters and a modified exhaust manifold. Also Anderson Tuning performed a remap of the computer system to make suer every usable horsepower was extracted. There is an adjustable remote-controlled racing damper system with three different settings. The Scuderia is already 450 pounds lighter than a regular F430 and Anderson was able to cut another 65 lbs.

The crew of the Italian dream ANDERSON Germany decided on three-piece wheels finished in glossy black with a yellow trim. Of course carbon accents are on all 4 of the in 20-inch rims which are wrapped high performance rubber. The calipers were also painted yellow to match the theme of the rest of the car.

The entire interior finishing was carried out with carbon black Alcantara on virtually every surface with yellow diamond stitching and seams. The carbon fiber extends to the interior and is featured on the steering wheel, door handles, door sills, the handbrake handle and the paddle shifters. A sound system with DVD function, subwoofer and amplifier were all added to the Scuderia which comes fro the factory with these items.

When all is said and done, Anderson Germany has hit another home run with the murdered out Ferrari F430 Scuderia.

The team at Norris Designs has a Mitsubishi Evo IX that should be crowned the King of England. This Japanese sedan has no equal in the land of jolly old England. With 950 horsepower and 700lb-ft of torque on tap; the Norris Evolution can run the quarter mile in 9.26 seconds with a top speed 216 MPH. That makes him the fastest in Europe EVO! This car is much more at home on the track than the street. In fact the interior was gutted, the rear doors were removed, and tons of other weight savings and race modifications were made all in the name of speed!

But how do you get over 850 HP out of a small 4-cylinder engine? Norris Designs was constantly experimenting with different components and combinations; each time developing a bit more power. The first attempt resulted in 596 HP, then came 783 HP, and finally over 950 HP was attained. According to Simon Norris: "We do everything step by step and test everything. I have already spent a total of 30 Evo motors with hundreds of charts as proof!" But it is not the high horsepower figure that Norris is after, instead it’s the speed at which it is made. In other words having a flatter powerband results in more power under the curve. This is much better for a track vehicle. Right now maximum power is reached at a reasonable 4300 RPM which is pretty good given the size of the turbo. The 2.0-liter block was bored out and stuffed with stronger parts which bumps up displacement to 2.3-liters. The car is already insanely fast so more power is really not needed. ," says Simon with a broad grin. fast enough to equal the debut of a new European Evo-quarter-mile record carve into the asphalt, although it only at the evening had been previously completed. And a 9.26 second quarter mile is pretty great considering the car runs street tires and only rocks 1.9 Bar of Boost. And for time attack purposes the engine was mounted longitudinally.

Norris Designs sent the shell of the Evo over to Simpson Motorsport. They have cut off the roof of the car and then divided into two halves. Then from there the rear 4 doors were removed and the Evolution was put back together. The result is simply impressive. If you did not know better, you would think that Mitsubishi actually offers a two-door Evolution IX.

Norris believes that the car should not be but only a quarter mile king, but also excel on the track as well as on public streets: Amazingly, it is still legal. About $240k has been spent on this car alone and the results speak for themselves. This Insane Evo can destroy practically any car on the track or the drag strip. How many cars do you know that multitask like this? Most are dedicated track racers or quarter mile drag cars. The Evo is so new that some stuff has not yet been finalized. For example, the headlights do not work. So you can forget about any late night money races…for now.

Last year at the famed Rev Speed Battle at the World Famous Tsukuba track in Japan an interesting orange Evolution X show up to run with the big dogs. All the big players were out in force. Well when everything was said and done the Koyama Racing Labo Evo placed 7th. It just so happens that Tuning legend Koyama-san had decided to build the fastest Evo in Japan. Although the Varis Mitsubishi Evo X placed one spot higher, this was a mere shakedown for the Koyoma Evo. The ingredients for this kick-ass machine are: a bigger displacement engine with more than 600 horsepower, loads of carbon, and a lot of weight loss.

If you have paid attention to the best tuners out of Japan than one name has always stood at the top. Susumu Koyama until early last year was the Vice President of JUN Auto. One of the most respected tuners in Japan and the world for that matter. He was the creative brain behind the crazy projects from 400-km/h-300-ZX to the Hyper Lemon R33 GT-R and the all-wheel-drive 350 Z, just to name a few. 2005 Jun and Team Orange worked together on a rear-drive Impreza for Kumakubo.

Nestled under the carbon fenders are a set of Enkei Sport 18 inch wheels with Hankook semi-slicks. Now the chief mechanic of Team Orange Koyoma decided to finally to leave Jun and become a permanent member of Team Orange. Last December he appeared at the Tsukuba Super Lap Battle with a new creation of his company: Koyama Racing Labo (KRL). Already one of the fastest; the car carves an impressive lap time of 58.368 seconds in the asphalt. This Evo X goes beyond the boundaries of existing projects. Originally the CZ4A was considered difficult to be modified due to its existing aluminum engine. Koyama showed us its potential in one race.

The Evo is really wild and make a visual impact. The mighty SARD rear wing presses the wheel firmly on the asphalt. Koyama is accustomed to building fast EVO's. He built both the Jun Evo X for the Time Attack races and Kumakubos rear-wheel drive drift Evo. The KRL Mitsubishi Evo X wants to be the fastest in Japan. A few months ago the modifications began. First the body was stripped down to the shell and was significantly strengthened by welding all the seams. A custom made roll cage provides safety. The only other noticeable part still left in the cockpit is the carbon fiber Recaro bucket seat. Even the dashboard had to give way to a lighter carbon copy. To speed up pit stops, the Japanese installed air pressure-operated jack. The entire interior has been designed with race track driving in mind and this goes to show with the perfectly located controls. On the outside an M-Sport front grill looks menacing but deflect air to the intercooler and radiator. A Carbon fiber front lip mounted low provide downforce. M-Sport also contributed the side skirts and fender flares. The carbon fiber doors also further reduce weight. The carbon fiber trunk lid and rear wing made of carbon from SARD complement each other. Carbon mirrors complete the exterior. At all 4 corners are super lightweight Enkei RC-T4 18-inch rims are mated to sticky Hankook Ventus TD 275 width tires completes the look.

KRL has packed everything that is available into the engine compartment with the hopes of making the Evo faster and stronger. Koyama has a good relationship with the most prestigious parts and accessory manufacturers in Japan, not to mention an inner knowledge of JUN parts. Consequently, only the best components are used in this Evo. Starting with the adjustable Zeal Super Function Type-E coilovers with adjustable race dampers. The brakes are Endless six-piston front calipers and four-piston rear calipers stuffed with Endless brake pads. These are huge units at 380mm up front and 330mm out back. But most impressive is the total engine overhaul. Koyama increased engine displacement to almost 2.3 liters up from the stock 2.0L. For this he uses a special crankshaft, forged connecting rods, and an extremely lightweight 86.5-millimeter piston. A 1.2mm thick metal head gasket to withstand the massive pressure of the huge turbo. The head itself is decked out with 264 degree camshafts on the intake side and extreme 272 degree camshafts on the exhaust side. A Naprec 80mm throttle body, replaces the modern electric version. 4 SARD-1000-cc/min fuel injectors are fed by the SARD fuel pump. The power from the EVO X engine is estimated to be around 600 horsepower and 500 lb-ft of torque. That is a lot of work for the twin-disc clutch of ORC and the modified five-speed gearbox. There are also specially coated gear wheels and shortened fifth gear. The Locking differentials on both axles distribute the power between all four wheels. This is going to be one MONSTER Mitsubishi Evolution X.

In an effort to shave weight; Oakley design robs the Aventador on its all-wheel drive. May sound crazy but many tuners have gone this route before. Forged Alloy wheels were developed by HRE save 8lbs. at each corner, you know less rolling resistance. Combine the extra-light wheels, with the removal of the front differential; add in a super light weight titanium exhaust and the grand total for weight loss is over 217 pounds.

Now the stock Lamborghini Aventador is dubbed the LP700-4 which stands for 700 horsepower and 4-wheeldrive. The Oakley Design version is dubbed the LP-760-2. So yes the 760 represents horsepower and the 2 means two-wheel drive. Power mods come in the form of a trick titanium intake and exhaust. Then the car gets a retune. The result is 760 HP and 550 lb-ft. of torque. Top Speed should also be increased to over 220 MPH with 0-60 times dropping below 2.8 seconds!

Now that time-attack racing is once again the most popular form of racing in Japan and is catching on everywhere else throughout the world, JUN decided to jump back into the game. And since they already had a monster laying in hybernation the job was already half done. All that remained was reworking the engine for linear power delivery instead of one giagantic number. So after months of tuning and testing, the JUN Supra was ready to make its debut or actually second coming.

The 3.2 liter engine has been detuned a bit to produce a more racing friendly 800 horsepower. The heart of the Supra is the 2JZ-GTE engine which already showcases the JUN Stroker kit increases the displacement up from 3.0 liters to 3.2 liters. The engine stroker kit for the Toyota Supra comes compete with a long stroke crankshaft that connects to JUN Forged pistons via JUN Super connecting rods. The JUN Supra stroker kit is more lightweight than the stock componets and much stronger. This equates to more power and torque. The kit is designed to withstand the high stress of the two Trust T78 turbos. But for the time attack duties the Akira Supra now rocks one large Trust T-88 Turbo. A huge Trust intercoller stands on duty to cool the intake charge which them passes through a JUN intake plentum. Total power now stands at 800 HP and 656 lb-ft of torque. This is transferred through an HKS clutch and TRD limited-slip diff.

Since the JUN Supra was designed to run 250 miles per hour, the safety modifications were already in place and meet time attack specs with ease. The chassis is extremely stiff and the racing cage is complex. But for time attack many parts of the car besides the engine had to be reworked. Zeal Super Function coilovers were picked to handle the corners. These dampners are fully adjustable. In fact all of the suspension componets down to the bushings have been upgraded. The brake calipers have been swapped out for hard core racing units from Alcon. The kit also includes two-piece slotted discs from Grex and Endless racing brake pads to provide maximum stopping force!

On the ouside the JUN Akira Supra has an O.G. bumper from JUN which is alot better looking that that long nosed unit used inthe top speed runs. A couple of carbon fiber canards and a lip splitter were added to help with downforce. The car is further lightned with Fuki MSpec carbon fiber doors and rear hatch. Out back is a trick RE-Amemiya carbon fiber difuser along with a pimp SARD GT-wing that is of course fully adjustable and made from carbon fiber. The rims are lightweight and strong Advan RG units sized 18 inch. The tires are Advan slicks for road racing.

Surprisingly JUN decided to get away from their signiture Hyper Lemon color and went with cool metallic scheme. JUN admittedly has a ton of testing to do on this car before it becomes competative in the time attack circuit. But with their colorful racing history and bullet-proof engines, you can be assured the Akira JUN Supra will be making headlines and breaking records.
