SINGAPORE–(BUSINESS WIRE)–KNOREX Ltd. (NYSE:KNRX) (“KNOREX” or the “Company”), a leading provider of AI-driven advertising technology solutions, today announced that it received a notice from NYSE Regulation on May 18, 2026 indicating that the Company is not in compliance with the continued listing standards of NYSE American LLC (“NYSE American” or the “Exchange”). The Company filed a Form 12b-25 (the “NT 20-F”), which extended the due date for the Company’s annual report on Form 20-F for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025 (the “2025 Form 20-F”) to May 15, 2026. The Company failed to timely file its 2025 Form 20-F by the extended filing due date of May 15, 2026 (the “Filing Delinquency”). The Company is now subject to the procedures and requirements set forth in Section 1007 of the NYSE American Company Guide.

NYSE Regulation notified the Company that NYSE American will closely monitor the status of the Company’s 2025 Form 20-F and any subsequent delayed filings for a six-month period from the date of the Filing Delinquency until November 15, 2026 (the “Initial Cure Period”). If the Company fails to cure the Filing Delinquency within the Initial Cure Period, the Exchange may, in its sole discretion, allow the Company’s securities to be traded for up to an additional six-month period through May 15, 2027 (the “Additional Cure Period”) depending on the Company’s specific circumstances. If the Exchange determines that an Additional Cure Period is not appropriate, suspension and delisting procedures will commence in accordance with the procedures set out in Section 1010 of the NYSE American Company Guide. If the Exchange determines that an Additional Cure Period of up to six months is appropriate and the Company fails to file the 2025 Form 20-F and any subsequent delayed filings by the end of that period, suspension and delisting procedures will generally commence.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, however, the NYSE American may in its sole discretion decide (i) not to afford the Company any Initial Cure Period or Additional Cure Period, as the case may be, at all or (ii) at any time during the Initial Cure Period or Additional Cure Period, to truncate the Initial Cure Period or Additional Cure Period, as the case may be, and immediately commence suspension and delisting procedures if the Company is subject to delisting pursuant to any other provision of the NYSE American Company Guide, including if the NYSE American believes, in its sole discretion, that continued listing and trading of the Company’s securities on the exchange is inadvisable or unwarranted in accordance with Sections 1001-1006 of the NYSE American Company Guide.

The delinquency notice has no immediate impact on the listing of the Company’s class A ordinary shares, which will continue to be listed and traded on the NYSE American during the cure period subject to continued compliance with the other listing requirements of the NYSE American.

As disclosed in the NT 20-F, the compilation, dissemination and review of the information required to be presented in the 2025 Form 20-F, including, without limitation, the financial statements to be included therein, had imposed time constraints that rendered timely filing of the 2025 Form 20-F impracticable. The filing of the 2025 Form 20-F has been further delayed from the Company’s expectations at the time of the NT 20-F filing as a result of these ongoing processes. The Company is currently working with its accounting, audit and legal professionals to prepare the 2025 Form 20-F and plans to file within the Initial Cure Period. However, there can be no assurance that the Company will ultimately regain compliance with all applicable Exchange listing standards.

Impact has worsened sharply, with top-ranking pages losing more than half their expected traffic.

SINGAPORE–(BUSINESS WIRE)–New research from Ahrefs, a leading marketing platform, found that Google’s AI Overviews now result in a 58% lower average clickthrough rate for top-ranking pages, up from 34.5% just eight months ago. Despite Google’s statements that links in AI Overviews get higher clickthrough rates than if outside of it, the jump suggests that with AI Overviews in their current form, those clicks to websites won’t come back.

The study analyzed 300,000 keywords using Google Search Console data, comparing click-through rates from December 2023 (before AI Overviews) to December 2025. Out of every 100 clicks that once went to top-ranking websites, Google now keeps 58.

“Regardless of how you feel about AI Overviews, they’re already taking the majority of clicks that used to go to top-ranking pages. Businesses are definitely feeling the traffic loss,” said Ryan Law, Director of Content Marketing at Ahrefs. “Search is becoming zero-click, which means people’s questions are answered directly on Google’s search results page, without a need to click any link.”

AI Overviews don’t just impact pages that rank in position one. The whole first page is affected. Ahrefs’ research also found that the pages in position two lost about half of their clicks, and even pages ranking tenth saw drops of nearly 20%.

These shifts mean businesses need to track not just traditional search rankings, but also brand visibility across AI, industry-relevant platforms, and beyond.

The impact of AI Overviews on website clickthrough rate is already very visible. Fewer people click on the top organic result, and that number continues to decline.

As part of this work, Ahrefs is monitoring every possible SERP feature (e.g., Discussions and forums, People Also Ask, Videos) for their impact, and continues to publish research to help marketers in this new AI era.

Methodology

Ahrefs selected 150,000 keywords with AI Overviews present and 150,000 informational keywords without AI Overviews from its Keywords Explorer database. Researchers used aggregated Google Search Console data to calculate average desktop click-through rates, comparing December 2023 to December 2025.
