I needed to scan some documents yesterday. My all in one won’t work if it needs ink (even for scanning) so I went to Staples to get some ink yesterday morning. When I walked in there was an EpsonStylus on sale and was less than a full compliment of ink cartridges for my old one .

Yes, I got the new printer. The only thing it didn’t have was the cable, which I had already.

How Do I Troubleshoot My Office Jet Pro 8500?

I have a HP Office Jet Pro 8500 all in one printer.
Today I went to scan something and it says “Refer to device documentation to troubleshoot”
Yeah right, the manual doesn’t say a thing, that or else I’m missing something.
I was thinking also I don’t remember weather or not I installed the scanner when I did everything else, wouldn’t it automatically install everything though?

I currently have a hp Deskjet 656c printer, its really old, I think it broke it self trying to print something and sometimes prints random pages giving all these errors so I’m going to buy all in one printer.

I was wondering what AIO printer was good since I now need a new scanner as well since there is no driver for it with windows 7 and it still doesnt work on XP mode,

Its main use is for printing my uni work, my sis’s school work, and building plans for my dad

AIO Fax machines?

I have an 800 number, local number and fax number through a VOIP provider (RingCentral). To send a fax I have to scan each page and then attach each page to send it. I want to buy an AIO fax machine so I can fax all pages at once without having to scan each page. Is it possible to buy an all in one printer and have it work like a traditional fax machine but through VOIP services instead of a land line?

What I mean by that is, will AIO printers print high quality photos on Kodak paper as well as just simple text on normal paper? And its hooks up to a computer right? One more thing, would it be better to go with a regular photoprinter, because of better quality in the images or would this one work just as well?

I am looking for the best deal preferrably around 0-400. I am hoping for all in ones, Laser, color, possibly able to print double sided, and must be able to print on Legal size. I am not sure the difference in brands. It is for my home office so it will be used fairly frequently. There are so many brands….any advice on a specific model or at least any brands i should avoid?

I’m shopping for a new printer and was wondering who do you think makes the best printer?
My brother says Kodak, but I think they are a little on the pricey side.
