Wow I haven't been back here for a while, who knew that 2 kids, 2 dogs and a husband could take up so much of my time lol!!!

Hi Followers,

I am sorry to say that blogging and crafting are really taking a backburner at the moment as I entertain my 4 yr old and my 4mth old and of course that dreaded housework that never seems to end.

If the spare 5 mins that I get here and there I have been completing some crafty tasks.

Hi Everyone

Just wanted to show you some card sets I made prior to christmas.

Sorry about the 2 pics not the right way round - having extreme trouble with them today even though they were taken exactly the same way as the rest - weird camera tantrum going on.

I'm really like the deer set and the monochromatic (I think that is what you would call it) set - they turned out to be my favourites and I think I may make some more soon.

BAD Blogger Award??

Well if anyone ever deserved a Bad Blogger Award it would have to be me. My goodness this has been neglected, and so has my craft room.

My excuse for bad blogging - laziness, new 2 week old (today) daughter, 3 nearly 4yr old daughter keeping me busy as well, household to run, etc etc etc.

I do have some card sets that I made in the lead up to christmas that I will come back and post later on, I also have new products released this month from Kaszazz, and I'm sure loads more stuff that I want to write about.

So far I have managed to not stick to my new years resolution which was to craft at least once a week and to blog once a week, now that my little baby has been born, my husband is back at work and the nearly 4yr old is pretty happy to amuse herself with toys for an hour I might just manage to get both of my resolutions completed each week.

Wow I have been a bad blogger of late, I am very sorry, Hubby was away and I was busy crafting and kept forgetting to upload stuff to blogger. I will be back real soon with some christmas cards I have made and some sneak peaks at christmas presents I am making.

Right now I am just recovering from my 3 yr old having a chest infection and am fighing off my own cold/sickness.

Kaszazz Products Card

Happy Sunday to everyone, I hope you are having a great day so far.

This is just a quick post to show you another card featuring Kaszazz's Becky Bear Stamp. I think she is such a cute bear and so girly with her head scarf. Anyway this little card was made for my daughter's friends birthday party just the other week. I think it is a truly sweet little card and even my husband was impressed with this one. I know that Hope and her mummy loved the card too.

Products used for this card are all from Kaszazz except for the scrap paper used to paper piece her pretty little overalls, head scarf/bow and parts of her paws.

The background stamp is one of my favourites from Kaszazz and I have embossed it with silver embossing powder also available from Kaszazz. I have also used one of the Kaszazz new sticky back pearls for the button on her overalls and it looks so sweet.

Card for the Fuzzy Wuzzy Challenge #1

Good Afternoon Everyone

I am entering this card into the first ever Fuzzy Wuzzy Challenge. The rules of this challenge are to have fun, use the colours pink, kraft, chocolate and green (as shown below) as the primary colours for your card and to use a "Fuzzy Wuzzy" image.

For my card I have used a pink cardstock base, green background, kraft as the base for my image, chocolate and green scallop strips, pink rhinestones, and patterned paper flowers which also feature pink and green, some chocolate leaves and a green swirl.

My stamped image is Becky Bear which is available to purchase from Kaszazz via emailing me at corbettcreations@hotmail.com

Dustin Pike Dragons Paper Pieced and Top Tip Tuesday

HI Everyone

These are some cute little cards that I made using Dustin Pike Digi Stamps and scraps of patterned paper and cardstock.

I also wanted to contribute to the Top Tip Tuesday blog with a small tip about using scraps of paper to print digi stamps on. If you have a tempermental printer (like I do) then a little bit of magic tape (the sticky tape that is cloudy and you can carefully peel it off) works wonders for holding edges down as the paper feeds through the printer. This is a great way to use up all those odds and ends of scrap paper that you can't bare to throw out.

I have printed, cut, coloured and layered with foam tape these cute little guys with some added highlights done in white gel pen.

I think that they are super cute. I know my hubby liked the Mr Fixit one my daughter and I made for him for fathers day.

Scrapbook Layouts - nearly finished

Hi Everyone

I know I keep saying I will come back and post some pics of layouts that I have created and I can say that I am back now to FINALLY do that.

They are complete apart from Titles and Journalling.

The first one is of my nan who in this pic was celebrating her 80th birthday (sadly she is no longer with us) so this is my way of remembering her. I am thinking of calling this page "Celebrating 80" - am still thinking about the title

Again I apologise for the poor picture quality - bad cold wet Melbourne weather still haunts us here in Australia.

The next layout is of my ultrasound pic of baby number 2 - this is still awaiting a suitable title - am toying with the idea of "Waiting to Meet You" or something along those lines.

Both layouts were inspired by layout sketches in Scrapbooking Memories magazine.
