Contudo, não basta apenas elencar uma relação de regras de conduta, é necessário esclarecer como funcionam as mídias sociais e os perigos nelas existentes, além de apresentar caminhos e possibilidades. &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Algumas empresas já fizeram sua lição de casa e criaram seus Guidelines que, em alguns casos, se tornaram verdadeiras bíblias entre os funcionários. No entanto, nem sempre as políticas e guias de conduta são suficientes para reduzir as ameaças existentes, é preciso levar em conta a efetiva compreensão das vulnerabilidades por toda a empresa, só assim serão respeitados e praticados.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;O curioso é que muitos desses guidelines estão disponíveis na web para qualquer um acessar. Ao contrário da maioria das fazendas da região que cultivam cana de açúcar, os proprietários resolveram investir na venda de suco de laranja pronto para beber, que fez com que a empresa passa-se da condição de produtora para fabricante de suco, que são vendidos nos principais canais de varejo da região. Foi criada também uma marca forte, símbolo de suco natural: a Fazenda São Pedro. Os sucos eram vendidos em caixas “tetra - pack” nos tamanhos 1 e 2 litros, ocupando grande destaque nas gôndolas refrigeradas dos principais supermercados da região. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Foi identificado por um de seus proprietários a necessidade de expandir os negócios além das fronteiras da região para garantir a crescimento ou até mesmo a sobrevivência da fazenda. Outro acredita que uma melhoria na eficiência dos processos produtivos e uma diminuição nos custos, será o necessário para se manter os bons resultados por um bom tempo. Cabe ao presidente da empresa a responsabilidade pela tomada de decisão: crescer e comercializar o produto em outras regiões ou não crescer e manter-se produtivamente eficiente e com os custos controlados?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A decisão a ser tomada envolverá várias áreas da empresa e poderá significar o fim da empresa ou o início da abertura de novos mercados. E ganha pontos também por causa da facilidade de usá-lo em dispositivos móveis, como o Blackberry.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;No universo corporativo, como acontece com qualquer nova ferramenta, acho que o primeiro passo é tentar evitar usar o Twitter apenas pelo hype e, em vez disso, encontrar formas de aplicá-lo que realmente façam sentido e gerem relevância para os seguidores.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;O Twitter é sem dúvida um meio interessante de passar informações curtas e diretas, mais ou menos como manchetes de primeira página. Pode também apontar para outros links, no caso de a pessoa querer se aprofundar.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A facilidade representada pelo pouco número de toques, no entanto, apresenta um desafio: é fundamental evitar o excesso e perseguir a pertinência, para que as atualizações não virem ruído.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A principal experiência da Fiat com o Twitter foi na época das Olimpíadas, quando criamos o perfil &lt;a href=&quot;http://twitter.com/fiatpequim08&quot;&gt;@fiatpequim&lt;/a&gt; em parceria com o UOL. Se ele lançar alguma pergunta que pode gerar polêmica, não se omita. É com essa atitude que a sua empresa começa a ter a confiança do internauta e, principalmente, poderá conhecer o hábito de consumo desse possível comprador. Pode parecer óbvio, mas com esse boom de blogs corporativos ainda não poucos aqueles que usam essa ferramenta como deve ser, de forma interativa, deixando o internauta palpitar e você respondendo suas questões ou simplesmente monitorando os comentários. Por meio dessa troca de contatos, você poderá fidelizar o seu cliente e identificar público alvo e grupos que você deseja vender. Para depois, fazer ações interativas (como enquetes, jogos e outros) para reforçar a marca de sua empresa e vender mais.
