&lt;span style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;Young will secure speakers, workshops and activities to support Idaho’s largest agriculture irrigation conference, hosted by the Idaho Irrigation Equipment Association (IIEA).&amp;nbsp; IIEA, which was established in 1971 and who’s membership includes more than 115 wholesale suppliers, retail dealers, equipment manufacturers, public utilities and educational institutions, has held the Idaho Irrigation Equipment Show for more than 30 years. &lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;The 2013 show, featuring hundreds of participants, speakers, and vendors, will be held January 7, 2013 in Nampa, Idaho. The 10 finalists will be contacted for high resolution images upon completion of contest (3mb or higher). By entering our contest, you grant Cornell the right to distribute, display, reproduce and create works of our own, in any media form. All entries must be received through Cornell's photo uploader by July 17th, 2011, 12a.m. pacific time. Judging will take place here internally for the first round of participants. There are two major waste water treatment plants in Brussels: Brussels North and Brussels South. Six (6) &lt;b&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.cornellpump.com/"&gt;Cornell 18NHFL's&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/b&gt; have been installed during the end of 2010 in the waste water treatment plant of Brussels South. The plant has been online since February of 2011.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Before the installation of this new process, the sludge circulation to the decantation basins were producing foam and the particles were floating at the waters surface. Too much air was being trapped with the sludge particles and the particles were not settling to the bottom of the decantation tanks. It was then decided that another step needed to be added to the process: pumping sludge from the lower tank to the upper tank with &lt;b&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.cornellpump.com/products/selfpriming.html"&gt;CORNELL SELF-PRIMING PUMPS&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/b&gt;. The &lt;b&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.cornellpump.com/products/selfpriming.html"&gt;SELF-PRIMING PUMPS&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/b&gt; help remove the excess air from the sludge before it is pumped into the upper tanks and comes into contact with the&amp;nbsp;surface&amp;nbsp;mixers. Because of &lt;b&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.cornellpump.com/products/selfpriming.html"&gt;Cornell's SELF-PRIMING&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/b&gt; capacities, &lt;b&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.hydro-plus.be/"&gt;HYDRO+&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/b&gt; could install the pumps at ground level in a new building. From time to time but mostly during slow pumping periods, one could actually hear the vacuum pumps extracting the air that had already been separated from the water by turbulence. That means that without the &lt;b&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.cornellpump.com/products/selfpriming.html"&gt;SELF-PRIMING PUMPS&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/b&gt;, the main pumps would lose their prime because of the excess air. These pumps now have two functions within the&amp;nbsp;&lt;b&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.hydro-plus.be/"&gt;HYDRO+&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&amp;nbsp;application: The initial priming at start-up and extracting the excess air during the pumping process.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Manage the assigned commodities by establishing and maintaining the supplier relationship. This position will be responsible for cost containment and reduction, new product introductions and related project support, sourcing new suppliers, and continuous development of existing suppliers for each assigned commodity.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;u&gt;ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES&lt;/u&gt; include the following. Other duties may be assigned.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Manages suppliers for assigned commodities by negotiating price, delivery, quality and service levels with vendors.&lt;br /&gt;
Understands supplier reviews/evaluations for quality, on-time delivery, and cost competitiveness&lt;br /&gt;
Resolves supplier performance issues that negatively impact Cornell's ability to fill customer orders (i.e.: nonconforming material returns and replacement, late delivery, cost increase, etc.).&lt;br /&gt;
Initiates RFP's (aka RFQ's) from the simple to the complex.&lt;br /&gt;
Responsible for procuring proper materials in the appropriate quantities from qualified suppliers utilizing the MRP system.&lt;br /&gt;
Pursue cost reductions and/or profit improvement through cooperative efforts with supply base.&lt;br /&gt;
Assists with inventory control by identifying and disposing of excess and inactive inventory&lt;br /&gt;
Generates ECN's when appropriate.&lt;br /&gt;
Follows ISO procedures in support of continuous process improvement.&lt;br /&gt;
Ability to travel as required.&lt;br /&gt;
PC literate and experience utilizing Microsoft software (Excel and Word).&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;u&gt;EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
High School Diploma or GED; minimum two years direct experience with sand castings, metal&lt;br /&gt;
fabricated assemblies, machined components, motors, seals, bearings, couplings, MRO and outside&lt;br /&gt;
processes; or equivalent combination of education and experience.&lt;br /&gt;
Prior utilization of MRP software for the fulfillment of ongoing production requirements.&lt;br /&gt;
Must be familiar with part qualification, first article acceptance and production readiness.&lt;br /&gt;
