Di fatto i Corvette North Owners, in quanto depositari della Cultura Chevy &amp;amp; Corvette non potevano mancare.... Siamo presenti, quindi, al Padiglione 3, quello dedicato alle Auto USA con qualche vettura ed un paio di Gazebo per &quot;info&quot; ed &quot;hospitality&quot;. La stranezza è che abbiamo deciso di presentarci &quot;a tema&quot; ed abbiamo iniziato con l&#39;auto che di questi tempi sta entrando nel novero delle &quot;anziane&quot; e che conta nel nostro club molti appartenenti : la Corvette C4.&lt;br /&gt;
Non è propriamente il prototipo di Auto che si pensa e si vuole di solito trovare in queste manifestazioni, ma la nostra opera vuole appunto sensibilizzare e portare a conoscenza il variegato pubblico &quot;American Cars &amp;amp; bike&quot; di questo splendido esempio di sportività americana. Certo zero cromo e poco acciaio con le nostre carrozzerie in fibra, ma è sempre una Corvette e la sua linea senza tempo contunuerà a portare splendore al marchio del Bow Tie.&lt;br /&gt;

Queste motorizzazioni si dividono tra carrozzeria Coupe (1937) e carrozzeria T-top (633). E ne consegue che i modelli estremamente più rari siano i 455 con T-Top che sono appena 110 !!! &amp;nbsp;Trovare delle C4 prima serie (pre &#39;91) in ordine è sempre un&#39;impresa, e tra le 140mila coupe prodotte in quegli anni, le Two Tone (come per le C3 è una colorazione solo per le Coupe, fatta eccezione della pace car del &#39;95 che è solo Convertibile) saranno si e no meno di 20mila ed anche queste hanno avuto la loro bella misera fine tra mani poco attente e/o poco serie che hanno fatto delle mitiche C4 nel periodo di maggior deprezzamento più auto da Circo che altro.... per fortuna c&#39;è attualmente una leggera inversione di tendenza.&lt;br /&gt;

Oramai trovarne una in condizioni decenti è una chimera e se la trovi, anche negli States, se la fanno pagare.....&lt;br /&gt;
Purtroppo questo è il risultato di una sciagurata gestione del parco macchine in via di deprezzamento negli USA (ma un pò ovunque), ove gioielli come questa si ritrovano nelle mani di &quot;ragazzi alle prime armi&quot; o &quot;chicanos che personalizzano qualunque cosa&quot; pur di fare effetto.... ed il risultato è che la seconda Generazione (1970-1981) della Camaro sopratutto nella sua versione &quot;riveduta&quot; dal &#39;74 e in quella ulteriormente modificata dal &#39;78 (con aggiunte di paraurti in plastica con tanto di spoiler ed eventuali alettoni e mezze minigonne fino all&#39;81) sia stata ignobilmente sfruttata dalle masse nei modi più inopportuni, tanto da lasciare ai posteri (noi oggi) solo vecchi rottami da rimettere a posto senza alcun controvalore. Si son salvate le prime, forse perchè quell&#39;aria più da Auto d&#39;Epoca&amp;nbsp; (e sopratutto i tanti HP a disposizione) e le minori produzioni ne hanno reso più difficile la reperibilità e comunque chi ce l&#39;aveva se l&#39;è tenuta magari anche più a lungo. Un posto strano..... l&#39;altr anno avvolto dalle nevi di gennaio trasmetteva un&#39;atmosfera surreale ma tranquilla al tempo stesso.... Vecchi Aeroplani, Animali di specie e continenti diversi. Tutti li, chi non temendo la neve con la propria USA Car, chi in altro modo, grandi e piccoli, amici di sempre ed amici occasionali, famiglie in un&#39;unica Famiglia. E che mangiata.... Rispetto alle esagerate trasformazioni (più estetiche spesso...) che si vedono in giro su di un Big Block, questo sembra persino &quot;anonimo&quot;, il solito &quot;pacioso e tranquillo&quot; V8 USA.....si, con 390HP !
