HI there - I recommend Josh Nankivel's eBook on WBS. He has a great handle on the WBS, real life use of it in small and large projects, and teaches it clearly and well. Check it out here:

Something I find useful in Scrum are the moderation techniques for meetings, especially the retrospective. without good moderation, we can argue and debate for hours without agreeing on anything, but with good moderation, we get something out of every meeting and all the small things add up when doing retros regularly.

Here's an update. I heartily endorse Cornelius Fichtner's Project Management PrepCast. For the first time in years, Cornelius updated his price from $99 to $129 in January 2012. It is still a bargain and a well-justified spend at that new price. So if you're looking to go after your PMP certification in 2012 and are looking around for the right training and study option for you, check out more info on the Project Management PrepCast here.
