Many of the worlds hottest women are in Miami this week. Not only is it Super Bowl XLIV where men out number women 5 to one. The Miami International Boat Show starts Feb. 11-14. And Polo season is in full swing in Palm Beach. Older women who are wise head south for fun in the Sun in February. From New York City Socialites, to Hollywood celebrities Miami is the place for Single Women on the prowl this Month.

There’s nothing hotter than South Beach at night – the clubs, the music, the men, and the drinks. Here are a few of the Hottest Miami Cocktails:

Passion Fruit Mojito

INGREDIENTS:
1 tablespoon fresh mint, minced
1 1/2 ounces passion fruit juice
1 1/2 ounces rum
1 ounce simple syrup
3/4 ounce lemon juice
Splash club soda

Place mint in bottom of a glass and mash with muddle. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine passion fruit juice, syrup, rum, and lemon juice. Pour into glass and top with a splash of club soda.

Miami Vice

1 strawberry, sliced
1 slice kiwi
1 ounce simple syrup
2 ounces Absolut peach
4 ounces Red Bull

In a glass, combine strawberry slices, kiwi, and simple syrup. Mash with a muddler or the end of a wooden spoon. Add ice, Red Bull, and Absolut peach stirring to combine. This one Cougars is sure to keep you going late into the night in South Beach!
