Its the end of the week and I have not checked in in awhile and I am sorry about that. Its been crazy busy with work at the Hospital. Seems like all I do is sleep and work. I have not even had the time to blog or look at my Country Gourmet Home site. When your running a home based business they do not run themselves so you have to find the time to work them. Do any of you have any suggestions on how I can schedule time for blogging and running the business? I would like to get some sales and it is just not happening. How can I find people online that would like to know more about my business? Please let me know your thoughts I can use all the help I can get.

While at work last night I get a phone call from my director asking if I could pick up another shift. The other night shift person had surgery so I have her shift, my night shift and the mid-day shift!!!! That will help with the bills, but.........I am so tired just thinking about it. Some day I'll get the the job waiting at OU Hospital.....OU don't give up on me!!!!

As a host you can get free food. When Stephani was over yesterday she saw some of the wonderful, easy mixes that I had ordered for a lady at work. I shared with her how she can get free food too. It has been a busy week here. How has it been for you? Today I will work in the morning and come home and go to Church and then turn around and head back to work. It seems this is all I do here lately. I know I need to work on my businesses which are Country Gourmet Home and Advocare but there just does not seem to be enough hours in the day. How do you all handle a full time job, a blog and a home based business? How do you fit in promoting your business and where do you do this at? Do you take ads out or do you just post on Facebook and Twitter? How do you find the time to host parties and where do you find people at to host them for you? Please share your thoughts with me as I can use some help.

Things change in a blink of an eye! From good news to bad! I just pray that my son only gets stronger and finds a girl that treats him like a king and her like a queen. I am so sad and sorry that they lost the baby and that she left him. But with God he can make it. Best of luck, prayers, and thoughts are with him.

When I woke up it was raining and this stinks. I know I know I know we need it. But the
Swimming Pool at my sisters has been closed for over a week and it was supposed to open back up today and Charlie and I wanted to swim. Now he is stuck in the house again. I think we may escape and go to Mc Donald's.
