I have been on IB for over a year now and after investing over 500 hours writing and learning I have started seeing sustained success. This success has been a great journey for me where I have met very influential people such as Pat Flynn and JCMayer777.

JCMayer777 really opened my eyes to IB and the possibilities and eventually becoming a reality. JC on IB alone has come close to $3000 per month and with time I know that he will eventually break the $10k barrier quite easily. Looking To Hire Writers For $300 Per Month From Infobarrel

After 3 successful months on Infobarrel I am now looking to really turbo charge my passive income. If you have followed me and my writing on IB you will know that I am trying to generate passive income so that I can cover my mortgage costs on a monthly basis. I am paying $833 per month for my mortgage and this is Interest only. At the moment I am making $170 per month and hopefully by the end of April will be reporting $200 on my income and earnings report. I am not quite there but I am happy with the progress I am making. It has been 14 months since I started writing articles on Infobarrel. Since then I have written 299 articles and am currently making $170 per month. I really want to make this figure grow and if my plan to pay my mortgage using passive income is to come true then I really need to supercharge and mastermind a revised plan. My Overall plan consists on 3 phases. I want to achieve my first goal which is to make $833 so I can pay my monthly mortgage interest payments. Once I exceed this figure I want to earn $1000 so I can completely pay my mortgage repayments without the need to dip into my salary. Eventually I really want to save the money and raise enough capital to pay off my mortgage debt. This would really be an amazing feeling to have. Just imagine not worrying about the monthly mortgage payments and rest assured knowing that you are paying your debt off.

I have used my contacts and am looking for a perfect writer who is also a member of Infobarrel. The great thing about this site is that you build contacts quickly which you can trust. I have outlined my needs and how I want the articles to be structured with an emphasis on Search Engine Optimisation.

I also want someone to provide me with keywords and I have managed to get a mastermind expert to do this. JCMayer777 is another great Infobarrel member and has managed to earn up to $3000 per month on Infobarrel using masterful keyword research. JC provides keywords for people who write on Seekyt under his referral. I have managed to strike a deal with JC whereby he supplies me with great keywords for articles to be published on Seekyt; I will then rewrite the articles and post them on Infobarrel. This way I will generate income through two channels therefore diversifying my income.

I will also be very involved and keep a keen eye on my analytics account to find articles which are performing well and then writing more in that niche. This has really worked for me; I remember having 230 articles at one stage at the turn on 2011 and only managed to earn $20 per month. After turning my attention to optimising using analytics I increased my articles to 299 and my earnings jumped to $170 per month. By squeezing as many dollars as I can from my articles the quicker I will achieve my goals.

I really believe that this will work; previously I have dabbled in outsourcing but failed because I wanted to pay no more than a dollar for an article. I have now changed the way I think and have got two masterminds on board where we all win and I have the opportunity to grow my income by maintaining this profitable relationship. I cant wait to publish my April report which is already looking good; I have already earned $60 at the point where I earned $41 last month. With more articles to be published this month and keywords supplied by JC I really believe I can meet the $200 mark which would be another great milestone. Using My Profile Page To Maximise My Revenue On Infobarrel

I love Infobarrel and I want to should about it from my rooftop. Infobarrel has really helped me generate passive income which I will eventually be using to pay off my mortgage. At the moment I am on a interest only mortgage payment with Santander and pay $833 or £500 per month. I want to generate enough money to pay this monthly and then go onto repayments and eventually pay off the entire debt.

To generate passive income you have to really be as efficient as possible. It has been 14 months since I started and I have been humbled by my original target to achieve $1000 per month within a year so I could make my mortgage payments. I am generating about $170 per month in march which means that I have achieved 20% of my goal. Now I have 299 articles and want to become as efficient as possible to squeeze every ounce of juice from my articles.

I have come to realise how important a profile page is and where before I paid little regards to it I found myself spending an entire day trying to perfect it. The profile page is essentially your brand and once it become interesting more and more traffic flows through it. I have eventually come up with the following profile page introduction for Infobarrel; hopefully this will edge me nearer to my goal of paying my mortgage off passively.

I have been interested with passive income since 2009 and have been entertaining the idea of trying to pay my monthly mortgage payments passively. There have been lots of ups and downs and there have been times when I really wanted to throw the towel in. Fortunately I feel that I have started to make progress and my efforts are finally coming to fruition.

I have been writing for Infobarrel for 14 months and although I put in minimum effort and concentrated on writing quantity as opposed to quality I have seen slow growth. It is only now that I have educated myself in Search Engine Optimisation and Keyword research that I am starting to see results. I really feel that I can start to believe in myself and have the conviction to pay off my mortgage payments quickly.

At the moment I am paying interest only on my 25 year mortgage and roughly pay about £500 per month which is around $833. I am now making $170 per month from Infobarrel so I have reached 20% of my goal. I really believe that by the end of 2013 I can reach 100% of this goal. Paying the mortgage is such a burden and if I can pay the interest only payments passively then this will give me the confidence to go on and generate enough money for the full mortgage repayments and even try and pay off the entire debt. This would be an amazing achievement.

The year 2012 has been amazing; I have seen my earnings go up 100% then 47% and then 37% on a monthly basis. I am now really putting more effort in to try and continue this trend. I really want to share all that I learn on passive income which is why I always to my best to write detailed earnings report which are linked below.

I Have Just Hired My First Virtual Assistant For My Webanswers Project

I have gone and taken the plunge to hire a Virtual Assistant. Anyone who follows my blog will know that I want to create a stream of residual income to pay off my monthly mortgage of £430 per month. Paying the mortgage is such a burden and if I can create a passive stream of income I can really make money from time. Anyone who follows this blog will know that I am a fan of Webanswers and with 390 responses was able to earn £32 in the month of June. I wanted to take the experience to the next level and I have hired a virtual assistant to really accelerate my answering capabilities on Webanswers

The Virtual Assistant that I have hired is Mohammed Adil who is based in Pakistan. I have created a contract with him whereby I will pay him £100 or $166 to answer 1000 questions in the month of July. I really hope that with all the questions that I have answered and the ones Mohammed will answer I will be able to earn £100 in July. Here is Mohammed's profile which clearly shows that he is a very capable individual. Mohammed has also been employed previously and received good feedback.

My virtual assistants expertise include the following;

- Accounting
- Tax
- Finance
- Forex

These subjects have the highest paying adwords which I am really pleased about. The way I see it is I am not a expert at these topics and the time it would take me to answer 10 questions through thorough research Mohammed can probably answer 30. I have provided my VA with a strict criteria on how to answer the questions which include the following.

- The Answers must be comprehensive and between 150 to 250 words.
- The Answers have to add value and must not be copied or spun.
- All the content will be checked to see if it is copied.
- 33 Questions must be answered each day and emailed to me.
- If the quality of the answers are good then he will receive more contracts worth even more money.

Mohammed is really eager to start and I have emailed over his Task 001 which has 33 questions on them all of which are accounting related. I chose the questions based on the following criteria. The strategy was given to me by a fellow Infobarrel contributor X3xsoldierX3X who came up with the idea. I have also added a few other things to the strategy and it is a work in progress.

- The questions must have a lot of views and the amount of views must not exceed the amount of days it has been posted. So if a question has had 2000 views and has been posted 1999 days ago this means that I will generate at least one view per day providing there are no other answers.

- The question must not have too many answers. Most of the revenue is generated from unanswered questions however if there is too many answers the revenue is shared so you don't really earn that much.
It is better to answer a question that has been posted 50 days ago with 100 views and 1 answer compared to a question which has been posted 50 days ago with 1000 views and 12 answers.

- All the questions that I pick will have a relatively high CPC meaning that when I do get a click it will be worthwhile. Many successful experts on Webanswers such as IMHO and SlipFallGuy have stated that answering questions in specialist areas really increase the revenue that you can generate.

- Every answer will be personally edited and checked to see if it passes for a good answer. I will edit and then provide my VA with the feedback so that they do not make the same error again. If I can work well and in harmony with my VA I know that I can make a profit margin here.

I have really high expectation for this project and I really think that my Virtual Assistant is good enough to answer 33 questions per day. If he can complete the contract then I will have 1400 answers under my belt. If I earned £32 per month from 390 answers then with 1400 I can expect to make £120 per month. I will be really conservative and hope that I at least earn £60 per month and achieve the minimum payout. Many people might think what is the point of paying someone £100 if you make a return of £60? Well with passive income I can hopefully expect to make £60 per month continually which means in a year I will make £720 which is over 500% return on investment.

If this project really takes off and I have high hopes for this as I believe in the site, the strategy and the VA then I can see myself doing this on a continuous basis. You might be asking what I will be doing if I have hired someone to answer all the questions and the answer is I will be doing the following.

- Developing my Cold Sore Remedies Niche Site.
- Supercharging my Infobarrel Articles through spinning and reposting.
- Backlinking my niche site and articles.

I really hope I can achieve at least another £100 in the month of July as Xomba has really been disappointing for me as they blocked my account without an explanation. Turbo Charging My Articles To Earn More Passive Income

Anyone who reads my post will know that I like to be as efficient as possible. I love the quote "Efficiency Is Doing Better What Is Already Being Done". Using this philosophy I am trying to really take my passive income to the next level and you can read about my plans to supercharge my webanswers residual income . I have really been happy with the progress I have been making and I have made £100 in the month on June. I now want to really turbo charge all the content that I have on the internet and really squeeze every ounce in terms of passive income out of them. My ultimate aim is to pay my mortgage using the passive income that I generate. I currently pay £430 per month on my mortgage and if I can pay this residually then that would be amazing.

I have nearly 200 articles published on the internet with Infobarrel and I earn approximately £20 from them each month. I have not backlinked these articles nor have I promoted them. I believe I am only squeezing about 10% of the potential passive income out of them. I really want to take this to the next level and I want to increase my productivity without compromising on my quality.

To do well as a blogger/internet marketer you need to be doing the following things

- Contribute to make the internet a better place

- Always add value so that you develop a loyal readership

- Try and get to the top of Google using backlinking strategies

- Expose your content as much as you can

- Never copy or violate terms of agreements

My Plan - Supercharging my Articles

I have nearly 200 articles published on the internet on Infobarrel, I now want to rewrite these articles using spinning software and then add them to 10 other revenue sharing websites. Spinning will allow me to really increase my productivity and start earning money quicker. The way I see it is if I write an article on Infobarrel and it is really useful then posting the article to another revenue sharing website by making it completely different will only help to make the internet a better place. Say you find a really good treatment for acne and you want to share it with everyone, spinning allows you to create original content quicker and if you can spend time adding different pictures and videos to them you can really make them indistinguishable. Pat Flynn who is the author of the blog Smart Passive Income has used this strategy and has been really successful even after the Google algorithm changes. When spinning articles you need to adhere to the following.

- Always read the article before publishing

- Add different media and vidoes

- Never post the same article twice

- Always add value to the reader

If you can demonstrate that you are adding value then you can create a vast amount of passive income.

Spin The Articles - 5 minutes

I want to use The Best Spinner to spin all 200 of my articles and then post them on 10 different revenue sharing sites. The spinning software allows you to achieve really high levels of originality. If you spend 5 minutes spinning an article and then an 55 minutes to post them on 10 different sites then you will use an hour. If you write 10 different articles you will spend almost 4 hours, so by spinning you save 3 hours in terms of productivity.

Posting the Articles - 55 minutes

The revenue sharing websites that I am proposing to use are the following:

Over a month I would be able to generate 900 articles. Bearing in mind I have 200 articles and 10 revenue sharing website I can ultimately create 2000 articles on the internet. I will also be able to compare which are the best revenue sharing websites and keep posting more content there. I can also backlink my articles to by creating link wheels so Infobarrel links to Xomba which links to Flixya which will ultimately increase my search engine results.

Incorporating My Niche Site

Every time I create a post for my Niche site I will spin the content and then add to the revenue sharing websites. I will be rising in the Google search results and be earning a revenue from the content that I publish from my niche site. It is all about taking every thing you have and then bring it together like you do on a football team.

Webanswers has been a really great source of passive income and I want to take it to the next level. I am considering outsourcing many of the questions to virtual assistants who can write well researched answers. Before I reveal my exact method I want to let all my new readers know that the purpose of this blog is to document my progress to build a residual stream of income which I want to use to make my monthly mortgage payments. I have 3 phased targets that I want to achieve

Phase 1 : Create £430 per month in residual income so that I can pay my interest only mortgage

Phase 2: Create £600 per month in residual income so that I can pay my full repayment mortgage

Phase 3: Create £134,000.00 to pay off my mortgage in its entirety

Phase 1 is a long way away however if you read my June Income Report you will see that I am 20% there and have accumulated a vast amount of knowledge and experience to get there. I have achieved £32 in June using Webanswers and I want to take this to the next level and hire a Virtual Assistant to answer all the questions that I pick out. The benefits of using a virtual assistant are immense, your productivity will increase and hopefully if you can manage the person properly you can build a profitable long term relationship.

My Webanswers Outsourcing Plan

1.Find A Virtual Assistant

I have found a reputable site called Odesk which provides a place where you can hire writers and virtual assistance at a fraction of the price. I have seen many people offering their service for about $1 per hour which is really cost effective. The ethics of employing someone for this amount may be questionable however the way I see it is that their quality of life and standard of living will improve and in third world countries the cost of living is really low. So in real terms $1 in Bangladesh may be worth $10 in the west. From my experience of Webanswers I have seen that 400 answers generates about £30 which means 1 answer is worth 7 pence. Based on this calculation I will be offering a contract to my prospective employee to answer 1000 answers in a month for £100. I plan to put the following ad in Odesk to see what kind of response I get.

I am offering to pay $166 to contract a virtual assistant to answer questions that I have in certain areas of Law, Finance & Health.

I need 1000 answers to be generated in a month which means you will need to answer 33 questions per day. 2. Conducting Interviews

Once I get some responses I will start to ask for sample work and set them some tasks such as answering questions. I have checked out some of the candidates available and I am astonished at the level of experience and education and with proper guidance and management I really think we can build a profitable mutual relationship.

The Maths Behind My Experiment

You might be thinking that if I pay someone £100 or $166 to answer 33 questions per day I will need to earn more than £3.33 or $4.50 to break even. This is true however I am looking at the long term picture. By spending £100 and accumulating 1000 questions based on my original calculations I expect to make £100 per month. If I can earn this amount every month then in a year I will expect to make £1200. The return on investment is over 1000%.

I am really excited at the prospect of working with someone and If I can develop a fruitful relationship I will definitely share some of my profit so I can build a long term relationship, hopefully this is a win-win proposal.

I am really excited about writing this post and will be my first official income report for my residual income efforts. Just before I start to reveal the numbers I just wanted to explain the purpose of this blog as the name may be confusing for some of my esteemed readers. Covering the mortgage was created to document all my progress and efforts to generate passive income so I can meet my monthly mortgage payments. I currently pay £430 per month which is equivalent to $716, paying this amount every month is such as burden and my plans are to pay the monthly mortgage amount using passive income. If I am successful and start making a decent stream of residual income then my next target would be to pay the entire mortgage off but that is a long way away.

For the Month of July I made £102.55 which is roughly equivalent to $170. I have outlined the breakdown below.

I started using webanswers from the 14th of May 2011 and have answered 361 questions on topics such as health and investment. On average I answered 8 questions per day and earned £35.37 for the month of June. I really like webanswers and believe it has potential to make me at least £100 per month which is my ultimate target. I have learnt that the more active you are the more money you can make. Most of the income comes from unanswered questions and page impressions are distributed by the amount of people who answer. The better the quality of your answer the more impressions you will get and more likely you are to earn.

Xomba has been another great source of revenue for me. I have about 50 articles and 1000 bookmarks and have generated £30.07 which is roughly equivalent to $50. Unfortunately Xomba has blocked my account without giving me any reason whatsoever. I have emailed the CEO of Xomba Nick Verenis for an answer and it has been 2 weeks and I have not been given a response. I will continue to keep chasing them for an explanation as I invested 2 months of my time there and it is not fair for them to take the earnings away from me. Xomba is a great site however I fear they are becoming more and more like Ehow and treat their community unfairly. I shall keep you updated on what is happening here.

Infobarrel

I have 196 articles on Infobarrel with very little backlinking or promotion. I have earned £22.96 which is roughly equivalent to $38 which is great. I now want to use my existing articles and make them earn as much money as possible. My ultimate goal here is to generate £100 per month which would be a fantastic achievement. My plan now is to get my 10 highest earning articles and then add pictures to them. For every picture added on your Infobarrel article you also create a media page which has adsense ads sprinkled on. So If I get my 10 highest earning articles and add 3 pictures on each one I will have a 40 pieces of content all with adsense ads on them which should increase my earnings. Many writers on Infobarrel such as Chezfat and Godfather have reported success using this method and I want to see if I can emulate them. I also want to create 10 backlinks for each of my best earning articles to see if this impacts on my earnings. even if I can reach £40 per month using these strategies for July I will be more than happy.

My niche site has started to progress too which is all about Cold Sore. The keyword that I have been targeting is cold sore remedies. Although it is early days and this is completely new to me I have made approximately £2.91 and have 19 pieces of indexed content and I am currently at position 76 on Google search engine results which I am happy with. Earnings will rise with quality content and backlinking which I am planning to do in July.

My 30 Day Challenge To Make My Infobarrel Articles Earn More Money

I am into residual income in a big way and the purpose of this blog is to generate enough income from the internet to pay my monthly mortgage payments. At the moment I am targeting £430 which is my monthly mortgage payment amount and I am generating about £100 per month through the internet which I am really happy with because I have achieved 20% of my target. Ultimately in the long run I hope to pay off my entire mortgage with the money I generate passively.

I started to writing for Infobarrel since January and have accumulated 194 articles. At the moment I am earning around £20 to £30 from the articles I have written. From my Google analytic account I have discovered that out of the 194 articles only 20 of them earn money and about 10 of them earn nearly 80% of the income. Clearly these articles have a good search engine placement and an excellent click through rate. I got thinking, how can I make these articles to earn much more and now I have devised a plan to really get the most out of my Infobarrel articles. Here are my top earning articles on Infobarrel.

My strategy is multidimensional and if I can implement the plan properly then hopefully I can generate more income from my highest earning articles. I want to implement the following actions.

Add pictures to my highest earning infobarrel articles

Many writers on Infobarrel have implemented a successful strategy whereby they add multimedia pictures to their articles to generate more pages with Google Adsense ads. If someone writes a article on Infobarrel then they have one page that contains a set of adds. When they add multimedia pictures they create another separate page which contains another set of Google ads. So If I have an article and add 5 pictures to it then I will have 6 pieces of content with 6 sets of ads. Many Infobarrel writers such as Chezfat have experienced success using this strategy and I will now try my hand at it.

Rewrite the highest earning articles and then post them on other revenue sharing websites

Once I have added the multimedia content I am planning to rewrite or re-spin the articles and then post them on other revenue sharing website. I have decided to try out 5 revenue sharing websites as I don't want to overwhelm myself with work and it will also provide me with an opportunity to see how well the articles are doing as I compare across the board.

Is Xomba Really Worth It? Review - Earnings - Experience

Anyone who has previously read my posts will know that the purpose of Covering The Mortgage is to generate passive income from the internet to pay my monthly mortgage payment. I pay about £430 per month and at the moment I am generating £100 per month and Xomba is making a large contribution to this.

I came across Xomba in 2008 because I had read a review on how people were making a decent amount of money writing articles and receiving money for adsense clicks. Xomba is a revenue sharing website which shares its revenue 60:40 where the member receives 60%. I started writing for Xomba in 2008 and after writing about 20 articles I was making about $5 per week which was not bad at all. I then stumbled across an Xomba article where the writer was claiming to make $3000 per month and the owner of the site Nick Verenis had confirmed this. The name of the writer was Dedom and he was offering to share his secrets if I joined under his username which I did.

The strategy was to look at Google trends and then find the most searched for keywords and then write short bookmarks about them in an attempt to get high levels of traffic. Within a month I had about 50 articles and 1000 bookmarks and have been earning roughly around $100 per month since 2008. I have been really happy with the results and I regret not putting more effort to write more bookmarks and articles using this strategy. Since 2008 I have about $1500 and had I continued at this pace would probably have made $1000 a month after writing about a year.

I was considering adding more content however for some reason Xomba decided to block my account but continued to give me my share of the adsense earnings which was fair. Recently however my plans were really hit hard when Xomba decided to stop sharing revenue with blocked users despite keeping the content online on its site. I have earned a lot of money for myself and Xomba however I feel that I am being treated unfairly. At the time when I wrote my bookmarks and articles everything passed the editorial guidelines however for some reason they have changed their terms and conditions and completely blocked my account and stopped sharing revenue with me. The only reason that I think my account was blocked was due to changes that were happening to Xomba because they were trying to avoid getting hit by the Google algorithm change and I was unfortunate enough to be in the blocked account category. Here is Nick describing the changes.

I have emailed the site administrator Amanda and copied in Nick Verenis who is the CEO of Xomba explaining to them the following.

I spent over 2 months of my time adding bookmarks and articles to the site.
Everything passed the editorial guidelines at the time and everyone was submitting massive amounts of bookmarks on the site.
Dedom who provided me with the strategy was also doing the same as I was yet I have noticed that his account is not blocked.
I have noticed that my bookmarks and articles are still on Xomba and earning money through adsense.
I think it is unfair that the revenue is not being shared and I just want a explanation as to the fairness of blocking people and then stopping their share of adsense yet still keeping the content to make money for Xomba.

I am still awaiting a response and hope that it is favourable as this is a significant chunk of my passive income. I am now glad I did not continue with Xomba. Imagine writing consistently for a year and then having your adsense share stopped without any proper explanation.

This is not a damning review of Xomba because I know you can make money with this site. I am just trying to get a explanation as to why my account was blocked and revenue share stopped. Xomba is a great place to earn extra cash and I would urge you to check it out. I know that common sense will eventually prevail and hopefully my rightful share of the adsense revenue will be given to me. I will definitely keep you posted.

My Niche Site Development Plan Using Pat Flynn's Strategy

Anyone who follows my blog will know that I want to generate passive income so that I can make my monthly mortgage payments. At the moment my mortgage payment is around £430 and I am generating almost £100 per month here which means I have achieved 20% of my goal. I am really happy with my progress however I don't want to take my feet off the gas. I have written articles on Xomba and Infobarrel and I answer questions on Webanswers however the place I really want to make money is on my niche site.

I was inspired to build a niche site after I followed the progress of the Niche Site Duel between top bloggers Pat Flynn and Tyrone Shum. They challenged each other to to create a niche site from scratch and take it to the top of Google search engine results. I followed the progress they were making and was amazed at the strategies they used to achieve their goals. At the moment Pat Flynn is earning about $1000 per month from his site and this is something that I really want to follow.

To start with I followed everything that Pat was doing and I created a website on Cold Sore Remedies which was a particular niche that had a keyword that was quite uncompetitive and the adsense click was relatively commercial. The software that I used to to all my research was Market Samurai which helps you find profitable keywords that have low levels of competition. I cannot stress enough how important it is to use some sort of software when you do your research on a particular niche. With MS you can really cut through all the crap and pin point a keyword that you can make a lot of money with as long as you get to the first page of Google.

Once I chose my niche I started to create quality content. I wanted to create something that would really last and from the beginning I made a pledge to myself that the website would add value to the reader and the internet. There is nothing worse than finding a low quality website at the top of a Google search because people know how to manipulate search engine results. Inevitably these low quality websites will be knocked off the top spot as Google becomes more and more life like with its algorithm or when someone sees they can do a better job.

So far I have written about 15 articles on my niche site and I am adding content everyday and editing content that I think needs improvement. My aim is to make the readers experience of the internet better and provide some sort of information that the reader will benefit from. I have checked many of the sites that are on the top spot and I feel I can make a better contribution.

It is really important to check how well your niche site is doing and without any banklinking I am on the 8th page of Google search engine results in Position 79. I am very happy with the progress that I have made so far and being on the 8th page is quite an achievement in itself for me. Now my job is to take it to the number one spot and the journey has really begun. I will continue to add quality content to the site and make it as comprehensive as possible. It will be a place where you can find out everything there is to know about cold sore remedies conveniently organised in one site that is both helpful and informative.

It is so important to track how you are ranking in the search engines and Market Samurai is one of the best software to help you achieve this. There is a module in MS that allows you to enter the keyword and the website address and you will be able to find where you have been placed in the results. By tracking your progress you can really motivate yourself to rise in the rankings. MS is really easy to use and the tutorials they offer are outstanding. Anyone who wants to create a niche site must use this software.

Backlinking To Better Search Engine Results

Now that I have established my place within the Google search engine results my task is to climb as much as possible. I need to backlink all my articles and according to Pat Flynn and there is a strategy that you can use to become successful in this area. There are two layers to the backlinking, there is a primary layer and a secondary layer. The primary layer links directly to your website and the secondary layer links to the primary layer and to each other. The primary layer consists of the following.

The primary layer will consist of really high quality backlinks and the articles that I submit will be both informative and add value to the reader. I will gradually build the backlinks otherwise Google will see this as a blatant attempt to manipulate the search results. I will add a few backlinks per day to make it look completely natural.

The secondary layer will consist of mass submission. You might be thinking that this will look unnatural however because it is linked to your primary layer you can add quite a lot without affecting your niche site. This is a really excellent strategy and one that I will be following for every niche site that I build in the future.

You might be worried about how you are going to write so many articles for so many sites and the solution is to use a article spinning software called Best Spinner. With an article spinner you can recreate your original article and make it look unique. The software replaces synonyms and makes the article look completely unique. Some people are really against article spinning however if you have written the article yourself and read the content and is passes for uniqueness then I don't think it is really harming the internet.

My Plan Now

Now that I have the knowledge and strategy I need a plan to to achieve my goal of going to the first page of Google. For the month of July I intend to do the following.

Add 30 more unique articles to the cold sore remedies niche site

Create account with 10 primary layer backlinking sites and submit articles to them

I don't really want to start on the secondary layer just yet as I don't really want to overwhelm myself and then end up achieving nothing. To me this is a learning exercise and I want to take my time over this niche site. Once I am confident about how to make successful niche sites I will then start to get things moving faster.

My Challenge To Create Time For Passive Income

The purpose of this blog is to generate passive income which I will use to pay my monthly mortgage payments. At the moment the interest rate in the UK is 0.5% and the rate on my mortgage is 3.29%. I pay approximately £430 per month. Making my monthly mortgage payments using passive income would be such an achievement for me. I am currently generating £100 per month so far which means than I have surpassed the 20% mark.

I am working hard towards my targets but I am also wasting a lot of time doing things that are not really contributing towards the passive income stream. When I do go online I am not as efficient as I like to be and these things are really holding me back and making me achieve my goals slower. I am now determined to organise and plan in advance so that I know exactly what I am doing.

Generating More Time

If you look at how you spend each day in a week then you can really see what you are doing. Many people often say that they simply don't have the time however if they plan effectively then there is always time to do the things you really want.

How Long Do You Sleep

Most people need 7 to 8 hours sleep every day so that they can function properly. If you are able to get into a deep sleeping rhythm then you need less sleep. I have noticed that when I am relaxed I can have a more fulfilling nights sleep whereas when I am all stressed I sleep for nine hours and still feel tired. Ultimately I want to be able to function with 6 hours sleep and if I can really achieve this I will free up 2 extra hours each day that I can devote to generating passive income. During the morning the brain functions really effectively therefore you will be doing more work during this period. To try and achieve this target I will wake up half an hour early every day until I can wake up 2 hours earlier than usual. I can probably change this habit within a week and my greatest challenge will be to get a fulfilling nights sleep in 6 hours as opposed to 8. I will do the following to get a fulfilling nights sleep by trying the following methods.

Deep breathing to relax before I go to bed
Stretch the body to help the blood flow around the body
Have a balanced meal during the evening that will promote sleep
Drink a glass of milk to relax the brain

If I am able to practice these methods before I go to sleep I should be able to have a fulfilling nights sleep in 6 hours rather than 8.

Watching Television and General Entertainment

I usually spend about an hour a day watching television or reading the paper. If I can use this time more effectively then I can generate an extra 30 hours every month. With 30 hours extra I could write about 300 answers on Webanswers which would probably make me an extra £30 per month in addition to the amount that I have already generated. It is all about quantifying your time and looking at the opportunity cost of using the time ineffectively. Rather than watching TV which contributes to absolutely nothing I could be earning more passive income. I have now proposed a total ban on myself when it comes to watching TV, I have probably spend 10% of my life watching TV when I could have used this time better.

Pacing Myself At Work

I work full time at a retail hardware store and most of my time I am on my feet or doing some labour intensive task. I have seen that pacing myself at work will help me maintain my energy levels and prevent me from getting tired. If I can keep my energy levels high then when I return hope I will be able to do more in terms of generating passive income. On a tired day I am able to answer about 10 questions on Webanswers however on days where I have more energy I can answer 20 questions. I work 5 days per week and I am now determined not to over work myself and find efficient methods at work or delegate my tasks. If I can double my productivity then this will definitely help me achieve my goals faster.

Spending Time With My Family

I want to spend about and hour with my family, unfortunately I have been neglecting my family because I spend time towards my passive income plans. I want to change this because I only get one opportunity in life to spend as much time with my 18 month old son and partner. If I miss my son growing up or spend less time with my partner I am sure I will regret it in the future however much passive income I generate. I have now pledged to spend at least an hour a day with my family so passive income will have to take a back seat here.

Organising And Planning My Work

It is essential to have targets and from those targets I need to generate a strategy to help me achieve my goals. Planning is also important and helps you implement your strategy. At the moment my planning is very sporadic, I write posts when I feel like it and answer questions on Webanswers when I can build up enough motivation. I have read a book called The Seven Habits Of Highly Effective People written by Stephen Covey. The book suggests that highly effective people have targets, they formulate a plan to achieve the targets. The highly effective people plan a week in advance and every task that they do contribute to the achievement of the task. I am certain that if I am able to organise my week in advance I will be able to increase my productivity and waste less time. A typical entry in my weekly planner looks something like this.

Every task that I complete on this planner contributes to my goals. Some of my goals are passive income and other goals are spending time with my family. If you can have clearly defined goals for each part of your life you can make sure that you don't neglect anything important. Here is how I want to spend a typical day in a week.

If I can outline all my task for a whole week using the following format I am sure that I will be able to see results faster. I want to work as hard as possible however I want to make sure that I am using my time effectively. Using this method along with the time creating methods will definitely help me see my income grow faster. My ultimate target was to pay my monthly mortgage payments passively before December 2011 and hopefully I will be able to do this now that I am managing my time effectively and planning towards meeting my goals. Making Money With Infobarrel - Earnings - Review - Panda

My experience of infobarrel has been mixed to say the least.I stumbled accross the site after top blogger Pat Flynn made a recommendation based on the earnings potential and growth of the site. I was very enthusiastic to start with in January and within a couple of months wrote 180 articles. I was progressing really well and made £28 which is $48 per month which is a fantastic acheivment for me. These results were obtained without backlinking. I then proposed to backlink as many articles as I could and use Market Samurai to improve my keyword research. I was really getting into my stride when the Google algorithm change took place and my monthly earnings in dropped about 50%.

Monthly Infobarrel Earnings

It seems as though the earnings are stabilising around £20 and steadily increasing. The Google algorithm change has certainly halted my progress however earnings now seem to be on the up which is quite pleasing. My initial plans for Infobarrel was to warn £25 per day so that I could give up my day job, however after the Google algorithm change I have changed my strategy slightly. I want to diversify my on-line passive income so that I wont need to rely heavily on one stream of income. If something disastrous was to happen to Infobarrel then I would have other sources of passive income to draw from.

My New Strategy For Infobarrel

I have decided that for the time being I will not write more content for Infobarrel and will instead concentrate on promoting my content. Out of the 194 articles that I have written only 10 articles earn the greatest share of my revenue. Starting from next month which will be July I intend to back link all these articles. I will not go overboard as this will raise alarm bells with the Google bots and my articles will probably be sand-boxed. Instead I have targeting to create 100 back links for the 10 articles over a period of 30 days. This means that I will post 3 to 4 back links per day alternating between the articles. If I take a steady approach then Google will see this as a naturally occurring action. At the moment I am receiving about 70 views daily and at the end of July I hope to be receiving around 140 views daily.

My Targets For July

Use quality sites and do not spam the links
Add value for the reader by posting a detailed explanation of the articles

Most of my submission will be to social bookmarking site where I hope to build a solid reputation for providing quality content. I am also considering rewriting all these articles and adding more quality content and pictures and then posting them on other revenue sharing sites. Sites such as Seekyt and Xomba seem promising so this is something that I may throw in during July to see how things progress.

My Strategy For Webansers

As I previously stated in my first post my aim is to generate enough money to pay my monthly mortgage payments passively. I have mode inroads into generating passive income however I am a long way away to achieving my passive income goals. My goal is to eventually generate £420 per month which is about $700 per month so that I can make the monthly mortgage payments which would be a fantastic achievement. If I was successful then this would really inspire me to pay off my mortgage completely. Having a freehold ownership of my own property would be a dream come true.

What Is Webanswers?
If you have heard of Yahoo Answers then Webanswers is very similar. People ask questions and you answer them. If your answer is good enough then you get awarded the best answer and receive ongoing royalties from the post. If the answer does not receive an award then all the contributors to the question get a cut of the adsense revenue depending on the quality of your answer. Webanswers has something called Quality Score which is generated every time you answer a question. If you research your answer and write a quality response with no grammatical errors then you have a higher quality score. The higher the quality score the larger your share of the adsense revenue will be.

My Results

I am a real fan of Webanswers and have been there for about a month now. I post between 10 and 20 answers everyday and have accumulated over 300 answers there. Here is my profile if you are interested in checking out how I structure my answers Knighttrader. I am very happy with my progress to date. In the last 30 days I have the following statistics.

There are days where I generate £1 and other days I generate about £2. I really believe I can push myself and achieve a £100 eventually and this is my goal for this Webanswers.

My Strategy
At the moment my strategy is to answer about 10-20 questions everyday.I want to eventually reach £100 per month or $166 per month. I will emphasise on quality rather than quantity. I have seen people who write one sentence answers and struggle to reach the minimum adsense payout despite having thousands of questions. From all my experience on the internet I have come to one universal conclusion which is The only way to make sustained money on line is to make the internet a better place. I have created a few rules that I use when I am on Webanswers.

1. Only answer questions which I am capable of
2. Never cheat or copy
3. Always add value to the question and leave the reader well informed
4. Always make the internet a better place

If I adhere to these rules I really think I can become successful here. The strategy that I have been using on WA is simple. I find unanswered questions which have a relatively high amount of views preferably over 500 which implies that it has some good Google search engine results which is where all the views are coming from. I then answer it the best I can and add value, its that simple.

So far for the month of June I have the following results

If this trend continues then by the end of the month I will have for June £30.94 which is equivalent to $51.54. Not bad!

Paying My Mortgage Passively

I am a great fan of passive income and it has become a big part of my life. I really want to use the income that I generate passively to make my monthly mortgage payments. I currently live in a 3 bedroom house in London in the borough of Newham. I brought my property in 2003 and at the moment I am paying £420 a month thanks to the low interest rates. I really wanted to make this monthly payment using passive income and in this blog I will outline my plan on how I can pay my mortgage passively. I have made a start and I am making inroads into unlocking some of the secrets of generating income on line.

The Start
My fascination with passive income started in 2008 when I stumbled across a site called Ehow where many people were generating income from writing articles. I was really excited at this prospect and really wanted to get stuck in however the Writers Compensation Plan was only available to citizens in the United States which really disappointed me. I then started writing for Bukisa however because the site was just starting the earnings were low and I gave up after a while. I wrote about 280 articles and generated about $2 per month.

The Middle
After the disappointment with Ehow and Bukisa I was later introduced to a site called Xomba in 2009. I realised there was a internet marketer there called Dedom who was making over $6000 per month using this site alone. I signed up under his name and he revealed all his strategies to me and I started writing articles and bookmarking content that I enjoyed reading. I generated about 1000 bookmarks and about 50 articles and to this day it generates about $60 per month in terms of passive income

Now
I am now at a point where I am really serious about earning money to cover the mortgage payment which will motivate me to put in the work so I can reap the rewards in the future. I have learnt a lot from my mistake and know that I should not have taken my foot of the gas in terms of writing. I am now active on the internet and am diversifying my income streams. I now write on Infobarrel and have started to also answer questions on Webanswers which are helping me achieve my passive goals. I have also started a niche site called Cold Sore Remedies which is where I am really concentrating my efforts on to make money.

My Strategy
I have the knowledge and now I have the tools at my disposal, having all this is OK but to do really well on line generating income you need a strategy and this is where I failed previously and wasted time. I now have a strategy and will implement this to see if I can make money. I will outline in details my plans for Infobarrel, Webanswers, Xomba and my niche site in later posts.
