New Machine for Covet Designs

I am totally pumped up. I just purchased a new piece of machinery that will allow me to make customized designs in my imPressed line of jewellery. It will be a few weeks before it is up and running and I am good a using it but it will allow me a whole new market for my jewellery. This is toooooooooo cool!

New Covet Style a Hit!

We rolled out the "Rock and Rolled" style of rolled aluminium necklaces and earrings. Currently I have to styles, triangle and 4 sizes of circles. They turned out great!!

I am working on developing about 6 new designs for the spring. Hopefully they will be out for the Spring Scattered seeds sale.

Keep tuned for my newest designs, I will try to post a few picts tomorrow.

I am on my way to pick up my new rolling mill. I will be creating texturized aluminium earrings and necklaces. From simple designs to funky words, I can't wait to pick up my new machine.

I will be starting off with simple circles and progressing to water jet cut out customized shapes. Let me know what shapes you would like to see. I am counting on you to help me out, I love to get feedback from you!

My newest designs made with capiz shells are doing really well, right now I have lime green, pink, purple and orange but I will have black, red and chocolate soon!!

I have always wondered what the hopla was about blogs, and yet today I find myself creating 2 separate blogs on very different topics, both of which I love dearly. Covet jewellery and women's football. http://mbfootballwomen.blogspot.com/

In this blog I'll do my best to keep my loyal followers and newly devoted up to date on my newest designs and upcoming events!! My webpage is in development, once it is up I will use this space to commuincate with my peeps about my thoughts and ideas for new deisgns, maybe get some input into what you want to see in upcoming designs, and thought and ideas on where I might sell more of my jewellery.

Inspired by her dad George, the owner of an aluminium foundry when she was a child, Tannis sought out the suppleness and weightlessness of aluminium when choosing her medium.

Alone or wrapped around glass, stone, wood or whatever may be interesting that day, Covet designs are one-0f-a-kind pieces that are as light as the breath we breath and as unique as the people that where them.

Covet designs are made out of aluminium, mother of pearl, capiz shells, wood and other natural elements.
