Lensmaster TheGreenerMe has posed the age old holiday dilemma! Real vs. Fake Christmas Tree! I'm a faker myself. Growing up we had a 1970's sad looking Charlie Brown Tree. You know the kind where you had to add each color-coded branch? But once we got all the ornaments on it look pretty darn good.

I also feel REALLY guilty about the idea of chopping down a poor fir tree that grew for years just to adorn someones living room for a week or so.

So I adamantly vote for fake! How about you?

Facebook vs. MySpace

MySpace came first and people went ga-ga over the ability to share photos, blurbs and kitchy crap with their friends. But alas all good things must come to an end. Today the majority of people (including everyone I know) has jumped the MySpace ship and gotten on board over at Facebook.

Why?

For me it's the ability to link up with Twitter and share my updates. The good old "2 for the price of one" sold me. Also I like that people use their real names and you get less unsolicited Friends. Apart from the annoying habit of too many people trying to give me roses, sea urchins and good Karma Facebook wins hands down in my book. How about you?

Hmmm...I think the most logical answer would be the shark because it has big sharp teeth however I'm going to vote for the Octopus because I'll bet those big tentacles could crush Mr. Shark in one fell swoop. American Idol vs. Dancing With the Stars

Lensmaster fefe pits two television favorites against each other in this Hey MonkeyBrain debate! American Idol vs. Dancing With the Stars. I have to say that this is a no brainer for me. I really prefer American Idol, although I only watch it after they get the top 10 people in place.

Dancing with the Stars is just plain boring. The only contestant I really liked was Penn Jillette and he got kicked off really early because he had big feet and was clumsy according to the judges. So what so you think?

Lensmaster JustBonCrochetDesigns wants to know if 50 is just too darn old to rock. Michael Jackson, Madonna and Prince all turned 50 this year!

If you'd asked me this question when I was 18 I would have said "Pack your bags and move on into the nursing home baby"! To an 18-year-old people that are 50 have gray hair and are called "Grandma"!

However now that I'm 38, 50 ain't looking so bad. Michael Jackson is just weird but Madonna still looks great and I've always thought that Prince was really sexy, even at 50!

All I can say is HELLO! I grew up on Sesame Street and turned out a pretty well adjusted person. I don't eat cookies for dinner, have hallucinations of Furry creatures or find mean people who live in garbage cans offensive. There is so much other crap going on in the world today that Sesame Street is a breathe of fresh air. I think that people need to spend a little more time fixing our health care system, working on world peace and feeding the hungry then wondering if Ernie and Bert were gay. So there!

Lensmaster buraian has another great debate to check out, Snake-Eyes vs Storm Shadow. No I'm not an expert in this field so I'll just let buraian explain this one:

In the history of comic book movie action figure ninjas, two characters reign supreme: Snake-Eyes and Storm Shadow. A member of the G.I. Joe, Snake-Eyes fought the Cobra in the battle for Good. Storm Shadow was a member of the Cobra, an assassin who was at times a loyal blood brother to Snake-Eyes, and at others, his mortal enemy.

We all saw the TV show. We all watched the movies. We all had the action figures. And we all had a favorite. So why don't you tell us yours?! After all, knowing is half the battle...

I think that imagination is the key to being knowledgeable. If you all you had was knowledge you'd be nothing more then a books a facts, able to spit out answers without being able to interpret or understand them. You'd be a robot, devoid of human qualities.

Lensmaster buraian has just created a fabulous Hey MonkeyBrain debate: UCLA vs USC. Not not being very sports savvy I can't tell you whose got the better team but I can tell you that this is one cool lens!

buraian covers all the bases...OK, nix the baseball reference. This lens is all about basketball and football...the venues, the cheerleaders, the players, the stats and facts, buraian has got it covered! So who do you think has better college ball? The Movie... or The Book?

Lensmaster alienflower asked the question, The Movie... or The Book? and that's a darn good question. Have you ever read a book and been so excited about the upcoming movie only to be horribly disappointment by Hollywood's version? I think most of us have been. I would say more times then not the book is far better then the movie. My only exception would be High Fidelity, but maybe it's because I love John Cusack! What do you think?

Lensmaster Arizona-Snow wants to know Is This FREE? and I want to know too! There is nothing worse then reading a cool website about some really neat FREE product and then realizing that it's not "Really" FREE. From "Buy-one, Get-one" deals to "it's free but you pay the shipping" scams make me want to scream. If you say something is FREE, then gosh darn it you better deliver!
