Lovin Clutches

I met a wonderful woman a few weeks back, she had a couple pair of cowboy boots that were living quietly in her home. We worked together to create two custom cowgirl clutches that now live daily with her. In her words "just wanted to letyou know how much I love my purses. Needless to say I have been using the yellow one and have received many compliments. I really love them - thanks so much!!!

One day a few weeks ago I received a call from a friend who was wondering if we could design a Cowgirl Clutch as a surprise Birthday gift for his wife,,,,,absolutely was my response!!! New wearable art from something that had been sitting silently for many years in the back of a closet. And then the transformation began:)... Understand a lifestyle is a special piece of the design process, and color, color, color is especially important aspect and how it feels when you rub your hand across leather that has expeienced so many stories. Living Art WOW.....

To create and give boots a new life is fabulous, did I forget to mention I work with old/vintage cowboy boots:)... the new black is green I love living art that you can wear and enjoy.

Received wonderful news from Rockmount Ranch Wear of Denver, Colorado.....rumor has it cast members from an upcoming movie for a Hollywood Star came in looking for attire and spotted my Cowgirl Satchel and hung on to it while shopping for I would imagine a western theme movie..

Life is like riding a horse, a walk, trot, lope to a full gallop - it's transition, art in motion. I knew I was a cowgirl when at a very early age I assembled my own horse from a chair in the living room. Two shirt hangers, a belt and the back of an over sized chair (use your imagination). Can you picture it? The hangers were my stirrups, the belt was the saddle, and the back of the chair was the horse.

Many years later, as a Woman of Horse, I have experienced life's art and understand that it is transition which needs to be embraced and flow like the wind, with wind in your spirit as you ride through life. My experiences have been profound and have given me the courage to pursue what is important to me, to accept what life has offered, and continue to stay open and experience living.
