Esta quiche me surpreendeu! Uma delícia! Super fácil de preparar. Receita da minha amiga Joana Cunha, que conheci no Curso de Alta Cozinha. Fiz pequenas mudanças na receita da Joana, porque utilizei os ingredientes que eu tinha em casa. Mais um pãozinho nota dez, que aprendi no Curso de Gastronomia. Preparei-os simples, sem recheio, mas é possível recheá-los a gosto também.

Ingredientes: (aproximadamente 12 pãezinhos)
10 gramas de fermento biológico fresco
200 ml de água
320 gramas de farinha (usei farinha Anaconda - não é publieditorial)

3 gramas de melhorador

Mais uma receitinha coringa! Esta mousse pode ser usada como base para acrescentar vários tipos de coberturas, como geléias, caldas, frutas. É ótima cobertura para bolos gelados também. Na foto, eu acrescentei geleia de vinho tinto (você pode conferir a receita aqui). O mais legal desta receita, pelo menos para mim, é que não leva ovos. Adoro bolo de fubá, principalmente este cremosinho! Mas, já havia testado várias receitas e nenhuma ficava como eu gostaria que ficasse. Esta receita deu super certo. Por incrível que possa parecer, eu a encontrei no meu velho caderninho de receitas, que comecei a escrever quando criança. Fiz apenas algumas pequenas modificações à receita original e adorei o resultado.

Quem me apresentou esta ideia lindinha e super fácil de preparar, foi minha amiga Lúcia.  A Minie foi feita com duas bolinhas de isopor. Uma maior e outra menor. Com a menor, foram feitas as orelhinhas. Foi só cortar a bolinha ao meio! Pintar tudo com tinta preta e colar! Da até para pedir a ajuda da criançada para preparar. E esta receitinha super legal e muito fácil, também aprendi no Curso de Gastronomia que estou fazendo.  Fizemos as barrinhas com granola, mas, é possível utilizar aveia, castanhas, pedacinhos de frutas secas, uva ou banana passa, damasco, nozes, coco em pedaços ou o que sua imaginação mandar.

Ingredientes: (para 4 barrinhas)
50 gramas de mel.
100 gramas de granola.

Esta receitinha é aquela que falei no post do doce de leite de micro-ondas, e também aprendi no curso sobre docinhos para café que falei no post dos "moranguinhos". Mais fácil, impossível. Aliás, esta receita é a mesma do doce de leite, só é necessário deixar um pouquinho mais no micro-ondas para que o doce fique em ponto de Caramelos.

Este docinho também aprendi na mesma aula de docinhos que falei no post do "moranguinho" e do doce de leite de micro-ondas que postei aqui. Aliás, a receita é praticamente a mesma do "moranguinho". Basta trocar o pó de morango, por pó para sorvete de limão e acrescentar um pouquinho de corante verde. Na minha opinião, estes docinhos ficaram verdes demais, eu colocaria menos corante. Este doce também aprendi no curso sobre docinhos para café que falei no post dos "moranguinhos". Mais fácil, impossível. Ótima receita para rechear bolos, pão de mel, alfajor, ou comer com queijo, ou ainda puro, assim, de colher!
